"A huge 6.8 magnitude earthquake has struck Morocco before midnight on Friday the 8th of September, killing more than 2000 people. Sadly, the poverty-stricken areas have been impacted the most, so many who were already destitute and are now living on the streets waiting for aid.
One Ummah aim to immediately respond in the form of tents, housing, food packs, clean drinking water, hot meals, hygiene kits and blankets.
We need your help to save as many lives as possible in this difficult situation. Our ambassadors Yusuf Chambers and Sh McCarthy are preparing to travel there now.
The Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said: ‘Whosoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Judgment.’"

Dear all Muslim
Brothers and Sisters..
Please read and think
of your Eemaan!
Don't write GOD
Please Always write
"Allah"
Because there is no
description of GOD in
the HOLY QURAN.
Don't say "Mosque"
Always say "Masjid"
Because Islamic
Organization has found
that Mosque means,
Mosquitoes.
Don't write "Mecca" Always write correctly
"Makkah" Because
Mecca means a House of
Wines.
Don't write "Mohd"
Always write
completely
"Muhammad" Because
Mohd means a dog
with big mouth.
If you have package,
Please forward it to our
Muslims Umma.
ﺍﻟﺮﺟﺎﺀ ﺍﺭﺳﺎﻟﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﺻﺪﻗﺎﺋﻚ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ
Please don't keep it in your
inbox, share the
knowledge.
Please read this to the
end.
You hardly have time for
Allah; but He loves you
and always blesses you.
He is always with you. I
need you to spend only
30mns of your time with
him today. Don't pray,
just praise Him.
Today I want this
message across the
world before midnight.
Will you help? Please do
not cut the chain.
He always grants you all
the things that you are
in need of. So please
drop everything and
pass this on. Don't break
this chain. Send this to
other friends.
Why Do we feel sleepy
in Prayer? But stay
awake throughout a 3
hours movie.
Why are we so bored
when we look at the
HOLY BOOK? But find it
easy to read other
books.
Why is it so easy to
ignore a message about
Allah? Yet we forward
the nasty/funny ones.
Why are Masjids getting
smaller? But Bars and
Night Clubs are
expanding.
Why is it so easy to
worship a celebrity? But
very difficult to engage
with Allah.
Think about it, are you
going to forward this?
Or are you going to
ignore it because you
think you will get
laughed at?
Forward this to all your
friends/contacts.
I know 80% of you may
not forward this; so be
among the 20% who

it was always hard for me to choose something. To make my self a decision. I was too afraid for picking the wrong thing, to be blamed for what i choose, that i should've do what he/she said. It was always hard for me to choose something, i think about it so hard, that i feel my head want to explode, the tears always running through my face, i kept thinking, calculating, but there is no answer, only confusion and fear. So i delegated the burden to other people, i always craving for validation, for help, i always feel i couldn't do it on my own, that i'm not enough, i'm not smart enough, i'm not wise enough to decide things in my life. And at this age, sigh, how many times i get yelled at, why couldn't i do the thing, think, and decide. It's not like that i'm lazy, i put hours to think, and sometimes cry, i put large amount of space in my head until it feels heavy and dizzy. I know. I know i'm not supposed to be like this, i know, i should change myself. I want to. but still, i don't know where all this low self esteem rooted from, how do i heal and finally stand up and manage my own thing. You know you're an adult right? Yeah, young adult i might say. And at time like this, i feel like i was so bad. The pattern just go on, i feel like a trash, feeling left behind. I hope soon things get better, i hope you got time to feel ease, to clear your mind and try to do the thing we always being afraid of, being judge of, being blamed of, i hope that you have the courage to pick something for yourself, please ask Allah to help us, to guide us, remember... Maybe this is a way Allah make us closer to Him, that we shouldnt rely on others, but we should ask His help first, and always, Allah always know your struggle, what's on your mind, what's on your heart, something that feels heavy but you don't tell people because you're afraid it might be a burden to them. Allah doesn't see you as a burden, never, ever. Allah, always, hear, and see you. Allah will help you, as the same as He helps maryam a.s, He helps prophet Musa a.s, He helps prophet Yunus a.s, He helps prophet Yusuf a.s, He helps prophet Muhammad s.a.w, in state of desperate.. full of sadness.. feeling helpless from other creature.. put your trust in Him, that He is the only one who can help you with your problems, keep your faith, do istighfar a lot.. pray.. pray and pray, and dont despair..
And do not lose hope in the mercy of Allah, for no one loses hope in Allah’s mercy except those with no faith.

I’m sorry but feminist need to know this about Islam, it is not allowed to hit a women and it is absolutely prohibited, just because of the anger issues of some men within the religion does not give anyone the green light to blame our religion and claim it is unfair to women!
I am a Muslim women and believe me when I say we have more rights over men than men have over women! Don’t be ignorant and allow people to say things and believe what you hear before studying 🤧
God says in the Quran
“And consort with your wives in a goodly manner, for if you dislike something about them, it may be well that you dislike something which Allah might yet make a source of abundant good.” (Q 4:19)
And do not forget liberality between yourselves” (Q 2:237).
And the messenger of god tells us
the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I advise you to treat women kindly, for the woman was created from a rib, and the most crooked part of the rib is its uppermost part. If you try to straighten it, you will break it; and if you leave it, it will remain crooked. So, treat women kindly." Another narration reads: "A woman is like a rib: if you straighten her, you will break her, and if you enjoy her, you will enjoy her as she has some crookedness."
Throughout his life, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. treated his wives the way they should be treated. They were gratified by his presence, tenderness, affection, and the love he provided to them was second to none. The Quran perfectly encapsulates the tranquillity and affection in marriage.
Trust me if you were to go into how Islam commands to treat the women with fairness and demands her rights you will love it! 🩷🩷 don’t allow the media to brain wash you
God even punishes the man that has more than 1 wife and dosnt give all his wives equal rights and equal love, he has to love them all the same and give them all the same thing and not oppress any over the other or god will split him into 2 on judgment day
Anyway

Ramadan Mubarak! Alhamdullilah Allah has allowed us to reach this blessed month. May we strive hard to make the most out of this month and May Allah accept all of our efforts to please Him.
The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said: Ramadan has come to you - a blessed month. In it, the gates of heaven are open, the gates of the hellfire are closed and the devils are chained. To Allah belongs a night in it, which is better than a thousand months. Whosoever is prevented from its good, then he has been deprived. [Musnad Ahmad:7148]
The Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) said: whoever fasts during Ramadan out of sincere faith and hoping to attain Allah’s rewards, then all his past sins will be forgiven. [Sahih al-Bukhari: 38]

Do you know any hadith/sunnah/islamic advice about eating habits? How much one should eat, when one should eat, certain things fhat Islam says is good for you?
Thank you for your ask. I'll try to add some. Anyone can add if anything is left.
When any of you wants to eat, he should mention the Name of Allah (Bismillah) in the beginning. If he forgets to do it in the beginning, he should say:
بِسمِ اللهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَه‏ُ
Bismillahi awwalahu wa akhirahu
(I begin with the Name of Allah at the beginning and at the end.)
(Sunan Abi Daud)
Narrated by Umar Ibn Abi Salama r.a:
I was a boy under the care of Rasulullah s.a.w, and my hand used to reach out to all around the platter while I was eating. So Rasulullah s.a.w. said to me, 'O boy! Mention the Name of Allah and eat with your right hand, and eat the (part of the) dish that is nearer to you.' Since then I have applied those instructions when eating.
(Sahih Al-Bukhari)
Abu Hurairah r.a. reported:
'The Messenger of Allah s.a.w. would never complain about food. If he liked something, he would eat it. If he disliked it, he would leave it.'
(Muttafaq ‘Alaih)
Ibn Abbas r.a. Reported that the Messenger of Allah s.a.w. said:
'Do not drink in one gulp like a camel, but drink in two or three (gulps). Mention the Name of Allah (Bismillah) when you start drinking and praise Him (Alhamdulillah) after you have finished (drinking).'
(Sunan At-Tirmizi)
Al-Miqdam Ibn Ma’d r.a. reported that the Prophet s.a.w. said:
'The son of Adam cannot fill a vessel worse than his stomach, as it is enough for him to take a few bites to straighten his back. If he cannot do it, then he may fill it with a third of his food, a third of his drink, and a third of his breath.'
(Sunan Ibn Majah)
The Messenger of Allah s.a.w. said,
'He who has taken food and says at the end: (All praise is due to Allah Who has given me food to eat and provided it without any endeavour on my part or any power), all his past sins will be forgiven.'
(All praise is due to Allah Who has given me food to eat and provided it without any endeavour on my part or any power.)
(Sunan At-Tirmizi)
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) brought the attention of Muslims to the importance of eating together. He (PBUH) said:
'Eat together and not separately, for the blessing is associated with the company.'
(Ibn Majah)

Should we never eat junk food, or should we be selective about it? What kind of a way should be appropriate to follow about the junk food in compliance with our Prophet’s S.A.W recommendations about healthy nutrition?
The general rules in nutrition according to Islam are as follows:
Due to the importance of eating and drinking blessings in human health and life, the Qur'an and the sunnah of the Prophet S.A.W guide humanity in this matter.
Food and drinks of man, who is created as the most honored of the beings, should be valuable in a way that suits him. For this reason, Allah SWT and the Messenger of Allah have informed man about the healthiest foods and beverages of the earth and forbade the harmful ones.
Studies show that halal foods and beverages are in harmony with the human body, that they are virtually coded and healing, that forbidden foods and beverages are not compatible with the body, that they are harmful and that they disrupt the body system.
General rules on food and beverage can be summarized as follows:
1. Food and beverage should be halal and clean.
2. Waste should be avoided.
3. Eating while full should be avoided.
4. One should not sit down to a meal before getting hungry.
5. Eating enough to fill one-third of the stomach at most.
6. Starting with basmala (bismillah) and eating with the right hand.
7. Avoid eating or drinking too hot or too cold food and beverages and blowing into them.
8. One should not eat while standing or leaning.
The subject of healthy eating and drinking is summarized in the following two hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad SAW:
"We are such a tribe that we do not sit down to a meal without getting hungry, and when we get off before getting satiated." (as- Sirah al- Halabiyya, 3/299)
“A few bites are enough for mankind to straighten his waist. However, if one still must eat, he should divide his stomach into three, one-third for food, one-third for water, and one-third for breathing.” (Tirmidhi, Zuhd (Asceticism), 47 )
The Prophet would not hurry while eating. He would not eat two similar dishes at the same time. He would not have two hot dishes or two cold dishes at the same time.
One of the miraculous behaviors of the Prophet Muhammad SAW about nutrition is that he did not force himself and his ummah to eat a single type of food. He would have various foods that the body needs, which modern medicine strongly recommends today. He did not distinguish between animal origin and herbal foods, which are the two sources of nutrition. It is a medical fact that people who are nourished solely on vegetable or solely on animal origin foods will have health problems. Therefore, our Prophet SAW did not neglect either of them, he sometimes ate both of them together and sometimes separately or diversified.
His eating and drinking style and form were also health-centered. When he ate, he would sit cross-legged or sit on the left knee while erecting the right knee. He did not welcome eating or drinking while standing or leaning.
Islam, the religion of measure and balance, has forbidden to go to extremes in terms of nutrition too, and has ordered adequate and balanced nutrition in this regard. It is known that there is a very close relationship between the foods we eat and our health. Overeating and drinking is shown as the cause of many diseases.
It is also a medical fact that the main cause of many diseases such as respiratory diseases, vascular occlusion and stiffness, gallstones, heart failure, snoring, varicose veins, abdominal hernias, intestinal diseases, menstrual disorders, infertility, etc. is overeating and overfilling the stomach.
It is known that most of the diseases in this age are caused by either malnutrition or overeating and drinking. Islam solved this problem with three miraculous words of the Qur'an and a hadith. Allah says “Eat, drink: but waste not by excess.” (al-A’raf, 31)
Consequently, we can say that it is wajib for man to eat as much as he needs; eating more than necessary is permissible and waste is forbidden (haram). The main criterion in this regard is found in the sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
