He silently stared at you from his spot on the couch, his hand laying heavy in yours.
"Pretty please, baby," you whispered and pressed a soft kiss to his lips. He hummed, thumb finally running over your hand, before tugging you into him. You stumbled against his body and crashed into his chest. Slowly, you lifted your head, pouting up at him.
"I don't think I'll wear a mask though."
He was blessed with your lovely smile.
Of course he wore the mask. How could he not? After all, he had watched your favourite show so many times - he had just felt like something was missing from his cosplay. The suit, the coat, the hat - everything was perfect (and made from the finest of materials), but it still felt incomplete.
And so, he was granted the sight of you - wearing the Sailor uniform of your idol - tearing up at the sight of him.
"You're so handsome," you nearly sobbed, not quite believing your eyes.
"And you must be the most beautiful...princess I have ever seen in my entire life - and all lives I have ever lived - my love."
You couldn't help but kiss him for that.

I stood before the familiar building, its tall structure towers over me.
Cherry blossoms grew along the path towards it. As I sauntered through the flowery pathway, soft-pink petals tumble from the placid sky. It's brilliants waking a spring morn.
I close my eyes and greet the darkness that welcomes me. I could hear the faint whispers of the winter passing and the lullaby of springtime echoing in sun-kissed grounds.
I breathe in the crispy air.
There was a scent in them. It was misty, with a hint of floral and musk. I relished on the flavour present at the tip of my tongue, it tasted sweet, but it left behind a bitter feeling.
I was left to drown in a figment of the past and led astray inside the pleasant memories.
Memories of that night.

Shen Wei from Guardian - Extra(TM) creepy stalker morally gray novel!Shen Wei with a room covered in portraits of Kunlun’s reincarnations, who started out as a demon/people-eating monster child who fell in love with Kunlun at first sight. Softer drama!Shen Wei who is still ride or die for Zhao Yunlan, who fell for intense time traveler flirting, and genuinely cares about saving the world. I love both versions of him.
2. Wei Wuxian from Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation - because he’s hilarious. He’s this dark cultivator who ventures into forbidden techniques, whose name becomes feared, but he has this bright devil-may-care attitude and it makes me laugh/despair how oblivious he is to Lan Wangji being very much in love with him
3. Xia Yu Hao from Crossing the Line - because he’s a sweetheart - Yu Hao became ridiculously earnest about learning to play volleyball after initially protesting that he didn’t want to join the team, and his crush on Zi Xuan is visible from space
4. Amuro Tooru | Furuya Rei from Detective Conan - a triple faced spy and he can be ruthless, but he’s cute with his dog and I have feelings about the fact that all his cop friends are dead ;____:
5. Light Yagami from the Death Note jdrama - the epitome of a woobie sympathetic villain and OOC as hell, but I felt bad for him in the beginning and he could have easily turned back. He’s just an anxiety-ridden mess and L really did love care about him.

9. Irene Red from On a Leash - my type is hot-headed women soldiers (see: Noma Banks), and I am unrepentant. Red is my most recent example of this, and she looks so gorgeous when Luce roughly manhandles her
10. Rem from the Death Note musical - she didn’t believe in love, and THEN SHE DID. Just, tragic unrequited love, and she’s protective of Misa, and her songs are so beautiful and sad.

the first character i ever fell in love with: I don’t really remember, when I first watched conan I was like 8 or 9 years old and I used to love everyone. We had a blue teddy bear with bow tie in my grandparents house, my cousin and I used to play with it as Conan. 😄😄 Anyway, when I rewached the anime in 2015 I had some background on the characters.
a character that i used to love/like, but now do not: Ran, I must admit that I was very dissapointed. and Conan to an extent.
a ship that i used to love/like, but now do not: I can’t think of any.
my ultimate favorite character™: Haibara Ai/Myiano Shiho!
prettiest character: this is hard, I’m not sure, everyone looks a bit odd. Heiji is the least odd looking male, and vermouth might be the most beautiful female, although I’m sure there are more beautiful minor characters. Also, Akako from MK is gorgeous if that counts. But I only saw her in the anime and not the Manga.
my most hated character: Gin.
my OTP: Conan/Haibara, not much these days but I really loved it when I was still catching up.
my NOTP: Gin/Haibara or Akai/Haibara. I don’t really like the Gin Hai ship, I think it’s wrong and it annoys me on so many levels. 😵The akai ship isn’t as bad but I don’t like that one either for many reasons.
favorite episode: Episode 345 easily. Let me describe it with emoji:

least favorite season: The first season, there weren’t many interesting characters and plot I guess.

They have been through so much because of BO. Sera to a lesser extent, her father died and she never saw her brother and her family is in a complete mess,even though she doesn’t seem traumatized.Shinichi too I guess.

Seido Female Manager Headcanons
I want a Daiya no A spin-off focusing on the managers. We’ll call it Daiya no Queens (Queens of the Diamond in English officially)
The managers for Act II are also included, and they will be put under a cut for anyone who doesn’t want spoilers (I’m sorry mobile users). I also might end up writing about some of these, so keep an eye out for those if I ever do
One, overall Headcanon (I didn’t know who to put this under):
Sawamura can not for the life of him remember any of the managers names outside of Haruno, so to hide the fact that he can’t remember (despite being told several times by his team mates), he refers to them with nobility titles, such as “My Lady” “Your Highness” and “Princess” (since Takako’s the head manager, she and Rei are refereed to as “My Queen”). This catches on with the others, and soon every girl is called by such names, even the new mangers
Fujiwara Takako
Takako is Biromantic Bisexual, but has more of preference for boys
Because she is considered the prettiest girl in school, she gets lots of confessions, from both boys and girls alike, but she always politely rejects them.
It’s not that she wouldn’t love to be in a relationship (she has a lot of love with no where to go), but taking care of the team is usually her top priority, so she doesn’t have time to (she keeps telling herself it would be much more easier to date a member of the team, but a good majority of potential partners face the same problem as her with the sport being more important to them) (I’ll date you Takako)
She adores cute phone charms. For her 18th birthday, Chris gave her a My Melody charm for her phone and a matching case. She still uses them to this day
All the boys in her year are very protective of her, and ever since her first year it’s not unusual to see some of the boys (both on and off the bench) glaring and chasing off anyone who gets to close (Especially Jun. You might as well prepare to die if Jun catches you so much as breathing in her general direction)
Her best subject is English, and acts as a tutor for those on the team who suck at English and don’t wanna ask Rei for help
She still visits the other managers after graduating. It’s pretty common to see her, Yui, Sachiko and Haruno at a cafe near her school, drinking their coffee (hot cocoa for Haruno) and talking about the shenanigans their teams are up to
Natsukawa Yui:
Yui is Panromantic Asexual with more of a preference for girls (yet I always write her with boys)
She’s known Sachiko since middle school, they attended the same school as Chris and Shirakawa, so their route to school is longer and the have to take the train
One time, during their first year, everyone in her year got curious to see what Yui looked like without her bang covering her eye. Zono volunteered for the job (aka: everyone was too chicken shit to do it and they forced him to), and to this day when someone asks him what she looks like, his only response is “It’s like the physical manifest of what a choir of angels sound like” (Kuramochi did it once as well, and he can confirm Zono is right. Yui’s just getting tired of people pulling her bangs back, standing there for five minutes as their face turns red and then run off)
She’s one of those girls who bring the tall bottles of Bath and Body Works perfume to school. She never uses it during school hours (unless someone stunk up the bathroom), only after school in the girls locker room after a long day of practice. Her favorite scent is Dark Kiss
While it’s not mandatory the managers help out during morning practice during the summer and winter camps, they do anyway. Meaning they get up earlier than the boys, and sometimes they’re not fully awake when they get there. Sawamura had to learn the hard way not to talk to Yui unless your a faculty member until she finished the coffee she brings with her (she brings like, three of those Starbucks frappuccino bottles). She is a demon before she has had her coffee
Her family owns two Doberman's, one with and without docked and cropped ears and tail. They are the sweetest dogs in the world, and love to play with their owners
She is the only manager to not be refereed to by nobility titles. She is instead refereed to as “Heiress” or “Mistress” because Sawamura originally confused her father to being a member of the Yakuza (her family owning two Dobermans did not help in the slightest either)
Umemoto Sachiko:
Sachiko is Aromantic Asexual
Commonly refereed to as the Kuramochi of the managers, Sachiko is very protective of her friends, especially her fellow managers
You dared to hit on Takako? You’re gonna get ambushed by both her and Jun. Made fun of Haruno? Sorry honey, only she’s allowed to do that. Breathed in Yui’s general direction? She’s gonna leave you black and blue
Remember how in the 3rd ODA “Boys Be...” Sachiko joked about her fans ganging up on Nori if he got a crush on her? She wasn’t lying about having fans. Of course there are no where near as many as Takako and Yui have, but a good majority of her fans are usually range from shy and sweet to total sports geek. There is no one who doesn’t fall for Sachiko’s charm (like me)
A total gamer, she loves to play First Person Shooters (she can totally kick Kuramochi’s ass in them), but she has a secret weak spot for games like Animal Crossing and literally any Kirby game
She’s listed at number 3 in the Skillful Singers list in the Seido Baseball Club Secret Rankings ( [x] ) and is secretly referred to as Seido’s Lorelei among both her class and teammates. The choir kids want to steal her from the team
She has a collection of baseball caps she’s collected over the years of teams in both the NPB and the MLB. She has to order her MLB caps online, but it’s money well spent in her opinon
Yoshikawa Haruno:
Haruno is Biromantic Demisexual with no set preference
Because of her clumsy nature, she always carries band-aids with her. Usually cute band-aids with Sanrio characters on them. Furuya secretly adores them and whenever he gets a cut and needs a band-aid, he asks Haruno for one
It’s also not unusual for whenever she does trip and fall and scrapes her knee that all of the members of the First String in her year drop whatever they’re doing and rush over to her to make sure she’s okay. Sawamura and Kanemaru look like overprotective mothers, acting like she’s dying, Toujou and Haruichi go to get the first aid kit while Furuya is standing about a foot away with this aura flaring, not sure what to do (imagine what would happen she actually got seriously injured)
She’s a KPop fan, and her favorite groups are EXO and Pristin (yes I know the series canonly takes place in 2006-2007 leave me alone)
Another sucker for cute things, Haruno’s whole room is practically overflowing with stuffed animals
She’s the youngest of four older brothers who put the babying of the First String First Years to shame. She’s not even allowed to hold a butter knife
Another gamer, Haruno loves to play relaxing and collecting games like Pokemon and Neko Atsume
Kuroki Anna (Tall, long black hair):
Anna is a Lesbian
She has a habit of unintentionally putting small things in her mouth and chewing on them, things like earring backings and sometimes even the earring itself. As a kid, she would sometimes chew all of the shoes of her Barbie dolls
Yet, for some reason, she always swollows gum
She is the only member of the current team to be able to watch horror movies with a straight face (fssh just imagine Ryo and Anna watching horror movies together and booing at it)
There is a current bet going around at who has the best dead eyes, her, Mogami or Okumura (currently, Okumura is winning)
She currently has no interest in dating, but has expressed she would date Haruno if given the opportunity too (honey wait until you meet Wakana)
There is a member of Yakushi in her year with the same family name as her and I am fully convinced they are twins
Oda Akane (Short, blonde hair):
Akane is Demiromantic Demisexual
She’s the chubbiest manager out of the current ones, but it’s okay because there’s just more of her to love. It also contrasts Anna’s body type, which is thin and lanky (they’re just like Popuko and Pipimi)
She and Anna have known each other since childhood. The reason Anna holds no romantic interest in Akane is because she cherishes their friendship more than anything in the world and thinks a relationship would ruin it. Akane on the other hand, has a giant crush on Anna that she does not act upon (think of it like Chinatsu and Akira’s relationship, only more stable and less hostile)
When her bangs are down, the fall very similarly to Sawamura’s. She keeps them tied up because she thinks they get in the way, but doesn’t want to cut them
She has to wear glasses, but usually wears contacts because she hates how they look on her (baby girl show me your glasses)
A gigantic anime fan, she loves Magical Girl and Sports Anime the most
She is both asthmatic, and dyslexic. Probably not a very good combination set for a manager

Favorite Female Character: Haibara Ai/ Miyano Shiho, though I think it’s obvious since she’s the one I draw the most apart from Conan.
Favorite Male Character: Edogawa Conan/ Kudo Shinichi, surprise!
Least Favorite Female Character: huh, I don’t actually have one, all the girls are lovely, except the ones who commit murder.
Least Favorite Male Character: ……Amuro Touru/ Furuya Rei, I don’t know why, I don’t hate him, he’s just not my fave. Though I do get excited when I see him come up cuz it usually leads to something bigger.
Favorite Ship: Kaishin! Not because I think they belong together or make the perfect couple. I just find it the most intriging. Detectives and Phantom Thieves, I mean, come on. Plus, there’s some really good fic for this pair. I can get into any ship if I read some good fics.
Least Favorite Ship: I can’t believe it actually exists but Gin x Shinichi, no, just no, for the very obvious reasons.
Film/Show Rating: 7/10The show is very slow paced in plot but very quick paced on individual cases. Love it for being part of my childhood. For a Murder Mystery Show it’s still tons of fun and retains it’s child like sense.

4) Who is your favourite male character (+ a scene he appears in)?
AH... you’ve caught me in a rei mood today, so i have to say furuya rei! sometimes it’s shuichi though. my favorite characters flip flop a lot, so i never have a real answer for them most of the time...
as for a scene he appears in, huh... i assume the meme means a scene he appears in that i also really love. i guess it has to be the tennis case, the one right after the mystery train! in general, i really love rei’s characterization because the manga is willing to show so many sides of him--so i love that the case right after the mystery train includes him saving conan and treating him after he’s hit in the head with a racket. i also have to mention the case with taii where the detective boys are stuck in that cooled goods delivery van for the same reasons!
5) Who is your favourite female character (+ a scene she appears in)?
unlike the last question, my answer for this never changes: it’s haibara ai / miyano shiho! i love her character and development throughout the series and i think everything about her is so interesting. i must say that she’s not gotten much recently, but with the vague way she talked to conan after the last case with wakasa rumi, that might be about to change... in 200 chapters or so.
as for a scene... the one where she becomes a fan of higo after he switches teams, though i can’t remember the actual case itself. the part where conan thinks she’s going to jump, and then the part after that... “you told me not to run away from my fate” still makes me cry a little bit inside. she’s so good!!
13) If you were to take the place of any one character, who would it be and why?
nobody because i really don’t want to live in a world where murders happen so much like that /SHOT
that being said, if i had to choose, i’d say... suzuki sonoko! sonoko lives a pretty good life minus the occasional dead body and almost getting attacked a few times in the series and movies. she’s rich, but she has a loyal friend (or girlfriend haha) who likes her for being herself, so the moral dilemma of people getting close to you for your money doesn’t play out so much. also, aside from having to deal with him running off and fighting people all the time, i guess i wouldn’t mind makoto as a boyfriend.
i can’t really think of anybody else i’d pick... maybe yumi? traffic cop isn’t that bad as a profession, and having shukichi as a boyfriend wouldn’t be that bad either. but sonoko is probably my first pick.
29) If you could ask Gosho Aoyama one question, what would it be?
...wow, i hadn’t thought about this at all. hmmmm!!
i think the question i would ask would probably be “do you regret having spent the last 21 years mostly devoted to detective conan?” or something along those lines. something like, “isn’t working on a manga for 21 years draining? how have you been able to sustain it for so long?” that’s two question, but that’s about the line of questioning i’d go for!
i’m not really interested in asking him questions about the series itself, because i feel like works should speak for themselves, and i’d rather hear about everything within the series from the series itself. (so, for example, i’d really rather not ask aoyama questions about what’ll happen next because i’d prefer to see it unravel for myself.) instead i’m mostly interested in the production of detco and how it’s had an effect on his life. making such a long-running, famous series has a lot of ramifications.
drafting the exact question i’d ask is hard since i would think long and hard about it beforehand to make sure there’s no loopholes, haha. but that’s about the path i want to go for!
