Do you ever think about how there totally could have been an old classmate of Phoenix Wright and Miles Edgeworth in the audience during like turnabout sister or turnabout samurai. Do you think they would realize? Like “hey, were those the guys in my class in like fourth grade? I kinda remember them. Wonder if they remember each other. But it was so long ago, I doubt they would even care.” Meanwhile Edgeworth and Phoenix are undergoing the most insane mental battles where both of them are going “I recognize my best friend across the courtroom and I desperately want to be close with them again.” And “god he is so god damn annoying I wish he would die already.”

dont you think its crazy how big top is where its revealed that franziska considers edgeworth a little brother and its also a case about an older brother attempting to enact revenge against the person he perceives as having killed his younger brother. and missing the mark completely both on who he should be getting revenge against but also failing to get it against the person he’s attempting to kill. food for thought

you know what, i'll defend ema's "intellectually attracted" comment because everyone assumes its her like, denying lanamia, but to be honest thats such specific phrasing that ten to one i think its something that lana said to her, where in a conversation lana was like

"man i hope mia's attracted to me" and then panicked in that way where youre like wait i didnt mean to Come Out like that and was like "uhh,,, intellectually attracted of course! ahahaha."

and young ema was like "okay!" and just internalized that and didnt question it because why would she question her cool older sister who she looks up to so much.

then it never came up until lana was in the detention center and ema was like oh! i can be helpful! in that little sister type way and hopped in like "intellectually attracted of course!"

and is too busy thinking i'm going to get a good grade in little sister (something normal to want and possible to achieve) because i said it the way lana said it :) to notice phoenix and lana sharing a Look like "she doesnt know im gay mr wright."

Then like five years later Ema's sipping coffee on a random morning, and realizes "wait what the fuck they were 100% dating"

i am an athena cykes defender forever and ever until the day i die but god. somewhere out there there is a universe where apollo justice got actual follow through and it kills me that i am not living in it

#sorry. i am replaying apollo justice. and it has SO MUCH POTENTIAL.#kills me that we never get any real answers about kristoph obv but its not even just that #klavier as a rival was so interesting. because hes basically already at the state that you're trying to get all the other prosecutors in th #series to in terms of winning vs truth. hes really well rounded as a prosecutor in a way that you as the player arent used to #and that was an interesting departure from the formula for aa in general but then they slapped him with a whole DIFFERENT problem #with kristoph and phoenix. and then they just. do not resolve it whatsoever.#even though apollo is literally right there as a perfect little avenue for resolution. and i KNOW that they WOULD HAVE resolved it #if only they would have MADE THE SECOND GODDAMN GAME #PLUS the secondary conflict of systemic injustice within the system and phoenix's role in that. TRUCY.#god fuck ace attorney why are you so good and so bad at the same time #what we really should have gotten is an apollo justice duology and THEN an athena cykes solo game #where apollo shows up exclusively as a background character and athena actually gets to be the playable attorney in more than 2 cases.#ugh. whatever #personal
