Hm, since you ask about ships, I'm curious to know about your thoughts on AC Leonardo da Vinci/ Ezio Auditore da Firenze. That'd be awesome if you can answer that! :-)

• when or if I started shipping it: when ezio met caterina sforza in forli, and leonardo rolled his eyes, looked irritated for a moment, then turned to look at ezio again with this sadness that absolutely crushed my heart.

• my thoughts: I. ADORE THEM. can't stop won't stop shipping

• what makes me happy about them: love formed on a strong friendship and trust and understanding, man. also i love how different they are and how much they trust each other. 

• what makes me sad about them: two men in the renaissance can't ever openly be together.

• things done in art/fic that annoys me: i don't get annoyed at almost anything tbh except for how, in fics, they suddenly start calling each other carissimo and mi amore after so many years of being just amici? i find it pretty unrealistic and forced

• things I look for in art/fic: domesticity (COOKING, SLEEPING, PETTING DOGS TOGETHER), quiet moments where they really get to talk and act like best friends around each other, leonardo treating ezio's wounds, and ezio struggling with his sexuality ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

• who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: I love sofia, and I think she's great with ezio. I also don't mind leonardo being with salai, because they were an actual couple, and I think they're kinda cute together

• My happily ever after for them: Living together in a quaint little house, maybe somewhere in tuscany or near florence + ezio not having to kill people or see his friends die off anymore

• what is their favorite non-sexual activity? I like to think about them playing chess, or sitting outside together in a garden -- maybe sometimes ezio asks to catch up on his sleep while they're there, and leonardo would just start sketching birds, or the sleeping ezio (~˘▾˘)~
