Posting these later than I would like to, but man I am so happy to have these done!

This is for the au where Bleck and Timpani are the bros parents. Decided to make Rosalina their younger sister, as I like to give Rosalina a family outside of Lumas.

For each of them I wanted to give them a Tribe of Darkness form. The items to the left of the characters are their capes fully opened, their staff emblem and their hand/glove designs.

The Pixls are just bonus designs that I came up while working on this.

SPM Count Bleck's Army Height Chart.

The fulfillers of the Dark Prognosticus!  This sheet has gone through about 4 revisions because I couldn't settle on a single look for everyone lol But I'm finally satisfied with them!

Some character notes. These are mostly so I can remember them for the individual character bios when I make those:  The Count's eyes still change color based on his health(?), and his "tail" is actually just a cloudy wisp of sorts. It works like the tail wisp of a ghost.  Timpani's butterfly hair clip emotes. It droops when she's sad and perks up when happy, much like how Tippi does in Pixl form.  Nastasia is the only character to not get majorly overhauled. Her glasses also emote like eyes to some extent, just like they do in game.  Mimi "freckles" are eyes. I also drew up every alternate outfit she has in game, but I'll probably make a separate post to show those off.  Dimentio's poncho was designed with wearability in mind. You can see where it would overlap and clip. I imagine the bells on his hat would give off a muted jingling sound as well.  Mr. L is literally just the same. Can't mess with perfection lol O'Chunks' arms still does the floating sections, but it's only when he punches or reaches. His lazy eye is caused by some injury he got while being a general. You can even see the remnants of a scar on his eyebrow.

Is team Bleck superstitious?

In honor of Friday the 13th, here are some superstition headcanons for each member of team Bleck!!

Count Bleck is slightly superstitious. He used to believe in a lot of the superstitions from the Tribe of Darkness, but after meeting Timpani and learning about life outside of the Tribe he realized that a lot of the things the Tribe believed in didn't make sense. The only one he still believes in is the full moon bringing bad luck.

Nastasia is not superstitious, it just doesn't make sense to her. She does not even notice things that have to do with superstition. She does feel bad for black cats, though. They don't deserve the hate.

O'Chunks is superstitious, even if he swears he's not. He's a bit on edge on Friday the 13th, as if he's expecting something bad to happen even though he knows better. He doesn't pay enough attention to the lunar cycle to notice the full moon, but when Mimi points it out he gets a little bit nervous. He would never walk under a ladder and when he accidentally breaks a mirror he has to try really hard not to freak out. He's also picked up a few other superstitions from being in the army. The only thing he doesn't worry about is black cats. How can something so small and cute be bad luck?

Mimi isn't superstitious, but she loves the ominous aesthetic. On Friday the 13th she dresses up extra spooky and goes out of her way to do everything she can think of to break superstitions. She breaks mirrors, walks under ladders, pets black cats, etc. She also likes the full moon, but it's less of a rare occasion so she doesn't "celebrate" as much. She does wear a moon-themed outfit though.

Dimentio is also not superstitious, but he loves to mess with people who are. On the full moon he will sneakily set up things to go wrong throughout the castle, and on Friday the 13th he only doubles his efforts.

Mr. L doesn't believe in any of the typical superstitions, but he has developed his own. He's got a whole list of things that he avoids because otherwise Brobot is totally going to catch fire again. Half of these things are Dimentio's fault, but L doesn't know that.

Character introduction: Blumiere

~Basic info~

Name: Lord Blumiere

Age: ?

Hair color: Dark blue

Eye color: Orange (Blue when weakened)

Blumiere, previously known as Count Bleck, is the last standing member of the Tribe of Darkness who fell in love with Timpani. He is a major side character in Project: SFA.

After the events of SPM, he lived happily in ‘paradise’ with his beloved… he seems to have finally settled down, nothing holding him back from being able to love Timpani like he always wanted to… until he found out it wasn’t really the paradise he thought it was. That day was Peach and Mario’s wedding, showing them that this ‘paradise’ was actually another version of the world where the Heroes of the Prophecy resided. After that, his finally calm demeanor seemed to have cracked, the thoughts of all the evil deeds he had done starting haunt him once again. Whenever that means it plaguing his thoughts or horrid nightmares… it starts to take a toll upon him. It gets to the point that tries to find ways to purify himself from the bloodshed he has caused. He still loves Timpani with all of his life, but he doesn’t want to concern her with these deeds that he has done. These thoughts reach the breaking point when…

When not being plagued by the existence of his crimes, Blumiere is trying to enjoy time with his wife to the fullest. They live together in a small cottage, which he has taken the time to learn how to cook, clean, garden and more to ease the work load on Timpani. It was a very foreign thing to him at first, but eventually he started to really enjoy it. The feeling started to become comforting to him, so he eventually took over most of the household duties. It did help keep his mind off of… his red stained hands.

~Outfits/Appearances~

Blumiere’s appearance has changed a bit since the events of SPM. He appears slightly more human like, having legs and arms now, along with more human reminiscent eyes and facial structure, along with dark blue hair that is currently tied in a side ponytail. Though, even with these features, he is clearly still not human with his blue skin and pointy ears (they’re hidden under his hair but they are there). He doesn’t really know why his form has changed a bit ever since entering this world, but has gotten used to it. He has two outfits which is wears in SFA, one being his iconic white outfit with his starry cape and top hat with some added new details, and a more ‘causal’ outfit that is more red in coloration without the cape or top hat. (My apologies for not having the art colored in yet)

~Power and abilities~

Though not used that much as of recently, Blumiere still maintains all his normal powers that he used when under the name Bleck. His scepter can still conjure globs of dark magic to hurls at his foes, speed himself up, slow time, and summon (now small) vortexes to suck in enemies. Due to the lack of the Dark Prognosticus and Chaos Heart, these attacks are not as powerful as they once were. He doesn’t really mind, as long as he is still able to protect Timpani if it is ever needed again. He much prefers the peaceful life he has with no fighting. He can also still float around if he wants to, even with being able to properly walk now.

~Relationships~

Timpani: “Timpani, the love of my life… everyday with her my heart sings. Seeing her beautiful smile once again as we hold hands… knowing she’s well and we can be together has made me the happiest being in the world. Seeing my beloved spread her wings and soar overwhelms me with love. But lately, she seems concerned about me, but for her safety I mustn’t bother her with it. It’s my burden to bare, not hers. I must atone… for my sins.”

Sweetheart: “Timpani has told me about the Hero’s daughter… she often visits her for a bit. I have only seen the young princess when she was an infant… perhaps it’s very hard for me to wrap around that it’s been so many years since that moment… I remember her tiny stature, sleeping peacefully, to think now she’s almost 11… why, it’s weird to see that in another world, the hero started a family. I wish both of them well in raising the young child.”

Peach & Mario: “From the little that I’ve seen and the bunch that I’ve heard from my wife, both the princess and the hero seem pretty much identical to the versions we know… except the hero is much more talkative. I’m very intrigued by this, but I refuse to meddle into their life. They remind me of my— Ahem… both of them are doing their best in raising the young princess, though, I’ve heard that she has had a lot of… incidents with her powers. Surely they’ll guide her in the right direction since she possesses such a gift.”

Larissa: “Timpani has told me about this teen by the name of Larissa. Can’t say I’ve ever heard of such a name. I don’t have much to say on her, but she seems to be helping with keeping the peace, so she has my respect.”

~Voice Claims~

Blumiere’s voice claims are Heinwald from Dragalia Lost for JP and Laslow/Inigo from Fire Emblem Fates/Fire Emblem Awakening for EN.

(I know his voice claim doesn’t really sound menacing but I chose it for how he would sound like specifically after the events of SPM if that makes sense😭)

An in-universe explanation for a pointless plot hole

...Alright. Even though it’s literally stated that Merlon turned Timpani who was still alive into that of a Pixl (meaning it’s entirely brand new and he calls it her “Pixl form”) as opposed to how Pixl's were normally created which is through dead people's souls being transmogrified into new forms (which may or may not be mechanical in nature given how Thoreau refers to Tippi as a new model— which might I add, makes the following conjecture make no sense since he should have recognized her Pixl body), this is a very intriguing interpretation.

It also makes this “dub-induced plot hole”

make sense in-universe because if he instead transferred her soul into a Pixl body instead, and said body was the very same “truth-seeing” Pixl that the surviving apprentice had when confronting the Pixl Queen— even though it was explicitly stated to have died during the battle— then that would explain why Tippi ambiguously recognized Dimentio at the end of chapter 1-4.

“One of the Pixls at his side was immune to this, for it could see truth. It helped the survivor fight, and he and his Pixl finally defeated the Pixl Queen. But in the process, the Pixl's game was ended…”

It wasn't Tippi's own memories because that literally makes no sense; she had completely lost her memories by the start of the game including her actual name and everything about her beloved; why would she still retain memories of some jester? Especially of note is: do you really think Dimentio always wore the jester outfit and nothing else?? I don't buy that. And again, it couldn't be her recognizing his voice because it would make zero sense for her to near-instantly recognize Dimentio's voice— who of which we have no information that can be gleaned that could imply that Timpani ever knew someone like him since this is a dub-induced plot hole and doesn't exist in the original text so there is literally nothing else to work with— and not that of Count Bleck's aka Blumiere aka her lover.

But what does make sense is if the Pixl body she resides in is that of the “truth-seeing” Pixl the surviving apprentice had who had perished during the battle against the Pixl Queen. That Dimentio is the surviving apprentice and the memories that Tippi is having upon seeing/hearing him are those that are innate to the Pixl body itself; memories that were retained in the body that serves as a host for Tippi's soul for the time being. It's the Pixl body's memories that Tippi is experiencing, they aren't her own.

Also interesting thing of note is that in normal gameplay, Dimentio is the only character that can't be tattled by Tippi. Not in his battle at the Dotwood tree (since Tippi had been kidnapped) nor his battle at Castle Bleck (where an interesting thing is that the other Pixls fight alongside Bowser and Peach despite them going MIA after the battle, but the same doesn't happen for Luigi. The Pixls are glad to fight alongside Bowser and Peach against O'Chunks and Mimi, but not a single one— including Tippi— assist Luigi in fighting Dimentio. And it's not because he wanted to fight Dimentio 1 on 1 since Peach had the same demand when she was going to fight Mimi but still had the help of the Pixls. The only time Dimentio ever technically gets tattled is the Super Dimentio fusion which isn't solely him).

He's the only one who can't be subjected to the abilities of the “truth-seeing” Pixl.

And of course, the one major thing that throws a wrench into this whole theory is the fact that information from Merlon directly contradicts it, as well as Carson saying that the “truth-seeing” Pixl died during the battle against the Pixl Queen— and I don’t want to be selective in what parts of his stories are accurate or not just so certain conjectures can still make sense. Sure it could possibly be the case, just like how a common interpretation I’ve seen is that in the event that Dimentio is the Magician’s son, is that he had no children despite Carson explicitly talking about a bloodline. What Carson hears is outright stated by him to be gossip and rumors so not everything he says can be simply taken as fact.

So it gives a bit of freedom when it comes to interpreting the lore he says, but I think it's best advised to not be simply contrarian and go “nuh uh” to specific pieces of information all because doing so supports otherwise unsupportable speculation.

It is a very interesting idea that adds further nuance to the Pixl Uprising lore, Dimentio, and Tippi, but given how it contradicts what Merlon and Carson say, and there isn’t really anything that would suggest that the body of the Pixl was able to be salvaged, was kept safe and passed down all those years, and just so happen to end up in Merlon’s care and be put to use at the exact right place and time, this idea is ultimately rendered moot outside of AUs.

All this does is apply an in-universe explanation to a “dub-induced plot hole” that literally has no right being there. It's why this contradicts canon because it has no place in canon: it was never meant to be logically explained; it shouldn't be there.

O'Donald is O'Chunks who is Count Bleck Minion or in this case Count Scrooge minion. the kid hero ver. the reason i chose Donald as O’Chunks in the kid hero ver is because of the military aspect of both characters and the Scottish part. and also fun fact, the uniform O’Donald (or McDonald cause o’chunks name in some languages has the mc) wears is referencing navy officer uniform during world war 2 rank is Rear Admiral. the same with Huey and Dewey's uniforms in the kid minion ver as o’chunks, but instead its just regular army uniform during ww2.)

Della in the adult hero ver is Mario, while in the kid hero ver she is Mimi, Count Bleck's minion.

Daisy is Peach in the adult hero ver. the main dress i made her is heavily based on her appearance in KH2, with a bit of Princess Daisy from the mario series, and also her appearance in Donald’s diary for the main dress color scheme and dress type.

Louie and Lena are Dimentio in the adult hero ver, while in the kid hero ver Louie is Luigi/Mr.L 

Louie’s Outfit when hes dimentio is based on one of his early concepts art for dt17 same for Lena.
