MATE, ARE YOU ALRIGHT? [Carlando - completed]: They have not even taken off for 20 minutes and Daniel is starting to relax. The only way to survive ten hours in the air is to watch a movie and sleep for most of them.

CUDDLES' BUDDIES [Carlando - completed]: Christmas is Lando's favorite time of the year but also the one he hates the most.

MR BRIGHTSIDE [Carlando - WIP]: Carlos is in the middle of reorganizing his office to make some space for his helmets when a soft ping alerts him of a new notification on his phone. Looks like Lando posted a new story.

HOW MANY FINGERS? [Carlando - completed]: “I just don’t get it. I really don’t understand what I’m doing wrong… I’m starting to think that there’s something wrong with me.”

THIS ONE DOESN'T HAVE A TITLE YET [Carlando - WIP]: Waking up with a mouth full of curls is not unusual for Carlos, it’s not surprising to have his best friend sprawled on his chest snoring.

STREAMING INTO THE NIGHT [Carlando - WIP]: In retrospect, Lando knows that he shouldn't have done it, that he was walking on thin ice and that the slightest sudden movement would have caused it to break and him to fall down the hole.

HAPPY F*CKING BDAY [Carlando - completed]: Lando is woken up by someone knocking on the door but he is too cozy, and sleepy to bother.

HE IS COMING WITH ME [Carlando - completed]: It’s a flurry of blond hair and jeans that cuts off the quiet conversation Lando, Caco, Carlos and Rupert are having just outside of the paddock. “This is enough, you are coming with me now!”

THE MASSAGE THAT BLOWED ME AWAY [Carlando - completed]: Lando just got out of the shower, all his engagements for the day done.

Ok, apart from the fact that I really need to start write again and finish all those WIPs, it seems like I just love to put the reader in the middle of the story (in medias res, that's what it's called right?).

“You should tell him,” she says for the fifth time that day.

“Noo. No way,” Steve yells from the back room, coming back to the front with a pile of freshly rewinded VHS’.

“Come on! I told you he openly flirts with you all the time dude! He’s into you,” Robin whines as she takes half the pile from him.

They move together through the aisles of Family Video putting the movies in their place,

“No Rob, that's just how he is. He flirts with everybody,” he says, shrugging.

“No, he does not!”

Steve’s never heard Robin so close to throwing an actual tantrum before, and he would think it funny if it wasn’t about Eddie and his nonexisting feelings for him.

“You're just biased,” Steve tells her fondly. 

Robin rolls her eyes and huffs, “How is this any different from when you tell me to talk to Vicky?”

“Because I'm sure Vicky likes you back!” he answers with an exasperated sigh.

“Well, I'm sure Eddie likes you!” Robin says and sighs even louder than Steve, mocking him.

He snorts and moves back to the other side of the counter, pretending to check something on the computer desk. Robin finishes putting the VHS’ back in place and rounds the counter too, leans against it with her hip, and looks at Steve, raising her eyebrows pointedly. He snorts again at her antics.

“OK, fine! Tell you what. I’ll tell Munson…If you tell Vicky,” he smirks.

“Deal!” Robin exclaims, extending her hand.

Steve’s smile drops and he stares at her, does not take her hand. “What? No way you’ll do it.”

“I will! I’ll even do it first if you’re too chicken shit, but you have to promise you’ll do it no matter what.”

She waits for a moment for him to take her hand and after a while raises her eyebrows, “Well?”

He thinks about it as he very slowly starts raising his hand, the tension in the store palpable as his hand comes close to hers while he scans her eyes, looking for a trap, or a way out of this.

Which is probably why neither of them hears when the door opens.

Robin wiggles her eyebrows again, pressuring him. He is just about to close the gap when he retracts his hand quickly and shakes it in the air.

“No! Fuck you, Rob. I’m not telling Eddie I like him,” he tells her.

“What?!” Dustin shouts standing in front of them.

💜: I know he needs a break and I’ve give him that sometimes, but I really do put him in some truly awful situations sometimes (sorry baby boy).

🤎: Honestly most of my headcanons for him are like… Canon+. At the very least, they’re rooted in my interpretation of his canon. I do love giving him stupid, regal, frilly middle names just because I know he’d hate it though.

🩶: This is a very hard question, mmm. I’m going to have to say the world of Dishonored, but especially the second game. Can’t fight witches and parasitic, bloodsucking swarms of horrible flies with your fists, Bils.

🪴: I don’t know how most people view him, I personally view him as the sun. It keeps us alive, safe. But it can- and does- also kill us or harm us very easily. It flares up and burns red hot. Plus I like the connection of blonde hair/blue eyes like the sun and sky, and the connection to California.

🌾: This is more of a personal headcanon than it is based on anything from the show but I think he’s good at jewelry making. Not like… with big tools in a workshop and with diamonds, but beaded bracelets. Shells from the beach or cool rocks wrapped intricately in a wire cage. Braided leather bracelets. I like the idea that his mom taught him, with twine and shells at the beach. He was always more interested in surfing, but after she left/died, he picked it back up as a comfort.

He knows Neil would call it a fairy hobby or worse, so it’s his best kept secret. He hides that little bag of supplies better than his porn.

😭: No, I do not. I am cursed to remain here like a slightly unstable poltergeist.

Steve

🧡: Steve is so utterly my opposite personality wise that it’s funny but I did also have friends who stopped giving a shit about me in highschool because all they cared about was my house and the things they could earn by being my friends. That and big pathetic brown eyes.

💚: Some of my favourite rep headcanons for Steve are - him becoming hard of hearing after four seasons of concussion after concussion, him being dyslexic, and suffering from chronic pain in general from sports & injury. I’m pretty heavy on the bisexual Steve train, and the Italian Steve headcanon too.

🌹: I feel like when Steve hates you, there is no way you don’t know unless he’s pretending otherwise. He’s petty, bitchy and will absolutely cold shoulder the fuck out of you. Once a mean girl, always a mean girl.

🌼: I think that very much depends on if he was alone. I think, with a group, he’d adapt and be capable of surviving for at a minimum quite a long time. Alone? I don’t know if he’d care about fighting to stay alive if he was entirely alone in the world. He needs other people too much.

🌱: I think he starts out pretty optimistic and over time and tragedy, starts becoming more of a relativist. He is still more optimistic than Robin though, as seen by his steadfast conviction that “Vickie likes boobies” lmao.

���So big boy, that was quite a practice show huh?” Eddie teased, while Steve just rolled his eyes. 

“Whatever Munson.”

“Cut the chit chat you two. Everyone has a 15-minute break before we go on. And it’s the real deal this time. I’ll be checking up on everyone occasionally, got it?” Nancy told the group, her voice nothing but serious. You rolled your eyes at Robin, who giggled. 

You both agreed Nancy took her job as stage manager too seriously, after all, you were just a bunch of teenagers in a silly band together. 

You inched closer to Robin while Nancy was still lecturing the group. 

“So,” You whispered. 

“So..?”

“Are you excited about the show?”

“Oh yeah, most definitely.” Robin smiled. 

You two had been dating for a couple of months, but you both agreed not to tell anyone just yet. It was tough keeping the secret from Steve, who was a bit too invested in your girlfriend’s love life. 

“Okay Robin, I know Vicky didn’t work out but I have a plan B.”

“Huh? What are you talking about dingus.”

“Look, I made a chart of all the girls your age in Hawkins who are most likely into boobies and-”

“Steve. Stop. First off, gross, second off, just no.”

Jonathan nudged you out of your thoughts. 

“Nancy’s done talking now, are you just gonna stand there or..?”

You had about 10 minutes left of your break, and Robin was hanging out in your dressing room. 

You were contently listening to Robin rant about one thing or another while touching up your makeup, a wide smile on your face the entire time. 

“Are you done yet? I wanna cuddle.” Robin mumbled. 

“You can sit in my lap while I finish.” You offered, and Robin quickly climbed into your lap. 

You found comfort in her warmth, and as much as you would never admit it, this was better than playing on stage. Much, much better. You didn’t want this moment to end. Robin buried her head in the crook of your neck. 

“Can we skip the show and just stay like this forever.” She mumbled, which made you chuckle. 

“Its like you read my mind.”

You two where so wrapped up in each other you didn’t even hear Nancy’s footsteps approaching the door.

“Hey, Y/n is in Robin here? You guys have f-”

You both froze and stared at Nancy for a second, before quickly separating. 

Nancy’s eyes where wide and she closed the door behind her. You two braced for the lecture you were about to get, or being kicked out of the band all together. 

“Nancy I promise it’s not what you-” Robin started. 

“No need to explain. You two make a cute couple.” Nancy smiled, and a huge wave of relief washed over you and Robin both. 

“Anyway, five minutes till showtime. Hope you’re ready!” Nancy said, before leaving to check the others. 

You and Robin stood there in silence for a moment, before you finally broke it. 

“She handled it really well, should we tell the others about us?” You softly questioned. 

“Yeah. Yeah I think we should.” Robin agreed. 

“After the show?”

“After the show.”

You turned to her and smiled, before lightly kissing her cheek.

You both giggled, before Jonathan rushed in. “Hurry up guys, we can’t afford to be late.”

The show went great, and Nancy suggested you all go out to celebrate. You ended up choosing the local pizza place, which was close to the venue you had been playing at. 

“You’ll never take me alive!” Eddie practically screamed as Steve tried to force him to eat pizza with pineapple on it. 

“Its good, I promise!”

“Hell no Steve. I’m not letting you poison me tonight.” Eddie crossed his arms. 

Meanwhile Jonathan and Nancy where having light conversation from across the table, Nancy was next to them, completely ignoring Eddie’s desperate cries for help. 

You and Robin giggled at the boys antics safely from across the table. 

“Y/n! Save me from this devil man’s evil concoction!” 

“No, I think I’d rather stay here with my lovely girlfriend.” You said, leaning onto Robin. 

“Yeah Eddie, I’m her first priority.” Robin smirked. 

Both the boys just stared at you both, Eddie’s mouth slightly open, like he was processing. 

“You two make a cute couple. Congrats.” Jonathan acknowledged. 

Just before it looked like Eddie was about to say something Steve quickly shoved the piece of pineapple pizza into his mouth. 

“Victory!” 

“You bitch!” Eddie lightly shoved Steve after being forced to take a bite of the pizza. 

“Oh c’mon, you liked it.” Steve rolled his eyes. 

“No Harrington. You have murdered me with your devil pizza.”  Eddie said, before dramatically falling onto Steve. 

You and Robin giggled, and Steve turned his attention to Robin before whispering,

This picture sucks, but im sooo glad i kept martha! Her siblings had more fun colors, but man! She has the longest ears by a lot! I also think she has the prettiest face, and she’s massive!

I’d looove to get into nubians more, but we should only have a few goats at a time and my family used to have a farm full alpines that they showed, and they’re everyone’s favorite, so, whatever 🧡 alpines are my 2nd favorite

Also! Very exciting, my mom found a buck for vicky this fall, so we should have little vickies in the early spring if all goes well! It depends on how they turn out, but we’ll probably be keeping one of her daughters if she has one that turns out nice!
