I decided that one alien OC whose design I based off of Invader Zim looks too much like Invader Zim so I’m changing his whole design to look nothing like Invader Zim.
I was planning on making some anarchic area in my sci-fi universe that's full of genetically engineered furries but I may or may not decide against it. I still really like these character designs though so I might as well post em here.
Thinking about how funny it would be if one of those "anti-woke" media companies like the Daily Wire made a movie called "The Woke Mob" and it's an action-comedy film about a gang of progressive mafiosi. Unfortunately, because anti-woke media is physically incapable of being funny, such a movie would never happen and if it did it would suck...The Woke Mob probably extorts businesses to make them woke like Bud Light for example.

I figured I'd make this shitpost because I'm still laughing at this idea over a month later.
The background music is from The Unsuspected (1947)

Figured I'd give Zrout some more minions. Here's a character one of my friends on Discord thought up and I decided to flesh out. Opal is a gangster who escaped with Zrout and now serves as his bodyguard and personal chef.
So in this universe I'm building, all extraterrestrial beings are actually extremely mutated and/or genetically-modified versions of humans and/or other Earthling species. I figured I'd add cat-people since this is humanity making these aliens and there's got to be at least one weeaboo scientist who wanted to make catgirls real.
The Neko race was among the first of the Post-Human races to ever evolve, engineered by an ancient American geneticist who was obsessed with Japanese entertainment. In memory of their founding father, Neko culture and society is based entirely off of anime and tokusatsu.
Like all other post-Humans, Nekos are native English speakers, but they incorporate bastardized Japanese words and phrases into their speech patterns in a way most Earthling-Humans would consider "weeaboo-esque." For example, despite there being no plurals in the Japanese language, Nekos will still pluralize Japanese words. As expected of a culture based entirely off of weeb shit, the recent liberation of Earth and the recovery of Japan has resulted in many Nekos embarking in pilgrimage to the area, only to be hit with a severe case of Paris syndrome as they realize it bears little resemblance to their own anime-derived culture, and there are no English subtitles.
It's been a few months since I drew one of these. I've just been awfully busy with IRL stuff is all. This comic will center around an interaction between Violet and Mike and a plan to stop Veruca.
Figured I'd introduce a new villain to Zogg and Hox's universe. He's the only space pirate who seeks to revive "Traditional Earthling Piracy," and he does it spectacularly well, garnering a horrifying representation throughout the universe as the edgiest and most depraved criminal of them all.

I want there to be an analog horror series where one of those “angry reviewer” YouTubers (like AVGN) gets trapped in it but then begins reviewing the very analog horror series he’s trapped in until the main antagonist gets pissed off and leaves.
“Liminal space? More like lim-ANAL space, ‘cause this is a shitload of ASS! What were they thinking? Maybe instead of putting me in the uncanny valley, they should have put me in a better fucking series! My God, what a piece of diarrhea dogsh-[LOUD GARBLED NOISE]”
If I had a nickel for every time I saw a scene in a crappy sequel and/or reboot that looked like it was added solely to piss off the fans of the original, I’d have two nickels which isn’t much but it’s kinda funny it happened twice and I wonder if there are more scenes like that in other media.
I’m specifically talking about the scene in Ghostbusters 2016 where Bill Murray dies and that moment in The Last of Us 2 where Neil Druckmann’s self-insert spits on Joel’s corpse.
I figured I'd draw another pic from my sci-fi universe. Zogg tends to spit superhero spiel at his adversaries when he isn't sneaking around. A warrior-prince has got to keep up with appearances, after all.
He also uses a sword sometimes because in this universe guns aren't that effective against heavier armor.

I haven’t been diagnosed with autism but I have been diagnosed with OCD so maybe this is less of a hyperfixation and more like venting why I’m anxious about something. Because for some reason I don’t understand this error just gives me that feeling I usually get when I leave an OCD ritual unfulfilled. Sounds stupid, probably is stupid, but that’s the way it is.
A Rant about TVTropes and Theresa
Does something ever irk you so much that you feel like you need to vent it out to the worldwide internet? Because that's exactly what's happening to me. I don't even know why. I can just look away, but it just irks me. Keep in mind this is the dumbest rant I've ever considered writing, but it makes me feel better so here goes:
Everyone knows Empress Theresa is a really bad book, right? Theresa is a terrible character and a massive narcissist like her creator. There is a chapter where she cruelly torments 9 lawyers, including a single mother of 2, until they withdraw a lawsuit against her.
What irks me is that whoever wrote the TV Tropes page about Empress Theresa (in addition to its mention in the Karmic Overkill trope article) got some details wrong about this chapter.
In the book Empress Theresa, the following is said in Chapter 17:
"The reality hit [Connie McKesson]. Any vehicle she entered would not move. I wasn’t going to allow her to go anywhere except on foot."
"I zeroed in on the Lamper Building and found the eight lawyers...I found them, and Steve ’tagged’ them with T’s, and ’hit’ them with X’s...When they left the building to go home they found out one by one that no vehicle would move with their butts inside. They were forced to walk to a nearby hotel."
So she curses Connie McKesson and 8 other lawyers and makes it so they can't use vehicles. What happens after they withdraw their lawsuit?
"I took the X’s off the nine strips of mat board and the nine lawyers could use vehicles."
So after the lawsuit is withdrawn, Theresa lifts the curse on all of them. Now how does TV Tropes describe this event?
According to the Empress Theresa page:
"Theresa instead sabotages the life of the lawyer and makes it so any motor vehicle with her inside will inexplicably stall and fail...Theresa never reverses this either, so this is presumably just something this woman has to live with forever now,"
And according to the Karmic Overkill page:
"Theresa responds by putting what's effectively a curse on the lawyer who took the case, making it so that any motor vehicle with her inside will inexplicably stall and fail...And since there's no indication that Theresa ever reverses what she did, the poor woman presumably has to deal with this problem for the rest of her life."
According to TV Tropes, Theresa curses only one lawyer and never removes the curse even after she withdraws the lawsuit. This is wildly different from the source material, where Theresa curses nine lawyers and reverses it for all of them when they withdraw their suit. I am unsure what version of the book the person(s?) who wrote these passages read, or if there even are any other versions of the book out there, but it sure as Hell isn't the version I'm reading.
I really don't know why this annoys me enough to write such a long post about it, but it just...does.
