The hall had been fairly uneventful, something they needed after the disaster that was the previous floor, Riku still winced when he thought about how close that blade trap had come to knocking his head off.

"Anybody see any other doors on the way down?"

The thieves shook their heads.

Joker sighed, "well guess the only way forward is through this door. Let's just get this over with."

Nodding in agreement they all braced themselves. Hopefully there would be a safe room close by, the tower was really starting to do a number on all of them

so first hi if ur here from the celeste tag Sorry! quick explanation of What This Is: Itzsubz_ is a youtuber and twitch streamer i enjoy a lot, and recently(a few months ago) he played celeste, which reactivated my celeste fixation after months of dormancy. and that lead to me doubling my goldenberry count lmao(before that i had golden for 1a 2a 1c 2c and 3c. currently i have goldens from 1a 2a and 1c-8c. currently working on 3ag and have been for a few months). so anyway yeah im Really Normal sooo i made a crossover au ! his youtube videos are cool but i cannot in good conscious recommend his streams. hes kind of awful. obsessed with him tho

also the color scheme makes it look like i put him in the badeline role but actually he takes the place of madeline. for Part Of Him/badeline-equivalent im gonna differentiate by givin more of the inhuman characteristics of his online persona and stuff.

criticisms of kk m women under cuttt

i keep thinking how the series is kinda ruthless (really cruel) to rhe women not directly but like. Thru the roles they keep in the narrative. Like its reallycruel that celi was appointed by shinou essentially to jusy give birth like idk about his grand scheme but he didnt want her for her or her ability to make decisions he (and the story) just needed her in a place where she could pop out babies for the events of the story. Ik she’s supposed to havw suffered from her lack of control and its framed that way but its stilla pretty cruel thing. Only woman king and shes essentially just a baby carrier + they deprived her of even the ability to be fully king w stoffel acting as regent

and then theres julia whos only role in the series was to die. Basically. And look sad. To propel the series into motion by dying. Shinou literally says (ig hes evil shinou so its debatable) that she was too pure n the reason why it had to be yuuri was his unique sense of mundane human-ness. She was quite literally textually just a stepping stone to get to yuuri (final product) amd she couldve died naturally and yuuri still would habe been borm lmao. She was essentially told by shinou that we need to fast forward so yr life ur decisions ur individuality we r going to throw. And it was framed as noble to listen 💀 like conrad was like i wasmt gonna stop her… it was her duty…. Like did yall ever stop to think maybw listening to ur god king forever for everything is neutering ur nation. anyways i have thoughts on the current day events and conflicts beinf build on the pain of women to propel the male characters forward

anissina is insignificant story wise (at least in the anime comparitively to celi and julia) so i dont rlly count her but even shes reduced to a gag character lmao she never gets to fight or make important decisions or exist when the story does not need her for a quirky invention + i guess flynn is the only one to break this rule (really) but even her writing is kinda lackluster for me

What im saying is people should start ignoring shinou. "After hours"

Kevin mumbled angerly to himself while taking keys off his pocket loop. He looked through each key, trying to find that one specific key that led open his front door.

Normally it would be nearly impossible to screw it up, but honestly the lack of sleep was getting to him. He found the key and tried to open the door without straight up passing out on the floor.

Suddenly the door opened, but not from his key. He looked up at the figure standing in the doorway.

"Hey Kev!"

How Radford was still up was beyond Kevin, but nonetheless it did help him not drop at the door step.

"Hey Radford" Kevin mumbled, sleepily. Kevin stumbled in the house and immediately sat down at their couch. Radford laughed a little at him, closing the door and sitting right next to Kevin.

"Tough day?" Radford asked, placing his hand on Kevin's and softly caressed it. Kevin simply nodded. "But hey, think of it like this. Its all over and you can stay home now!"

Kevin smiled softly. Radford's constant optimism was the second thing that kept Kevin moving, and honestly he was grateful for it.

Kevin leaned on Radford, Radford still softly caressing his hand. "So glad I'm finally home" He mumbled. Radford giggled and pressed his cheek against Kevin's, warming up Kevin's cold face with his own warm face.

They sat like that for a little while. Just sitting on the couch, hand in hand and cuddled up by each other. It was moments like these that made it all worth it to the boys.

"So, want me to make dinner?" Radford ask, breaking the ice. "You didn't eat yet?" Radford shook his head. "I wasn't hungry and I wanted to eat with you when you came home"

It was their common tradition. Whenever the other got home, usually Kevin, the other will wait till they got home so they could eat late together.

It sounded stupid and they weren't holding each other away from food so really they could eat with or without each other, but they loved eating together before they slept.

"Yea, sure. What was your plan?" Kevin asked. "I just planned to reheat the spaghetti from last night. Unless, of course, you want something else"

"Pasta sounds nice" Kevin mumbled. Radford nodded and stood up. "Well, you go get yourself comfortable and I'll reheat it, okay?" Radford said, petting Kevin's head and messing it up.

"Mkay"

Kevin walked over to their bedroom while Radford walked over by the fridge.

Taking out a large bowl with left over pasta, two plates and two cans of soda. He opened up the bowl and put it in the microwave for a few minutes. As soon as he heard the microwave humming, he sat back down and played on his phone.

Meanwhile Kevin plopped on the bed, at this point in his pajamas instead of his work attire. The second he laid on the bed, he nearly fell asleep on the spot. He did not realize that a bed could feel so comfortable.

Kevin laid on his side and looked at the room around him. The aura, the relaxing sensation, the overall feeling of home. All of it made Kevin smile.

After a while, Kevin got back up and walked to the kitchen. He saw Radford standing at the counter, putting the now hot pasta onto one of the plates. His back was turned so Radford didn't see Kevin walked quietly up behind him.

Kevin wrapped his arms around him and put his hand up Radfords shirt. Radford let out a squeak at the feeling of very cold hands going up his shirt.

"Kevin! Your hands are freezing!" Kevin just smiled and kept moving them up. "I know. Figured I can warm them up" Radford laughed a little. "Man get your hands out my shirt. How are you gonna eat with your hands on me?"

"Just put the food on you" If Radford had any drinks, he would of definitely have done a spit take. Yeah, no way he was expecting that. "Honey, I love the smell of food, but I don't really want to walk around smelling like oregano or basil"

Kevin just laughed at his response, kissed the back of his neck, and unwrapped himself from Radford. Kevin set up the table while Radford put the two plates down.

The two boys sat next to each other and started to eat. Well, Radford was eating, Kevin was wolfing it down. "Guess your pretty hungry?" Radford teased. "No duh! I only had one of those paydays to eat" Radford chuckled. "Its funny cause its true"

It was just like that for dinner. Very small small talk, the two going for seconds, and just eating with the company of one another.

By the time they were both full, the container was empty. "Damn Kevin, I think I underestimated how hungry you were haha!"

Kevin looked down in slight shame. "Hey, its fine. I rather you eat cause I know you don't eat much. Besides, I know my cooking is good so you can eat as long as I get some"

Radford moved Kevin's hair to the side and kissed his cheek. Now that made Kevin smile and blush. "Ima start heading to bed and I assume your gonna join me?" Radford asked, staring to put the dirty dishes in the sink and tossing paper napkins away.

"Oh hell yeah"

After cleaning up the kitchen, the two headed to their bedroom. Kevin started to get under the covers while Radford was going to plug their phones in. "So, you working tomorrow?" Radford asked.

"No. I think Rick is covering...that is if he doesn't quit on the spot." Radford laughed, getting into the bed with him.

"Well, that means you can sleep in the morning" Radford said. "I can try to sleep in. Its not easy for me to sleep in"

Radford reached his arm over to turn off a lamp and to put his glasses on the bedside table. Kevin moved closer to Radford and cuddled up into him. Radford smiled and just accepted it. Radford wrapped his arms around Kevin and held him close to his chest.

"You sleepy?" Kevin just nodded. Radford chuckled. He kissed his forehead and nuzzled into his hair. "Night Kev, love you" Radford mumbled. "Love you too"
