Is Calcium Supplement Important for Our Body?
Do you know why we see mothers racing around after their children to make sure they have their glass of milk or calcium tablet every day? It’s simple: she understands the value of calcium and calcium supplements! Calcium should be a component of your daily diet because it is required not only for bone development but also for message transmission through the neurological system.
Calcium-rich foods include milk, yogurt, almonds, beans, cheese, tofu, and so on, but they cannot be consumed on a daily basis. It can be difficult to get enough calcium from your food alone. This is when the importance of calcium supplements becomes clear. Getting enough calcium and calcium supplements in your diet is crucial since it lowers your risk of developing osteoporosis, boosts your energy, and even helps with skin problems like dry skin.
Finding the best calcium supplements for health is the true issue. With so many alternatives available in the market and online, you may be wondering which is the finest online supplement store that can readily deliver quality products to your home. When choosing calcium supplements for health, you must ensure that you are receiving the correct amount and components. You should also do research on the firm and their manufacturing method.
While you can increase your calcium intake, it is also vital to consider how your body absorbs calcium. Your body needs vitamin D to absorb calcium. Additionally, insufficient vitamin D levels might lead to inadequate calcium absorption. This issue has the potential to diminish the importance of calcium supplementation. It is critical to get these supplements either with a prescription or from a reputable online supplement store whose quality has previously been evaluated and proven in the market.

What are the best dietary sources of calcium for middle-aged women, and how can they strike the right balance between food and supplements to ensure strong bone health?
Tumblr media
Hey there! Today, I wanna chat about something super cool and important, especially if you're a middle-aged lady or know someone who is. We're gonna break down the whole calcium thing and how it can do wonders for your health. So, grab a snack and let's get into it!
Calcium: More Than Just Bones
You've probs heard that calcium is all about strong bones, right? Well, yeah, that's true, but it's just the tip of the iceberg. Calcium is like a superhero mineral that does a ton of stuff. It keeps your muscles doing their thing, helps your nerves talk to each other, and even deals with blood clotting. If you're a middle-aged woman, calcium is your secret health weapon.
The Battle Against Osteoporosis
Now, let's talk about osteoporosis. It's like a sneaky troublemaker, quietly weakening your bones until it's too late. But here's the good news: you can totally take it on! Calcium, along with some vitamin D and a bit of exercise, is your trusty sidekick.
Hormones and the Calcium Connection
Ladies, as we get older, our hormones go a bit bonkers, especially when menopause comes into the picture. These hormonal changes can mess with our bones, making them less dense. But don't sweat it; a diet rich in calcium can be your hero during this time.
And to help you on this journey, here is one of the best calcium supplements: >>>Try this today<<<
Where to Find Calcium
So, where can you score this magical mineral? Well, there are plenty of options. The classic sources are dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese – they're calcium champs. But if dairy isn't your thing, no worries! You can turn to plant-based alternatives like fortified almond milk or get your greens in with kale and broccoli. Tasty and good for you!
To Supplement or Not to Supplement
In some cases, you might need a little extra help. Calcium supplements can come to the rescue, but remember to chat with a healthcare pro before diving into the supplement world. They'll help you find that sweet spot.
Finding the Right Balance: Food vs. Supplements
You might be wondering if you should go all-in with food or consider supplements. It's a legit question, so let's break it down.
The Art of Absorption
Here's a fun fact: calcium doesn't always play nice when it comes to absorption. It depends on stuff like your vitamin D levels, age, and certain meds. Keep an eye on these things to make sure your body is soaking up the calcium.
Magnesium: The Calcium Partner in Crime
What's cooler than a superhero? A superhero team! Calcium and magnesium are like Batman and Robin. Magnesium helps calcium get absorbed and keeps pesky things like kidney stones in check, which can be more of a hassle as we age.
Keeping Your Bones Strong with Exercise
Don't forget to keep those bones strong with some exercise! Walking, running, and even a bit of weight training are awesome for maintaining bone density. Combine that with a calcium-packed diet, and you're on fire!
Wrapping It Up
So, there you have it. Calcium is your best buddy when it comes to keeping in tip-top shape as a middle-aged lady. Osteoporosis and its pals don't stand a chance when you make the right moves, from your diet to staying active and considering those hormone changes. You got this, girl!
And to help you on this journey, here is one of the best calcium supplements: >>>Try this today<<<

Calcium Supplements May Cause Kidney Stones – Myth or Fact?
Medicines are majorly affected by misconceptions. When it comes to supplements, the first thought in people’s minds is the side effects, even when doctors recommend them. Avoiding medicine due to a false myth can create serious health complications. This is why doing your research is necessary; everyone should know what they are about to add to their diet. Concerning the intake of calcium supplements, kidney stones are often associated with them as one of the side effects.
Let’s Find Out Calcium Supplements, Kidney Stones relationships
People with a history of kidney stones are indeed at a higher risk of developing a stone in their kidneys again. This is why there are some precautionary measures they should take in order to prevent the formation of kidney stones further. The preventive measures are not confined to limiting the use of calcium supplements but other lifestyle changes like less use of alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine, certain meats, seafood, etc.
Are Calcium Supplements the Real Culprit Behind Kidney Stones?
Studies have shown that meeting the daily requirement of calcium creates lesser chances of kidney stones. But taking more than recommended calcium daily can form a kidney stone. So, it is not the dietary calcium or calcium supplements what are the real culprit behind kidney stones. Calcium overdose can be one of the contributing factors in the formation of calcium kidney stones. Among the other factors drinking too little water is one of the leading causes of kidney stones. Family history, infections, too much sodium, and too much or too little exercise can also be the reasons for stone formation.
Calcium Supplements – Kidney Stones Cure and Prevention
Recent studies suggest that the common misconception about the calcium supplement being the culprit behind kidney stones is nothing but false. The truth is actually the opposite of this myth. Dietary calcium and calcium supplements are recommended by doctors to people who have kidney stones as calcium can bind with oxalates in the stomach and intestine before it can move to the kidney and form a stone. This means that calcium prevents kidney stones but adding the right amount of calcium to your diet is necessary as an overdose may be one of the reasons for stone formation. Even for people with kidney stones, quitting the use of calcium supplements and oxalate is not encouraged but decreasing the use of them is appreciated.
Conclusion
There is no denying the fact that calcium supplements are beneficial in a lot of ways. But the overdose of any medications can create adverse health effects. Calcium supplements, kidney stones relationship is indeed a complex one but you can always consult your doctor to understand your condition better and opt for the best calcium supplements available that have no side effects. Totally CALCIUM® delivers 100% soluble and highly absorbable calcium. It is even safe to take by kids and people of all ages according to the recommended dose.

Calcium Supplements, Osteoporosis and Cardiovascular Disease?
Calcium Supplements, Osteoporosis and Cardiovascular Disease?
Last year, one of the aunties at the park where I exercise collapsed due to a blocked artery. I recently found out that she ‘cannot go without a cup of milk’ first thing in the morning. She also takes calcium supplements to maintain her bones. Now this is a controversial topic and one that Dr Sebastian has repeatedly addressed. This is his latest post: “A meta-analysis found that calcium…

Best Calcium Supplements?
Tumblr media
With the many calcium supplements available to pick from, how do you to determine which are the most beneficial calcium supplement for your needs? Here is a comparison of AlgaeCal Plus and the leading calcium supplements available. (Caltrate, CalMax, PremCal, Coral Calcium, Calcium Carbonate, and Calcium Citrate)
Most calcium supplements are either organic or laboratory-produced, apart from AlgaeCal. The majority of calcium supplements don't contain trace minerals, nor the clinically tested bone-building vitamin combo of D3 K2 and Strontium.
Caltrate Caltrate is an low-cost calcium carbonate product that is typically sold along with vitamin D2, a synthetic version of vitamin D which has been proved by clinical studies to be less efficient than the vitamin D3 type (1a). It comes in tablet instead of gelatin capsules tablets are not a bio-available form of delivery (2a). Tableting is a process that requires a variety of substances of doubtful value including "cellulose, crospovidone, FD and C blue No. 2, red No. 40, and yellow No. 6, Magnesium Stearate, polysorbate, povidone, sodium croscarmellose, starch, sucrose, titanium dioxide, triacetin".
Caltrate is devoid of other clinically-proven bone building ingredients like trace minerals magnesium, trace minerals Vitamin K2 and Strontium. The calcium version is not as effective as the organic, whole food, plants-based AlgaeCal. The cost is quite low however, it appears that you're getting what you pay for : the most low-quality ingredients available in the most bio-degradable form (tablet) together with numerous additives.
CalMax CalMax is laboratory-made Calcium Gluconate, along in combination with Magnesium in addition to Vitamin C in the form of a powder that is effervescent. It is not a good choice for bone development since it does not contain any of the other clinically tested bones-building ingredients, such as trace mineralslike vitamin D Vitamin K2 and Strontium. Additionally, the calcium content is not comparable to natural, whole food plants-based AlgaeCal
PremCal PremCal is inorganic calcium carbonate derived from limestone rock, that contains a tiny quantity of Magnesium. It comes in three strength levels of vitamin D, to suit various levels of sunlight exposure. The product is marketed as a primary remedy for PMS. PremCal does not meet the requirements for bone health because it does not contain any of the other scientifically proven bone-building ingredients like the trace mineral, Vitamin K2, and Strontium. Additionally, the calcium version isn't as good as the organic, whole food, made from plants AlgaeCal.
Coral Calcium Coral Calcium comes from fossilized deposits above sea, or below-sea dredging processes that remove the coral sands mostly located in Okinawa, Japan. Coral Calcium was popularized in 2003 with a television informational which was later pulled by the FDA and FTC for making fraudulent and unsubstantiated claims made in advertisements. It was the product that wasn't under scrutiny more than the exaggerated claims about health benefits that were presented.
Coral calcium is a distinct thing in comparison to AlgaeCal. For starters it is an animal while AlgaeCal comes from an algae. Coral Calcium is heated to eliminate heavy metals which means that all organic matter is removed. AlgaeCal is harvested in live form and processed cold so that it is nutritionally valuable. In reality, AlgaeCal has much more magnesium, and has 12-times more trace mineral pergram than calcium from coral. Coral Calcium is available in conjunction with a variety of ingredients, but not with Vitamin K2 and Strontium which are two of the most clinically tested bone health boosters. A lack of clinical research has been conducted on the coral calcium that show any therapeutic benefits. AlgaeCal is a major clinical trial with impressive results.
Vogue Wellness Calcium Tablets: Calcium is a mineral most often associated with healthy bones and teeth, although it also plays an important role in blood clotting, helping muscles to contract, and regulating normal heart rhythms and nerve functions.

What if you knit/crochet bombed them while they were asleep, like ppl do with trees and bike racks and stuff?
Do it. By the time you can get THAT close to them without waking them up, they are probably not going to come up swinging if you bump or roll them to finish whatever tube you're stitching them into.
To be fair, they will all probably wake up anyways, such is the paranoia of Bad End timelines, but they'll just go back to sleep. You'll probably never know they woke up.
Killer in particular will have to be hauled out of his cocoon by force after inch-worming to the dinner table.
