please please please please medkit angst. I want that wet kitten in pure pain and suffering. Perhaps hanahaki au where he's friends with reader and secretly loves them but gets the disease so he just becomes miserable bc he knows what it means and can die. BUT!! "Damn, Fine!! Just hear me out, () has feelings for you!!" Sword excitedly cheered, Happy to hear such news since () was too oblivious to realize He felt the same. Medkit looked at Sword with an unchanging expression. "That's clearly a lie to make me feel better."

Medkit instantly coughed up flowers when he had said your name. Leaning forward as he covered his mouth, He couldn't breathe well at all, Wincing at the pain his lungs felt. His eyes widened as he felt your touch to help him stand. "Medkit? Medkit buddy are y-you alright? You have Hanahaki?!- Why haven't you told m!!-" Your voice quivering as you held his hands in yours.

"I was scared. Im sorry." He cut you off, His voice was raspy as he didnt bother looking you in the eyes, Miserable about the fact you had to watch him slowly die like this.

"Im so sorry i wasn't able to tell you i love you before- But please dont die like this!! I love you too!!" Those words. They came out of YOUR mouth. He finally had the fucking courage to look into your eyes. You could feel yourself cringe, But you felt your face go red at the sight of his eyes.

He smiled just a bit as he gave you the most dry chuckle known to man. "Wha- Why are you laughing!! Your on the verge of death right now this isn't funny!" You snarkily replied, Annoyed at his behavior.

"I didn't expect you to confess to me like that- I-im sorry.." Finding your confession cringe as he felt his own cheeks warm up (I WILL FIND YOU IF YOU THINK ABOUT BUTTOCKS)

"I love you too."

He said before you engulfed him into a hug.

And with that, The pain in his lungs disappeared as he coughed up the last bit of blood and flowers. He was still alive though. How was he still alive?

Oh well. As long as your with him, He felt better the time you came into his life, And he'll feel much more better in the future alongside you.
