Prompt: Very clingy Tiny Virgil. All he wants is to be held and cuddled by Patton and when he tries to put him down to cook or something he just cries until he picks him up again. Lots of fluff please
//oh my gOD YES
“Up!” Virgil yelled, jumping at Patton’s sides with arms outstretched. “Up, up, up, up, up!”
“OK, kiddo, c’mere,” Patton cooed as he lifted the tiny anxious side up, settling him on his hip. “What’cha been up to, huh?”
Virgil clung to Patton’s shirt and rested his head on Patton’s shoulder, sighing dramatically. “Nothin’,” he said exasperatedly. Patton snickered and carried Virgil into the kitchen.
But, as soon as he tried to set the child down so he could start dinner, Virgil started to shout. “No!” He clung to Patton tighter, locking his arms around Patton’s neck and digging his heels into the moral side’s ribs. “I don’ want dooooown!”
“Verge, if I’m gonna fix any dinner, I have to put you down, OK?”
“No!”
“Verge-”
“No!”
“Sport, I need to-”
“Nooooooooo!”
Of course, at this point Patton had Virgil’s feet on the floor, and it didn’t take much at all to get him off. But, as soon as he was free of the emo child, Virgil fell forward and sobbed into the floor. It hurt, oh did it hurt, to watch the child sit there and cry, but Patton had noticed Virgil was becoming very dependent on him, and while Patton did love that Virgil was so quick to cling to him, he also realized how bad that could be. So, for Virgil’s sake, he had to let him cry it out.
Patton reached in the fridge for a pizza, careful to avoid grabby hands that reached for his ankles. “Verge, you wanna help me clean the table off?”
“Noooooo-wahhhh!” Virgil cried, wailing into the linoleum. “I want up!”
He sounded so upset, so distressed…but Patton had to be strong! He had to let Virgil get over this!
“Why’s he crying, Pat?”
Virgil wailed even louder when he heard Roman come in, and he whipped around to show off his tear-stained face when Logan came in as well. The anxious side stretched out his arms toward Logan, begging the logical side to lift him up. It broke Patton’s heart to see the poor child settle for Logan, to see Virgil hug his neck and bury his face.
Oh, the kid was mad. Very mad.
“Dinner’s almost ready…” Patton said as he grabbed plates out of the cabinets. He could still hear Virgil’s whimpers, and the small shushes from Logan made Patton want to just rush over and snatch Virgil up, but he needed to get them both over this.
But, as they sat down around the table for dinner, well Patton broke. He couldn’t stand watching Virgil just sit there on Logan’s lap! He reached over and lifted the child up, plunking him down in his lap. Virgil giggled happily and curled up, turning around to hug Patton’s neck.
“Pat-Dad!” he squealed excitedly as he wiped his snotty nose on Patton’s collar.
“You’re weak!” Roman fussed, dodging the hunk of crust Virgil threw at his head.

Virgil's awake and Remus wants to have a talk. Virgil finds out a little more about why he's been taken and it's not exactly what he expected... Also he does take a few swings at Remus because of course he does, I mean honestly what was he expecting?
Alright so this one was real dialogue heavy y'all, I had a hell of a time trying to fit it all in- especially since I switched over to a custom font instead of hand writing it all to help save time and energy. Remember to check the masterpost for the FAQ and to make sure you didn't miss any parts.
