Im so happy 2 days without binging on food :)
A tip : if you feel like bingeing, think about what you felt like afterwards, all the yucky self hate. It might feel good in the moment but the next few days your going to be filled with regret and shame.... just learn to eat enough and in moderation... and enough to fill you up a decent amount :) (high protein low cals) works for me. (Stuff like chicken, fish, eggs, etc. ) stay away from empty calories... it will only make you more hungry. (Stuff like breads, pasta, starchy, and high carb low protein foods.)
(This is what works for me, so it might be different for you).
I will post food and meal ideas :)

Help! How can I undo a binge of 2800 cals ? How long do I have to fast for ? I’m eating 400 cals for 2 days and working out for 2 hours . Will that get me back on track ?
