Attempted a smoothie bowl this morning. It started as a regular smoothie but it wasn't going to fit in any of my cups :( so instead I threw it in a bowl and dumped granola on top. #fbf #transformation the picture on the left was taken at the end of November. The funny thing is it was meant to be a progress pic but after looking at it I realized it wasn't where I wanted to be. I saved it and this morning took a picture (right). It's crazy to thing that my body has changed that much in just two months! I lost about 10 pounds so far and so many inches! But more importantly I'm feeling so much more comfortable in my own skin! I can't wait to take another progress pic in a month! Today I found out that the gym dies down late at night. I'm still trying to work the rhythm of this gym and plan my workouts accordingly. At first I figured during the new year rush I'll just workout earlier in the morning but I can never seem to wake up. I'm not a morning person at all. 😴😴😴 but now I'm thinking I'm going to start working out much later. I'm so proud that I even made it in today! I have a very rough start to my day and it seemed like it just continued to get worse. All I wanted to do was curl up in bed and eat candy. BUT I DIDNT! 💪🏼 I ended up taking all of my frustrations out on my cardio! Did a little bit of meal prepping for work tomorrow. I love logging and making all of my food the night before. I find that I stay on track a lot better when I prep this way. I very rarely do a big prep for the whole week. I tend to change my mind too much. I very recently decided to start tracking my macros instead of just my calories. When I was o lay looking at my calories I realized that I was getting cranky often, constantly hungry, and eating a ton of carbs. I've lost about 10 pounds in 30 days (which I'm very excited about) but I want to make sure I'm fueling my body properly. I went to bodybuilding.com and found a macro calculator for cutting fat and I love what my results were. I get to eat all of this food and still loose fat? Count me in! 💁🏻👍🏼 It all seems a little counter intuitive for me (just because of all the food) but I'm very excited to see what happens and my results! My macros? Protein : 161g Carbs : 161 g Fat: 36g After all of this I still have room for more protein. So after my workout I'll proly have a protein shake and some chicken!
