Omg omg omg! One of my bestest of friends is pregnant! Eeep! Carly and Tim, I am so so ecstatic for you both and of course I was thrilled when you asked me take your announcement photos! Children are such a life changing and challenging event in one’s life, but boy oh boy does it make life that much more rich. When you start to see those smiles and hear their first laugh from this tiny little life you helped create, your heart grows in a way you never knew existed. Congrats again you two, can’t wait to grow our families together, I’m sure they will be best of buds :D

18 Weeks | My Pregnancy

18 Weeks | My Pregnancy Officially 18 weeks today! Documenting the occasion with my first bump selfie, and the announcement that we are going to have a baby girl!! 🎉 These past couple days I have started to feel her movements, little tiny flutters in my stomach and it's surreal. We are so excited, and terrified, and emotional, and thankful, and honestly so many feelings. Pregnancy is like nothing else I have ever experienced before. A yoga teacher wisely told me back when I was only a few days along, that pregnancy is the one of the biggest yogic experiences you will ever have. Nothing is in your control while you are pregnant, you are merely a passenger in the experience. Your body has its own plans, deciding how hormonal you'll be, how nauseas you'll be, how much your body will change, and so on. She said that letting go of expectations and the control over your own body is truly one of the purest forms of yogic expression, accepting the here and now, and letting change happen without trying to resist. Needless to say, you are already teaching me a lot about life baby girl, as I learn to step out of my own way. We are so excited to meet you in another 22 weeks, I can only imagine what life will be like with you running around in it ☺️🌸❤️

Ancient Túr an Mhothair tower, crumbling in the background as it watches the North Atlantic sea waves lap upon its shores. 🌊 This was an exciting spot to find. I had packed this lovely dress from @kmkdesignsllc and carried it all the way across the pond. We were driving around the country side waiting patiently to find its perfect backdrop to do our shoot, and this was it. Sneak preview into our #Ireland #fashion shoot 🇨🇮👗:)
