So it turns out what's been wrong with me for the past 3 months (and why haven't been posting) is related to being retraumatized. And they want me to go to an outpatient center that specialized in PTSD specifically from childhood abuse/ACEs. Because my regular therapist who I have been seeing for 3 years has no idea what to do with me anymore and according to her "we're just not getting anywhere." So...that's that.

Yes, I know that now and I've stopped following her. Back then none of that was public so I didn't know in 2021 when I made this post.

Never have I ever heard more facts being spoken than the facts coming out of this lady. She says everything I’ve felt for most of my life but was too afraid to talk about. I spent all night binge watching her channel.

She is NPD + ASPD, not BPD, but she REALLY nails how the cluster Bs all overlap with one another and display the same/similar traits some of the time. The fact that she is in a committed relationship and assures us that committed relationships CAN and DO work on Cluster B is one of the most comforting things I’ve ever heard in a long, long time. She also makes references to some tactics I learned in DBT, indicating she’s also undergoing DBT or has before.

On top of that she is the motherfucking queen of the fashion icons and apparently wants to be “the world’s sexiest killer” but of course since killing is nothing but a waste of your OWN life she confines it to her novels. It’s very rare that I find a role model who isn’t a videogame character but…
