zjadłam dzisiaj około 12/13 tosta z serem (bez masła) i 1 parówkę + troche keczupu do tego i wypiłam dużo wody. dzisiaj rano waga pokazała 54kg, ale ważyłam się przed chwilą i pokazała 53.8

zastanawiałam się czy zjeść coś jeszcze na wieczór bo wstałam z łóżka i zrobiło mi się słabo ale wypiłam herbatę i mi przeszło ( póki co)

planowałam na jutro fasta ale babcia mówiła że zrobi mi obiad i będą patrzeć czy jem więc nie wiem jak to będzie :/ najpewniej poćwiczę wiecej niż normalnie.

"fiz NF de 90 horas e agora vou tomar um pote de sorvete e comer uma barra de chocolate". minha gente?? sério?? qual o problema de vocês? parem de ficar achando que milhares de horas sem comer vai resolver o problema de vocês quando logo em seguida vocês vão comer tudo que é mais cheio de açúcar, gordura trans, sódio e o escambau a quatro do mercado. amadureçam nutricionalmente, sabe? aprendam sobre alimentos, o que são, o que forma cada alimento, significado de tabela nutricional, pra não sair fazendo besteira e depois achar que é porque o NF não funcionou e querer dobrar as horas sem comer, morando pra sempre nesse ciclo horrível!
