I'm really on a Legend of Zelda hyperfixation lately.....After Legend of Zelda 1986, and Zelda II : The Adventure of Link, I'm playing A Link to the Past.
when i first started checking out d.e.b.s aka that old 2004 cult classic with lesbian spies, i was simply expecting a kinda-raunchy and very campy movie. i was not expecting said kinda-raunchy and very campy movie with aforementioned lesbian spies to be actually kinda cute-
being a self taught artist is hard because well. ur ur own teacher. hence the name shdhja I use to carry that as like a badge of honor to the potion where things like critiques and references felt like. attacks on my person
...of course it’s raining today & idk if it’ll clear up by tonight to dress up. I was thinking about wearing my Rapunzel dress but I deff don’t want to get that wet. My Ashe cosplay is in decent shape but then theres...do I really want to walk around down in the rain at all
Disney hero/villain tropes and personalities I'd like them to revisit or try for the first time.
An optimistic male lead. Pessimistic leads are a dime a dozen, so having someone who's more innocent and sees the world in a positive light would be awesome.
2. A male hero/female villain dynamic. Male villains are more common than female in Disney canon (though the female villains have better odds of being iconic), and usually when we have a female villain, we have a female hero. It'd be neat having a male protagonist and a female antagonist.
3. A villain who's kinda right, or has selfless or selfless-adjacent (ie not "I'm doing this just for me," but "I'm doing this for someone I care about--and maybe me too") intentions and bad methods. I feel like Disney has done this trope before (or at least tried), but I'd love them to do this more; a complex villain who CHALLENGES the protagonist to grow as a person, whether they're doing "I'm selfish but now I understand how it hurts others" or "I thought I was doing everything right but now I see the situation isn't so black and white."
4. A forgotten/fallen hero as the villain. I like the idea of someone who was originally a typical Disney protagonist, only to get to a situation where they gave in to their fear, hope, despair, grief, etc. I remember the 2015 remake of Cinderella doing a really good parallel to how both Cinderella and the Tremaines had suffered grief, but while it embittered the Tremaines, Cinderella held strong, making them resent her further (particularly Lady Tremaine).
5. A shy Disney protagonist. Most Disney protagonists are pretty outgoing and/or social, so having someone who isn't the best at socializing would be a cool Disney lead--plus if it was a musical, the singing could either all be done from the protagonist and co's minds rather than out loud, or the protagonist only sings when they think they're alone. Perhaps they eventually gain the confidence to sing publicly.
6. A hero and villain romance. This may not be something that you wanna have with a film that caters to a younger audience (glamorizing abusive relationships and such), but if done correctly, I like the idea of a villain redemption and subsequent falling in love with the protagonist. As such, they'd probably have to be a secondary villain in order to keep their crime/kill count low. It's a controversial idea, but I do like the enemies to lovers trope (note: ENEMIES to lovers, not two people who pester, annoy or argue with each other then fall in lover over time; not a fan of that).
Hey this a remake and twisted on @heartsforvin ‘s one shot Silent Treatment and I kinda got an idea for it so uhh enjoy ??

Vinnie sat in awkwardly in the passenger seat of your car. They went to a party together and you had thought Vinnie was entertaining a girl who had been clearly flirting with him. The world knew he had a girl. They just didn’t know whom. So when Vinnie tried to give you a kiss and you dodged it, he knew he was in trouble.
“So, crazy weather we’re having huh?” Vinnie patted his thighs a few time. On the inside, you chuckled. It was funny because it was something you would definitely say and only goes to show that you’re rubbing off on him.
“Mhm.” Was all you said. Vinnie nodded and could only look out the window. It wasn’t long till you guys made it back to your little duplex with Vinnie sitting on your bed. You came back after using the restroom and sat down in your chair. “So. Are you gonna tell me why you’re mad at me?” Vinnie asked. You gave him a sharp look.
That’s when you started to take off your clothes and Vinnie watched with eyes that looked like a deer in headlights. You could practically see his boner growing. You made a ‘come here’ motion with your finger. Vinnie quickly throw off his shirt and pants. He made it about a foot in front of you because you actually stopped him with your foot.
You shook your head and slowly moved your hand to your clit. Vinnie pouted. His hands aching to touch you. You rubbed fast then slow, moaning out quietly. “You wanna touch me, Vin?” You asked throwing your head back. “Yes, please.” Vinnie whined. You got up and walked towards your bed, falling back onto it.
“Be a good boy and crawl to me.” You said and Vinnie quickly crawled to you, waiting for his next command. You spread your legs, showing him your already puffy clit. “I think I need help coming Vin. Why don’t you help me.” You smiled and it wasn’t long until Vinnie was devouring you. You bite your lip at the feeling. Vinnie’s mouth felt so much better than your fingers. You then felt the bed starting to move but that wasn’t your doing.
It was Vinnie. He was grinding into the mattress. Hard.
Vinnie soon pushed two fingers into you. Moaning at the feeling and the sight of him. You grabbed his hair. Pulling him up from sucking your clit. He paused his movement. “You wanna know why mommy’s mad at you?” You asked and Vinnie pouted, quickly nodding his head. “Because you let that bitch feel up on you. Feeling on my boy! My pretty boy!”
It had clicked. It was some girl at the party and quickly made her way towards him. Vinnie had seemed to forgotten that you had a bit of a jealous side. “I’m so sorry mommy. I…I didn’t think about that.” Vinnie said. “You think she’d fuck better than me? You think she’d make you hump the damn bed? Huh? Bet you’re about to cum in your boxers.” You snarled.
“No, mommy, no. She wouldn’t. She couldn’t. I wouldn’t allow it. I’m only yours.” Vinnie cried out before going down again.
Thanks for 600,000+ downloads on the Scratchin' Melodii demo!
I feel like I'm on the right track now, so in case you didn't catch me mentioning this before, there will be no more public demos of the game. From here, I'll just be focusing on finishing the full game and I'll try to occasionally show some progress too!
But real quick, let's talk. For future games I make after I finish this one, I don't think I wanna do any public demos for them. I don't exactly regret the Melodii demos, they've helped me shape my first game for the better, but it's led to a lot of stress on me too.
For starters, I don't like how often my test demos are treated as if they're normal game releases. Being brought up as a "free trendy indie game!" before the game even comes out kinda concerns me. (Especially since the game's definitely going to cost money when it does come out!)
The 2022 demo in particular got way more attention than I ever intended/anticipated. Now a good chunk of people hold the way the game was back then as something "sacred" that should be preserved in the final work, while I really just want to move on and keep growing with my art.
The level of attachment some people have with the replaced/unfinished content is something you'd expect between sequels or remakes of an old game, but it's happening here between mere months of development of the same game. I don't want to feel nervous when pushing the game, its music, or anything else about it closer to my vision. Artistic growth is exciting to me, and frankly I don't want this to ruin that for me.
So yeah, TL;DR I'll probably be handling unfinished game stuff more privately for now.
Sorry about the long thread, I truly appreciate all the support and I hope you'll look forward to the future of the game :)
Idk if you’ve already done this (newer follower and still catching up) but would you ever do a post on how you plan a post? Like what your planning process looks like with shots, poses, etc? You’re one of my favorite storytellers and I hope to get on your level one day but no idea what goes into a true story telling post
Ooooh hi hello, welcome! I don't believe I have ever gone into my process, no! but how interesting.. what better excuse! let's take yesterdays post as an example, shall we? 👀
First of all, we start with the premise/notes, which are very rough n' look like this in a word document...
Camping – the twins are fiiighting/being a pain, Oscar loses temper with em n almost says why can’t u be like ur brother?! throwing him into memories of Salton saying that to him all the time :[ he catches himself like no wait ur perfect I just gotta finish this, twins like wtf?? But robin ofc knows what’s going on with his pappy.. Oscar wanders off later n Robin sits with him, ur not like them u kno, what? Grandma n grandpa ur not the same, OUGH ;-;
2. I suppose this step changes depending on what I feel like, sometimes I'll make the poses/take the screenies first, then write the dialogue, other times I'll write the dialogue first.. I try for the latter since I can make more accurate poses, but time is usually my enemy here cos dialogue needs a nice quiet period to write lmao (let's call this step dialogue for now though)
3. Rip sims for blender, make poses, then head in game to dress everyone, set dress and take screenies, I take a LOT and choose the best ones but here're some unedited examples for you...
In this case cos there was a flashback, I also had to remake Oscar/fam as a child n' whatnot, but luckily I have their old house saved so I plonked them all in an alternative save to take those.
4. Now we have our dialogue/screenies, it's time to throw it all together in photoshop, I usually edit the screenie first to fix any clipping etc, fix the lighting, sharpen it up a bit maybe.. but that's about it! Then I press my handy lil (custom made) storyboard action and end up with smth like this, to which I add the text! (this step takes the longest prolly.. cos it takes me forever to pick the screenies I wanna use my GOD 🙈)
VOILA! Once I've chosen all the screenies in the right order I go thru each of em in PS one by one to edit/add captions, then we're done! \o/
I realise this probably seems quite quick/vague or even streamlined if u wanna toot my horn lmaooo but I've spent a while doing this by now so ig I've kinda figured out the quickest way of doing it - still tho, I'd imagine the above still taking between 4-5 hours from start to finish! I usually spread these things over days/weeks in advance tho like.. during the week I mostly make poses/take screenies and write, then at the weekend I'll usually edit a bunch n' throw it all together, so it doesn't rlly feel tedious since I'm switching it up all the time/doing what I fancy.
