i haven't written for alec in so long, this is weird haha,, thanks for requesting!

"Ah, fuck." You hissed through your teeth, throwing your head back as you pressed your hand into your abdomen.

You had been struck hard in the stomach with one of the objects the Guard was using in training, your momentary lapse in judgement putting you too close to the action and in Demetri’s way. Hot tears pricked your eyes and you felt your breathing increase, your body trying hard to fight back the pain that was slowly growing.

As the only human the Guard looked after, you were allowed in on training sessions, but only if you stayed out of the way. Your conversation with Jane had distracted you too much.

“Are you okay?” Demetri asked you, pulling your hand away from your stomach as he approached. You heard him inhale deeply before you turned to him, his lips curled up in disappointment. “You’re bleeding pretty bad.”

“Get out of the way.” Alec was the next to you, shoving his coven mate away from you to take his place. His crimson eyes assessed the situation quickly and he turned to give Demetri a nasty look before putting his attention back on you.

“I’m fine.” You insisted, though you were feeling lightheaded from the knowledge of how severe your injury was and the sharp pain in your stomach. You were close to hyperventilating but refused to show that kind of weakness in front of them. “It was my fault, I know not to stand too close.”

Alec huffed, moving to place his hands under your body to pull you close to him. “Demetri should’ve been paying attention.”

“We both should’ve and we’ll know better for next time.” Your mate was more stubborn than you most days, which made conversations like this difficult. You felt better next to him though, but refused to look at him with tears running down your cheeks. “Now, do you know how to use a first aid kit?”

Alec stood then, holding you close in his arms as he flashed away from the training room. You huffed to yourself, knowing you’d have to go and apologize to them all for Alec’s overprotective nature. It had been a few years since you had met him and still he had not changed his ways - though, your being human didn’t help your cause. It was a wonder the kings or Alec hadn’t forced the change upon you yet.

Upon returning to your shared rooms, Alec set you on the bed and went to retrieve the first aid kit from the bathroom. You pulled your shirt up slightly, hissing when you saw the deep gash and the blood. Of course, being the only human around, you were prone to injuries. But this one looked particularly bad and you wondered if you should go to the hospital wing.

Your eyes were still watery and your nose was stuffy, so you kept your gaze downcast when Alex finally appeared again. He held the first aid kit, placing it next to you on the bed before opening it to reveal wound cleaning supplies and things needed for stitches. You pulled your lips in a grimace, not looking forward to the needle piercing your skin.

Alec said nothing as he poured the antiseptic over the gash, but he rubbed his finger against your hand at your soft gasp. His fingers moved with practiced ease as he cleaned up the blood and began to move the needle and thread through your skin to stitch you up.

Your tears had slowed, the initial panic from the situation wearing off and leaving you feeling tired, though your stomach did still hurt. “It hurts.”

“I’ll get you some medicine once I’m done.” Alec said gently, finishing the stitch before grabbing a big bandaid and covering the area.

You were quiet for a moment before you whispered. “I’m sorry you had to see me like this.”

You hated to cry in front of Alec - it made you seem weak and less than him in your opinion, since you were only human and so fragile. Alec pushed your head up with his thumb, his eyes gentle as he stared at you. “Don’t apologize for anything, love. I can’t imagine the pain you felt and you’re strong for dealing with it so bravely.”

Your lips quivered again, tears rushing to your eyes for a whole different reason. “No one ever cared for me like you.”

Your mate moved closer, wrapping his arms around you to bring you to his chest while trying to be aware of your wound. “I’ll be here forever to care for you. Human or vampire, it’s all the same to me.”

He kissed your head twice, squeezing you tighter for a moment while you twisted your hands in his shirt. You could’ve stayed with him in that moment for the rest of your forever, but your wound was aching and Alec must have known. “Now, I’ll run and grab you some pain meds and we’ll stay in for the rest of the night. Sound okay?”

You smiled into his shirt, moving back to kiss his chest once before letting him go. “Sounds perfect.”

Aftercare with Alec | A.V x Reader

a/n: this is old old old BUT i eventually wanna do a cute little aftercare moment with the others (eventually)

“Amore, stay still… let’s get you cleaned up hm.” As he shifts to stand you flip yourself to face him, glistening tears threatening to fall as you whimper loudly at the thought of him leaving. You weren’t quite with it, still recovering from the waves of pleasure you had experienced moments ago. He hushes you with a soft stroke of his hand on your back.

“Sweet girl, i’ll only be a moment… just to the bathroom and back.”

You nod hesitantly, and he moves with haste into the bathroom to grab a towel, quickly making his way back to you.

“I cannot allow my mate to be uncomfortable after being such a good girl for me now, can I?” He smirked as your face heated, avoiding his eye. He would always jump onto the opportunity to tease you.

He presses a kiss to your hair as he stands to place the towel in the hamper, sauntering back over and climbing up onto the bed, lifting you right into his arms and facing him on his lap. You settled against him instantly.

“You okay, sweet face?” A stream of kisses are pressed to your forehead, Alec grabbing the shirt he had been wearing previously (before you had tugged it off of him hastily during your rendezvous) and pulling it over your head, rolling the sleeves up.

“Mmm..?” You look up at him, glistening eyes staring into his crimson ones, his heart melting at the look you are giving him. You mumble softly “So good..”

He chuckles, leaning forward to kiss your cheek, nose, forehead before finally pressing his lips to yours softly.

“You okay, love?” You repeat in a whisper in between your giggles. He hums in response, tickling your sides, eliciting a few louder giggles from you before he responds. “I am absolutely perfect.”

You settle against him once again, wrapping your arms around him and whining when he doesn’t reciprocate.

“You need to drink some water first, il mio cuore” He demands and you pout.

He chuckles as he reaches for the water bottle on your bedside table, unscrewing it and moving it up to your lips. You look at him stubbornly and he raises his brow at you.

“Y/N” He speaks sternly, bumping the opening of the bottle against your bottom lip “Drink.”

You huff and lift your shaking hands around the plastic bottle. He continues to hold the bottom as you gulp down the cool liquid, breathing deeply as you pull away to take a breath.

“You’re shaking, darling.” He smooths a hand over your thigh comfortingly, tracing over the already forming bruises he’d managed to leave, his predatory side practically drooling at the sight.

“Is’ fine” You shrug.

“That’s it baby, good girl.” He smiles lovingly at you while you take a final gulp. You pull the bottle from your lips again, this time allowing him to take it. He screws the cap back on, placing it in its original place, pulling you close and finally allowing you to snuggle into him and get comfortable. You lay between his legs feeling fingers begin to caress and massage your scalp.

“Love you…” You mumble incoherently, drowsy and practically asleep already. Alec chuckles deeply.

“I love you too, angel. Sleep well.”

I was sitting in the library with Felix and Demetri just talking about our latest mission that the three of us had recently.

“You know the satisfaction I had when I sunk my teeth into that human, she was such a pain in the ass, and it made it better that her vampire mate was watching, but….. I got to say Felix the amount of times I have seen you rip heads off, it's always more satisfying than the last one”

Felix smirks “Thanks y/n, you know it never gets old either and you are right that human girl was annoying, glad she got what she deserve”

Demetri spoke up “I never understood how a human and a vampire can be mates, it's just how can that be you know, like I feel if they ever had intimacy or something that poor human would be dead in a minute”.

We burst out laughing at his comment, “Dem you never fail to make me laugh” 

He shrug his shoulders “What can I say it's a talent”

I roll my eyes at his comment and Felix says “Where’s your mate and Jane, I thought you were going to spend the day with him anyway or something”

I said casually with a hint of sadness“I was suppose to be with him today, but he canceled last minute, he said he had to do something important”

Both guys looked at me and Demetri was the first to talk

“More important than you? y/n that's been like the 10th time he has canceled on you this past month, how in the world are you not pissed at him, when was the last time you two spent quality time together?”

I thought about it for a minute trying to remember but then I realized it's been a very long time, maybe a half a decade already. We haven't even had sex in that time either. I looked at the boys

“Um…maybe a couple of years?”

Their eyes widened at that “A couple of years?” they responded in unison.

I nod hesitantly “I didn't even realize it's been that long, son of a bitch, has he been avoiding me or something?”

Felix shook his head in disapproval “You know that's not fair for you y/n, have you even brought that up to him”

I shook my head “I mean I just….You know your right Felix, this cant be going on like this, maybe I should I give him a piece of my own medicine”

Demetri eyes widen like a child who was given a treat“Oooo I like the sound of that”

I smile slightly but then I sense Alec entering the library which causes me to internally panic. I ignored him sitting next to me and instead I went to the bookshelves and looked for a book to read. In the corner of my eye I see that Alec looks at me with a bit of a confused look but then an idea pops up. My power is being able to move things with my mind but I could also telepathically talk to others. I use my power and send a message to Felix to improvise with the upcoming plan I'm about to do.

“Felix? Can you help me get that book that's up there?”

I look at the mountain of a vampire who is instantly by my side. “Of course cara, which one do you want?” 

I could see that Alec’s eyes have narrowed at the sudden interaction “That one called Philosophy of Athens”

Felix nods and reaches over me to grab the book and I just look up into his face when he is reaching up, he looks down to me with a devilish smirk and I just wink in return. I knew Alec will be fuming with anger but he deserves payback. Felix hands me the book and he slightly brushes his lips on my jawline which catches me off guard for a minute but I fake an innocent look at him while he just winks and walks back to his previous spot. I stand there for a minute and I see that Alec has disappeared. I look around the library and Demetri speaks up

“He left after Felix gave you the kiss, you should of seen his face, if looks could kill, Felix would of been six feet under”

I roll my eyes and ask “Should I go after him or…?”

Demetri shakes his head “Y/n you got a reaction out of him, you need to keep going so he is the one that comes up to you, he is the one that has been pushing you aside, now it's your turn”

I nod “Your right Dem, this is the start of a new era”. They both smiled mischievously.

1 week later..

It's been a week since the library incident and Alec still has not come up to me, I know the game I am playing is dangerous. I mean come on he's one of the infamous twins who are the most intimidating and ruthless and yet here I am ignoring and pushing him away. It has been so hard to be this way with him, I love him so much that just being like this is torture, I think I would rather have Jane use her power on me then have to be like this with Alec and that is saying something.

On Alec’s part he still is acting the same, he has not even dared to look me in the eye or even been in the same room as me for long. I also noticed that recently I have been aching for Alec more than usual, I literally want him to be with me again, at this point I would take anything from him even if he just looks at me. 

I miss his piercing burgundy eyes that always leave me in a trance or how his jawline tightens when I would brush against him slightly. Even to how he stands so elegantly when we are at our guard meetings with the Kings. Or how his smirk can literally make me feel weak in the knees but I would never give him the satisfaction in telling him the effect his smirk gives me because I know he would tease me for years to come. I miss how we cuddle either in our shared chamber or under the willow tree I am currently laying down, it was our spot that we would spend hours at.

I was so lost in thought I didn't even notice someone was calling my name until someone slightly kicked my foot and I finally sat up and snapped my gaze to the person. It was Jane and she had that emotionless look as usual, she was the one to speak first 

“Why are you here alone, I thought you were going to train the newborns with Felix and Demetri?”

I was going to do that today but the guys knew I was not feeling it and noticed I am not in a right mindset so they gave me the day off

“They gave me the day off”

She nods slightly “Still does not answer my question”

I look down defeated “He doesn't want me anymore, he won't even look at me anymore or even leave those little love notes in my favorite books”

There was a silence and I thought she left but she talked again “You think my brother does not want you anymore?”

I nodded and if I could cry I would at that moment “He doesn't even come into our private chambers as often”

There was that tense silence again “Have you spoken to him about this?”

I shook my head “How can I when I don't even know where he is half of the time and he wont even come to me anymore, he keeps canceling our date nights also”

At that point I wanted to shake Jane to get her to tell me anything about Alec, I was that desperate but I used my telekinesis to hold me down so I didn't actually jump her.

She spoke up again “I don't know what is up with my brother, he won't say but I can tell there is something wrong, I would assume you would have an idea because when we part ways i thought he would always go to you”

When she said that my gaze snapped up to her again in shock “So not even you know what is up with him then?”

She shook her head and I said “Jane, if I asked you to do something for me would you do it?”

“Of course, you are my sister-in-law after all, your the second person I genuinely like, first being my brother”

I nod “Can you use your power on me?”

I saw her eyes widen at that and she instantly shook her head “No I will never do that to you, why would you ask such a request from me?”

I let an unnecessary sigh out “I don't feel anything Jane, Alec has been distant for a couple of years already, I can feel that sudden small rip in our bond, it hurts Jane, it really does, and at this point I don't think I can even go on in life without him, even when I spend time with Felix and Demetri, I just fake it so they don't question me to much”

She got down on her knees and what she did next would shock others but not to me, she hugged me tightly. I just let her hug me while I just sat there dully, she soon pulled away and said “Y/n I can't bare to see you like this, I haven't even realized that you and Alec have been like this for so long, I don't want to see the two most important people in my life like this anymore”

I don't respond but nod along mindlessly

“Wait here, I will be back”

She left before I can look at her, I decided to lay down again and closed my eyes as I felt my eyes burn with venom, the thing that sucked of being a vampire is not being able to let real tears out, I just feel this burning sensation in my eyes but I haven't felt like this in centuries already. Alec has always made me feel loved and happy, the way that man with only just a touch has me melting for him or when he did those rare smiles I love so much. If I had a heart it would be beating out of my chest every time we are together.

When me and Alec were told we were mates by Marcus, we absolutely loathe each other, we could barely be in the same room without one of us getting annoyed by the other. It took us a good year until we started to tolerate each other. Soon after that year I started to feel the bond with him, I couldn't stand to be away from him for long and I knew he felt the same way because the minute we were apart he or I would go search for the other.

One day he decided to take me on a walk in the gardens, and as cliche as this might sound he kissed me under the moonlight. The moonlight was literally on us when we were kissing, at that moment me and him accepted each other completely as mates. We were inseparable, we started to share a room together and the Kings were more accepting of me and Alec going on missions together without the fear we might rip each other's throats out. 

It felt like we were in wonderland or in cloud 9, when he moved I moved, or when I moved he followed along. We also had a very long honeymoon phase where we couldn't keep our hands to ourselves, every time when we were hanging with the other guards, me and Alec would sneak away and have our intimacy or when we were in the hallways he would give me kisses out of nowhere against the wall, we been caught various times but that didn't stop us from doing it again.

We have been mated for centuries, and not a day goes by that I don't fall in love with him all over again or feel tired of him. He really is my other half but with the lack of Alec in my life it has taken a toll on me, it almost feels like HE is sick and tired of me.

Just that thought could break my non-existent heart, I would end up like Marcus in a way. If Alec were to leave me it's way worse than him being dead. I would still have to see him and be in his presence but not be able to actually be with him.

My mind must have wondered again because I didn't realize a certain someone was sitting next to me. I opened my eyes when I realized it was Alec from the pull of the bond. From that I sat up and he looked right at me, watching me carefully and intensely. He still has that stone face that makes him look so gorgeous, he really is the reincarnation of some Greek god. We stayed quiet watching each other for a while when he finally spoke, hearing his voice again would have made me shiver if I could.

“So you and Felix, huh?”

Even though it feels amazing to hear him talking to me, that question threw me off and made me change moods in an instant.

“Seriously? After months and months of not having full conversations or paying attention to me, you have the audacity of asking a question like that?”

He stayed quiet and I could tell his mind was blank because I couldn't hear his thoughts.

“Why would I ever get with Felix when I have a mate that I love deeply? words cannot describe the love I have for you”

That for sure caught him off guard because he blinked a bit from shock and he spoke up

“Just wanted to hear you say that and get a reaction out of you” and then he winks.

That bastard winked and it was so smooth that I didn't even give what he said a second thought, he left me flabbergasted.

“You really are bipolar, you never fail to surprise me after centuries of being together”

He smiles slightly at my comment 

“And you don’t fail to amuse me with your words”

“Don't think with your wink and smile will make me forgive you that easily”

“Forgive me? For what?”

The way he genuinely looked surprises at my accusation really did set my mood off

“Are you really asking me that? Have you not heard what I said earlier or noticed the lack of us?”

I saw his facial expression shift to tense “So I was ignoring you then?”

 “Obviously, do you remember the last time we went on a date?”

He stayed silent and I knew he was trying to remember and at that moment I can also tell everything that what has been happening these past few years was hitting him.

“Too long ago…”

I nodded “And even then when we made plans you would cancel or say you forgot or are to busy”

He looked down in what I could assume was shame.

“Even if we didn't go on dates, you have been avoiding me like the plague, you don't even look at me as much or even hug me, you can't even bare to be in the same room as me for long, it's as if we are back to when we hated each other before accepting each other as mates all over again but worse”

His mind was still blank 

“I have been miserable without you, I even asked Jane earlier to use her power on me because I don't even feel anything anymore”

He looked at me with shock “You really asked her to do that? But…”

“I did, but she refused of course”

He nodded “Cara mia, I been so stupid, I never meant to hurt you in anyway”

I looked at him “If you really never meant to hurt me what made you act like this toward me for so long?”

He took an unnecessary breath “I don't know, I felt like these past years I was feeling…..off, I felt like being away from everyone but I didn't even realize its been going on for a while until Jane came up to me and smack me and ordered me to come to you”

 “You could of just came up to me and talked or let me into your mind if you can't form words, I have always been there for you Alec”

He looked at me with remorse and in a soft voice he confessed

“I didn't want to be a burden to you or bring you down with me”

I reached reach for his hand

"Alec you will never be a burden to me, we go together in our darkest or lightest days as we always did in the past, there's no I in us”

He squeezed my hand “I never wanted to make you feel unwanted, I just wanted to figure this out alone but I realize I can't without you”

I nodded, “How could you let so much time go by like that without trying to get help from me or saying anything?”

He shrug his shoulders “We been immortals for so long that time kind of blurs for us in a way but that still does not make up for what I done to you, you are my whole reason for being here, my center and life, mi amore ti amo, I will never to this to you again, and if I do then I give you permission to slap me or something because then I would of broken my promise to you”

“Oh Alec come here” I reached for him and he instantly wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into his laps to deepen the hug.

Just being in his arms again was the best feeling. I fell in love with him all over again at that moment, he is my reason for being and I would not want it any other way. 

A/N: This one was longer than the Felix one (it does not mean I love Felix less 😬) but Its cute. Anyways, Im debating to either do Jasper or Caius next. I have a Jasper one in the drafts but its not that good, I will see who's next.

Summary: The love story between Alec Volturi and Y/N Swan, was an unexpected one. Both didn't know what to make of each other when they found out they were soul mates. But they worked on it and created a beautiful strong love that not even Bella's hatred for the Volturi could destroy. But as in any good love story, tragedy was impossible to avoid in theirs. Helplessness or powerlessness

Alec didn't know exactly which feeling had been eating away at his insides every day for the past two months, or was it perhaps both? Ever since he'd gotten the call from the Cullen Doctor that the woman he loved more than anything in the world was on the verge of death, Alec had felt like he was in a freefall into darkness. He was not present and yet not absent enough to be able to shut off his emotions from the pain he felt all the time.

Lost in thought, he looked down at his mate and ran soothing motions over her hand that lay in his. Y/N was still lying in the hospital bed in the hospital room in the city that Alec Volturi had learned to hate even more in the last two months than he had hated it before, Forks.

He had not been told exactly what had happened to her, because no one knew for sure how Y/N had left the road with her car and ended up in the lake. There was no storm that evening, no wet or slippery roads or anything else that could have caused the accident. The rest of the facts were also just speculation. Y/N had managed to get out of her car, but the temperature of the water was too cold for her to have the strength to swim to the surface afterwards. She had lost consciousness and only survived by pure luck. This lucky charm was called Jacob Black. He and the other wolves had heard the crash and had run as fast as they could to the lake.

"I always thought that our twentieth birthday would be the only bad memory that would burn itself into my brain and never want to leave." Alec looked away from his sister and ran both hands over his face. He felt something he hadn't felt in several centuries, tiredness. The vampire would love nothing more than to lie down next to his mate, close his eyes and simply sleep away Y/N's absence. But he had long since lost this ability, something he had never regretted until this moment.

Jane, who was standing at the window, looked at her brother in shock. It was the first time she had heard him speak since Y/N's accident, she had come back to check on him every now and then and had never been able to get more than single words out of him. The second thing that shocked her was that she and her brother had never spoken about what had happened, not since they had both turned. Jane sat down in the chair next to Alec and looked at him searchingly. "I'll be honest with you, brother, I've forgotten exactly what happened. Either it was too long ago or my memories are trying to protect me." Alec turned to his sister in surprise. "Really? My memories want to torture me, in this case, I guess. I remember every little detail."

He fell silent for a few moments, turned his gaze away from Jane and looked through the window at the cloudy sky. He had to grin slightly. He hated this town and yet its weather seemed to know exactly how the vampire felt at that moment.

Alec noticed how his sister's gaze seemed to bore deeper into his side profile with every passing second of his silence. His gaze lingered stubbornly outward as he continued. "I remember how you, me and mother were eating dinner when the villagers kicked down our door. I remember them chasing us through the forest with flaming torches and insults. I remember how we were captured and dragged to the dock on the shore. How we were tied to a stake on a pyre and insulted further. I remember mom trying to get to us and fighting against the people holding her. I remember how she broke free. How they grabbed her just before the stake and pushed her to the ground. I remember how she was kicked by the people she had known since childhood. I remember her choking on her own blood." Alec turned his head back to Jane. "But you know what the worst memory from that day is?" The blond vampire shook his head. "The flames. I remember the pain and the smell of our skin burning off piece by piece."

There was an intense silence between the two siblings for a few moments.

"Since when do you remember every detail?" Jane's voice had changed to a soft tone that she only used with her brother and Y/N. Alec's eyes drifted to his mate, reflecting the pain of the last few weeks. "Since the day I saw her lying here like that. Since then, I can't get it out of my head that fate always manages to sweeten my life, only to ruin it afterwards." The black-haired vampire jumped up and walked over to the window. "Alec, Y/N is alive. Carlisle…" "The Cullen doctor, doesn't know if she's waking up. He doesn't even know if she'll ever be able to breathe on her own again without that machine." Alec ran his fingers through his hair again.

His gaze wandered to the machine that displayed Y/N's vital signs and beeped along with her heartbeat. He looked at the machine, from which a tube led into his mate's throat. Alec knew that if it wasn't for that tube, his lover wouldn't even be breathing. The vampire took a closer look at Y/N. Alec swallowed, because there was hardly anything left of the girl from two months ago. Her skin was white and stretched against her body so tightly that you could see every single bone. Her cheeks were sunken and black spots had formed under her eyes. Her hair looked dull as it had lost its shine.

"I should have kept her in Volterra and bitten her the first time we met. Then she wouldn't have had the idea to come back here." Jane stood up instantly and stood in front of her brother, drawing his gaze from his mate. She put her hands to her brother's cheek and looked deep into his eyes.

"Alec, if you had kept her in Volterra the day she was dragged into our world without any preparation and turned her against her wishes, do you really think Y/N would have fallen in love with you? Do you think she wouldn't have listened to the Cullens and seen you for the monster you are to that clan? She would have hated you for the rest of your immortal lives. You would never have been able to reach her." Sadly, Jane turned her gaze to Y/N and back to her brother. "If she doesn't survive this, which I hope she doesn't, at least you had a time together with her that you would want to remember. Y/N loved you and always will. Hold on to that Alec, I beg you not to lose hope now."

Alec let his head grow heavier in his sister's hands. "What if I bite her now…. Maybe I can end this nightmare." Alec lifted his head stepped away from his sister and began his pacing. "I should never have let her go to Forks. The Cullens and her sister don't care about her safety like me, you, or the rest of the Volturi!" His eyes wandered helplessly back and forth between his sister's face and the lifeless-looking body of his mate. The feeling of powerlessness spread through him again, drilling into his bones like a disease.

Jane shook her head. "Carlisle said that our poison might just kill her faster and you couldn't stop her from coming to Forks. After all, she wanted to say goodbye to her father. You know she wouldn't have been able to see her father after her transformation." "Then I should have gone with her…" "Alec, you can't undo what happened. So stop blaming yourself." "I can't lose her Jane, I can lose anyone but her." Jane nodded knowingly. "I know Alec." She whispered. Alec stopped and accepted his twin's embrace. He tightened his hands in her top and lowered his head into the crook of her neck.

They were both there when their master Marcus lost his mate and how he was broken by it. They also saw how he suffered every day. Jane didn't want her brother to suffer the same fate. That's why she had taken the message that Y/N wanted to be turned very well. That way, the young girl would be out of the danger of being human. But ever since the call had arrived in Volterra saying that Y/N was on the brink of death, the thought that Alec could end up like Marcus was a shadow of every action the siblings had taken. Jane couldn't lose her brother and even if the blonde vampire didn't want to admit it, the same was true for Y/N. For the young girl had burned herself into her cold, non-beating heart. Jane also knew that it wasn't just her, but every single vampire who lived in Volterra.

Y/N had earned the nickname "The Sunshine of the Volturi". Because no matter how many prejudices the Cullens and her sister had tried to put into Y/N to turn her against the Volturi. The young woman had created her own images of each individual vampire, which placed her in a special role for each one. For the three kings and their wives, she became a daughter, someone they all wanted to take under their wing and show everything the world had to offer. To Felix, Demetri, Santiago, Afton, Chelsea and Jane, she became a sister. For the rest of the Volturi guard, she became a friend. For Alec, she became his companion, the love of his life and his best friend. What united the Volturi was one thought when it came to Y/N; they all wanted to protect her, whatever the cost.

Alec detached himself from his sister completely, walked around her and sat back down by his mate's bed.

"I'm so sick of this hospital room." He murmured. Carefully, Alec reached for Y/N's hand and clasped it with both of his. Slowly, he brought it to his mouth so he could leave a kiss on her fingers. Alec cursed his vampire existence at that moment, more than on other days. Because she had taken away his ability to cry. All he could utter was a silent whimper. Alec carefully placed Y/N's hand back on the mattress. He leaned towards the bed so that he could place one of his hands on her cheek while the other stroked tenderly through her hair. His eyes clouded over with pain.

"Did you know that you are so important to the Volturi that even the kings themselves were here to see you? Although Master Aro could see you through Demetris or through someone else, all three wanted to see it with their own eyes." He paused for a few seconds. "I think by now every Volturi has been here once. Your sister and the Cullens throw a fit every time they see another one of us." Jane quietly sat back down in her old seat and watched her brother closely. He removed his hand from her cheek and placed it on Y/N's hand.

"What I want to say to you, my Love, everyone misses you and everyone prays, I don't know to what or to whom, that you will open your eyes and brighten our lives with your light again. Volterra is so cold and dark without you. I miss you, so terribly that I can't even describe it anymore." Alec bit his lips and squinted his eyes. Jane placed her hand over Alec's and Y/N's. "Y/N I beg you come back to me, don't leave me behind in this world."

Jane opened her mouth to say something reassuring, but she was startled and looked down at the hand she had placed on her brother's and Y/N. Alec's eyes snapped open too, his movements in Y/N's hair stopped.

"Tell me you felt that too! Tell me I'm not going crazy Jane!" Jane just looked stunned at their joined hands and then at Y/N's face. "Alec…" Alec took his eyes off the hands and looked at his sister. She pointed at Y/N with her free hand, "Look!"

Y/N's eyelids twitched slightly and all hell broke loose.

May I ask for aged up yandere alec volturi where the reader is his mate and Bella's little sister and she is just such a cute cinnamon roll and is so oblivious so when their is a big fuss because alec wants her to stay in Volterra she is just like "ok!" With a smile because she over heard that it would affect him worst than bella and she was like "well I don't want anyone to be hurt." So they are forced to leave her and alec is just there holding her taking her to their room and is like "you can't leave without me." Alec felt the need to protect you the moment when he first saw you. And after a while he talked with Marcus and Aro who confirmed Alec’s suspicion.  

You were his mate and you needed to be protected from the evil outside world.  

So, Alec, Aro and few other guards took a trip to Forks 

You were sitting down on the Cullens couch with Bella next to you. Carlisle stayed close by, making sure that no one got upset. Aro and Alec sitting like they owned the massive house.  

Aro explained how you and Alec were mates and how you should come to stay in Volttera, at least to get to know Alec.  

For a moment you couldn’t say anything, still puzzled by the fact of mates.  

But your sister spoke before you could say anything, yelling how you were meant to be with your sister and your family.  

“Does it hurt you? I mean, when I’m not with you?” You asked while there was a second of silence.  

You remember hearing that if mates were away from each other for a long time it could get extremely painful.  

“Yes,” Alec responded quietly.  

“Well, I don’t want you to be hurt...,”  

So, you decided to go to Volttera with the vampires.

Trip to Volttera was lovely and every second Alec got more and more possessive of you, but he was your mate so this must be a normal reaction of finally finding your mate.  

Alec introduced you to some of the higher guards, before taking you to your new shared room.  

You hugged one of your stuffed animals while looking around the room which was mostly empty.  

“I don’t want you to leave this room without me, okay?”  

I nodded and hugged the lamb stuffie harder.  

“I need to hear you say that you hear and understand me.” Alec said and walked in front of me so he could see my face.  

“Yeah, I get it...,”  

“You don’t need to be afraid of me, I’m just trying to look after you.” Alec’s voice softened and cradled my cheek on his hand.  

“It’s not about it...”  

“Then what is it?”  

“I was just thinking if I can bring the rest of my stuffies here, and maybe some nice paint, this whole place is really cold.”  

Alec had to smile at your words, he was expecting a lot worse.  

“Of course, whatever you want, my darling.”

And so when the three siblings were about to die in the fire that was controlled my a mob, they all got turned to vampires thanks to Aro who they met not to long ago.

And now they are all grown up and the twins have decided to not let the reader join the twins on missions and instead stay close to the kings.(who the reader is really close with especially Markus).

One day one of the workers tried to flirt with the reader, let’s just say the flirt is locked up in a cell with a crime that wasn’t even theirs, all thanks to the twins (they were told about the flirt from Felix) and a little help from the Volturi kings, especially Markus.

This is mostly just a little drabble

You were in the castle with your best friend, Demetri, while you were waiting on your mate to come back from a mission he was sent on by Aro. You and Demetri always seem to get into some kind of trouble. Today you decided to play hide and seek. Which seemed kind of ironic to do it with the best tracker known to vampiric kind.

You didn't care. It was a challenge mostly. You both switched every time. He would always find you within 10 minutes. It was your turn again when you ran into your mate, Alec, and completely forgot you were looking for Demetri.

It was really funny when he came into the library angry about him hiding for 4 hours only to see you and Alec cuddling by the fireplace and him reading to you. He huffed and sat with you both and you smirked at him and then kept your head on Alec's lap as he ran his fingers through your hair still reading.

After a while Felix and Jane joined, and were reading on their own as you fell asleep to the sound of your mates voice

I did do a fic like this here, but I am trying to start rewriting my old work in hopes to make them better 🤞

I think at the beginning he is going try and hate you. If his sister dislikes you it must be for a good reason. It will be in fact solely due to the fact that the volturi took you in almost instantly due to your own gift (anything mental, asphyxiation, matter manipulation, literally anything)

In fact he will be straight up cruel to you, and if he is extremely attracted or interested he will ignore you entirely

You have to offer no reaction or they will think they are in the right.

He would definitely not admit to Jane that he likes you in any way

He’s listening to your conversations, waiting for anything to prove you couldn’t possibly be as amazing as everyone seems to think.

But as he waits and waits he doesn’t see anything that would give him an actual reason to hate you

So he slowly starts to be in the same areas, at first he only speaks to the others. He finds he’s annoyed you aren’t speaking to him, but soon Jane comes and throws more vitriol your way and he sees why you would be wary.

He hates that when he goes near you you leave if there’s no one around, and he hates even more that you’re all he thinks about when he’s alone.

He eventually decides to at least try and be cordial when he is around you and see if anything changes

You only offer short responses, why would trust anything he says right now. You try to not let his hurt expression get to you, neither of them has been shy about threatening to use their abilities on you. They were lucky you didn’t use your own gifts on them for all the shit talking they did

Unfortunately one of these curt responses is caught by Jane, “I suggest you be more respectful to my brother.”

You roll your eyes and continue about your business, you’re surprised when you hear Alex speak up, “sister please. Everything is fine.”

“I don’t need you to fight my battles.” You start to walk away but then the pain wracks your body somewhere you hear a voice

“Jane. Enough.” Alec fails to hide the urgency in his voice. Jane stops immediately and while she knew some of the others would check on her Alec being the first next to her, the concern on his eyes infuriated her. She believed you were a poison. First the leaders and now her brother

Unfortunately for Jane this is probably when you’ve had enough and you give her a taste of her own medicine and when Alex says nothing to this well… the only reason she doesn’t try to kill you is because of the leaders fr

After that Alex apologizes for his part in what happened, and you decide to try and let him in, after all maybe he can help you not have Jane hate your guts

He starts putting more of an effort and as much as you’re wary he can be very charming and you can “fix” him

Then as for dating it’s mostly this once he is comfortable

Jane doesn’t try anything as long as Alec is there besides glare at you but Alec is hardly ever not with you and he knows he to have an arm around you and glares back. Jane is tempted to use her gift on him a few times but she knows better

The siblings have several arguments but at the end of the day you’re off limits now. He does try and get her to apologize but for awhile the best you’re going to get is indifference from her.

You’re going to have to save Alec’s life before she considers you a person so sorry, but while Alec still loves his sister he’s been waiting for and dreaming of a connection like this his whole life

He never thought anyone would see him as anything more than a witch twin and he is obsessed with you

A mosquito has been buzzing around your ears ever since you went to bed, but whenever you turn on your light you can’t seem to find the monster. It’s the second night in a row that it has tormented you. You’re covered in bumps and nowhere near evicting the little monster.

A knock on your bedroom door pulls you from your misery. When you open the door Alec is standing in front of you. Your arms immediately wrap around his neck while his wind around your waist. You let out a sigh of contentment. How you had missed him.

“I missed you,” you whisper.

“I missed you too, my love,” he answers without hesitation.

He runs his hands down your arms towards your hands to hold them in his.

“Love, what’s with all these bumps,” he asks, concern lacing his voice.

He turns on the light illuminating your whole room while he closely inspects your arms. His fingers slowly move over the bumps the mosquito has gifted you with.

“There’s this mosquito in my room and I haven’t been able to find it. Every time I put on my light to look for it, it disappears,” you answer with a deep sigh.

The man you love so dearly has the nerve to laugh at your misery.

“Alec,” you exclaim while you let your head fall on his chest.

He bundles you close into his arms and moves you towards the bed. When you crawl under the covers, you see Alec hesitating. Usually he lays above the covers because of his frigid body temperature, but now that it’s so hot outside he can perfectly join you under the covers. You pat the space next to you and hold open the covers.

“There’s no need for you to lay above the covers now,” you whisper teasingly.

That gets him moving. He crawls into bed next to you and takes you in his arms without hesitation. Your head lays in the crook of his neck while your leg lays across his, trapping him as close to your body as you can. The cold temperature of his body is actually a nice contrast from the constant heat that seems to be hanging in the house during this heatwave.

You wake with a start when something jostles you. Your hand immediately reaches for your bedside lamp, illuminating the room in a soft glow. Alec is standing near the wall next to your desk. You rub the sleep from your eyes, sitting up straight.

“Alec, what’s wrong,” you ask the victorious looking vampire.

“I caught the mosquito. I’m sorry for waking you in the process, my love.”

“Really? That’s amazing. It’s alright that you woke me. I’m glad to be rid of that monster.”

You make grabby hands toward Alec so he’ll come back to bed with you.

When he crawls into bed once more, he nestles himself on your chest. Your hands immediately wind themselves through his hair softly caressing his scalp. He hums happily and burrows his face into the crook of your neck planting a soft kiss. And that’s how you fall asleep once more, Alec’s face pressed into your neck and you winding your fingers through his hair until sleep takes you.

Alec Volturi x human!Reader: Anniversary Quilt

Warnings: little bit of angst, mostly fluff, non-canon aged Alec, sfw, use of y/n

I walked down the hall of the castle, heading for the library. I had finished the small stack of books in my room and wanted to return them to get some more. As I walked, I noticed Felix and Demetri headed my way. I waved at them and rushed over.

"Hey, guys. What are you doing?"

"We just got done giving our report to the Masters. Now, we have some free time until the next mission," Felix answered.

"What about you?" Demetri asked.

"I need some more books. I finished these ones already," I gestured to the stack in my hand.

"Wow, you go through books fast. Honestly, I'm surprised you haven't read everything in the library in the year you've been here." Demetri commented.

"Hey, to be fair, some of those books are in other languages," I defended myself. I paused as I processed his last words. "Wait, it's been a year already?"

Felix nodded. "Yeah, in two weeks if you want to be technical."

I shoved my books into Felix's hands. "Will you return these for me? I've got something I need to do!" I asked, turning on my heel and running to Heidi's room.

I dodged through the guards as I turned down the hall where Heidi's room was. Skidding to a stop in front of her door, I repeatedly banged on it. "Hurry up, hurry up!"

Finally Heidi opened her door, a confused look on her face. "Are you alright, (Y/N)?"

I shook my head. "I need your help and I need it now," I begged.

Heidi nodded and ushered me into her room. "Are you going to tell me what's going on?"

I took a deep breath, trying to calm my racing heart. "In two weeks, I'll have been with you guys for a year. In two weeks, it'll have been a year since Alec and I found out we are mates. I want to do something special for him."

Heidi grinned. "So what do you need me to do?"

"I need you to help me sneak out of the castle so I can go shopping. I already have an idea in mind of what I want to do but first I need fabric. And quilt batting. And a sewing machine." I looked at Heidi. "Do we even have a sewing machine here?"

"Talk to Caius. He's the more artistic of the three. As for getting you out of the castle, that's going to be hard. You're still human so the Kings won't want to let you leave. Why don't you write me a list of the fabric and anything else you need and I'll grab it."

"Thank you, Heidi! I want this to be a surprise for Alec so please don't tell him."

"I promise I won't tell. Go write me your list and I'll try and get it while you talk to Caius."

I nodded and went to leave Heidi's room. "Thanks again. I'll bring it by shortly."

As I left her room, I bumped into Alec.

"Hi, love!" I smiled at him.

"Hi, darling. What were you doing with Heidi?" He asked, wrapping an arm around my shoulder.

"Nothing, just a bit of girl talk," I said as we started walking.

"Just girl talk? Because it seems to have your heart beating faster than normal."

I blushed, trying to think of something to throw him off. "Heidi was just telling me about her latest boy-toy. That's all. What are you up to?"

Alec sighed. "The Masters are wanting me to stay back from missions for the time being."

"Oh? Why?"

"They're talking about changing you soon. It's been almost a year, love."

"Right. Speaking of the Masters, I actually need to talk to Master Caius. I'll be back later, love." I pressed a kiss to his cheek and turned to run off. Before I could, Alec grabbed my arm.

"I'll be in the gardens, come find me when you're done."

I nodded and left.

I ran to the throne room and knocked on the doors.

"Come in," Aro's voice rang out.

I opened the doors and entered the room. I stopped just shy of the stairs where the Masters were.

"Ah, young (Y/N). What brings you here?" Aro asked.

"I wanted to talk about my changing. And I also had a question for Master Caius." I took a breath to calm my nerves. Being in the Masters presence was always intense.

"I would like to wait another 2 and a half weeks. I have something special I want to do for Alec since it's been a year since we found each other and I don't my changing to get in the way."

"That sounds reasonable. Alec is lucky to have met you, my dear," Marcus said, smiling.

"If Aro agrees, then I see no problem waiting a little bit longer. But you also had a question for me?" Caius asked.

"Yes." I turned to face him. "Do we have a sewing machine?"

"We do. It's been a minute since it's been used but it should work fine. Why do you need it?" Caius asked.

I grinned sheepishly. "I want to make Alec a quilt. I know you guys don't technically get cold and don't really have a reason for one, but I thought it'd be nice to hand-make Alec something rather than buying something premade."

Marcus let out a chuckle. "I'm sure he'll love it. Caius will show you where the machine is."

Caius stood from his throne and headed towards the doors. "Follow me."

I bowed to the other two kings and made my way towards the third.

"So I need her to get black fabric, dark green fabric, a queen sized black sheet, and extra large batting," I muttered to myself.

"What are you going on about?" Caius asked, not looking back at me.

I jumped, not expecting him to start talking to me. "Oh, Heidi said she'd help me get the stuff I need to make the quilt so I'm making a list."

We turned down a hallway and entered a room on the left. "The machine is in here. There should be some extra things laying around that you can use."

Caius walked in and lit the lanterns. "If that is all, I'll take my leave."

"Yes, thank you Master Caius." I turned and bowed.

Caius nodded and left.

I spotted some paper and a pen. I grabbed some and jotted down the list for Heidi. I took a quick look around, noting where the machine was and some extra fabric laying around. I quickly added a tape measure to my list and left.

I searched the castle for Heidi, wanting to find her before returning to Alec. I finally found her, walking with Demetri.

"Heidi!" I called out, running to her.

"Hey, that took a lot longer than I thought it would," she commented as I handed her the list.

"Sorry. I bumped into Alec once I left your room and I had to come up with something so he wouldn't find out what I'm planning so I said I had to talk to the masters. Then Caius said we did have a sewing machine and he showed me where it is and then I wrote the list and then I came and found you."

"(Y/N). Breathe." Demetri laughed. "So what are you planning? You left in a rush earlier."

"I want to make Alec a quilt for our anniversary," I whispered. I wasn't sure if Alec was still in the gardens and I didn't want to risk him hearing if he wasn't.

Demetri nodded. "Is there anything I can do to help?"

"Help keep Alec away while I work on it? It'll probably take the entire the two weeks with all the cutting and sewing and ironing I need to do."

"Got it. I'll help keep Alec distracted till it's done."

"Thank you!"

"I'll run to the store and get your things. I'll send Demetri to come find you when I have everything." Heidi said, walking off.

"Great. I will go find Alec then and try not spill anything." I smiled and waved goodbye to Demetri.

I found Alec sitting in the gazebo, reading a book. I came up behind him, wrapping my arms around his shoulders.

"Did things go well with the Masters?" He asked, closing his book.

I nodded against his shoulder. "Yeah, I wanted to wait another couple weeks before changing. They agreed."

"Really? Why wait?"

I slid onto the bench beside Alec. "No reason in particular," I lied.

Alec arched his brow. "Are you scared?"

I sighed. "Yeah, kinda. All I've heard since being told I'd have to be change is how much it's going to hurt."

Alec wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me into his side. "It will be painful but I promise I will be by your side through it all."

I smiled and kissed him. "Thank you."

TIMESKIP

It's been two days since Heidi got my fabric and other items and I've managed to get all the cutting done. Now it was onto creating the rows.

I sat on the floor of the sewing room trying to decide on a pattern. Heidi had grabbed some watercolor and marble pattern fabric instead of solid colors which I thought worked really well. "Well, since the queen sheet is black, I could use the green fabric for the outside and use the black to create a heart in the middle," I muttered to myself.

Deciding that was the best way to go, I carefully laid out the pieces on the floor, mapping out how the quilt was going to look. Some of the squares would need to be cut differently but that was going to be too hard.

I grabbed my scissors and started cutting the black and green fabrics that would outline the heart.

"Hey, (Y/N)? Alec is looking for you." Felix said, poking his head in the door.

"Can you distract him? I'm getting ready to sew the squares into rows and I want to finish that tonight," I asked, looking up from my cutting.

"Of course. Good luck." Felix closed the door and I turned back to the fabric.

The last square was cut and the quilt was mapped out once more. I grabbed the first row, sat at the sewing machine and started sewing.

DAY FIVE

The final row had been sewed and I could finally take a break longer than just grabbing something to eat and sleeping. I pushed myself away from the sewing table and stood up. My back and shoulders popped as I stretched, making me sigh in relief.

I left the room and headed to the kitchen. I was craving spaghetti and in the mood to actual cook. I grabbed a pot and a pan and put them on the stove.

I hummed quietly to myself as I grabbed everything I need to start cooking.

"I see someone's out of hiding."

I gasped and spun to face whoever spoke. "Alec! Hi!"

He was leaning against the doorway of the kitchen, looking annoyed.

"So when are you disappearing again?"

I frowned. "In a couple hours. I'm sorry."

Alec scoffed. "What are you even doing? Felix and Demetri won't tell me."

I put the pot of water I was holding on the stove and walked over to my boyfriend. "I promise you'll find out soon but not right now."

I leaned up to kiss his cheek but he pushed me away.

"Sure. I'll see you later. Or not."

I watched as Alec walked away, feeling my heart break. I looked back at the food I was starting to cook and decided to just put everything away.

I had to hurry and finish the quilt before I seriously ruined my relationship.

DAY TEN

It had been a couple days since I last left the sewing room. Felix, Demetri and Heidi had taken turns bringing me food and coaxing me to my room to sleep.

I had finished sewing the rows together yesterday and now it was onto cutting the batting to size.

I laid out the top of the quilt on the floor and rolled the batting on top of that. Grabbing my scissors, I carefully cut the batting to match the quilt top. Once that was done, I grabbed the sheet and laid it next to the rest of the quilt.

Then I placed the batting on top, making sure it was centered and then added the quilt top. I walked over to the sewing table and grabbed the tomato plush that held the pins and needles.

I put a pin in each corner of the blanket and across the outer edge. I was almost done and I couldn't wait to show Alec. He had started avoiding me whenever I left and I couldn't blame him. I could only hope he'd be able to forgive me.

DAY THIRTEEN

It was finally time to sew the border of the quilt. I rubbed my eyes and grabbed the quilt, taking it to the sewing table. The machines gentle purr as it sewed had become a comforting sound during the project. My hands and back ached from all the pinning and sewing and overall bad posture.

Finally. Finally the quilt was done. I carefully folded it and placed it on the table. I sat down on the couch Felix had brought in when I started spending a majority of my time in the room.

My eyes began to droop as I gave in to my exhaustion and I fell asleep.

Alec's POV:

I walked through the castle, wondering what was so important that (Y/N) no longer talked to me. I tried to just forget about it but they would lock themselves in the room for hours on end without saying anything.

Felix and Demetri, even Heidi, kept trying to tell me everything was ok but they wouldn't tell me what they were doing.

I scoffed as I saw Felix and Heidi rushing towards me.

"You need to come see (Y/N)," Heidi said, grabbing my arm.

"Why? If you haven't noticed, they've been avoiding me."

"You numbskull, they've been working on something for you. And now it's been like 36 hours since I've seen them leave that room." Heidi scolded.

My expression soften. "36 hours?"

Felix nodded. "They wanted to do something special for your anniversary tomorrow. I won't tell you what they did but you need to come with us and get her to eat a proper meal and get some sleep."

I nodded. "Lets go then."

I followed Heidi and Felix to the room (Y/N) had been holing themselves in.

When we got there, (Y/N) was asleep on the couch. I walked over and knelt beside them.

"Darling? It's time to wake up now."

(Y/N)'s POV:

I slowly opened my eyes, scared the voice I heard was just a dream. Once my eyes adjusted, I saw Alec kneeling beside me with Felix and Heidi standing behind him.

"What are you doing here?" I asked, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes.

"I've come to get you. Heidi and Felix told me you've been in here the last three days."

Quickly, I sat up, realizing just what was going on. "No, no, no, you can't be in here! I haven't wrapped it yet."

Tears filled my eyes at the thought of ruining the surprise.

"Love, it's okay. I haven't looked around. I just came to get you. I've been worried," Alec said, trying to calm me down.

"I'm sorry. I'm sorry I've been avoiding you. I just wanted to do something special for you," I explained, wiping my eyes.

Alec moved to sit next to me on the couch. "I'm sorry too. I should have been more considerate towards you. I was hurt when you started avoiding me. I should have tried to talk to you instead of avoiding you as well."

I wrapped my arms around his waist and hugged him. "We both could've communicated better. We'll do better from now on."

I felt Alec lean down and kiss the top of my head. "We will."

"You're surprise is on the sewing table. If you still want it," I told him, pulling back.

"Of course I do, love. You made it for me after all."

I smiled at him and walked over to the table, grabbing the quilt. Walking back to him, I set it in his lap. "I made it in our favourite colors."

Alec stood up and let the blanket unfurl. There was messed up stitches and some rows were slightly off but it was finished. Alec dropped the blanket on the couch and grabbed me, twirling me in the air.

"I love it. Thank you."

I hugged him again, resting my head on his shoulder. "You're welcome. I'm glad you like it."

Alec set me down and pressed a kiss to my forehead. "It's perfect. I love you."

"I love you, too."

Bonus:

"Great! Now go get some proper food, (Y/N), and go to sleep in your own bed," Heidi exclaimed, throwing her hands in the air.

"Alright, alright, fine! You win! Let's get out of here," I said, laughing.

Alec grabbed his quilt in one hand and grabbed mine in the other. We followed Heidi and Felix out of the room, happy things were normal again.

Accidentally in Love Alec Volturi

How we have not gotten caught yet was a mystery to me but I was grateful for it. I knew my sister, Bella, would never approve of it and she would get the Cullens to try and force me to stop seeing him. At first, it was just me acting out and him willing to go along and I don’t know when it changed, but it did. Lingering touches, soft kisses, it was no longer just sex, it was now sex with feelings. Even then I didn’t take it seriously, I didn’t know the gravity of the situation, of what having a vampire fall in love with you meant.

Not until some guy from school brought me flowers, it was a sweet gesture but not one I reciprocated but that wasn’t enough. The poor boy never made it home and was declared missing, the body was never found.

I hadn’t connected the dots, not even when the Cullens had pulled away or when Edward started to shield Bella from me like I was a danger to her.

I had been left home alone, Bella was with the Cullens fighting some newborn vampire army and Charlie was off on a fishing trip. I had spent most of the day laying on the couch watching reruns of some shitty show when I heard movement coming from upstairs. I debated not going to look but my curiosity won and I made my way up the stairs and to my bedroom door. Pushing the door open I was met with 4 figures dressed in black moving around my room, throwing my clothes and books into suitcases. Three of the four people ignored me as the fourth gently took my hand and pulled me from the room.

“Mi amor. I missed you.”

“W-what’s going on, Alec?”

“Sweetcheeks. I’ve come to bring you home. I’m tired of the sneaking around, of not having you at my side. Aro has granted you a special privilege, he will allow me to turn you and allow you to remain in Volterra with me during your newborn years.”

My mouth was dry, this was serious.

“I-I don’t understand. Why me? I thought we were just fooling around.”

Alec seemed hurt by my comment.

“In the beginning maybe, but now, sweetcheeks. You are my mate, I ache for you when we are apart and when we are near, my love, you make me feel things I have never felt before, things I never thought I could feel.”

I tried to pull away, to try and gather my scattered thoughts but Alec wasn’t having it as he took me in his arms.

“My love, my life. Please, don’t run from me now. I’ve staked not only my reputation on you but that of my sisters as well. I love you, and I will never stop loving you.”

My mind was having trouble keeping up with what he was saying, and a small part of me was even doubting him, but it was all squashed under the thoughts of all the times we shared kisses and all the times he was gentle and affectionate with me, all the sweet nothings he whispered in my ear as he took me in bed. I knew I was willing to risk it, I was willing to risk it all for the chance at a forever with him.

“I will go with you. I want to go with you.”

Alec seemed to gain some of his confidence back as he smiled at me before kissing me with such passion, putting all his love into it.

But in time he learned to like this very much, because he usually never knows how to go about talking to you, again, he is not used to it, in his life as a human he has never reached out to anyone, especially not a girl he likes.

The way you talk to him, so animated makes him so fascinated, he is so proud and so embarrassed when he realizes how much you are involved in the subject he has proposed, has made him long for more of this, which makes him more confident to come and talk to you.

He also doesn't like it very much when he sees you taking time out to talk to other people, other than the kings, or his sister (which in this case almost never happened), jealousy fills him, especially if the other person is more sociable than him (which usually happens) which causes him to raise a certain dark aura, which causes the person to usually run away, you sometimes don't even realize what's going on, but a question mark appears in his mind, why would the person be running away from you?

Human Mishaps | A.V x Reader

a/n i originally wasn’t going to post this but i decided to treat you all (it was originally a jane but i felt it didn’t really fit? sorry bout that…)

You were an absolute klutz. As cute as it was, it made Alec rather… worried for you. He constantly worried about your safety, often hesitating on leaving for missions and tasks he was set in fear something would happen to you, especially in a castle full of vampires.

Alec was pulled out of his thoughts at a loud bang, quickly standing up and making his way out of your shared room and into the walk in closet connected. As he entered he was greeted with the sight of you on the floor rubbing your head, a few old boxes surrounding you. He sighed to himself but opted to say nothing, picking you up and taking you into the bathroom. He placed you on the counter next to the sink, pulling you hands away from your head to have a look himself.

“What happened?” He said quietly as his hands pulled your hair away from where you hit your head gently, praying the damage wasn’t too bad but hey, he couldn’t smell any blood so that was good… right? He found the small bump, running his cold fingers along it to try and stop it from swelling more. You pouted.

“Can we just skip the explaining and go straight to the part where you bandage me up and make me feel better with kisses and cuddles… please?

He sent you a stern look and you slumped your body a little.

“Sorry…” You whispered quietly, looking away from him “I just slipped and fell whilst I was trying to reach something.. I don’t mean to be so clumsy”

He sighed and pressed a kiss to your head.

“You’re okay, princess. It is honestly strangely… endearing. I just worry that you’re going to seriously hurt yourself and one of the lower guards will smell it and get to you before I can… or even worse if i’m not here.”

You watched him silently for a moment.

“I’ll try to be more careful for you?” You suggested and he nodded, kissing your cheek this time.

“Thank you, sweetface. You’re perfect.” He smiled down at you as you grinned at him, leaning forward to kiss him on the lips. However, you didn’t realise how close to the edge of the counter you were, resulting in you sliding straight off of it. Alec groaned playfully, placing his hands on the side of your face to steady you as well as pull you towards his lips. You giggled into the kiss, pulling away momentarily.

“Okay, starting from now I’ll be less clumsy.”

Better than a cup of coffee

I have never been a morning person, just the thought of having to wake up early makes me want to cry. I applaud the people who wake up early. But when I meet my mate Alec, mornings have officially become my favorite part of the day. What makes it so special, is Alec wakes me up with a fresh cup of coffee that he made just for me. I'm not sure how he picked up on how to make coffee or how to make it how I like it but I guess he really does pay attention to my every move in the mornings.  I have told him before that for me to function as a human I need a cup of coffee or else I will not be a delightful person to be around.

He unfortunately witnessed that side of me and has made it his mission to have that cup of coffee ready for me when I wake up. But that's not what makes it special, when he wakes me up, the first thing I see is his face. He has this small smile and his eyes are full of warmth and love that makes me feel like i'm in a dream still. He's like my personal fallen angel that I have the honor to call mine. 

This morning did not start any differently, the sunlight was gazing on me with its million mini rays hitting my face. I heard a small thud hit my nightstand, and I opened my eyes slightly to be blessed by the sight of my stunning mate looking at me already with his face slightly having that unhuman sparkle. His burgundy eyes also already having that intense but loving look he gives me whenever he looks at me, even if I probably look like crap he never fails to lose that look. 

With his small warming smile already on his face, he again blesses me with his soothing voice “Good morning sunshine, the earth says hello”

I make “grabby hands” toward him and he comes closer to lay on top of me with laying his face on my chest. I bury my face into his hair and mumble groggily 

“Someone’s been paying attention to the movies I make them watch”

“Always my love”

He tilted his head up and gave my neck multiple kisses, the temperature difference between his cold lips and my warm skin made me feel that familiar feeling of butterflies fluttering in my stomach. Being like this with him makes me forget there is a real world out there, almost makes me feel like we are the only two people on this planet. These small moments we share I hold dearly to my heart because I am the only person that gets to see Alec in such a vulnerable and relaxed form, not even Jane has seen him like this, the honor I have. While he continues to give me now soft kisses instead of multiple, I run my hands through his dark locks. I'm glad he has kind of long hair so I am able to run my hands through his hair. So soft and silky, makes me slightly jealous he has nicer hair than me but he tells me it's a vampire thing. The way his soft kisses leave me in a state of bliss that makes me mumble nonsense 

“Better than a cup of coffee”

He lifts his face to looks up at me with a pure astonish look and exclaims 

“Are you serious? But you said you always need a cup of coffee to be human”

I pull him into a deep gentle kiss that he reciprocates, I pull away and say with a small sleepy smile 

‘Your my cup of coffee now”

A/N: So cuteeee. I like how I did a little reference of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" (2005), its actually my alarm sound 🤭. I just wanted to say that Im working on a Caius one-shot, this one is taking a bit longer to get done because its longer than my usual ones and I was thinking of doing a 2 part to it. But also I have my finals this week so I wont be posting to often, I may have part one of my Caius one-shot out this week but I been having some small difficulties with it and I keep changing my mind in how to write it plus studying keeps me occupied the majority of my day. But I.m happy to have gotten this one out in the open because its so sweet and adorable, I almost made it a Carlisle one-shot but as I kept thinking about this it just screamed Alec.

A/N: Before you read this, I want you to know that my native language is different. So I am very sorry for any mistake. Nevertheless, I hope you will like my story and enjoy it.

A/N2.0; I have to confess, this part was finished yesterday, but I couldn't translate it into English because I had to cry for the first time with my own story.

Summary: The love story between Alec Volturi and Y/N Swan, was an unexpected one. Both didn't know what to make of each other when they found out they were soul mates. But they worked on it and created a beautiful strong love that not even Bella's hatred for the Volturi could destroy. But as in any good love story, tragedy was impossible to avoid in theirs. It came as unexpectedly as their love itself, and made the Cullens and Bella seem to win, while Alec and the Volturi were losing their light in the darkness.

Coldness Darkness Numbness

These were the first feelings that crept into Y/N's mind. She had the feeling that something was lying on her chest.

Something that prevented her from breathing.

Something that stopped her from opening her eyes.

Y/N tried to move her arms, to move anything, but the numbness inside her hindered her.

Voices around her grew louder, but she couldn't understand or recognize them.

Y/N tried to shout at them, to ask for help or simply to silence them, but she could do nothing.

Total helplessness spread through her, giving the darkness more power. The young girl tried harder and harder to fight the numbness, the darkness and the cold, but it didn't work.

She didn't know how long this feeling lasted, but she managed to open her eyes. She needed to blink several times to get used to the bright light. Groaning, she turned her head, paused and tried to move her hand to her throat.

"Don't."

A hand closed gently around her wrist. Startled, she flinched at the coldness of this hand. Her eyes drifted to the owner. He looked at her happily, which confused Y/N.

Carefully and thoughtfully, she let her gaze glide through the unfamiliar room. Y/N looked at each face individually, some familiar, others unfamiliar.

Her gaze returned to the man standing next to her. She looked at him closely. His black hair, his almost white shimmering skin, his red eyes that looked at her with so much hope.

Y/N released her wrist from his grip and opened her mouth,

"Who are you?"

Alec didn't know exactly what he should be feeling right now. All he knew was that he had stumbled, or rather been thrown, from one nightmare into the the next.

"She can't remember anything?" Alec looked at Carlisle, who was standing in front of him. "Y/N recognized everyone just…" Bella interrupted him, "Except for you and your sister." She shrugged her shoulders. "That should be your cue to leave."

Jane stepped out from behind her brother, "Choose your next words wisely newborn or your eternity was only seconds after all!" Alec ignored them both and looked at the Cullen Doctor more sharply. "Y/N has been awake for less than 24 hours, I can't say with any accuracy what's going on yet." "Then make a guess." Alec looked at the blond vampire demandingly.

"It would appear that Y/N has lost part of her memory." Alec turned his head to the side and watched his mate, who had fallen back into a deep sleep. A window separated them, but Alec had the feeling that it wasn't just this window that separated him from Y/N, rather an entire universe.

"How could this happen, how could…" Alec had to collect himself for a moment and looked back at Carlisle, "You said there were no injuries that could have caused any major trauma, so what happened?" The man shook his head. "It could have been anything, the shock, the cold. I can't tell you. I'm sorry Alec." " Could her memories come back?" Alec looked at him hopefully. "I honestly can't say." Jane snorted, "Can you say anything at all about Y/N's condition?"

Bella stepped forward before Edward could stop her. "I'd show a little more respect if I were you. After all, it was Carlisle who saved her!" Jane looked at her angrily, "Careful…" Bella interrupted her, "Forget it. My sister was dying just a few hours ago and if I had to guess, I'd even say it was your fault." She turned to Alec, "Yours, to be exact." "How could it have been my fault?" Alec looked at her undefined. Bella shrugged her shoulders. "No one can explain what happened, why Y/N went off the road." Alec's eyes literally began to burn. "I would never…" "I'm not saying you did it, but you and the rest of your Volturi gang have enough enemies that were just looking for an opportunity to get their hands on Y/N alone."

Silence fell as Bella eyed Alec angrily. "You've never made a secret about her. Never hidden the fact that she is the 'sunshine of the Volturi'. But she was also never alone without one of you. This time she was."

"Enough Bella…" Carlisle raised a hand, but it didn't silence her. "Remember what I told her and you back then. Loving you will be the death of her and look where we've ended up. Look at my sister Alec, she barely escaped death." Bella took a few steps towards the black haired man. "I pray that Y/N won't remember you, because this way I can protect her from this world, this way I can protect her from your enemies." Bella turned and walked back to Edward, but paused once more, "If you truly love her Alec and want her safe, let her go. Let me take her away to where neither you nor any other can find her."

"Alec?" Jane looked at him questioningly as she re-entered the hospital room. He was once again standing by Y/N's Bedside. " You would think, the way she's sleeping so soundly, that she's fallen back into a coma." He carefully stroked his hand through her hair.

"Are we just going to ignore what Bella said?" Jane looked more closely at her brother. Alec simply ignored her and gave Y/N his full attention. Jane snorted. "How about we just take Y/N with us. We can sort everything else out in Volterra and then…" Alec stopped running his fingers through Y/N's hair.

"She can't remember anything. No more of our time, no more of our world. That means Y/N is a normal woman again." Jane tilted her head. Alec gave her an annoyed look. "She can have everything I could never give her." Jane stood up straight again. "That would be?" "Children? Growing old? A life in the daylight!" Jane's expression changed to one of bewilderment. "If Y/N really wanted that, she would never have agreed to be changed." Alec looked at his sister. "Love blinds you to the things you've always wanted." Jane shook her head, "Alec…"

Alec lowered his gaze, leaned down to Y/N and placed a long kiss on her forehead. He separated his lips, remaining a few inches above her forehead. "I've waited so long for you, that I'm ready to let you go." The vampire stood back up, running his hand over his lover's cheek once more, "Find me in another life. In one where I get more time with you, in one where I can love you longer."

He turned away from the bed and tried to walk towards the exit, but Jane blocked his way. "If you do that, if you leave now, you'll regret it for the rest of your life." "And if I stay Jane? Then what?" Alec looked at Y/N again, "She got lucky this time. What if she's not lucky next time? I ignored it, for so long. But her life got more and more dangerous the closer I got to her." Jane shook her head, "Don't let Bella win. She's been trying to break you two apart since you got together." Alec looked down at his sister, "It's not about winning, it's about Y/N safety Jane. She's not safe with me or anywhere near her, no one is."

"What if Y/N wakes up one morning and can remember? She'll think you don't love her, she'll think you abandoned her!" Alec looked at his sister. "Jane…" "No!" the blonde vampire raised her voice, but Alec cut her off. "We're leaving Jane, my decision is final!"

"Alec, it's been a long time since we've seen you in Volterra." Aro closed the book he had just opened and placed it on the table. Caius turned to the twins. "Is everything okay with Y/N?"

Demetri, Felix, Santiago, Afton and Chelsea looked back and forth between Jane and Alec. An awkward silence stretched out. Alec looked at his kings, "Y/N is awake."

No one said anything, they just watched the twins. Everyone realized that all joy was missing from Alec. He looked lost and Jane couldn't look at anyone. Her eyes were fixed on the ground, which was never the case.

"What happened?" Aro took a few steps towards Alec, but didn't want to touch him yet, he wanted to listen to his words first. "Y/N is no longer part of our world, she is no longer part of our lives. She can't remember anything from the last year." Alec looked Aro in the eye. "My mate woke up, but she woke up in a world I'm not a part of."

Caius stood up, "How?" Alec's gaze lowered to the floor. His voice broke, "Carlisle doesn't know." "Then we must bring her to us…" Caius wanted to continue, Aro silenced him with a raised hand. "May I see?" Aro held out a hand to Alec. The black-haired man immediately placed his hand in his king's.

After a minute, Aro let go of Alec's hand. "Is this the path you really want to take?" Alec looked back down at the ground. "You know she wanted to become one of us." Alec nodded and looked up. "She'd never be safe." "I know."

Aro turned and walked back to the table.

"Spread the word that Y/N is dead."

"What!" All the vampires in the room, excluding Jane, Alec and Aro shouted this at the same time.

"Our young friend has decided to give his mate, our sunshine, a mortal life. A life without the knowledge of the supernatural and away from our enemies. I support him and so do the rest of you."

Demetri shook his head and walked towards Alec. "You can't do this to us. Alec…" Alec looked at him blankly, "This isn't your decision to make." "How can you just let her go, how can you…"

Alec took a step towards Demetri, "Do you think this decision was easy? Do you think it's not tearing me apart? I love this woman with everything in my being, she's the other fucking half of my soul. Do you think the decision to let her go and know that she won't be in this world in eighty or ninety years was easy?" His voice broke and he shook his head. "Then you're an idiot, it's been the hardest decision of my life and I'll definitely regret it."

"Then why?" Felix looked at him questioningly, while others were shocked. No one had ever seen Alec get so emotional.

Jane gave a humorless laugh and drew attention to herself. "Because Bella managed to get inside his head." Confused, everyone looked back at Alec. He remained silent, but Jane continued, "She thinks that Y/N's car went off the road because one of our enemies made it do it."

"This is ridiculous!" Demetri tried to grab Alec's shoulder, but he slapped the blond vampire's hands away. "Really? We, the Volturi, have more than enough enemies. Everyone we care about has been killed. Think of the secretary who loved you Demetri and was killed because of it. The woman you loved Felix? Chelsea, why is Afton a vampire now? Why don't you ever let him go somewhere without you?"

Everyone looked at the floor.

"I thought so. Loving any of us Volturi is like a death sentence. I'm not willing to do that to Y/N when she's been given a second chance."

Hi I don’t send request often so i hope to get this right but could you please do a Yandere Volturi Alec x reader (or any/all the volturi guard) ? But the twist is like y/n is in another relationship with another. How would the Volturi member react knowing their soulmate is currently with another.

To put it simply, you being in a relationship will not matter.  

Alec had decided that you will be his and nothing could change that. 

At first, Alec will try to befriend you, to gain your trust but also to get to know you better.  

After Alec really becomes your friend, he will start to sow the seeds of doubt to your relationship. He makes you doubt your partners love, their loyalty, their love for you. 

All that makes you break up with your partner.  

But don’t worry you will have Alec with you when you are going through the breakup process and the aftermath of it.  

And after the breakup is Alec’s time to swoop in and truly make you his. The breakup had made you realize how much better you deserved, and Alec had been the one to show you that.  

Right after you get over your past relationship you will be jumping to the next one. Just this time there will not be a breakup.  

And don’t worry about your ex. They have gotten over their breakup quite fast, though Alec and Jane had helped them just enough that they wouldn’t be thinking about you anymore...
