(Sorry these are short) This sounds interesting... I’m writing each boy as a protag, then making Y/n the respective antag. Hope that’s okay!

Rantaro:

He thought you were chill at first.

An Ultimate Peacekeeper could come in handy.

However, your true colours began to show when the time limit was announced.

He noticed that you started to be more controlling over the other students.

When Kaede’s body was found, he already had his suspiscions.

You can imagine his shock when Kokichi was found guilty, only for the leader to scream about being tricked.

You admitted to manipulating him to kill Kaede.

“It had to be done. Both were getting in the way of peace, so I got rid of them.”

After that, most of the other students avoided you.

Yet somehow, you still kept them wrapped around your finger.

Ryoma:

He noticed that something was off immediately.

You didn’t seem to trust him, but he didn’t care, since he was a killer after all.

However, you seemed... different from the others.

You had a tendency to boss them around and claim it was for their own good.

But since you were a peacekeeper, he saw nothing wrong with it.

Even once the killing had been happening and for were on your 5th case, he just thought you were doing what was best for everyone.

Until...

“The killer is the Ultimate Peacekeeper! You killed Kokichi, Y/n!”

“Yeah, I did. He was in the way.”

The class was confused.

“He was in the way of keeping the peace. That’s my job, after all... Well, Monokuma, let’s get this over with.”

Your execution was swift.

All that just to keep the peace...

Korekiyo:

He found you interesting.

He’s an expert with humans, so he knew that something was up right away.

Once the killing game was announced, he watched you closely.

“I’ll do anything to keep the peace, Kiyo. And I mean anything.”

He quickly realized that you were telling the truth when he caught you about to kill Kokichi.

“Y/n, how could you do such a despicable thing?!”

You simply stared at him with no emotion.

“I had to keep the peace, and this was the only way of doing it.”

After that, he and the others avoided you.

You didn’t care. As long as peace was kept, it was fine.

Gonta:

Let’s be real here, it’s Gonta.

He didn’t understand why the others barely trusted you.

So he tried to befriend you!

You went along with it, and you did have a solid friendship.

However, everything changed when the 4th class trial happened.

Turns out you were the one who killed Miu.

“Y/n... Why you kill Miu?!”

You shrugged.

“She was in the way. It’s not personal, it just needed to happen.”

He cried during your execution, even as the others explained what happened.

Kokichi:

He found you very entertaining.

“Y/n, the reason I hang out with you is because you’re not boring, that’s all!”

You played along with his games, leading him to believe that you were wrapped around his finger.

However, it was all a lie.

Kokichi only realized this when you approached him with a weapon.

“You’re disrupting the peace, Kokichi. It’s nothing personal, I promise.”

He didn’t have time to react before there was a sharp pain in his chest and he fell to the ground.

“I promise it’s not personal...”

At least he didn’t die alone.

Kaito:

He was suspicious almost immediately.

You just seemed... off.

Once the first murder occurred, he knew that he was right.

You didn’t even try to cover your tracks.

“Angie was disrupting the peace, and I couldn’t have that. You understand, don’t you?”

No one understood.

“Well, that’s fine. I did my job. Get it over with, Monokuma.”

It left a weird feeling dangling over the remaining students, especially Kaito.

You were right, after all... Right?

Kiibo:

He was never able to see through you.

Emotions aren’t really his thing, after all.

He sees things in black and white a lot; You’re either good or you’re bad.

So when he saw you, the Ultimate Peacekeeper, he assumed you were good.

Then he realized that he was wrong.

You were very good with words and frequently manipulated the others.

It never resulted in anything bad, but you still did it.

When he confronted you, you shrugged.

“The end justifies the means, Kiibo.”

He decided to keep a better eye on you after that.

Shuichi:

He had some suspicions about you from the very beginning.

He hated suspecting anyone about anything, but he was a detective. That’s his job.

So it was hard for him.

He managed to catch on to your tactics pretty quickly, but didn’t intervene since you had good intentions.

Then, when Kokichi was killed, he knew it was you right away.

“Well, I didn’t plan on hiding it. He was in the way of peacekeeping. He was stopping me from doing my job.”

Even when you were gone, your words still stuck with him.

Were you really a bad guy?

Kei shook his head, “Daddy blankie soft!” he exclaimed. Mondo laughed again and picked up the jacket, “Alrighty, son, let’s go cuddle with your new blankie, alright?”

“Princess of Darkness! Have you seen my cloak?” Gundham hollered to his daughter, three year old Akane. He stopped short in his tracks when he found Akane in her bed, cuddling with his cloak. Debating whether or not to take the cloak, Gundham ultimately decided against and went to exit the room.

“Papa?” his daughter called out for him, “Sleep with me?” Gundham turned around and smiled at Akane, “Yes, my princess,” before climbing into bed and holding his daughter close.

“Mizuki, is that my jacket?” asked Kaito when he walked into the living room of his apartment. His one year old daughter stared up at him with wide eyes and hugged Kaito’s signature jacket tightly, spilling some drool on it. Kaito laughed at the sight and picked up Mizuki, “You wanna cuddle with your old man?”

Mizuki babbled to her father, Kaito took it as a yes, “Alright, little space ranger,” and proceeded to take his daughter to his bedroom so the two could cuddle with his jacket.

Maki took out her phone and search for the archived contacts. She presses the video call button and wait for answer. Once the call answered, she begins to speak.

“Hey...” Maki started speaking through the phone. Sounding a bit melancholic.

“Hey, what’s wrong, Harumaki?” Kaito answers.

“Nothing....just....kinda wanna hear your voice a bit...”

“Hey, now~ who was it the one who suggested the fake divorce method?” Kaito said teasingly. Maki can hear him giggling a bit through the phone.

“Oh, shut up. It was Rantaro's idea in the first place”

“Haha, right...but dang, I miss the kids you know?”

“They missed you too, Don’t worry. Especially Mizuki..” Maki lean to the balcony bars.

“How about you~? Don’t you miss your ex- husband~?”

“when you said it like that.....tsk, whatever..”

“Hey, come on! I miss you too, y’know? Don’t you miss me?”

Maki blushes a bit as she puffed her cheeks. As she started to fidget her finger through her short hair.

“Fine, whatever..”

“Haha! Same as ever!”

As they talk for who knows how long, suddenly a banging sound coming from the other room surprised them.  

“GET OUT FROM MY ROOM!!!!” a little girl scream from the other room. Yes, it was their youngest daughter.

This illustrated a fascinating phenomenon I experienced with Momoclo (the first MC section, and at 6:15), as well: I despise boob size jokes in anime. DESPISE THEM. They're anti-funny. Guaranteed side-eye. But that's because they're subordinate to a Doylist dimension. Boob size jokes in anime come from fabricated character designs, fabricated characters, and fabricated dialogue, all targetted towards an audience. But in these contexts, it's actual people poking fun at themselves and their friends/co-workers, with not just the fan audience but the other members also reacting and laughing. The joke becomes part of a conversation flow, of cleverly dunking on each other. Tools in the toolbox for an entertaining time-fill, rather than illuminating a character trait. All parties are actively participating in a back-and-forth, which belies the insecurity that narrative media portrayals of the joke hinge on. Some of the scene structure differs in important ways, too. Rather than one character insecurely noticing another's larger size, in the idol setting you have one person being a shit and pointing out the other's smaller size, and the resulting "outraged" reaction is more about the accuser being a shit, than demonstrating genuine insecurity about themselves. Note especially how the humor in the MM one is about how these three are being hypocrites for the sake of being the (screentime-getting!) accuser. They're enjoyable as emphasizing relationship dynamics, not as a real comment on the idol's body. And in the second Momoclo example, Kanako sets up the punchline herself. Real-time versions don't have the grease of the Doylist dimension smeared over it, unless in the context of a scripted skit like H!M's, which also become anti-funny, as do most J-drama attempts. So it's not just about the drawings aspect, although that further highlights the skeeviness. An interesting middle ground was the one boob size joke in Angel (S04E06 Spin the Bottle), which didn't set off my side-eye alarms. Factors: 1. The joke is delivered by Amy Acker and Charisma Carpenter, so it feels a hell of a lot more naturalistic than any skit or most Jdramas. 2. There's only one, it's not a running gag or a regular aspect of the character. Precision strike humor factor. 3. One part of the precision strike is the narrative context, is which all of the characters have regressed. It's illustrative of immaturity, in contrast to their regular adult personalities. 4. There are more dick-based jokes surrounding, so it's more of a general sex-comedy feel than how anime has that assumed otaku audience

Dangan Rare Pair Week Day 6 - Past / Kids @danganrarepairweek

Oumota, Saiharu, & Hoshimatsu

I leaped on the opportunity to return to the kids I whipped up for Oumota Week back in May. (Forgive how terrible that old art is, I was still using Gimp to draw at that point which was a big mistake lmao.)

The raspberry-dueling siblings are Mizuki and Hikaru Momota, the daughter and nb kiddo of Kaito and Kokichi, pictured here at 17 and 22, respectively. Mizuki’s girlfriend is Aiko Saihara, youngest daughter of Shuichi and Maki (they have multiple kids, probably all girls but that’s not set in stone yet), who is also 17. The fourth and final fankid pictured here is Kotone Hoshi-Akamatsu, the 23-year-old daughter of Kaede & Ryoma, who has at least one sibling closer to Ryoma in stature, but that’s about as far as I’ve gone with brainstorming that family. Hikaru and Kotone are roommates and besties.

Kotone should actually have a bunch of tattoos on her arms and shoulders but I didn’t feel like drawing those this time. 

Mizuki and Hikaru aren’t actually being clingy with Aiko and Kotone, but displaying to their sibling that if spit were to fly in their direction, they have a human shield ready and waiting. Mizuki doesn’t want to get spit on Kotone and Hikaru doesn’t want to get spit on Aiko, so this is an effective deterrent against messier raspberries. Aiko and Kotone are used to their shenanigans and tolerant of (Aiko) and/or amused (Kotone) by them.

Kokichi, Kaito and Kiibo saving their little sister from being killed

**MASSIVE V3 SPOILERS IN KAITO’S SCENARIO**

I loved writing the one with Mondo, Gundham and Kiyo, so let’s hope these live up to expectations!

Kokichi:

You were making your way to the dining hall for a snack.

The 2nd motive had been dealt out about a week ago, and people were getting tense.

Except for your big brother Kokichi. He was his usual care-free self.

It was a little annoying, but at least he was feeling okay.

As you skipped through the halls, you passed Kirumi.

“Hi, Kirumi!”

She nodded in your direction, but she seemed nervous.

“Is everything okay? You look upset...”

She sighed and looked at you.

“I found my motive video...”

She started to fiddle with the pockets of her dress and it looked like something was in them.

“W... What was it?”

She sighed once again and reached into her pocket.

“I’m sorry, Y/n.”

“What do you- H-HUH?!”

She pulled out a small knife from her pocket.

“I need... I need to escape!”

She charged towards you and you screamed, running in the other direction.

You weren’t even looking where you were going. You were just running and screaming.

“K-KOKICHI! KOKICHI! HELP ME!”

You continued to run with tears blurring your vision.

Kirumi’s footsteps were getting closer, so you sped up.

You eventually found yourself cornered.

“N-No...”

She walked towards you slowly, but you couldn’t run anymore.

“K-Kirumi please-”

“I’ll make it painless, Y/n. I promise.”

She grabbed your arm.

“Just close your eyes and it’ll all be over...”

She raised the knife in the air, and then just as she went to bring it down-

“What are you doing?”

Your eyes widened and so did Kirumi’s, only her eyes were wide with fear.

“K-KOKICHI!”

She let you go and you ran towards him.

He pulled you behind him immediately.

“K-Kokichi I swear this isn’t what it looks like!”

“Oh? What is it then, Kirumi? Because to me, it looks like you were about to kill my little sister.”

He looked down at you with a grin.

“Is that right, Y/n? Is that what I saw?”

You nodded, clinging to his shirt.

He sighed and shook his head, looking towards the maid.

“I hate liars. You know that, right? So I’d suggest that you run along and don’t get near us either again, okay?”

Kirumi immediately sprinted away, leaving you with your brother.

He knelt down to your height with a serious expression.

“Are you okay?”

You nodded softly and hugged him tight. He reciprocated.

You nuzzled into his shoulder and started to cry.

“It’s okay now, my little grape soda... Your big brother is gonna keep you safe forever and ever...”

Kaito:

You were in the library, reading a book.

It had been a few days since the killing game had began.

You felt safe having Kaito around, so you didn’t mind being alone.

As you were reading, you heard the door to the library swing open

You looked up from your book for a moment and smiled as Tsumugi walked in.

“Hey, Tsumugi! What’s up?”

She waved and sat next to you, smiling when she saw the manga you were reading.

“Ah! The Promised Neverland! Excellent choice!”

You smiled.

“Yeah. Thanks for recommending it!”

She smiled and nodded.

“No problem! By the way, I need your help with something real quick.”

You put the book down.

“Whatcha need?”

All of a sudden, her smile faded.

“Uhh... Tsumugi?”

“I worked my entire life for this... For all of this... and all you do is sit and watch!”

“W...What do you-”

She grabbed your wrist and pinned you against a wall.

“Danganronpa can’t end... It can never end... So there must be a first kill!”

“W-What’s going on?! What are you talking about?!”

“Since I’m about to kill you, I guess it’s fine to confess... I’m the mastermind, Y/n Momota, and your death will be ruled as a tragic accident...”

Your eyed widened and you let out a scream.

“N-NO! LET ME GO!”

She smirked evilly and shoved you against a bookshelf. You hit your head pretty bad and got dizzy.

“Oh dear! The shelf is about to fall... A tragic accident...”

Just as the shelf began to fall, and before you had a chance to react, you were shoved out of the way.

“WHAT IS- AHH!”

The shelf fell down... and took Tsumugi with it.

You looked up at who had shoved you, your eyes widening as you saw Kaito panting heavily.

He pulled you close so you couldn’t look at the blood pooling on the ground.

“I’ve gotcha... I’ve gotcha... You’re okay, Y/n...”

“I-I just- I-I don’t- W-What happened?!”

He tightened his grip and began to softly stroke your hair.

“It’s okay now, it’s over. You’re safe.”

You hid your face in his chest and started to cry. The door slammed once again and Maki ran into the library.

There wasn’t a body discovery announcement.

Kiibo:

You were charging in your room.

Kiibo’s battery was larger than yours, so you had to charge once during the day, like a child taking a nap.

Professor Idabashi had only built you 5 years ago. You were still very young and naïve.

For that reason, Kiibo was very protective over you.

He had seen you be built and watch your AI develop into what it is now.

That’s why he called you his little sister.

Your eyes fluttered open as your charge finished, and you pretended to yawn.

You looked around the room and noticed a figure standing there with you.

“Huh? Oh, Miu... What are you doing here?”

She looked occupied, digging through a bag.

“I’m gonna do some work on your body!”

You shook your head no.

“My body is different than big brother’s. Since I’m still so young, only Kiibo and Professor Idabashi can do any work on it.”

She groaned, annoyed.

“You really can’t read the room, can ya?!”

“Well, not really... Kiibo is better with humans than me...”

It was only at this point when you realized that something was wrong with your charging station. You couldn’t move.

“W...What’s going on?!”

Miu smirked.

“I messed with your station a bit. We’re gonna have some fun!”

“B-But Miu, I mean it! Only Kiibo and professor can work on my body! My AI is stored locally and if you’re not careful you could delete it! Since we don’t have an internet connection, I wouldn’t be able to access the cloud storage!”

“So your body would basically be a corpse, then? Looks like I’m escaping!”

Your eyes widened and you started to struggle.

See, your body may have been smaller and weaker than Kiibo, but your emotions program was even more advanced than his. You could feel every single emotion a human could.

“N-NO! MIU NO! DON’T!”

You sent out a radio signal of distress to Kiibo, hoping he could get to you in time.

Miu approached you with a wrench.

“D-DON’T! MIU I’M B-BEGGING YOU!”

Just as she was about to loosen some screws, the door slammed open.

“K-KIIBO!”

“AH SH*T!”

Without even taking her wrench, she sprinted out of the room.

Kiibo went to chase her, but then you cried again.

“H-Help...”

He immediately went to your side and began to repair your charging station, freeing you.

“Are you alright?! Do you have any major damage?”

“N-No, but she w-was going to d-delete my AI...”

He sighed and put his hand on your head.

“I can do a backup to my spare local files... Here, plug yourself in.”
