Getting the hang of drawing a new character is hard. I feel like I have to draw him like, 40 times to figure out how I want him to look. This character is Nazeem, Kyra's older brother. He's been in the campaign longer but it's the first time I've tried to draw him.

My first attempt at coloring. I bought myself some alcohol markers for my birthday. They were insanely expensive and I had no idea what I was doing when I picked them out. None of the brands I researched online were available in the store, so I just watched what the girls in front of me were buying. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were a lot of fun to use, but I still don't know if it was worth it haha.

Recently people have been leaving very kind messages on my art. When I started this project I was really embarrassed, because I felt like I was too old to try this and that my drawings looked like middle schoolers doodles. It really means so much people have been leaving encouraging messages on my drawings, even in the tags. I hope everyone gets a little bit of that kindness back.
