Make a spontaneous dark brownies match with Matcha ice cream from Baskin Robbins. Oh… Finally I have clear off the dark chocolate powder. I prefer the normal chocolate power instead of dark chocolate powder to make this brownies. I am back to insomnia mode which I am really hate about it. Thinking of the mistake and choice that I have made. So much of regret and this is the consequences that I shall suffer. Hu…. I am praying and also make new plans for myself. I really hope to get a good news today unfortunately no calls was coming in. Damage have been done and I am trying to correct myself and go back to the right path. I feel so suffering because my interest was not there. Honestly I am lost. I am trying to find myself, my interest, my passion but I fail to do so and keep on making the mistake again and again. I predict it correctly but in the end I still make the wrong decision. Please, please, please….Ok, I think I shall just stop here and complain. At least I don’t bottle up my sad and regret feelings.

Today was a great day and I want to note down a simple events which I feel is very meaningful. Yes, it is meaningful as I have stop eating nice cake and food from the cafe since MCO 3.0. My life is at home, office, kitchen, grocery shopping. What a life !

IPad Air

Finally both of my 10 years old iPad 2 and MacBook Pro broke down. This is it, I have to decide to buy one and only one electronics device to replace both of it. Here I am with my iPad Air 4th Generation. This will be my tablet and laptop for the next 10 years. It means I will get to buy a new Apple product in the year 2032.

Diet Vlog #1 #diet (-1.5kg in 6 days) (600 calories per day)

I have been binge eat of sugary food especially dessert in the morning, afternoon and worse case is at night time. For this week, I am going to cut sugary intake as much as possible and also reduce water retention inside my body. My diet consist of 3 meals with snacks (tea time) to ensure that I don't feel hunger during my diet period. I don't recommend people to have 1 meal/day diet as it will actually trigger to binge eat after diet period over. 

Breakfast will be the main meal for me because it is my favorite meal of the day. I will start with high calorie intake in the morning follow by lower calorie intake in the evening. For every main course such as pasta, rice or noodles, I will eat around 3-5 tbsp of it (True fact, I am unable to finish up the whole main course in my un-diet days). If you feel like eating sweet food such as pastry/cake, you can eat and enjoy it in the "morning". There is time for your body to digest it as you can see my diet on Saturday where I enjoy eating chocolate croissant in the morning. 

 I am using MyFitnessPal to jot down my food journal and weight everyday. This application is very useful for me to track my calories and alert me on the high carbs food. I set my mind and my calorie intake/day will be less than 600 cal. A good diet must come with a good exercise as well. Therefore, I am using my apple watch to track on "number of steps" and my target is greater than 7000 steps.

Respack 4ply KN95 vs KF94 Review

Quiet disappoint with Malaysia made Kn95 mask. They actually send me 2 different batch of Kn95 mask (refer to manufacturing date) and both the batch having different mask size. I feel kind like weird and I actually wore this once to the public area. After that, I decided not to continue wearing it until I test mask capabilities. Come to my shock, there is water leakage on the KN95. As for Kf94, is good to wear but I don’t think I will repurchase. By comparing Kf94 Respack vs Korea Kf94, I would prefer Korea Kf94 mask as it is more structural.

MCO 3.0

My last meal at the Cafe again. This is MCO3.0! No more dine in. How shameless is this. I feel like this backdoor government do not know how to maintain the covid 19 infection. After the RO curve flatten, the government simply give relax SOP and insist that it can be control under MySejahtera or whatever shit and place MCO on targeted area. Seems like the government do “trial and error” solution. If fail, MCO the whole Malaysia (so called the best solution to control the infections). 😱🤬👎
