Review: 'Ambulance' or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Michael Bay
Review: ‘Ambulance’ or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Michael Bay
When one thinks of Michael Bay, explosions are sure to follow. The blockbuster director remains one of the few maximalist filmmakers in the industry, with a filmmaking style that many write off as tacky. Yet to know Bay’s filmography is to know the pleasures and tribulations of excess. While the films themselves create a salad of jingoistic libertarian ideals, he also has the ability to craft…

Okay, I think I finally worked out what was causing the cognitive dissonance in the back of my brain. I mean, there's a lot about this crowd that makes my brain itch, but in this case specifically:
An embryo/fetus/fresh-sprung clump of recombined cells is a person, a child.
Which makes the hosting body impregnated with that child ... a parent. Correct and reasonable?
And parents have rights, parents have the right to make decisions about their own children. And no one else does.
THEREFORE, the 14 year old pregnant person has the legal, constitutional, and moral freedom to exercise their own parental rights to have a fucking abortion.
Lol, or is that not what you fucking meant, Cedric Hayden

How Robert Pattinson relates to BATMAN and dark characters?
Vedic chart analysis 2
(Birth data source: Astrodatabank)
Tumblr media
Hi everyone.. We will look into the chart of Robert Pattinson. Known for starring in both big-budget and independent films, Pattinson has ranked among the world's highest-paid actors. In 2010, Time magazine named him one of the 100 most influential people in the world, and he was featured in the Forbes Celebrity 100 list. He has been nominated for two Independent Spirit Awards for his performances in Good Time (2017) and The Lighthouse (2019). So he is quite popular. So what makes him so much of a good actor? Let's look into his Vedic chart.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Tumblr media
He started his career by playing Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005). He later landed the leading role of Edward Cullen in the film adaptations of the Twilight novels by Stephenie Meyer, and came to worldwide fame as a tame vegetarian vampire (2008, 2009, 2010). In 2010, Pattinson was named one of TIME magazine's 100 Most Influential People in The World. He also played a Batman character recently.
So you guys might be wondering how come he played such dominant characters. He is an aries rising and exalted sun in ascendant. So it gives him quite a dominant aura. You feel his characters are very masculine from a vampire to batman. But there is a dark shade to his characters. It comes from the Rahu in ascendant. Also his 10th Lord saturn is in martian scorpio sign. The aspect of venus from taurus fills the artistic zeal to his characters. Most of his planets are situated in fire signs. So his characters are really masculine.
BATMAN CHARACTER BREAKDOWN AS ROBERT PATTINSON:
Tumblr media
And one more thing is, his character is batman who played a detective role in the recent film. It relates 100 percent as karma Lord Saturn is present in the detective sign scorpio. Not only that, his Saturn is also present in scorpio navamsa being vargottama. It makes his karma for scoprio themed. His rahu in lagna with sun mercury is very relatable to Batman's character. Rahu in lagna gives some sort of individuality and mystery to character and that's how batman. Batman is a character who is very private and can take any means to beat his opponents (very much rahu in lagna and 10th Lord in scorpio like). So he was destined to play Batman role and shine in it. His vampire role follows the same formula of dark shaded hero and he fitted perfectly.
CHEATING IN RELATIONSHIP:
Tumblr media
Since meeting on the set of Twilight in 2008, Pattinson had been romantically linked to co-star Kristen Stewart. For roughly four years, they did not explicitly confirm a relationship. Stewart officially acknowledged the relationship for the first time in July 2012, when Us Weekly published photos of Stewart caught cheating on Pattinson with her married director Rupert Sanders, prompting her to issue a public apology to Pattinson. You can clearly see that in his birth chart. Rahu ketu in 1-7 axis brings cheating in relationships. It also makes you misguided in partnerships. His 7th Lord and planet of love venus is aspecting 8th house of secrets where 11th Lord of desires Saturn is situated. There is Guru chandaal yog in his navamsa chart which is infamous for lack of morals. It indicates his partner secretly cheating on him. Now.. That's a tragedy which rahu in lagna faces sometimes.
HIS OTHER INTERESTS:
Tumblr media
Aside from acting, Pattinson plays music and has sung on several soundtracks for film. He supports several charities, including the GO Campaign, and has been the face of Dior Homme fragrance since 2013. His side of generosity comes from Jupiter in humanitarian sign aquarius. His Jupiter is present in Jupitarian nakshatra purva bhadrapada. His lagna Lord Mars is present in generous sign Sagittarius which also add to it. His musical interests can be related to his strong venus in second house. Venus is present in mrigashira which is seeking and exploring of music.
CURRENT RELATIONSHIPS:
Tumblr media
Pattinson began dating singer-songwriter FKA Twigs in September 2014. The couple, who were engaged, ended their relationship in the summer of 2017. Pattinson has been in a relationship with English actress and singer Suki Waterhouse since mid-2018 (Notable thing is, she is singer and he was going through venus subperiod. Venus is present in 2nd house of singing/speech). The couple resides in Los Angeles. There is a pattern in his relationships. He mostly dated people who were connected to art. It can be seen in his birth chart. His 7th Lord is venus which indicates he will most likely to get attracted towards people in art/acting. His 7th Lord is present in venusian sign taurus. His venus being in its own sign, he will most probably have partners who are artistic.
Actually.. It's just a surface level analysis. It can be analysed much deeper with dashas and divisional charts etc. But.. I have pointed out the main factors of his life. That's all for now. Bye.

[Bernie Sanders meme.jpg] Once again I am asking
What did the TriWizard tasks look like to viewers? Specifically thinking about the third task today. Presumably, since the maze was in the Quidditch Pitch, people in the stands could look down and see what was going on. Which would mean the entire school saw Harry and Cedric go for the cup and just... disappear. Into thin air. And then reappear half an hour? an hour? later.
Yet at no point in OoTP does anyone say, "well listen guys, we all saw Harry and Cedric disappear, remember how we all spent an hour wondering what the hell was going on, and then when they reappeared Cedric was dead and it was crazy, like, we all spent the summer talking and thinking about this." Like you would if that was something you witnessed.
But instead everyone just seems to be focused on whether or not they believe the newspaper? None of the students talk about their personal experience of the whole thing? And yeah yeah I know it's probably another one of those "the author was plot focused and this would have gotten in the way" things but it still bothers me.

The Plan so far
So, this blog was a very spontaneous idea I had yesterday (very late in the evening). So I took some time to think it through today, as well as get some more lists from other Fanders.
The plan now is to first create lists for the separate facets of the Thomas Sanders fandom, i.e. Sanders Sides, Shorts Characters, Cartoon Therapy and Roleslaying with Roman. (I'm sorry that this means I need to split up Remy and Emile for now, we'll get to crossovers later.)
For that to work, I need a comprehensive list of characters first. So this is my call for your help! I'll put a list of who I got so far after the cut and you can reply to this post or send me an ask about more characters I can/should include!
I'm really happy with the positive reactions I got for creating this blog, thank you for your support! 💗💙💖💙💜💛💚
Sanders Sides:
Patton
Roman
Logan
Virgil
Janus
Remus
Orange
Thomas
Nico
King
Dragon Witch (unsure if I should include her but if I do, this is where she'll be)
I know King is most commonly used as a sort of fusion of Roman and Remus but for the purposes of this list, I will see him as an entirely separate character and as such include ships between him and Roman and/or Remus.
Shorts Characters
Remy - Sleep
Teal/Teagan - Teacher
Dayd - Dad
Pryce - Prince
Andy - Anxiety
Dice/Anton/Cedric - The Critic
Linda - Thomas' Cowlick

Ace - Action Hero that can't catch things
Rian - Rain
Mike - Microwave
Nessy - Illness
Apollo - Sun
Jericho - Moon
Taz / Tucker - Task
Bouce/Boucy - The Bouncing Ball
Anton - Antagonist
Pranks - Disney/Pokémon Pranks
Asher/Rudolph - Christmas
Jasper - Thanksgiving
Months
Jaana - January
Fabian - Feburary
Mara - March
April - April
May - May
Junie - June
Julia/Julian - July
Augusta/Augustus - August
Seth/Ember - September
Toby - October

Schuyler/Sky - Scorpio
Tara - Taurus
Sarah/Sally - Sagittarius
Caprice - Capricorn
Gemma - Gemini
Virginia/Ginny - Virgo
Liberty/Libby - Libra

Cartoon Therapy (as far as I know, all the characters in this series are adults)
Emile Picani
Elliot
Mitchel (I don't actually know if that's how you spell his name)
Dot
Larry

Kai
Lauren
Sam
Roleslaying with Roman
Roman of Reston
Youngblood
Noise
??? (Mike)
Flow
Britney
Djembe

There are many more characters in the series of course, but I do not know which it makes sense to include here, so please let me know! Also if there is another part of the fandom I forgot to include entirely.

OC question of the day!
If you could make a character real, which of your OCs would be:
your bestie
your spouse/partner
your secret lover!
your friendly rival
your enemy!
BONUS: do this for other people’s OCs too!
Pass the game along (anonymously or not)
@igglemouse @108sims and @helenofsimblr - OK! I'll do it!! Fine. I had to think hard and it's still too difficult so here goes!
Bestie would be Eel - He's got so much to tell yet. I can't wait for you all to see all he's got to offer. He's chill, he's the guy you could count on when you think no one else would. He'd be there for you no matter what. Followed in closely by the two Nicks - Nick Gould (@helenofsimblr) and Nickie Catzenberg - You can bet your ass they'll back you up and if they think you're wrong they'll say so. Lyra, Bob and Cat are a good friends to bestie up with... Lyra's sensibilities, Bob's honor and strong sense of right, with Cat's kindness. Franny would be fun at a party as would Guy and Elita. Oh, John boy is so sweet. He's such a tender hearted fellow. I want him to succeed... Wilbur Laffer would be my buddy too. He's hilarious and fun.
I know it sound cliche, but I could be friends with anyone I've created or @helenofsimblr's characters. I basically see them all everyday in my head so they all really feel like they could just walk in the door and be like "Hey Kong how's it going."
No spouse no one can replace my boo... EVER. Sorry! - I actually have a sim of him in game with my simself. You may see them in background shots from time to time. Hubby heavily inspired RT Van Richten and he has a lot of inspiration on the lore and personalities of several prominent characters.
Secret Lover - Kyleigh from @helenofsimblr she's a sultry thing. On my side, Cat or Evie... heck, just book me for a night with all three of those lovely ladies. DC could pop in too. I like a girl that can mix a good drink.
friendly rival - Morrigan from mine and Kira from @helenofsimblr both have this feeling about them that they could be very friendly or very aggressive like there's no dimmer switch for it's either friendly or bitch mode and you can't tell when it's going to be which mood. It just doesn't mesh well with my very conflict adverse self. I much prefer chill people.
enemy - Probably Azura (Crazy AF) , Jure (pompous ass), and Yakob (CREEPY) they're horrible and crazy! Also no Moriarty fam... those guys... well... bad news always from those guys... and Cedric... from @helenofsimblr - he was such a horrid influence on Lyra in a moment of darkness after Bob was "dead". Not a fan of Soggy Sarah Sanders either. She's such a wet noodle. Isaac Danvers is on my shit list too! I was so glad to see DC punch him.

Lucille Ball in Lured (Douglas Sirk, 1947)
Cast: Lucille Ball, George Sanders, Charles Coburn, Cedric Hardwicke, Boris Karloff, Joseph Calleia, Alan Mowbray, George Zucco, Robert Coote, Alan Napier, Tanis Chandler. Screenplay: Leo Rosten, based on a screenplay by Jacques Companéez, Ernst Neuback, and Simon Gantillon. Cinematography: William H. Daniels. Production design: Nicolai Remisoff. Film editing: John M. Foley. Music: Michel Michelet.
Lured gave Lucille Ball a chance to break out of -- or at least transcend -- the wisecracking dame roles in which she had been cast. She plays Sandra Carpenter, an American dancer who came to London with a show that swiftly closed and is now forced to make ends meet by working as a taxi dancer, the profession immortalized in the Rodgers and Hart song "Ten Cents a Dance." When a chum of hers, a fellow dancer, disappears, she finds herself aiding Scotland Yard in an investigation of similar mysterious disappearances of young women: She plays bait, a role that puts her in contact with all manner of unsavory characters, including a crazed fashion designer played in a cameo role by Boris Karloff. But it also puts her in touch with Robert Fleming (George Sanders), a nightclub entrepreneur, with whom she falls in love. Eventually, Fleming himself will become a prime suspect in the case. It's a busy, semicomic crime story with few surprises for anyone who has seen this sort of thing before, made memorable by Douglas Sirk's crisp direction and Ball's smart, attractive presence -- one of the few substantial film roles she found before becoming a major star on television. William H. Daniels's cinematography helps give Ball the kind of glamour she seldom found on the big screen, somehow making her hair look orange even in black-and-white. There's not a lot of chemistry between Ball and Sanders, who is trying to transcend his own stereotype, the world-weary cad, but even in their separate ways they're always fun to watch.
