"Are you sure Adam didn't mind us coming to Miami for Christmas?" You repeated for the hundredth time. You stood against the glass door frame with two bottles of beer in your hands. The thought of intruding on a forty year friendship made you panic. Adam had always been so nice.

Christian remained silent while staring at the ocean before him. The full moon illuminated the water the two of you had been in previously. His barefeet propped up on the balcony fence enjoying watching the waves roll up on the sand. He took in a deep breath of the fresh ocean air and leaned his head back. His head lulled to look at you.

"For the thousandth time, he doesn't mind at all. Besides if he minded I think it would be too late to let me know now," he teased and reached out for his bottle. You handed it to him and sat next to him on the bench. He wrapped his arm around you while taking a swig. His thumb rubbing against your arm reassuringly.

As usual he was right. Today was Christmas. The airport, while always hell year round, would have been a disaster today. The streets would no doubt not be much better. This was ceetainly a better option. Warm weather was greatly appreciated for all the aches and bumps taken over the year while working with AEW.

The discussion of where to go for Christmas began two months ago. You didn't want to go somewhere cold and he wanted to go wherever you wanted to go. Christmas parties with friends sounded like more of a chore than something that would bring enjoyment.

As a couple, this was your first Christmas together. You wanted it to just be the two of you. No fuss over family and friends. Just the two of you being selfish and cutting yourselves off from the rest of the world. A resort on an island overlooking the ocean was a dream come true.

"Am I boring you?" He asked while taking another sip.

"Not at all. I'm just happy it's the two of us," you answered truthfully.

"Hey, do you remember the AEW party after All In?" He asked while playing with your hair lazily. He placed his empty beer bottle on the table next to him. You placed yours on the floor.

"Me too," he confessed. You rested your head on his clothed chest and soaked everything in.

Christmas lights were wrapped around the railings of your balcony. Another room played Christmas music. On the horizon a sailboat with Christmas lights passed by the resort. You stayed still listening to his heartbeat. A sound you often fell asleep listening to.

You cracked a smile. "When someone spiked the punch and seeing grown men cry like babies while puking in plants? How could I forget?"

"I meant after the party,"

You sat up and looked at him in confusion. To be honest, you didn't remember much of the party. The punch didn't have as much of an effect on you but it was still pretty strong. "After?"

"After," he smirked and kissed your lips. His lips trailed down to your jaw and down your neck. You blushed darkly remembering the previously mentioned event perfectly in your mind.

"I still can't believe we weren't caught by someone," you spoke and placed a hand over your head. "I would have been mortified,"

"I don't think anyone knows about that night except us,"

"I remember it perfectly, you know," you responded playfully and kissed him. "It was one of the best nights of my life. I had a crush on you for so long,"

Christian leaned down and kissed your lips. You wrapped your arms around his neck and scooted closer to him. Your legs placed around his as you sat on his lap facing him. His hands slid up the back of your legs and cupped your butt. Your lips separated from his slowly.

"Christian?" You asked. Your foreheads touched together.

"I think we should take this somewhere else," he advised. "It will be hard for parents to explain to their kids that adults can be on the naughty list,"

"After parties seem to be your favorite," you teased and stood up from the bench. He grabbed your hand and led you inside towards the bedroom.

"I love having only us for Christmas," you murmured between kisses as you closed the door behind you.

In Da Club - Santana

Eddie Kingston's little sister is turning 30, so he flies her out to party in Miami. What he doesn't know is she has been seeing Santana casually.

P.s. Sorry it took me so long to get to this request. I hope you still like it! BTW your left pinky toe is safe... for now. 😉

My brother Eddie always makes sure he is able to celebrate my birthday with me. Sometimes he comes home and parties back in Yonkers and sometimes he flies me out to meet him wherever he is working. Well, this year my birthday is on a Saturday and I'm turning 30, so Eddie decides to go all out and let me invite anyone I would like to fly with me to Miami. I invited a few of my closest friends and now we are getting ready for the night in our hotel suite.

Eddie facetimes me so I answer and blush as I see Eddie and all of his AEW friends on screen yelling Happy Birthday to me. I tell them thank you and ask my brother for the plan for tonight. "Well sis, I figured we need to go to a club and get you wasted to celebrate the end of your 20s." I agree and tell him to text me the details and we will meet them there.

My friends and I go out to dinner before hand and they are asking me all sorts of questions. "Is Eddie single? Does he have friends who are single? Does he have friends who may become single soon?" We laugh and I give them the general idea of relationship statuses. "Eddie had a girlfriend, Jon is married to Renee, Ortiz is single, and Santana is off limits." The girls look at me and smirk before Ashley pipes up "You seem to be protective of Santana... Does that mean his is off limits to us because you're going for it?"

I blush and shake my head "Not exactly... so Eddie doesn't know but whenever Santana comes back to NY, we tend to fool around a bit. But it has never been anything official." The girls gasp dramatically "So scandalous...how dare you not tell us until now." I giggle before responding "It's only once or twice a year, so it doesn't seem that important to talk about to you."

We finish dinner and they try their best to hype me up to make a move on Santana as we approach the club. I text Eddie to let him know we are here and he comes to the entrance to take us to the VIP section he rented out for us. "Damn Eddie, you went way overboard this year." He hugs me and laughs "Anything for my little sister." We get some drinks and start dancing around until I spot Santana coming our way.

Eddie greets him and reintroduces us as we awkwardly pretend we don't know each other that well. Once Eddie is far enough away, Santana places his hand on my lower back and leans down to whisper into my ear. "Mami, you looking stunning tonight. I've missed you so much." I smile and give him a quick cheek peck before responding "You're looking muy caliente Papi." He smirks and turns around to talk to Ortiz so Eddie doesn't get suspicious.

I take the chance to dance with my girls and drink the rest of my cocktail. Eddie comes over a few minutes later telling me we have to do shots and my friends and I all yell "Shots shots shots!!!" We all get shots of whatever we wanted and then we had to toast. Eddie's loud mouth opens up and I cringe expecting him to embarass me somehow "Here's to my little sis Y/N and her surviving her 20s without getting knocked up by some punk." There it is... I roll my eyes and we take our shots before going back to dancing and having fun.

Santana comes back over and whispers to me "Do you think that was directed at me?" I laugh and shake my head "I've had plenty of asshole boyfriends that he despises to this day. You have nothing to worry about." We talk for a bit before the DJ plays In Da Club by 50 cent. All of us get so hype and yell and scream about it being my birthday as the song plays.

I expected Santana to walk off during the song, but I'm pleasantly surprised when I feel his hands loosely holding my hips and him lightly grinding into me. I look behind me at him and he winks before I push my hips back into him and grind as he keeps a close eye out for Eddie. Luckily, my brother is distracted with his own girlfriend for the time being.

I can feel the alcohol kicking in and loosening me up so I let my hand wrap around Santana's neck and I pull his lips down to meet mine. It was a short kiss, but passionate enough to keep both of us focused on each other. I can feel him getting harder against my ass as I bend over and shake my ass making him quickly slap it before I stood back up and turned to face him. I wrap my arms around his neck and his hands rest on my lower back. We kiss again and our tongues start to dance on their own.

One of my friends taps me on the shoulder to let us know Eddie is coming over and I go to pull away, but Santana smiles at me. "I think it's time he found out about us Mami." I nod and kiss him again before letting our foreheads touch and dance together. "I see you've made a new friend here Y/N. Care to introduce me?" I turn around and see Eddie smiling like the Joker. I blush and stutter trying to think of things to say, but Santana pipes up instead "I promise I'll take good care of her Eddie." He laughs and pats Santana on the back "I've known about your little flings for a while now. Just don't break each other's hearts. Got it?" We look at each other and smile nodding. "Great, now I hate thinking about my little sis doing the nasty but at least if she gets knocked up it's someone I trust!" I turn around and smack him on the arm as he runs back to his girlfriend laughing.

I roll my eyes at my brother before turning back to Santana who is smiling so big. "What's that smile for?" He pulls me closer "Since I seem to have your brother's approval now, how about we make things official?" My jaw drops at this idea "Are you serious right now? We only see each other once or twice a year."

He smirks "That's only because I have to stop myself from coming to see you more often as I didn't want your brother to catch on. Obviously he did, so now I can come home whenever possible and we can always fly you out as well." I sigh and think about it for a moment before nodding my head and smiling at him. "So Y/N will you be mine Mami?" I kiss him and whisper against his lips "For as long as you are mine Papi."

Hiii bbies, we've been in groups together before but I'm Anna Banana ! This is my bby Blake, I've played her in many, many groups over the years and below is some info on her.

Full name: Blake Penelope Marie.

Age: 29 yrs old - July 23, 1993.

Hometown: Gainesville, GA

Currently Resides In: Jacksonville, FL

Occupation: AEW Seamstress. She's worked for IMPACT Wrestling and she worked for NJPW in the past as well.

Sexuality: Bisexual.

Relationship Status: Single. She enjoys having a good time, but she also guards her heart and herself from most people when it comes to that aspect of her life. Blake Marie was born in Gainesville GA to her parents Ted and Victoria Marie - her father is a successful lawyer and her mother owned a flower shop in town. Blake had a "picture perfect" family for most of her life and while her parents weren't physically abusive to her, they weren't exactly loving either. Often times she was the subject of a lot of mental and emotional abuse, her father cheated on her mother a lot with different women from the law firm he worked at. Her mother was never really fit to be a mom if she was being honest with herself, she had fallen pregnant, and Ted always hoped for a son but ended up getting Blake instead. Blake's relationship with her parents has always been rocky at best but she tries to make it work as best as she can.

When she was 12 years old, her grandmother taught her how to sew and it's been a passion of hers ever since. She's also always been big into professional wrestling and she knew that one day if she had it her way - she'd make it into the professional wrestling scene. She went to college at the Miami International University Of Art & Design for Fashion design and merchandising, that was where she landed some connections with local independent promoters around FL and eventually, she caught the eye of Impact Wrestling and spent 3 years with the company, after those 3 years were up, she ended up moving to Japan - where she got a job with NJPW. She worked for them until 2021 - when she ended up at AEW and has been there ever since.

Blake's hobbies / interests include: wrestling, shopping, food, makeup, making youtube videos, hanging out with friends, writing, reading, etc.

Blake is a pretty friendly person, she always goes out of her way to try and include people, she easily makes friends, and she's got a pretty loud out there personality that does sometimes get her into trouble.

Who is Miami's largest developer?

Several different developers have developed Miami. Terra Group, Butters Group, Swire Properties, Civic Construction, and others are among them. But who is Miami's most notable developer?

Terra Group is a Miami-based real estate development firm founded in 2001. It has worked on several high-profile projects in South Florida. It has an extensive portfolio with over 5 million square feet of space.

Development in Doral and Miami Beach are among the company's projects. Its portfolio also includes properties in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The tasks of the organization span from luxury residential structures to commercial spaces. The company's vision is to build design-driven communities and facilities that support the people there. It combines green space, transit accessibility, and renewable energy.

Miami's Brickell neighborhood has seen unprecedented development during the recent real estate boom. With over 92,000 residents, it is now a rapidly growing community. It has been a popular site for financial institutions to relocate their headquarters. This has prompted developers to build more housing in the area.

The Brickell Flatiron, a condominium skyscraper, is one of the most recent projects in the area. When completed, the building will be the highest residential structure in the United States. It will be in Brickell's Financial District.

The Related Group, founded in 1979 by Jorge Perez, is one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the United States. While the Related Group is best known for its luxury condominium developments in Florida, the company specializes in market-rate rentals and affordable housing. It has built and managed over 100,000 rental units in Florida, including over 50,000 in Miami-Dade County.

The Related Group recently collaborated with Integra Investments to launch sales for The St. Regis Residences, Miami, a luxury development that will redefine the Miami skyline. The company also intends to construct a premium office complex on Terminal Island.

Swire Properties Inc, founded in 1979, is a leading international developer in South Florida. The company has been in Miami for over four decades and is well-known for its master-planned development of Brickell Key.

Swire's most recent Miami project is a redevelopment of land previously home to local stores. Because of its closeness to Brickell City Centre, the project is projected to attract purchasers. The project also includes a vital sustainability component.

Swire Properties is still a driving force behind the growth of Brickell City Centre. The site is in the rapidly expanding Brickell district of the Greater Downtown Miami area. The product includes luxury residential towers and shopping, dining, and entertainment areas.

Butters Construction & Development has completed over $1 billion in projects over the past 32 years. The company has constructed over 18 million square feet of commercial and industrial space in Florida. Its projects range from industrial to office to retail to hotel. It has a presence in both Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

The NAIOP has given Butters numerous awards, including "Developer of the Year" five times. The South Florida Business Journal also bestowed a Diamond Award on the company. The company has also been inducted into Florida International University's Entrepreneur Hall of Fame.

Civic Construction is the largest Miami-based real estate, developer. On two significant projects in Miami Beach, the company has collaborated with developers such as Mast Capital and AEW Capital Management. In addition, the company is developing a 45-story, 520-room hotel in Brickell.

Civic Construction is also working on two projects in Miami Beach, including 1 Southside Park and Waterline Miami River Phase II. It is also developing luxury apartments in Coral Gables.

830 Brickell, the company's newest project, is the first Class A office tower to break ground in Miami's Financial District in over a decade. Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, the architecture firm responsible for Dubai's Burj Khalifa, designed the structure.

Developing in the Miami multifamily market is a difficult task. While the number of available condos has increased to 7,000, rents have remained relatively stable. This is most likely due to a reduction in market-rate multifamily lending by several national banks. More units, however, are expected to enter the market if developers meet pre-sale targets.

The Atala is a mixed-income workforce housing development in North Miami that will be built on 6.32 acres of city-owned land. In the first year, it is expected to create 134 new jobs. In addition, the project will generate $172,900 in North Miami tax revenue in its first year.
