You drowned it out. You screamed your hatred over it. And you never got to hear it.

Whenever I look at my house and its all a horrible wreck I just feel so guilty. I want to clean I really really do but whenever I try its like the depression lulls me back to sleep. Its exhausting and humiliating living like this...

Thank god I always have help by my side in times like this to try and make me feel better and get everything, at least everything physical, in my life back in order.

If you are struggling with a mental illness remember your support system is there and as much as it feels like you are bothering them asking for their help cleaning or even asking them to help you get to an appointment on time because you know you won't, they are truly there for you. Trust your supports, I'm learning to trust mine for the first time in my life
