When submitting please make sure - That the coat is not already submitted in the Coat Color List bellow - That you use universal coat names and not local/breed-specific names (for example sorrel instead of chestnut or piebald instead of pinto) - Avoid using terms such as "painto" or "appaloosa" or "paint" as they are not coated specifically but rather group names of multiple coats or breeds of horses, not colors. (If you are unsure what the name of the coat is, feel free to submit a photo instead or look at this handy guide!)

The tournament will start on the 16th of April, until then feel free to submit as many colors as you want and spread the word about THCCT!

I've been thinking about doing a best horse color or best horse breed poll tournament, how many of you would be interested?

The tournament will be held on a separate blog from this one!

Most if not all options (breed and color) would have to be submitted since there are well over 200 horse breeds and roughly 10k different mixes and matches of horse coats and I don't think we have time for that many...
