I miss Merle. He was in the process of redeeming himself...trying to be better for his brother. A redemption arc would have been great to see. He would have backslide a few times, done some not-so-good-things, done things in the name of his brother--good or bad, change his racist ways, and all so he could show his baby brother that he was worthy.

Oh to see what he would have done to Negan!
