From where you’re sitting in your garage, spinning side to side on your stool, you have a perfect view of James as he works on your engine. As he works, his muscles flex and relax under his flannel, every twist of his hands giving you a different look at the tattoos on his forearms. You take a sip of the once-cold-but-now-warm lemonade in your hand as you watch his fingers twirl tools and work on various tasks around your engine.

James wiped his forehead on his sleeve, his shirt clinging to his back from the heat from working under the hood. He looked up and smiled at you, giving a thumbs up. "This'll be all taken care of for you in about 10 minutes. Won't be long now!" He laughed, the sound warm and friendly.

“Take your time.” You respond, smiling back at him.

"Oh I will. Not going to risk messing up on your car, you know?" James reached into his toolbox again, grabbing another tool he needed. He seemed so familiar with how everything was laid out, like he had done this hundreds of times before. The roots of his tree tattoo were covered in oil like the rest of his hands, but you bite your lip as you watch. You reach over to sip from your lemonade absently again, only to be greeted with the sound of your straw sucking up air, so you set aside the drink and stand up.

“Do you need help with anything?” You murmur, sliding in next to him and leaning forward to see what he's doing. James turns to look because he knows how just good you look from behind. As you hold onto the edge of the hood, his eyes tracing the way your back arches and watches your hips sway as you rock side-to-side slightly, looking at his work impatiently.

“Yeah, you want to hand me that wrench on the shelf? Could you get that for me?” He asks, and you agree. You walk to the shelf and look at the tools, brows furrowing as you look through the tools. After you spend a few moments looking, James tries to stifle his laughs, though he clearly failed, grinning at you as you looked through the tools. “Ayyy, come on. How could you not know what a wrench is? Do I need to teach you how to be a proper adult now?”

Heat rushes to your face and you turn back to look at him. “I don't know much about cars or being a mechanic, if I did, I’d be fixing it myself.” He laughs at your response before he grabs your forearm, helping you with the task.

“You're being a smartass right now. And you're enjoying it too.”

“I genuinely didn’t know.” You say back, rolling your eyes but smirking at the fact that his hand is holding onto you.

He grins once again, before he pulls you closer, wrapping his arms on your waist. He leans closer to you, whispering into your ear. “I think I should teach you a lesson on how to act properly, now, shouldn't I?”

You hold eye contact with him, your smirk turning into a sly grin and decide to try and playfully move away from him. As you start to back away he pulls you closer once more, this time placing his hands on your waist instead.

“You know that you shouldn't tease a man, right?” It was hard to tell what was in his mind, though he seems to want more than just a friendly conversation with you.

“Are you saying you don't like it?” You whisper seductively as you reach up, resting your arms on his shoulders. Once you reach his shoulders, he slides his arms up your waist and arms to make sure you’ve got a good grip before his hands slide down to your hips.

James leans forward, putting his lips to your own. “I like it a lot, but I think things could be better still.” He kisses you again, this time pressing you against the closed trunk of your car for support. “Your lips are soft... Just like the rest of you.” As the kiss deepens, his hands wander, exploring your body before he lifts you by the back of your thighs to sit you down on your trunk, moving between your legs as he takes you in for another heated kiss.

He pulls way from a minute, pulling off his flannel and wiping the oil and grease off his hands with it. As you looked at him, you saw his cross chain and gray tank top, reveling in the way his muscles move under his skin as he impatiently wipes down his hands he was panting slightly, still leaning closer to you as if he wanted more from you. Once his hands are clean, he throws his shirt against the wall and pulling you in for another kiss. The two of you continue kissing, James not giving a single fuck to what else were going on around you both.

James continues kissing you for a while, hastily sliding off the layers of clothes keeping him from you, ignoring the fact that someone may find you two at this very moment. Once he gets you out of your shirt and jeans he pulls back from you to lift his shirt over his head, tossing it away aside before unbuckling his belt, chuckling as you stare at him. “Ah, so you want to see this shirt go, huh?”

“I wanna see more than the shirt go.” You smirk and tug at his belt loops, bringing him closer. He grins, pulling his shirt up and off and shimmying out of his jeans, you can see the outline of his cock through his boxers. James’ hands coming up to tuck your hair behind your ears and stroke your face, and kissing your eyelids and the corners of your lips before his hands move to undo your bra. The air conditioning is already broken, Sirius's back has been effectively glued to the leather seat via sweat, and this road-trip may have been a Very Bad Idea.

Oh I like this one! I’ve read it so many times😍 It’s a very marauder-y fic (basically the boys being the idiots they all are). A campfire, marshmallows, a game of never have I ever - what more could you need? 🔥⛺️

Piling into the car was uncomfortable and cramped, but there was something oddly satisfying about sitting on ratty blankets in the backseat, a box of fresh comfort food at his feet and Sirius’ legs splayed over his lap as the other backseat-inhabitant nestled himself into the corner and almost immediately began snoring. James met his eyes through the rearview, and this time when he saw the knowing smile, Remus smiled right back.

This fic was such a pleasant surprise! It’s a short fic, but at the same time it kinda feels like a longer fic. Gorgeous! A little angsty (but ofc with a happy ending), with a lot of Remus doubting himself. It also has so much feeling - it’s beautifully written, and kinda makes me wanna go on road trip. And the pining! Sweet lord, it was wonderful! I definitely recommend this fic🚘

Toyota 2000GT 📲𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪 @VoocMagazine⚡️ 🏷️ #VoocMagazine The 2000GT was Toyotas first real sportscar. It was a limited-production front mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive grand tourer designed in collaboration with Yamaha. It was first displayed to the public at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1965 and built briefly between 1967 and 1970 by Yamaha under contract. Just 351 were made including prototypes. The 2000GT originally came with a 2.0L inline-6 engine boasting 150HP and a 2.3L aggregate was added later. This doesn’t sound like a lot of power but the car only weighed 2,400-pound / 1100kg. The engine came from a Toyota Crown but was modified by Yamaha who improved its performance. Unfortunately, the 2000GT wasn’t a success for Toyota because it failed to excite its clientele. It was Toyota's second attempt at a sports car after the Toyota Sports 800.  The Toyota 2000GT was featured in the James Bond movie “You Only Live Twice” with Sean Connery. The movie director wanted to have a 2000GT convertible so Toyota built two examples within two weeks.  The 2000 GT is one of only a few Japanese sports cars that today sells in the high six figures. 03/05 In preparation for her brothers, King Charles III coronation, Princess Anne carried out the following engagements in central London;

Unofficial HRH along with King Charles III, The Prince and Princess of Wales and Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were at Westminster Abbey for coronation rehearsals 👑

As Colonel of The Blues and Royals, HRH met Officers and senior Non-Commissioned Officers of The Household Division during a visit to Wellington Barracks. 💂‍♂️🫡

As Patron of the SS Great Britain Trust, HRH visited SS GREAT BRITAIN in Bristol, where she toured the Future Brunels Showcase. ⛴️

04/05 The Princess Royal, accompanied by Sir Tim attended the Victoria Cross and George Cross Association Dinner at Fishmongers’ Hall in London 🍽️

05/05 On the eve of her brother, King Charles III’s coronation, Princess Anne, her husband Sir Tim, the King and Queen and all working royals (except Pss Alexandra) carried out the following engagements in central London;

Held a Luncheon at Buckingham Palace for Realm Governor-Generals and Prime Ministers. 🥪

Held a Reception at Buckingham Palace for visiting Heads of State and Overseas Guests. 🥂

Separately The Princess Royal as Colonel of The Blues and Royals (Royal Horse Guards and 1st Dragoons), visited members of the Household Cavalry preparing for the Coronation of King Charles III at Hyde Park Barracks. 🐎

Unofficial Princess Anne, Sir Tim, other members of the BRF and other foreign royals went out for a pre coronation dinner at Oswalds, a private exclusive club near St James, London. 🥂

06/05 The Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla took place in Westminster Abbey. 👑

Their Majesties left Buckingham Palace at 10.20 o’clock and proceeded in State to the Abbey. Princess Anne, Sir Tim, working royals and other members of the british royal family, foreign royals, leaders, dignitaries and other guests were all in attendance. 👸🤴

Their Majesties returned back to Buckingham Palace in the Gold State Coach, closely followed by the Princess Royal, on horseback, in her role as Gold-Stick-in-Waiting. 🐴

Australian State Coach - The Prince & Princess of Wales, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis 🇦🇺

Irish State Coach - The Duke & Duchess of Edinburgh, Earl of Wessex and The Lady Louise Mountbatten-Windsor 🇮🇪

Combined Guards of Honour of the three Services (Army, Navy, RAF) were mounted outside the Forecourt of Buckingham Palace and took the salute, Princess Anne joined. 🫡

Their Majesties and working members of the royal family stood on the balcony of Buckingham Palace and witnessed a fly-past by aircraft of the Royal Air Force. ✈️

07/05 The Princess Royal, accompanied by Sir Tim visited a Big Lunch Community Street Party at Belmont Crescent in Swindon. 🥪

Prior to the BBC Coronation concert The King and Queen held a reception at Windsor Castle. The Princess Royal and Sir Tim Laurence, The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester attended. 🍾

08/05 The Princess Royal attended a Big Help Out Service and Reception in Gloucester Cathedral. ⛪️

09/05 The Prince and Princess of Wales held an Afternoon Party in the garden of Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Coronation of The King and Queen. The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, The Princess Royal and The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester were present. 🍰

10/05 As President of the Royal Yachting Association, HRH visited Budworth Sailing Club on their 75th Anniversary. 🛥️

Attended the Young Enterprise UK Start-Up National Final at the University of Salford Business School. 💼

As Patron of Woolf Institute, HRH held a Twenty Fifth Anniversary Dinner at St James’s Palace. 🍝

11/05 As Patron of the Butler Trust, Princess Anne visited HM Prison Pentonville in London where she met rehabilitated ex-offenders who have found employment through the Trust and later attended a reception held by City and Guilds at the Prison👮

12/05 Visited St Hilaire Avenue, Coleford, to mark the town’s twinning with Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez in France. 🇬🇧🇫🇷

HRH later visited AccXel Construction Skills Accelerator Centre, Whimsey Industrial Estate in Cinderford. 🔨

15/05 As Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Butchers, HRH attended the Annual City Food and Drink Lecture at Guildhall. 🥗

16/05 As Past Master of the Worshipful Company of Carmen, HRH opened the new Carmen Hall and then attended a Service of Dedication. ⛪️

In her role of President at the Royal British Legion Women’s Section, Princess Anne attended a Service to mark the 60th Anniversary of the end of National Service at the National Memorial Arboretum. 🌷

17/05 As Patron of the (WRNS) Women’s Royal Naval Service Benevolent Trust, attended the Annual General Meeting and a Reception onboard HMS Excellent, docked in Portsmouth.

As Royal Patron of the National Coastwatch Institution, visited Gosport Station in Hampshire and later attended a Reception. 🛟

As Commandant-in-Chief of the First Aid Nursing Yeomanry (Princess Royal’s Volunteer Corps), HRH attended a Recruits’ Passing Out Parade at Wellington Barracks. 🫡

18/05 Princess Anne departed from Heathrow Airport for Canada and later arrived at Fredericton International Airport in New Brunswick 🇨🇦
