Usually when a company does that it’s because they have no intention of renewing said show.

All this “We’ll renew your show for a third season if enough people watch it on Disney Plus” talk was total horseshit.

Disney was always planning on cancelling this show after two seasons.

Wouldn’t be shocked if those ten episodes were added to give the writers enough time to come up with a series finale.
