BUT I URGE YOU TO CONSIDER ELMER
The boys all tease him about not selling well maybe hes just not good at lying or comfortable with it like davey
Bold of you to assume I don't spend every single minute of my life considering Elmer
No but you're so right bc he's literally unable to lie. He was raised to be honest and would rather tell the truth because even when he just has to hide something he is extremely uncomfortable with it
On the other hand that means he can't sell as much papes as the others so his friends will obv make fun of him for it. Except he's like. Extremely insecure about that

Dragonball Z: Abridged Episode 4 Review
Originally posted August 11th, 2015
Princess Snake is Solid, and it’s not as funny as you think.
So, let’s just get this out of the way now: the second half of “Snakeway to Heaven” is structured around a “joke” that barely even qualifies as a humorous “what if” scenario. Solid Snake, from Metal Gear Solid, and Princess Snake have nothing more than their name in common, and outside of the somewhat humorous juxtaposition of a deep, gravelly voice coming out of a tiny, seductive woman (which, thankfully, none of the characters feel the need to comment on), there’s no redeeming factors to this setup that “Snakeway” spends half of its time on.
Which is a shame, because there’s some clever setup in the scenario with Goku and Princess Snake as it stands. The entire time she’s “seducing” him, she’s making comments about how she is a hunter and has killed everything that he’s eating with her bare hands, which makes the fact that she ultimately wants to literally eat him an ironic (but foreseeable) twist. It’s a clever play on the seductress trope that, if it had been focused on more, would have made for a much funnier scenario.
Our two stories back on earth thankfully are much stronger. While we’re on the lookout we get a wonderful introduction to Mr. Popo, the man responsible for training Krillin and company, who is an absolutely delightful sociopath. Their story is paralleled with Gohan and Piccolo’s, as Piccolo leaves Gohan up on a mountain by himself for his training. There’s a nice exchange between the two of them that sums up the differences between Gohan and the rest of the characters, as Gohan contemplates the various ways he could get off the mountain if he only had some tools, while Piccolo yells at him to just climb down.
Later on, Gohan is still stuck on top of the mountain as a full moon comes out, causing him to transform into a giant ape (complete with barrel and Donkey Kong music). Piccolo establishes that all Saiyans are capable of this transformation, before destroying the moon entirely, allowing Gohan to return to his human form. This, of course, has all of the world-devastating consequences actually destroying the moon would have, and we are shown this in a cutaway to Bulma and Master Roshi watching the news, as the death toll is predicted to be in the hundreds of millions. And on top of that, “Snakeway” closes with a clip of the two Saiyans traveling towards earth. Dark times are coming indeed (but they’re not there yet).
Rating: 3/5

Stray Observations
Fading Goku’s screaming as he falls into hell out for the intro and then back in when the show resumes is excellent sound design.
Another great moment is when Goku tricks the German Lords of Hell into showing him the exit. It’s nice to see Goku being a little clever every now and then.
Goz: “He made a mess of the Blood Fountain.”
Goku: ”It looks fine to me.”
Goz: “It used to be water!”
Mr. Popo: “Pecking order.”
Newscaster: “And now we go to our resident lunar science expert, Sailor Moon, for an update.”
Usagi: “OH DEAR GOD!”
