Quicksand at Webster Hall

On Sunday, November 5, 2023, NYC’s Quicksand celebrated the 30th anniversary of their debut album, Slip, by playing the album in its entirety at Webster Hall in New York, NY.

---- ...specifically about this entry in my dumb "old man yells at cloud" series of posts, a.k.a. my journal entries. Just to be clear, when talking about feedback, I was referring to the noise generated by a distorted electric guitar playing through a cranked guitar amplifier of some sort.

---- Observe Stephen Brodsky in the video above and how he manipulates the sound to suit the song's needs, including the extended part near the end when him and bassist Sergio Vega go hog on their respective instruments with the walls of sound they build, tear down and rebuild again. ---- That being said, listening to criticism (the meaning of feedback this individual seems to have thought I was referring to) after hearing your guitar playing is also valid!
