The valentione outfit is adorable, but the irony hasn’t been lost on me that the event story was all about looking the way you want to look, then proceeding to reward a gender locked outfit. 

It’s just so funny, this seasonal event could be comedy of the year. But I think they’re going to fix it eventually, probably didn’t have the time.

G'day, cobber! When you think of Oktoberfest, what comes to mind? Cold frothy brews, Bavarian music, and of course, those legendary German outfits! Just because we're down under doesn't mean we can't get around a good old-fashioned German knees-up, especially when we can add a bit of Aussie flavour to it.

So, let's talk about Tamarack and Qiu's "fancy outfits"!

I was looking back at the fancy outfits post from two years ago, and I find it interesting that gb patch said they're for two different occasions, because I initially thought they're for the same events (like a school play or something). So I figured it'd be fun to look more into them and guess what those "two different occasions" are!

Totally not because of favoritism, let's start with Tamarack!

It seems like she's wearing a dirndl dress. The overall shape and design match the key features you can usually find in a dirndl (close-fitting bodice with cross lacing and low neckline, blouse underneath the bodice, wide high-waisted skirt with apron), and I think it'd make sense for her to wear it since she's part German.

While I was searching about this, I actually found some kid dirndl designs that look pretty close to the one she's wearing. I think these might be the vibes that gb patch/the sprite artist were going for? So pretty!

But what prompted Tamarack to get all dressed up with such a pretty dirndl in the first place? This is just my personal guess, but I think it might be for Oktoberfest. It's one of the events where dirndl is usually worn, and the time frame will really match the autumn setting of olnf.

As for Qiu, he's dressed in black tights and has his hair in a neat bun like he usually does in ballet class, so it's save to assume that he's wearing a costume for a ballet performance.

I was looking at ballet costume designs on the internet a while ago, and I think his outfit might be a combination of these two:

The first design has similar-looking buttons, floofy sleeves, and overall shape of the lower part, while the second design has matching belt, collar, and overall shape of the upper part. Though, this is just me guessing and the outfit was most likely created with different inspirations in mind.

Sadly, we can't really tell what kind of performance he'd be doing from his costume alone. My best guess is he's dancing for a ballet recital, though it'd be unusual to have one in autumn since they're usually held in spring. So it's also possible that he's dancing for other kind of performance or for a competition.

So... To sum it all up: we will probably have a Qiu-focused ballet recital moment and a Tamarack-focused festival moment in step 1. It's pretty exciting to think about the possibilities!

Jamal Musiala imagine, Oktoberfest

October was fully installed in Munchen, which meant one thing. Oktoberfest was right around the corner. It will be my first time coming, and it will be even more special because I’ll accompany Jamal and the entire Bayern team. Which caused some anxiety moments, but Jamal was quick to remind me of how much we’ll enjoy this moment, spending as much time as we could together. Plus it would be another opportuntiy to be with the team and to know them better, outside of football.

We spent quite some time to find our costumes, because we wanted them to match. We loved matching outfits so we had to do it for that occasion.  

It was D-day. I was so excited, just like Jamal.

We were getting ready, in our shared bedroom, singing along some music, when Jamal got close to me.

« Mein Schatz, you look incredible ! » he said, his hands roaming around my body. I blushed, like every time he complimented me, still not used to it. He kept his hands around my dress, playing with the front laces.

« I could say the same to you. »

«  Take an image, it’ll last longer. »

« Don’t worry I will baby. » I said with a wink.

He was so handsome, in this bavarian costume. So goodlooking, I could watch him all day. But we had an even to attend.

We were now seated alongside his teammates, Jamal obvisously chatting with Alphonso, like the two besties they were. But his hand never left mine, fiercy intertwined and leaving every once in a while some strokes and kisses. We all were having a good time.

« Come on, let’s get a drink ! » Jamal said getting up, but waiting for me.

« Hum, no Bambi ! » Kimmich quickly responded.

« What do you mean no ? »

« No. »

« I’m 20. »

« I know but still no. »

« Jogi, you are insufferable. »

« You gotta keep  a good image, like the children you are. »

« Oh my days. »

I was laughing so hard it hurt. This was just so funny to watch. Jamal’s expression, brows furrowed and astonishment readable on his face. But he should have known better with Joshua, Thomas or Leroy.

« Babe ! Help me ! » He said, turning around to look at me. I threw my hands in the air, as a sign of innoncence.

«  Fine, but when we’ll win the Bundesliga this season, prepare yoursefl to see me with a enormous pint ! »

Everyone laughed at their Bambi’s dramatic reaction.

With designer outfits and a show inspired by SPACE, we’re surely in for a mesmerizing night that will showcase a side of fashion that is daring and unique. We can’t wait to see everyone in their most glamorous space theme attire! Everyone is welcome to walk the red carpet. Be sure to put in your best effort as the red carpet hosts will be commenting on outfits throughout the night and conducting interviews. We ask that every celeb (regardless of hiatus or reduced activity) states they are attending the fashion show.
