request! Follow-up to my Wereotter!Luz fic; Amity tries the same inner wereanimal spell, but this time the transformation feels adrenaline-inducing and pleasurable [think of it as an inverted painful transformation] {Hopefully, this doesn’t come of as too erotic/NSFW 😅}
Becoming a Werecat
Warnings: mentions of painful experience from the first one
Pairing: Luz/Amity
Wordcount: 2037
Notes: Context is Luz had previously found a spell to transform them into their inner wereanimals, but the transformation for Luz when she tried it was very painful the first time. Set after watching-and-dreaming.
Luz seemed unusually nervous. Amity supposed it made sense given what happened with Luz last time they tried this spell. But they were both more prepared this time. They had gone to Eda about the spell. Surprisingly, Eda couldn’t find much on the spell. She was able to find that it was possible for the transformation to not be as painful though. Apparently, there were many factors that affected how the transformation is for someone. Such as the wereanimal type and body physiology. Like how many people can react differently to medicines. Stress, mindset, and overall emotional environment could be key as well.
Had Luz been more nervous the first time than Amity realized? Or was that just from Amity’s uncertainty?
Plus, apparently, the transformation shouldn’t feel the same if Luz were to go through it again. It was more of a first-time happening thing. Her body would be more used to it next time, more flexible.
Eda seemed to think being more prepared this time should help. That should help prevent another uncomfortable experience.
The others seemed surprised that Amity still wanted to try it after what happened with Luz. But well, once Luz had settled a bit, she did seem to have fun with her animal features. Plus, part of Amity thought it could bring them closer to share in such an experience.
She was of course grateful they were approaching the spell more carefully this time. They were in Amity’s room this time. Emira was on standby, just to be safe. Although apparently it was a good idea to have the spellcaster be a healer. They were more used to having a calm mindset for their healing spells.
Luz was pacing, trying to breathe. Amity looked at her softly, and repeated some of these reassurances to her.
Luz sighed and turned to her.
“I know, my love. I know. I just,” She slumped to a sit on the bed.
“I really don’t want you to get hurt like I did. I paid the cost for my own impulsiveness, you don’t deserve that.”
Amity frowned and reached to hold Luz’s hands.
“I still don’t think you deserved the experience you had, even if you did jump into it rather fast. We both know how finicky magic can be in general. But as I have mentioned, we are more prepared this time. Getting help from Eda was the better thing to do. And I trust that it will go better this time.”
Amity lifted Luz’s hands up and kissed them.
“And I know you will be with me the whole time.”
Luz sighed and pecked Amity on the cheek.
“You are right. I will try to calm down some more before we try it,” Luz said. Amity nodded. They just sat there like that for a bit, holding hands, doing some breathing. Emira was quiet as she sat off to the side. Something Amity appreciated.
After another breath, Luz nodded. Amity smiled and looked at Emira.
“Okay,”
“You’re ready for this?” Emira asked.
The other two girls nodded.
Emira stood up and walked over to stand in front of them on the bed.
“Oh!” Amity held a finger up and then took her earrings out. Better safe than sorry. Her cat palisman Ghost brought them to her desk.
“Okay, now I’m ready,” Amity said.
Emira nodded. Then she lifted her own palisman staff and drew a circle over Amity’s head. The circle glowed a different color this time, a more calming color. Hopefully. that was a good sign.
Like the previous time, nothing happened for a moment. Amity tried to focus her breathing. Then she jolted at the start of some magical tingling in her body. Luz jumped as well at her reaction and looked at Amity.
“Are you-“
“I’m okay,” Amity breathed out, laughing a little.
Amity then gasped as her ears twitched side to side a bit. Her ears felt warm, but not in a bad way. A fuzzy feeling encompassed them, and then her ears felt soft. She could feel the fur slightly tickle her skin.
Luz looked at her with wide eyes and then giggled. Amity smiled at her.
Then Amity squinted as the tingling surrounded her nose. She shook her head a couple of times, tempted to wrinkle her nose, but trying to refrain. Invisible fingers tapped her there and seemed to mold her nose like clay, making it round. When the sensation was gone, her nose felt softer. Then she wiggled her nose getting used to the new feeling of it.
Amity opened her mouth when the tingling traveled to the inside. There was a weight to her teeth, as almost a lick of a pleasant flame traveled around her mouth. When that ended, she brought her teeth together and could tell that her teeth were sharper.
That was strange. She didn’t remember Luz’s teeth changing at all last time. She didn’t have long to keep pondering on that though.
More of that fuzzy feeling started to go down Amity’s neck. Then it went along her arms, stopping just before her wrists, followed by the soft tickles. Amity looked down and saw that the fur was a soft brown, which surprised her a bit. She supposed it shouldn’t have, even if she had almost forgotten her natural hair color by now.
Luz started to reach out then paused.
“May I?” Luz asked as she gestured to Amity’s now furry arm. Amity smiled and nodded.
With more care than Luz tended to use, Luz carefully reached towards the fur on Amity’s arm and pet the fur there. The soft caress made Amity shiver. They both smiled.
“That feels nice,” Amity said with almost a dreamy voice.
“I’m glad,” Luz said.
Amity then looked down at her hands when the tingling continued there. Amity let go of Luz’s hands and set her own on her lap since she wasn’t sure how this would go. She started to pull off one of her gloves and Luz helped her take off the other one.
Amity gasped again. An almost sharp sensation started to poke from the inside where her nail tips met the skin. But it didn’t hurt though. The tiny pricking reminded her more of acupuncture, from what she has learned about it. As her nails transformed into claws, the skin adjusted along with it. Instead of getting pierced through this time.
Amity tried to take a relieved breath at that, but she was definitely still feeling something. She almost felt herself draw up to sit up as the claws extended. A heady feeling of power filled her when she saw the length of the sharp claws she now had. They were definitely longer than Luz’s otter claws had been.
Then Amity remembered what had been the next to transform. So she bent over and started to unbuckle and take off her boots. Luz helped her with the other one. They got her shoes off just in time. It was like how her hands had been. Except her foot claws weren’t as long as the ones on her fingers.
She hmmed as she wiggled her toes. It was weird to have the claws; weight at the end of her toes. Maybe she should try to start working on her foot dexterity to get more use out of toe claws. Maybe they’d help her to climb trees.
Then she jolted to a stand when the tingling went to her tailbone. Amity glanced to the side at her sister.
“Uh…you think you could leave for this part?”
Emira shot Amity a mischievous look.
“And chance leaving when you could still need a healer? Nah,” Emira said. Amity glared at her sister, definitely not pouting. She went to retort when another weird jolt shot through her body. Although not a painful one.
Luz cooed and patted her lap.
“C’mon, my sweet potato. You may need to lay forward on my lap.”
Amity tried to ignore how she was blushing when she laid across Luz’s lap.
Amity shivered again at the strange almost pleasurable tingling that overcame her body. It focused on her tailbone again. She felt Luz lift up the back of her shirt enough to free where the tail would come in. Then Amity felt a fuzziness in a small circle in that area. She couldn’t see what it looked like yet from her current angle. Amity gasped as she felt fuzziness and softness there. A new sensation of feeling came to be where she would not normally feel anything before. A tail extended from below her back. It was a bit hard to tell how far the tail extended compared to the rest of her body. It felt almost like it was sparking from the inside. Like when a limb has fallen asleep, except not as uncomfortable. Moreso just sensitive. They sat quiet for a moment when no other changes happened after.
Luz leaned in,
“How are you feeling, my love?” Luz asked quietly. Amity took a breath.
“Okay, I think. More so just…wired? Yet tired.”
Luz hmmed.
“Well, at least it went better than mine,” She said.
Amity huffed.
Emira stepped towards them.
“Can I check you over now?” Emira asked.
Amity nodded. “Yeah.”
Emira used spells to scan her over for any injuries.
“You seem fine,” Emira said. “Aside from some sensitivity, which does better without magical help if there isn’t any pain.”
Amity nodded.
“Thank you, Emira.”
Emira nodded.
“Of course. Be sure to let me know if anything changes,” Emira said before leaving the room. Amity let out a relieved breath.
Luz leaned in to kiss the side of her face.
“I’m so glad we handled this better this time,” Luz said. Amity smiled tiredly at her.
“Yeah, How are you doing anyways?” Amity asked.
Luz blinked.
“Me? I’m fine.”
She sat up and looked Amity over before giggling a bit.
“What?” Amity asked with a smile.
“I’m pretty sure you’re a were-kitty,” Luz said.
Amity smiled.
“That doesn’t surprise me too much. My palisman is a cat after all.”
Amity slowly sat up on her knees and stretched a bit. Her yawn coming out a bit like a merow. They both paused at that and then giggled.
“You think you’ll be up for trying out any of your new cat features?” Luz asked, wiggling a bit where she sat. Amity hmmed and looked over herself, cautiously testing some of her new cat features.
“Possibly. Oddly enough, I feel almost jittery to use them,” Amity said.
“Hm, that’s interesting. But sounds like it could be fun. In fact, I think we both could get something out of it,” Luz said.
Amity tilted her head.
“What do you mean?” Amity asked.
Luz grinned and wiggled in place again.
“Do you happen to know the phase of the moon?” Luz asked.
Amity paused to think about it. She knew that was something they wanted to consider this time.
“Is it a full moon?” Amity asked.
Luz nodded. Then she hopped off the bed and spun in place. When Luz stopped, she was a wereotter again. Amity gaped at her.
“How-?”
“Eda and I were able to fiddle with the spell a bit, to make sure it wouldn’t be painful again,” Luz said.
Amity continued to stare at her.
“Why would you even want to try it again?” Amity asked.
Luz shrugged. “You think I would want you to get all the fun if this worked for you?”
Amity huffed a laugh and shook her head. Nothing really did keep Luz down, hm. That was one of the things Amity loved about her.
“You know our different animal features are compatible to different activities, right?” Amity asked.
Luz shrugged.
“That doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy them together.”
Amity rolled her eyes with a smile.
“So,” Luz continued, “Let me know when you’re up for it, if you are tonight”
Amity could see Luz’s hyperness from how she bounced in place. Amity stood up and went over to Luz. Then she kissed her.
“I think I’ll need a few minutes, but then we can try going out into the night like this,” Amity said.
Luz’s bright smile almost made all of this worth it.

I made an account just to say this after reading your posts about it but I think I also experience my fictotype / the shifts in the same way (there or Not There, and our fictotypes are similar if you count being human and from an animated show similarities) and Im pretty surprised because I didn't think this happened to anyone else (though I'm not sure if it happens because I am still in denial) and I thought I was losing it. Anyways Im excited and I wanted to share my thoughts on it or experience via asks or something (Im no longer on any fiction/otherkin related sties anymore and I forgot it was a thing until recently so Ive never really talked about it) but I don't know how tumblr works and if the character limit is still a thing. Also I was thinking of rejoining a fictionkin community(and I like to read peoples experiences being fictionkin), though I just have discord and I'm trying to avoid social media in general. This actually isnt very relevant, oops.
I'm so glad it resonated with you!! Feeling like your kintype has an "on or off" switch was common in the early therian scene, back when they called themselves weres/wereanimals. But it kinda became a forgotten phenomenon when all the nonhuman communities started merging together. Not that an experience needs a historic precedent to be valid, but it's comforting to know our experiences have precedence :)
I'd be happy to hear more about your experiences! iirc there's no character limit on asks once you're logged into an account, but if you do run into a limit, you can just split your writing up into multiple asks, like a twitter thread
If you like reading, I recommend the Fictionkind Dreamwidth, it's all about longform writing. If you want a more open community, that's not social media, Nonhuman National Park is good

GAAAHH OKAY WEREANIMALS AGAIN what animals are they, exactly? (🤫❤)
Alright I've been WAITING for someone to ask this so I can nerd about the thought I put into these (for context for y'all, it's this AU)
For length sake (and cause they're my favorites cause I'm biased), we'll keep it to the original Island cast (plus Sierra and Alejandro)
Owen- Bear. Cause he's big, tends to eat a lot, and claims how he's a woodsman "naturalist". He also has a lot of interactions with bears on the show.
Gwen- Dragon. She mentions having lizards at home, and something about a goth dragon is badass. Plus, in Dramarama Ella turned to a dragon and there she was her cousin, so it's cool to think if she got really really mad she would too.
Heather- Panther. Heather has always had major cat energy, like even before it was revealed she owned a cat. And a black panther kinda fits her hair.
Duncan- Skunk. It started as a joke about how his attitude stinks, and he kinda melded into it. A tough guy no one wants to mess with like how no one wants to mess with a skunk. (His green hair even extends to his tail skunk stripe)
LeShawna- Badger. Honestly, LeShawna was the hardest to pinpoint, and I just picked badger cause to get the list done (fun fact, originally she was a porcupine). Again, she melded into it. Sweet and loving, but can also rip your face off if prompted, like a real badger.
Geoff- Otter. Playful, fun, easygoing, and a love for the water. Had Geoff written all over it
Izzy- Hyena. Something about a hyena suits Izzy; crazy, loud laugh, but definitely a force no one wants to reckon with.
DJ- Deer. They're big creatures, but also gentle and graceful. DJ is just deerkin.
Lindsay- Tabby. Another one to hard point (she was actually the last contestant that got an animal). Eventually tabby because they're agile (and she does gymnastics), and relatively nice and unassuming (but still smarter than she looks). Lindsay gravitating to Heather as a friend in Island in this AU is partially because Heather's also a cat, albeit a bigger one.
Bridgette- Seal. Bridgette's technically more a selkie than a "were", in that she can control it with whether her hoodie's on and off, unlike everyone else who seems to only have partial control. Seals are also fun loving and love the water so it suited Bridgette too
Trent- Human. He was the normal guy in the show, so it makes sense he's the normal guy here.
(he almost was a donkey cause he low-key tryna smash a dragon)
Harold- Bug. Harold's unique in that he's not pinpointed down to transforming into one specific bug, but actually a variety of bugs, like how he has so many wicked skills throughout the competition
(It's also a reference to how everyone's annoyed with his fact spilling, i.e. a pest)
Courtney- Raccoon. Courtney just screams raccoon; smart, conniving, and her taste in men is trash
Katie and Sadie- Lovebirds. They're constantly together, and get upset when they're apart for a few Island episodes. Just like real lovebirds.
Beth- Pig. She comes from a farm and mentions a pet pig. This was pretty easy.
Cody- Rabbit. They're tiny, unassuming (but still badass in their own way), and are great at multiplying (well, Cody's only great at the math kind of multiplying, but it still counts). Also cause Cody on the show is sure he's gonna die a bunch of times, and AU rabbit Cody feels the same (especially cause most of the other contestants can change to predator animals).
Tyler- Chicken. This was more for comedy with Tyler's fear of chickens, and his were being a chicken makes his phobia extremely ironic. And how he's not great at athletic, and quite literally has chicken arms.
Justin- Wolf. This guy already kinda looked like a Taylor Lautner wannabe, so why not take it further by having him constantly look like something straight out of a Twilight movie?
Noah- Dog. He mentions having a dog many times, and...I dunno something about it suits him. The same chaotic energy Noah has, in that here, he's smart enough to hack into a video game system, but still dumb enough to bark at his reflection for 3 hours. Also him having a dog tail constantly sticking out that always gives away how he actually has feelings.
(also more specifically, a dachshund cause he tiny)
Eva- Tiger. Tigers are badass. Eva is badass. Enough said.
Ezekiel- Boar. I actually didn't choose this one, a friend of mine I was talking to about this with did. But it kinda fits him considering he's also from a farm, and kinda turns feral later on in the show, like how wild boars exists.
Sierra- Hyena. Cause like Izzy, she's also crazy, but in a much scarier way (like real hyenas vs fictional ones). Here, Cody takes her romantic interest the wrong way and thinks she wants to eat him (I mean she does but not in that way)
Alejandro- Jaguar. In the Hawaiian Aftermath, they chose a jaguar as his spirit animal, and frankly there they list all the reasons why for me.

@sammysdewysensitiveeyes - I am going to do all of the ones you sent me, but a few at a time or the post would be MASSIVE and take days! So here’s the first three. MADELYNE PRYOR Maddie is absolutely a Brujah vampire. Brujah vampires rebels and revolutionaries, visionaries and philosophers, political dissedents and champions of the common man---or whatever their cause is. While they typically lean towards the downtrodden---whether it’s in vampire society or in general--- and fighting back against whatever the current status quo is, in theory a Brujah can be passionate about whatever it is they believe in, so long as it’s SOMETHING, so theoretically a Brujah could be a fanatical conservative as much as a radical Marxist. Brujah are often called “the Rabble” and the stereotypical Brujah image is that of a tough biker or gangster, but I think this misses the point of what they’re really about, which is being dedicated to some kind of ideal. That said, they are also a bunch of headcrackers who are not only willing to get their hands dirty and crack some heads for the cause, they’re EAGER. While many today have indeed degenerated into nothing more than rebels without a cause who just like causing trouble and starting fights for fun, many others still carry the mantle of warrior-philosophers into the modern nights, even if they’re more rare. So, why do I say this is Maddie? Well, Maddie is courageous as hell, first of all. It’s one of her most notable pre-Inferno characteristics, she’s brave as FUCK. Secondly, she cares about others. I remember one story in which her plane had crashed in a snowstorm and she devoted herself to the safety of her passengers above all else, even Scott, if I recall correctly. And let us not forget that her first death was not Inferno, it was willingly sacrificing her own life so that Forge could use her soul in a spell to seal away the Adversary and save the world. And one of her final conversations before that was with a news crew, advocating the acceptance of mutantkind. Maddie is brave, she has a temper, she believes in justice and the rights of the outcasts and rejects, and she can also be violent and take vengeance too far. That’s all very Brujah. I can absolutely see her as like, an Anarch den mother to new vampires or an independent vampire who gives help to those on the bottom regardless of what sect they’re in, Anarch or Camarilla or even Sabbat, but is also ferocious and should not be crossed. Which...is also very Brujah, as is the fact that their clan weakness is their tempers and passions can push them over the edge into Frenzy twice as easily as other vampires. The powers of the Brujah are Potence, Celerity, and Presence. Potence is super-strength and Celerity is superspeed, neither of which is very specifically “Maddie” to me, but Presence is a psychic ability with which a vampire can charm, entrance, and inspire hypnotic awe or dreadful terror. And I think that’s a good nod to her psychic abilities as a mutant, especially her scary factor. CATSEYE So, Catseye obviously has to be a Bastet, which are the werecat breeds in “Werewolf: The Apocalypse”. She also would definitely be a Feline werecat. Feline werecat that sounds repetitive but being “Feline” with a capital F in this context means born as a cat, rather than a human. See, wereanimals in WtA aren’t made by biting, they’re born. Some are born human, and will undergo their First Change sometime after adolescence, others are born as animals and will grow up as such, until their First Change between the ages of two and three years old (since animals mature faster). The latter often have a TON of adjustment to make, because they have to learn not just how to be a wereanimal, but a human. Because regardless of what state they were BORN in, all wereanimals will have a human form, an animal form, a hybrid form, and a giant-size version of their animal form. So you’ve got people turning into critters...and critters turning into people, who have to learn to walk and talk and wear clothes and stuff like that so that they can move through human society when they have to. It’s a perfect fit for Catseye! Each Bastet has a “Pyrio” meaning a classification of their general personality and what fields they’re likely to pursue and be talented in: Daylight - open and direct, they tend to be diplomats, warriors, lawgivers, and protectors. Twilight - questioners and seekers, they tend to be detectives, lawyers, spies, or mystics Night - often withdrawn and reclusive, they tend to be assassins, scholars, scientists, and practitioners of dark magics. I think Daylight because she was a fighter and she tended to strike directly, she was much more charge type than an assassin. I mean, she tried to jump right on top of Magma while Magma was IN HER FIRE FORM, Catseye is not a planner, and I think Daylight just fits her very open and innocent personality. I see her definitely being a warrior! A warrior cat, if you will ;) So that leaves...what breed Bastet is she? Because there are multiple types of Bastet, each reflecting a different species of big cat. For Catseye, I have narrowed it down to Simba (lion), Khan (tiger), Bagheera (leopard), or Bubasti (the ancient Egyptian kyphur cats). The Simba are the most proud and arrogant of the Bastet, they want to rule over the others and see themselves as the ones who are going to put things back into order. Unlike most Bastet tribes, which are solitary like most big cats, Simba live in Prides like real lions and there is a strict pecking order of respect. and dominance. I don’t think that Catseye wants to rule other people or sees herself as the one who has all the answers, but I do think she is, well, a cat, and is a proud vain creature who overestimates herself (but in a way much more endearing than Fabian or Empath) We also see from the way she worked so well as a team member in the Hellions that she’s a social animal, and she understands hierarchy and takes orders from Emma. She also grew up in canon having the fight to survive, so having to fight to avoid being picked on ---as the strong will do to the weak---by other Pride members as a kitten would fit. The Bagheera are the wereleopards, both strong and wise, renowned for both their mystic insights and their ferocious tempers. They’re curious, scholarly, and enjoy/seek new experiences to learn from, which I think fits the fact that Catseye was, according to Emma’s notes, ferociously intelligent. She seemed dumb to others because of her simple speaking style and not understanding a lot about the human world, but that’s merely because she was new to it; according to Emma, she was a genius, and the fact she learned to speak as well as she did IN A MERE YEAR according to said notes is a testament to that. And I don’t think you can teach a cat anything unless she WANTS to learn, so I see Catseye not just as very intelligent (if frequently NOT very clever; see aforementioned jumping on Magma, she’s obviously very overconfident and impulsive) but also eager to learn and very, well, curious! I think the Bagheera balance of being hot-tempered warriors but also curious and wise fits Catseye, though she’s not quite “wise” yet due to her youth! The Khan are the weretigers, and like the Simba, they’re very proud creatures who see themselves as Gaia's most perfect creations and as such obliged to protect all who are lesser. Khan are straightforward and action-oriented, not clever schemers. Whatever one of these Bastet do, they do it with full-tilt vigor, whether it be fighting, romancing, hunting, studying, or even contemplating. They throw themselves into all tasks with a mighty passion, and their bodies, in any from, bristle with vitality. Their weaknesses, such as they are, come from being too trusting or too sure of themselves. Which fits Catseye because, well, I’ve already covered her overconfidence, and being too trusting, well...she trusted Emma as her mother, and Emma was just using her as a tool, a weapon in a war that Catseye among all the Hellions understood the least, even if Emma ended up loving her deep down in the end. Finally, the Bubasti. Shy and secretive yet the most social of the Bastet; like the Simba, they live and work in groups. Bubasti are defined by the fact they are extremely hungry, both mentally and physically. Physically, they carry a curse of always being starving no matter how much they eat, and mentally they’re just always thirsty for knowledge, devouring books and research just as they do food. Catseye wasn’t ever gluttonous for food that we saw but she was ferociously intelligent and learned a lot very fast, as discussed, and also was more social than most big cats, as also covered. Bubasti are also ALWAYS very skinny, which Catseye also was; she’s listed as being six feet tall but only 120 lbs, she was rail thin (I picture her as like, skinny but very sinewy, like a ballerina, and I also headcanon that once she started getting enough to eat, she’d develop a more Amazonian physique) She’d need a racelift to be a Bubasti, as most are Egyptian and all are dark-skinned. The other Bastet types I described are also mostly of the ethnicities from the same lands their feline form originates from (ex: tigers are from China and India) but have white members too due to breeding with colonizers. I can’t pick which I would go with for her, really, which is perhaps also fitting since Catseye’s feline form in canon was inconsistent too, sometimes looking more like a lion, a panther, or even a lynx depending on the artist. PYRO In DnD, my first thought for him was a Genasi. Genasi are half-genie or have a genie somewhere in their family tree. Genies in DnD come from The Elemental Planes, so each genasi will reflect which plane their ancestor came from--Pyro of course would be a fire genasi.  Nearly all fire genasi are feverishly hot as if burning inside, an impression reinforced by flaming red, coal- black, or ash-gray skin tones. The more human-looking have fiery red hair that writhes under extreme emotion, while more exotic specimens sport actual flames dancing on their heads. Fire genasi voices might sound like crackling flames, and their eyes flare when angered. Some are accompanied by the faint scent of brimstone. Also, while genasi will typically have birth names common to the people among whom they were raised, some will choose to assume thematic names like  Flame, Ember, Wave, or Onyx. So a guy born as St. John Allerdyce and later calling himself Pyro, basically! If you want to take out the fire theme, he also works fine as a human, but like, where’s the fun in that? My other choice for him would be a half-elf. He’s tall and gangly and just a bit too-thin yet somehow not unhealthy for it like a human would be, but didn’t inherit the elven beauty and just kind odd instead---honestly like I love how Pyro is kinda, as you had Shaw unkindly put it, horsey-faced in Byrne’s art? He’s not UGLY but he’s distinct, and I’m always here for a character than doesn’t blend in with the other bland supermodel faces, and I also like the idea of a half-elf who DIDN’T get the whole ethereal look thing. My first thought for his class was rogue because of his villain status, but then I realized...no, he is a BARD. Think about it. Bards retell history in the most captivating way, or they make up their own equally hypnotic stories of tragedy or romance, battles or woe or bawdy humor. They *are* journalists and romance novel writers just like, just they do it with music instead of with writing! And like...they probably DO write them down first, I bet he takes notes in battle to turn it into a good song later! Also, he may have been a bad guy in canon, but...he’s so not a rogue? Like, Pyro was not a stealth and cunning guy, he blasted everything with fire! So yeah, he’s totally a bard! As a non-wolf werebeast, he’d be a Celican werecat. The Celican are descended from now-extinct European lions, but they don’t look like it---they look like oversized domestic cats, with as much variation in patterns and colors, though black and white are common. I see him as a great big ginger tabby though! Of all the tribes, the Ceilican have adapted best to the modern world. Most of them favor sports, music, mass media and, psychology, so I think his being a journalist would fit very well.  Most Ceilican have a natural aptitude for technology, too; no other tribe is as comfortable with computers and mechanical devices as they are, so he can totally be typing up his stories on his phone and laptop! He’d also be more likely to be a Homid, meaning born in human shape, so he grew up with tech. As mentioned, the cats who claim Twilight  as their Pyrio are “questioners and seekers, they tend to be detectives, lawyers, spies, or mystics”  andI feel like a traveling journalist fits this well. I think that the predilections of the Twilights also suggest an interest in justice ---lawyers, detectives---which I do think Pyro has, given his allegiance with the Brotherhood. Speaking of that, all werebeasts, whatever they are, serve Gaia, the Earth Herself, mother of all living beings, in a holy crusade. So in that sense they’re all good...but from a HUMAN perspective, they’re often not, since a lot of werebeasts, either as groups or individuals, see humanity either as a blight to be wiped out, or as something they’re just not concerned about. Like they wouldn’t hunt us for sport, but have very little care if we’re hurt or killed as collateral damage in their battles against the Wyrm (the big threat to Gaia) and I think that works well with his Brotherhood status. There's a definite cunning bent to this tribe, a mischievous spark that ignites either playful games or malicious villainy (and frequently both), giving even the most laidback among them a very divided and unstable nature, and like...that seems Pyro to me, he can be anything from just kind of a lovable rogue to REALLY FUCKING DANGEROUS AND WILL KILL YOU WITHOUT REMORSE they’re also EXTREMELY passionate creatures, and fire is typically tied to passion or used to represent it. Emotional drama draws them like ants to sugar, so I’m thinking that’s how werecat Pyro became inspired to start writing romance novels. The Celican are a hidden tribe, believed to be wiped out, but actually they were just hanging out with the Fae for a long time so everyone thinks they’re extinct now, even though they’ve re-emerged, which I think also works well with pyro having been literally dead for awhile and now is back. Here’s the weird part about the Celican.  Each year, they must forget who they are and become someone else. Physically they are the same person, but mentally they’re someone new. While I don’t like the idea of Pyro losing himself, I think this could be a great way to incorporate every version of Pyro into one character---the standard 616 guy we love, the chaotic Duggan dumbass, the bad boy from the XMCU, the manic pyromaniac from X-Men Evolution, all of them have been different “lives” of the same guy. Finally, all Celican prefer using blades over guns just because they think blades have more “style” and despite the fact Pyro technically uses ranged weapons in a sense (basically a self-powered flamethrower) I think he’d agree that STYLE IS IMPORTANT given his love for making shapes out of fire in combat even when there’s no need to do so. Celicans are flamboyant and they like to wear stuff like punk and pseudo-medieval fashions, and while I wouldn’t describe Pyro’s style as either of those, he is def a snazzy dresser who takes bold risks! I’m not sure what werewolf tribe would fit him best, but he would be a Galliard. Galliards are the storytellers and bards of the Garou (werewolf) society, tasked with using their voice to call their people to battle and inspiring them to greatness, as well as the keepers of Garou history through oral tradition. That’s right WEREWOLF BARDS! Something that works for both a werecat and a werewolf is Pyro being raised by his gran. A wereanimal parent is not always going to be around, they’re off fighting the Wyrm, so while it’s ideal for the child to be raised by the pack, a lot of times they’re raised by Kinfolk (the human and animal relatives of a wereanimal) or even a completely human family. If they’re being raised by non-Kinfolk relatives, they probably never get told what they are and their First Change is a huge surprise! Which like, translates pretty well to the awakening of a mutant power. For “Vampire the Masquerade” I think he’d be Toreador or Brujah. Brujah because I could see him getting politicized due to his time was a wartime journalist, wanting to stay neutral at first but becoming more and more radicalized the more he saw until he was forced to take a stand, and his passion in his writing inspiring a Brujah to Embrace him. He then saw how the Camarilla (the ruling “government” of vampire society) was very much all about the elite making the rules and enforcing them on those they deemed “below” them, literal bloodsuckers acting as metaphorical bloodsuckers to boot, etc., and becoming, like many Brujah, an Anarch instead, standing against the “Ivory Tower” as they call the Cam, and instead championing the ideals of undead egalitarianism regardless of how old or young or powerful or weak you are. The Camarilla allow the existence of the Anarchs so long as they don’t get out of hand, but will also hold them to Camarilla laws; the Anarchs don’t consider themselves Camarilla, but according to the Cam they are! I can see Pyro having OPINIONS on that. Alternatively a Toreado was inspired by his romance novels---the Toreadors are the artistes of vampire society, and it’s common for them to Embrace someone whose talents they feel should be preserved forever. And before you say he’s not good enough for that---Toreadors are fickle and shallow creatures, given to becoming obsessed with some new favored muse or protege, then dropping them in a few months times and moving on to the next hot rising star they’re now convinced is the true genius, then doing it all over again. I could absolutely see some Toreador, easily swayed emotional creatures that they are, always seeing thrills and passion and human feeling, getting enchanted by his romance novels, which are all about high-drama and exaggerated emotions as well as opulent and descriptive surroundings, that’s total Toreador bait, that’s TOREADOR CLICHE CENTER, and they swoop in and Embrace him and he thinks he’s so special and chosen...and then they ditch him, much like how he was used as a test case, leaving him on his own in cutthroat vampire society, which likely embittered him a good deal. This might lead him into Anarch-y but conversely it might instead make him support the Camarilla, since the Camarilla have strict policies about who is allowed to Embrace childer, and how many, and under what circumstances, whereas the Anarchs believe it’s a personal choice, which probably results in a lot of cases like Pyro. Or he might think that it should be a personal choice still, but resent his sire for treating that choice as irresponsibly as they did, you could go a lot of directions with this! Also! Maybe when he’s cast off by his Torrie sire, he has to seek help from Maddie the Brujah and that’s how they meet! Hope you enjoyed! More coming tomorrow! EDIT: I could also see a Toreador Emrbacing Maddie because she looked like their lost love and then likewise abandoning her, Toreadors are super emotional but those feelings, as convincing and deep as they seem to the Toreador who are ruled by them, aren’t real and don’t last, so that would be...typical. But I would prefer to pick her clan based on who she IS , no reproduce the clone story that stripped that from her, though that could be her Brujah sire’s reasoning too.

Grenwich Falls- Chapter 2
Tumblr media
Chapter 2: Full Moon
Chpt 1
Word Count: 3.5k
BTS/GOT7 au: non-idol, college students, wereanimals, supernatural beings
Grenwich Falls- Unexpected things happen during the full moon...
The week drug on and you found yourself worrying about the time it would take you to become accustomed to your new life here. A total of six classes would occupy you for the weeks to come and luckily you scheduled them well enough not to have a class on Fridays or before 10 AM, but one class you couldn’t help but have until 8pm every Wednesday. Finding your way around campus wasn’t really that hard and you even had a break in-between some classes to explore the many albeit ranging taste of each eatery that was on campus. Quickly you discovered a café called Stella’s would be your favorite hangout spot located in the schools Literature building. The scents here were less troublesome as you realized most of the occupants were human and werebears. Personally you felt the most comfortable around werebears because contrary to what people thought they were the gentlest and non-threatening compared to the wereanimals of the Canidae and Felidae families. Finishing up the rest of your classes for the day you decided to head to your apartment even though it was barely past three in the afternoon.
Walking in you were glad to know you were alone. Truthfully you hadn’t interacted with the girls that much this week. On Tuesday you and Alicia got breakfast together but for the most part Andrea and Natty kept their distance away from you. It wasn’t an awkward air but you could tell after the second time of them hanging out with the pack and seemingly not inviting you that you didn’t make the best impression that first night. Of course you tried to talk some sense into yourself after all you weren’t a wolf and you weren’t dating anyone that was. However, it didn’t help you to know Alicia went each time as well. So you figured you would be cordial but keep your distance too. This would probably be best considering tonight was the first night of the full moon, which meant almost every wereanimal would be with their own changing forms and possibly hunting.
You were so completely lost in thought that you hadn’t realized time was slipping away from you or that all three girls had entered.
“Oh you’re here?” Alicia questioned, dropping her bag on the kitchen counter and plopping herself down on the love-seat.
“ughh yahh, why wouldn’t I be?” you eyed her back confused by her question.
“Oh but isn’t it like a full moon or something, you’re not going to change with your pack?” she sat up trying to meet your face. This caught the other two girls’ attention as they sat down on the couch and floor beside her.
You decided it was best to respond as nonchalantly as possible to avoid more unwanted questions, “I don’t have a pack.”
All three heads whipped your way as if you had just stated the most notorious sin. “But like aren’t you supposed to register with a pack when you move to a new area or something or like notify your previous one”, it wasn’t much of a question Alicia was asking but you could tell that all three of them were curious because they never diverted their attention from you.
Carrying on as if this was the most normal conversation you could have had with anyone although borderline inappropriate and reaching the ‘bad manners’ line you replied. “I’ve never been with a pack”, shutting the refrigerator door you walked towards your room hoping they would get the message that this was not something you wanted to talk about.
Apparently this was a topic too intriguing to let go of as they uniformly followed you to your room standing in your doorway gawking at you. Truthfully you could understand why they were shocked. In the Were community one did not really go without a pack it was unheard of and frankly a terrible situation to be in. Most if not all Were types were pack animals and the protection and longing to be with your own kind was high. The only time a wereanimal was not with a pack was when they had been exiled from their previous pack and had yet to find another. Willingly deciding to go against a pack and ride solo was seen as a threat and without the protection you were an easy target hence the surprise to your revelation. It just wasn’t something you’d do.
“So you’re not going to change?” Natty was incredulous to this and even more skeptical of you now.
“Wait but doesn’t she have to, Bammie told me that you guys get really sick if you fight the change”, Liss was looking from Natty to Andrea for a solid conformation.
“You do…. Unless you’re not a Were”, Andrea answered although it was more of an acquisition towards you. All three turned their heads back to you eyeing you wearingly.
There was really no straight way to answer them without either giving too much away or too little which prompt for more questions. It wasn’t like you could just say ‘You didn’t have to change’ because again all did unless they wanted to be puking up blood.  Telling them you were human was obviously out of the question because they wouldn’t believe you even if it was partly true. You decided to take the easy way out because they couldn’t ask what you were not like you would tell them and this was not a conversation you wanted to have because it was getting later and you could begin to smell the shift in the air. Though you knew you weren’t going to change tonight it didn’t stop your natural instinct from wanting to take over, if they changed around you it would be hard to fight it.
“Shouldn’t you guys get going, it’s getting late?” you redirected the question to them.
Natty and Andrea exchanged glances between each other once more as if having a silent conversation between each other. Backing out of your room Natty turned towards Alicia, face setting in a hard line “Liss don’t you dare step foot outside of this house, or BamBam will skin us both alive.”
“Oh hush you always say that and nothing ever happens”, from your door way you could see her brush Natty’s comment off and plop forth on the couch again.
Your room still wasn’t completely empty Andrea had stopped at your doorway gauging you again “So you’re just going to stay in with Liss all night?”
“Yep. Pretty Much” you popped your lips exaggeration your response completely over the inquiring stares she was giving you.
She hesitated a little before finally leaving your room. You could hear the front door close as both Natty and Andrea left for the night. Looking at your door and reminding yourself to close it next time, you promised as soon as this full moon was over you had to try harder to camouflage your scent.
About an hour had passed since they left and the air was feeling thick. You wanted to change but being alone in a town full of wereanimals that didn’t yet know you was a bit daunting. But you could feel the slight buzz starting in your spine the energy within you was ready to step out into the air and so you had to do something to preoccupy yourself. Stepping out of your room you spotted Alicia tangled on the couch between blankets engrossed in whatever show she was watching. Deciding to join her to distract yourself she smiled at you as you curled up on the other side of the couch.
“Are you hungry wanna order some Chinese?”, she looked up at you hopefully.
“I thought you couldn’t leave the house?” you reminded her taking a bit of the blanket to wrap around yourself.
“They deliver” she clarified, reaching for her phone off the coffee table and dialing the nearest restaurant’s number.
Agreeing on rice, bao, spring rolls, dumplings, and a side of Tso’s chicken you contemplated how the two of you could possibly eat so much food. She looked much too tiny to eat so much and sure you were hungry but not changing was also making you lose your appetite.
“Don’t worry I eat to the equivalent of a 16-year-old boy going through puberty”, she laughed answering the door as the delivery guy rang the doorbell. The food smelled heavenly and previously you hadn’t been much of a fan of takeout but something about this array made you want to dig in.  Taking mouthfuls, you attempted to use chopsticks before settling for a fork and abandoning your shanty attempts at customary dining.
“You should have seen me the other night. The pack was having an initiation, there was so much food I was literally eating circles around everyone else”, mumbling as she stuffed another spring roll in her mouth.
Feeling a bit awkward you just hummed in response and took another bite of chicken turning your attention back to the tv. She was just trying to make conversation but you doubt that was information you were supposed to know; after all they didn’t tell you about it. Not that they should.
“Sorry I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable” noticing your uneasiness she handed you a dumpling.
“No it’s not that, I just don’t think I am pack approved. That Jinyoung and the other guy don’t seem pleased with me”, you told her taking a sip of coke to wash down the grease.
“They just don’t know what you are, but you’re nothing right? Since you aren’t changing at all” She flipped her hair over her shoulder and turned her body to face you.
“I’m human” you simply stated.
“That’s what I told them. But Bam says you’re otherwise. He doesn’t know what type of Were you are but you’re definitely different. Were you born in this country? Whatever you are for some reason Jinyoung doesn’t want you around for the next week or two.”
That didn’t surprise you much but still her bluntness about it was a bit perturbing. And even though she was dating a pack member you knew it was weird for them to divulge so many secrets to an outsider. They must have really trust her but still it was unusual to you. “They told you that?”
Chuckling she shook her head no “Of course not they don’t tell me that kind of stuff. I overheard Jinyoung talking to Natty, Andrea, and BamBam about it. I don’t know much about what it is but it had something to do with Jungkook. He has been acting weird lately, apparently Bam said it will pass soon.”
“Oh yah he is in heat?”, you laughed making sense of the situation.
“In what?”, she asked testing out the word. She looked at you dumbfounded as if that was absurd considering the warmest it got in the fall here was the mid 70’s.
You chuckled she was going to be in for a treat. Apparently no one told her how important that was.  Obviously Bambam hadn’t been in heat around her yet or hid it from her if he had. You thought it best not to tell her, that was a conversation for her and her Were bae to have. She was about to ask you to explain when suddenly her phone rang. She hesitated thinking it odd that someone was calling her at almost midnight. Picking it up she got up simultaneously throwing the remains of her food away which wasn’t much. You couldn’t hear what the person on the line was saying but you noticed her face turn panicky and her heartbeat speed up.
“What do you mean he didn’t show up?”
“No not since earlier”
“He only calls before the change and then the next morning because he is tired”
“No I will try to call him”
“Who else is missing?”
“Just Bam and Jungkook?”
“okay I will let you know”
“Yah yah yah I know”
You didn’t know who she was talking to but you assumed the person was telling her not to leave the apartment from the annoyance that rolled over her face as she responded. Hanging up she ran to her room pulling on a pair of shoes and a hoody. You assumed she was trying to call BamBam as she was cussing and complaining about why he wasn’t picking up.
“Where are you going? You can’t leave!” you urged her following her foot for foot as she headed for the door.
“I’ll be fine!” she pushed past you.
“That’s not a good idea, it’s a full moon and your boyfriend told you to stay” you tried to argue with her.
“Well at the moment said boyfriend is M.I.A and I’m not a Were so I will be okay”, she had already grabbed her car keys and was almost at the door.
“Maybe not but you smell like one. You smell just like him.”
She rolled her eyes at you opening the door “I’m leaving. You don’t have to come if you don’t want to.”
With the finality in her voice you knew there was no way to convince her otherwise, nodding your head yes you jumped up grabbing some converse and slipping out the door with her.  Deep down you knew this was a stupid idea. If Natty called her to ask about her brother’s whereabouts, it must be a little serious. Which means she should not be anywhere near him. Some times when wolves changed they could completely lose all sense of humanity when in form. Everything was heightened and it was the equivalent of being high from a drug, it took a powerful Were no matter what the form to keep some kind of consciousness and reason with their inner animal. Lest someone was an alpha or just really skilled it could be impossible to do. You just hoped she wasn’t racing into danger and you hoped even more that BamBam wouldn’t be at his apartment. Regardless that wasn’t the wants Alicia had as she was driving like a bat out of hell running every light to get to his place.
Arriving there she jumped out of the car not waiting for you and bounded up the stair to the second floor. You were trying your best to keep up but the energy around the place was taking over your senses weighing your body down. The familiar hum started to reverberate through your body and you knew that some form of a Were was here. The hairs on your arm and neck began to stand up and immediately your instincts could sense the danger. It always baffled you the way when in nature anytime a threat approached your body moved before your mind did.
“Alicia No!”, lunging forward you tried to grab her before she could put the numbers on the key pad to unlock his door but it was too late. She was already flinging the door open throwing herself in searching frantically for her boyfriend.
“Bammie! Where are you?” she screamed moving further into the room.
Shit, was all you could think following her in. The room was still but the air was thick. Trying to smell or at least sense anything you heard a screech and a growl as a gray wolf was thrown across the floor.
“BamBam!” Liss hollered moving to the wolf’s aide.
You knew that was a bad idea. Grabbing the back of her hood you jerked her back with as much strength as you could muster. She went flying backwards onto the floor landing on her hands and butt. She seemed to be okay seriously uninjured for the most part. Suddenly another wolf appeared a bit larger than the other and of a deep mahogany color his teeth was bared growling at the other wolf. You immediately caught his scent. It was Jungkook alright and he was at the peak of his heat. A wolf in heat was one thing but a wolf in heat during a full moon and while in his Were form was something else. As of right now they hadn’t noticed the two of you but that changed when Alicia screamed at the top of her lungs when Jungkook lunged for BamBam again. This caught both of the wolves’ attention the large brown one stopping in his tracts and turning his attention to the new visitors his eyes were like lava red and orange flakes ablaze in his orbs as he slowly stalked to you both. Giving the gray wolf time to get up he bit into the side of the larger wolf causing him to snap back as he pushed the wolf away from you two. In this state Jungkook was too much for Bambam his strength was double that of a normal change during the full moon and the struggle was evident. Abandoning his effort to fight the bigger wolf he lept into action rounding Liss in an effort to protect her. His effort was useless because as you had your eyes on the gray wolf the brown one had his eyes on you.
Your body started to tremble as you could feel the pull towards him. In a swift movement he charged you knocking you to the floor and hovering over your body teeth bared challenging you. An ordinary person would be scared but you couldn’t move, an energy began to move throughout your body as a growl twice as fierce as the wolf above you erupted from your body. You held its gaze as your own eyes began to change color the irises turning white as they dilated. His scent was causing your body to react and the moon was amplifying the tug that you both felt. The room began to feel hot as an aggressive growl left the wolf’s throat as he retreated from you giving you room to back up. Getting on your hands and knees holding his gaze a whimper left your mouth trembling with the rest of your body as you began to lose control. You were submitting yourself to him. His eyes glazed over and the air in the room started to become suffocating surrounding you both in a fog. He lashed out at you challenging you to react to him causing you to plead again. You were struggling to have coherent thoughts as nature was taking its course and your instincts becoming more animalistic.
You could hear the fear in Alicia’s voice “Y/N what’s happening?!!”
Looking up you met the eyes of him again your own completely cloudy and he charged you knocking you onto your back again. Suddenly lips were on your neck but those of a man. His form changing, Jungkook was on top of you naked and completely out of his mind. His lips were frantic dragging across your neck and face tasting you, sniffing you. His hands rushed under your shirt ripping at your skin. His lips connected to yours as he devoured you, rushed movements of his tongue swiping across your lips begging for entrance. He had one thing and one thing only on his mind and that was to mate with you. Though his body was in his human form his mind was still all wolf. His hands ripped apart your bra wanting access as he licked across your face from your chin to the corner of your eyes. His body was so hot and your own was about as hot as his. His erection was pushing against your thigh causing a growl to come from you do to your own desire. Truthfully you hadn’t changed but its affects still lingered as his scent was so strong and the urge was hard to resist. Raking your fingernails down his back causing him to whimper his lips connected with yours again as he ground his body down into you.
“The fuck!”, The door burst open and you could see Jinyoung in his human form with two other wolves guarding him.
So entranced in your state with Jungkook you couldn’t even process what was happening before he was leaning down snatching you away from Jungkook who was clawing at you to keep your body under his. Your adrenaline was raging at the whole situation and you could feel the tug to change and defend yourself against the intruder.
“Jungkook Down!” Jinyoung commanded halting the younger wolf. He bowed forward on his hands and knees whimpering at his pack leader.
Snatching you up Jinyoung jacked your shirt in his hands eyes glaring into your own “What the hell are you?”

Fairytale Gone Wrong - Creatures
Hi amazing people! I see some new faces in the followers list and I’m hyped that you decided to look what we’re up to here. We’re actually closer to the finish line than we thought we would be! Before we know it, we will be able to give you guys an opening date and all.
Until then, we thought it would be nice to give you some more information about the playable creatures on FGW.
+ Humans - Humans are the most common creature in Midgard. They reproduce as mammals and may have as many children as they please. Human considers themselves to be the ruler of the earth and the universe, something that may annoy other creatures a bit. Humans are seen as naive and easy targets since most of them don't know about other creatures. There are a few humans out there who knows about other creatures but one would say it's probably impossible for one human being to know about all the wonders in the world... Right? + Wereanimals
 - There are many types of wereanimals. The one thing they have in common is that they have two forms: An animal form and a human form. We want you to be able to create more or less anything you want when it comes to wereanimals. Some wereanimals lives in packs because of their natural instincts. Others live by themselves and/or tries to live a normal human life.  + Familiar  -  A Familiar is a type of shapeshifter that has a special bound to a witch. They are really just regular shapeshifters but with that extra bound to someone. The bound to the witch makes their lifespan longer, but not immortal. If the witch lives to be 1500 years, so will the familiar. But as soon as the witch dies, so will the familiar. The familiar is therefore not immortal and could die on its own. Just not by age. The familiar is usually summoned by a witch or a witch will go out "familiar hunting" until they find one.
+ Gulon  -  A Gulon is a shapeshifter gone bad, basically. It’s considered to be a curse to become a Gulon since they have an ungodly apatite and can’t control when they shapeshift. They can shift whenever they are hungry and will eat uncontrollably until they puke to make room for more. They will transform back whenever they feel full.
+ Witch -  Witches are considered to be one of the strongest creatures roaming the earth. When the Gods created witches they meant for them to serve as guardians of Midgard. The problem was that the witches were too intelligent and got their human instinct to be free and do whatever they wanted. This led to the Gods trying to get rid of the witches. This is what is known as the witch hunts in Europe throughout history. No one knows exactly how many witches were hanged, burned and drowned during these periods. This is also known as the great witch war. Some witches haven't forgotten what the Gods did to them and are not willing to forgive them for it. Elder witches may have information about things no man nor god could dream of getting their hands on. Spells, potions, curses. There are not many witches left in the world. Most witches keep to themselves while others try to live a normal life. Some witches are good, some witches are evil. + Elf  -  Elves are beautiful, mystical creatures with close contact with nature. They are often seen as intelligent, calm beings with knowledge of the world. All Elves knows about the Gods of the world and may even work close to the gods to try to keep peace in the human world. Elves are very good when it comes to caring for others and take care of wounds. All elves are not good, though. Some elves may have turned dark and use their power to control others and get what they want. Some may say there is two type of elves. Dark elves and Lightelves. Alfheim is home for all elves but the ones people call Dark elves are usually the ones who left Alfheim to turn to darker forms of magic. Everyone doesn't use these titles to divide elves, though. Some Elves lives as normal humans in Midgard and rarely goes to Alfheim.
+ Fairy - Fairies are often confused with Elves because of the similarity in the words (Älvor & Alver). Fairies are connected to elves and have similar powers and weaknesses. The main difference between fairies and elves is the way they are living. Most fairies live in colonies and are connected to the fairy king and queen. Fairies aren't connected to Alfheim. Another difference is that Fairies are always seen as good creatures.
+ Troll -  Trolls are one of the most common creatures besides humans. There are more trolls than people may think in the world. A lot of fairy tales about the trolls are plain wrong and something people told each other to scare the kids or have something to blame when they did something wrong themselves. Is the food gone? It’s the trolls. Did someone get lost in the woods? It’s the trolls. Some trolls live as normal human beings without even knowing that they actually are trolls.
+ Nisse -  The Nisse is good-hearted for most of the time. They have a deep connection to farm animals and crops. They are loners who like to care for themselves and the animals around them. It’s easy to annoy a Nisse since they are kind of hot-headed. They love pranks and to get back on the people who did them or the animals wrong.
+ Mermaid - Mermaids are creatures who live in salt water and protects the wildlife at sea. They are thought of as beautiful and erotic women with fish tails who attract sailors with their beautiful song. The truth is, there are plenty of male mermaids too.
+ Draug -  The easiest way to describe a Draug is to compare it with a zombie. They are humans who had died and lived again. They are often dangerous and mean. They have strength like no human and can sometimes change their size. They are intelligent beings but usually mean-spirited and love to see pain and suffering. Some Draugs may feel love and even regret but it's really rare. Most Draugs are drawn to their evil nature. They are the shell of the human that once was there but there’s something else controlling the body. Something evil that doesn’t mean well. No one knows where the Draugs comes from or why they are here.
+ Mare - The Mare is a playful creature who doesn’t need to be evil per se. It’s just that they love to tease and sometimes torment other creatures to a point that would be considered to be evil. They are not stupid, but they may have a hard time understanding when enough is enough. The Mares are dream collectors. They need to collect dreams to survive, like food. They take creatures good dreams and replace them with nightmares. They are the reason all creatures have nightmares, even Gods. + Gods -  Gods are higher beings with power no man could imagine. All gods have different alignments and some have access to all realms while others are banned from some of the realms of the world. All gods may wander on Midgard in a human body, though. Some Gods live like normal humans in Midgard while other resides in Asgard and sometimes visit Midgard whenever they feel like it or need to.
