sometimes I try to tell myself Fazbear Frights wasn’t *that* weird and unnecessary of a spin-off until I remember the story about the guy whose cat died and he sent its hair to Fazbear Ent. because they started a program that could make robotic versions of people’s dead pets or something and the robot cat came back with a human face and the guy got ran over by a car trying to run away from it

Conversation
Eleanor: *Trying to fill out legal paperwork stuff* Were you guys born AMAB or AFAB?
Plushtrap: Bold of you to assume I was born at all.
Faz-Goo: I personally was created in a lab.
Shadow Bonnie: I just straight up spawned lol.

The scooper was designed to remove endo skeletons from the suites, right?
So imagine it just yoinks out Michael's Skelton.
Ennard would've thrown it out anyway like need some room, don't need this thing.
Bones? Pfft.
But Michael hacks them up into the sewers.
And just becomes this rotting purple play doh goo blob... Thing.
.
.
Gregory: Huh wonder what's this purple stuff on the floor?
Michael: Eh its just my flesh.
Gregory:.... What?!
Michael: It's fine, just don't let em vaccum it up or I'll be shorter than you.
Gregory:... None of this is fine!

Do think the fandom would hate The Mimic as much as they do if it wasn't introduced in those godawful books?
The books, the books, the books... That's a really separating opinion. Books got fans and the books got their well-known haters too. I get it, what even is Faz-Goo and... We don't talk about In The Flesh.
We know the books can be a bit of a touchy subject in the fnaf council, and having the new main antagonist be from the books is understandable. Yikes. But again, throwing Mimic in there as this sudden guy (emphasis on guy as in random-damn dude) is just... What? "Who is that?"
The feared books give us information on what in the world Mimic is and it's good. But the fandom is skeptical because it's from the books. (books = weird) But the dilemma is, again, without the books, we would just have a guy thrown in with no introduction. And we'd just see Mimic as this little DLC critter that isn't super relevant to the lore until more is built up onto him, you know? Just an another endoskeleton to the endo pile. Poor guy. So basically, I think it's better he's from the books. We know what he is, we know how it came to be, and we know what to expect! Not just a forgettable character; He's memorable. Like him or not, it is cool as heck!!!

i wish i could meet more fazbear frights (the books, not the location) fans that arent people just a fan of the first two books only and like afew characters later on or are just theorists trying to connect everything as a parallel :(( its kinda sad to me cuz i like all the stories (not in the flesh, its funny in a way though matt deserved it), i know people have valid reasons for not liking it (faz-goo and sea bonnies being brought up) and how it isnt fnaf related most of the time and how boring it can be but its probably one of my fave things in the francise weridly enough, i just wanna meet more fans who are willing who be silly abt the characters (esp the girls ... im the no 1 sarah, delilah, jess + brittany, payton and sylvia fan) and are just having with it, i just want someone to talk abt my WIP crossover and my swap au abt it :(
hopefully tales from the pizzaplex fans are chiller, though ive only seen content for like, 2 stories max (i read all of lallys game and abit of HAPPS and up to epilouge 5 and have a vauge understanding of the rest) i just, cant explain it, ive been feeling the same way since a year ago i want to share my love w this werid-ass series w people who like it like i do, if ur out there and ur a fan of all the stories you rock!!!
(i hope this made sense, TLDR i wish there were more faz frights fans who liked more stories then fetch/out of stock and afew exceptions or people who only use it for theories)

I stopped reading FNAF books after reading Animatronic Apocalypse and hoping that the D&D cult would just be William being silly and then it was revealed to just be some weird agony monster... Like literally it was the principle the whole time and he gets stabbed and is revealed to be goo... In my head anematronic Apocalypse it's just William terrorizing an entire school of small children with faz D&D because he thinks it's really fucking funny

the faz goo is debatably the single strangest and most batshit insane thing in the weird world of fnaf book lore (second only to canonical mpreg) and im not sure that's a good thing in this case
There’s a lot of silly things that happen in Fazbear frights but those two take the cake lol

Rank all Fazbear Frights story's from least to greatest. Explaining why they ranked the way they did is optional. But you get bonus points if you do.
35. In the Flesh: I think you understand why. Matt was not a likeable character.
34. Sea Bonnies: Another body take over story, I rate it so low because the concept of sea monkey like creatures taking over someone's identity is too bizarre for my taste.
33. Sergio's Lucky Day: Another kind of unlikeable character
32. The Prankster: the ending was a cliff hanger and it's not clear who the villain was which is why it's low on my list.
31. Friendly Face: I only remember how many memes people made of the book cover.
30. Gumdrop Angel: similar to Lonely Freddy, it could be argued this is a lot worse of a fate for the victim which I agree with. Also I hate the step father, whatever his name was.
29. Jump for Tickets: I don"t really remember this story much honestly.
28. Kids at Play: I didn’t understand this story very much to be honest.
27. Pizza Kit: I really hated Marley, who tf pretends to be dead like that just as a prank? It's not funny.
26. Together Forever: the ending is a bit grizzly. But in these stories, it seems to be, if you mess around with something, you'll find out why you shouldn’t have mess with it in the first place.
25. Find Player Two: The concept could be interesting, but the story felt a bit flat.
24. He Told Me Everything: Faz goo is not scary.
23. Dance with Me: I like Ballora as a character considering her mechanic in Sister Location, however, in this story she never felt like a real threat, but rather a reminder to the main character of what she did.
22. 1:35 AM: This wasn’t strongly written, Ella was an okay antagonist, Delilah didn’t really grab my attention as a protagonist.
21. Bunny Call: How is Ralpho connected to Fazbear Entertainment? That's my real question. I like the idea of him being alike to King from the Owl House or Bill Ciper. Bob himself was an okay character, especially when he decided he had to protect his family from Ralpho at all costs.
20. Room for One More: Stanley's reason for not going to the hospital felt a bit like an excuse to justify why he never went to the hospital. It would have made the story more interesting if he did.
19. Coming Home: It was a nice story, and it had a nice concept of a child trying to say goodbye to their sibling, but it wasn’t scary.
18. The Cliffs: The idea of a missing kid is just terrifying to anyone, one thing about the story I didn’t like was how quickly the bad thoughts left Robert's mind, it doesn’t happen that way, those feelings don’t just disappear immediately.
17. The Scoop: Reading this story was interesting, I could see a character like Mandy in the FNAF universe.
16. Blackbird: Blackbird is a good concept by itself, but it doesn’t really feel like a FNAF story.
15. The Breaking Wheel: The suspension was built quite well, however Reed did make some questionable decisions about ignoring the loud sounds from outside.
14. Hide and Seek: Shadow Bonnie as a villain was interesting to me, and how they were portrayed as a shadow that always follows the main character.
13. To Be Beautiful: This story shows a twisted idea of being beautiful at a cost. One of my biggest questions was why didn’t Sarah feel any pain? Did the illusion disc also block pain?
12. The Real Jake: It did explain the story of the StitchWraith, however it wasn’t really scary.
11. What we Found: I like how it was explained how the FNAF 3 hallucinations do happen, I don’t like the ending, it felt extremely undeserved to Hudson. He clearly needed some form of mental help.
10. Felix the Shark: a story about Submechanophobia? Yes. Felix is a interesting idea for a story, considering how we never had any animatronics that could work underwater in the FNAF series.
9. Step Closer: Foxy being a villain that curses a kid, while good, can be improved upon, he could have actually been stalking Pete which would have made him seem like more of a threat to Pete and his brother.
8. The Man in Room 1280: I did like the character of Arthur Blythe, he seems to what to believe the best in everybody.
7. You are the Band: I'm upset this story isn’t consider as part of the main series, it was very good and it included Michael, seeing as we know so little about him, having a story with him as a character is great.
6. The New Kid: Devon was a change from the other teenaged protagonists, someone who is jealous of someone else getting attention. Kelsey was a good character and clearly wanted to be friends with Devon and Mick.
5. Count the Ways: Funtime Freddy was a fun villain, showing a version of him that knows a lot about history and has a straight forward purpose, Millie meanwhile, I can understand why she developed a crush on Dylan, however her being rude about Brooke after finding out she was dating Dylan felt a bit jarring.
4. Fetch: A unique concept, I heard that Fetch could be based on the old Sparky hoax, while I'm not sure about it, having a dog animatronic that can “fetch” whatever you desire makes for both a interesting and dark story.
3. Into the Pit: A great story for the first one! The concept of seeing a child actually escape from a murderous rabbit is welcomed especially after we hear that many kids in the history haven’t been so lucky, so I like SpringBonnie acting like the dad and vacuuming the carpet.
2. Lonely Freddy: it's obvious it's a favorite of mine. Alec and Hazel's sibling dynamic feels realistic, especially with the concept of Alec realizing that he had hated his sister for no reason and it was his parents fault, the reason why isn’t number one is because of the big bad himself, Lonely Freddy, the concept of being body swapped is scary, and the ending is truly heart breaking when you realize that Alec likely never made it back home, but then again, REJECT CANON, EMBRACE FANON.
1. Out of Stock: The best story, full stop. Oscar is a realistic take on a boy who lost his father and feels like the world has been unfair to him, Plushtrap is also the best antagonist and well written, he is a real threat, he is smart and he knows how to mimic voices, making him much more dangerous.

FNAF Encyclopedia Judgement part: 1
Freddy Fazbear page(s)
before begin I only have one rule while making these posts, the rule being with ‘Game Appearances’.  I will only mark that specific version of that character or other iterations of that same character like Fnaf 1 Freddy in Fnaf 2 counts due to Withered Freddy, and Funtime Freddy in Fnaf 6 will count due to molten Freddy, but any other iteration of said characters in subsequent games after that characters first appearance I will be more picky with.  Other things like plushies, posters, arcades and/or drawings will not count as appearances(this will mostly go with the books); the character has to physically be there for me to count it as well as in one piece and functioning (so like if the character is there but in pieces then no that will not count either).  Minigame appearances count too.  So if I say ‘that character was not in that game or book’ that is what I mean.  Anyways, let's begin.
Also there are pages of the Fazbear locations but that is not the point of this post but I will show you them anyway.  Here.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yeah nothing special.
Ok. Now on to Freddy.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
[ Data File]
I don’t really count FNAF: security breach since Glamrock Freddy feels independent from OG Freddy like Toy Freddy is in a sense because he is an iteration of Freddy but still his own character.  Unless he did appear in the game and somehow while playing I missed him.
Novels are on point (I think) but the Fazbear fright books are not quite.  While I didn’t read all of them yet I will fact check the ones from the books I have read.  ‘To be beautiful’ just had that Freddy plush Sarah mentioned like…once so I wouldn't really count that an appearance more a reference.  Frankly a lot of the stories have references to just Fazbear entertainment not Freddy himself so… I’m just gonna speed run the rest.  I'm pretty sure Out of stock references Fazbear entertainment not Freddy, Blackbird has barely anything to do with FNAF, it just brings up Freddy Fazbear's pizza not Freddy.  He Told Me  Everything first off screw that story but second Faz-goo is not Freddy tf (and if he was there then damn, I'm blind).  The rest I have not read but you all can gladly tell me if Freddy was really in it. (to quickly inform you I have read up to ‘Sergio’s lucky day’ so any story after that, fact check me.)
[first paragraph?]
Not a bad beginning, gives the basics of Freddy and we know a small portion of who Freddy is without it being too detailed (Don’t expect these compliments to last though.)
[second page, first paragraph]
Is the creepy singing his music box? If so, that is not singing.  ‘He’s not going to march right in, grab you, and stuff you into an animatronic suit’. I mean nights 3 onward he technically does exactly that just differently than Bonnie and Chica with the fact he never leaves the right door, and if you put the cams up with the it open when he is there he gets in and kills you.  Maybe I just don’t get this…
[‘Shady Behavior’]
Ok I like that they brought up how Freddy when he does move does not function the same as Bonnie and Chica, but I feel this info could have been put in the paragraph above it but ok.
[first freddy image]
It’s good they brought up the detail in HW, and an ok image ( I wish these side texts could be more informative, then just pointless dribble.  You’ll see what I mean with future characters.)
[Big image]
First thing I want to say is this is a recurring thing in this book of big images taking up space that could have been filled with info.
I do like that they brought up the handprint on Freddy's face, this is one of few useful small texts and images (this won’t last.)
Freddy’s page I think is ok, kinda basic but It is informative enough.  They just should have said more, maybe about Freddy in other games like HW and AR.  but anyway I would give Freddy’s info a 6/10
(I was originally also going to put Toy Freddy in this post too but this tired me out more than I expected it to and I have school work to do.)

ASK ME ABOUT FNAF! || ALWAYS ACCEPTING! || @in-its-code
in-its-code asked: do u hav a favorite fazfright story/s? like, in general, or if you happen to like more than one: fav concept/villain , fav as a story, fav lore addition?
OOOOOH!!!! i absolutely have a NUMBER of faves when it comes to fazfrights (theres so many of them so i mean :’))
i think my faves would be kinda obvious considering which ones i talk about the most & who i muse, so i’ll go off about everything else!
favorite concept:
the faz-goo is absolutely insane to me. i love it. i love that it makes a very lowkey comeback in the puppet carver, and i love how horrifying it is in its lil origin story.
because i’m indecisive, let me add that i ALSO love the entire concept of “““eleanor’s”““ heart pendant. can we talk about how powerful the illusion disk is that junk metal & scrap can be made to look like the “““ideal gorl”““??? i also really appreciate that because it’s an illusion disc, her mom didn’t notice a difference, even though everybody in school did. good shit. my beloved
(okay and i would be remiss to not mention the goddamn TIME TRAVELING BALLPIT CAN WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT FOR A SECOND. AND THAT WAS THE VERY FIRST FUCKIN STORY TOO...)
favorite villain:
HGHGHGHGH I AM BIASED...”“eleanor”“.........circus baby real and she is not playin games this time. also the way she made a comeback in the stitchwraith bits, UGHHH, I WAS SO CONVINCED SHE’D HAVE A PART TO PLAY IN SB AND JUST! OH NO, CIRCUS BABY’S BEEN THE BAD ONE ALL ALONG (at least post-ffps or something)! like i LIVE for circus baby becoming too far gone and now DUN DUN DUNNN she’s the big bad now. vanny i love you but circus baby was the original Gaslight Gatekeep Girlboss
favorite lore addition:
okay, i’m biased, but the stitchwraith is everything to me. what started out as me being horrified at another ennard became OH MY GOD, THIS REPRESENTS GOLDEN FREDDY. CASSIDY AND [BV]. I LOVE THEM. THANK YOU FAZFRIGHTS. andrew in the books is my everything when it comes to devising my lore for cassidy, and i live for the dynamic between him and jake (and therefore, cassidy & [bv]).
