OMG Tae did way worse than I expected 💀💀💀
Slow Dancing - #3 on Billboard's Global Excl US. Jimin did #2 because of that Morgan whale
#4 on Billboard's Global 200 this week! - JM #2
BB 200 - Tae - #2 100K album, JM #2 164K.
BB 100 - Jm #1, Tae - #51 💀💀
the way most popular member charted below than Suga is crazy lol. Even Jimin's all hated Bside SMF ate it up so bad (#30 BB). This is answer to his rabid stans than internet popularity doesn't give you a shit irl. First outchart supposedly unpopular rapline before getting Park Jimin's lowest numbers lmao
Before I comment on this I would just like it to be known; I AM NOT A V ANTI!!!!!
This isn't a disclaimer. I am only stating this because of the asks I've go10 shitting on him. I will not be posting those. I don't blame anyone but myself. I know I have allowed people to vent about him here before and I was definitely among the people getting pissed at the JK name dropping but I'm pretty chill these days. So V's antics don't bother me and also there is something about binging all that Layover content continously that just reminds you that V is not the monster people paint him out to be.
If you haven't had the time i recommend this video. It was my favourite and I quite enjoyed it.
youtube
He is funny and honestly I also wanna say adorable 😂😂
Sure, the way he treats those around him could use some adjustment. But those around him seem to love him just fine so who I'm I to be mad at him, you know?
Now that that's out of the way, let's indeed talk numbers. I've said multiple times the 2 most popular members are Jimin and JK. Not V and JK. We've seen this before but sure, let's revisit the topic.
So a friend of mine who quite enjoys keeping tabs on numbers did the following math:
September 9th Streams, Thailand percentage compared to overall Streams:
Seven: 17,6 %
Slow Dancing: 29,6 %
Like Crazy: 8,7 %
So this is the amount of Streams Thailand had for the Maknae line Main Tracks on September 9th, Compared to worldwide Streams.
😁
Maknae Line, Main Track Streams Debut Day. Global vs USA vs Thailand
Debut Streams "Seven":
Global: 15,99 M
USA: 2,064 M (12,9 %)
Thailand: 1,3 M (8,13 %)
*
Debut Streams "Like Crazy":
Global: 6,6 M
USA: 0.997 M (15,1 %)
Thailand: 0,165 M (7,5 %)
*
Debut Streams "Slow Dancing":
Global: 6,14 M
USA: 0,388 M (6,3 %)
Thailand: 0,970 M (15,8 %)
These are the Streams for each Main Track's Debut Day. Global vs US vs Thailand
In conclusion:
-USA and Thailand looooooove JK. BUT Seven is charting in 71 out of 72 (wow) eligble Spotify countries. So it's a bob and a hit globally.
-USA loooooooooves Jimin. Thailand, not so much 😬
-Thailand absolutely looooooves V. USA, not so much.
But we kinda already knew this no? Alot of vermin are in Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines, etc. SouthEastAsian is Taekook domain statistically speaking. But the thing is, its still mostly V they prioritize. SEVEN experienced global success coz JK appears to be a fan favourite everywhere. So that helps him even when the SouthEastAsians decide to mostly support V.
So assuming these calculations are correct, which they should be since they are from Spotify Global, (feel free to go do your own) I really don't understand how it was concluded V is the most popular member. And there is many more countries to choose from, my friend only used Thailand coz its one of the countries that stream the most.
People assuming V is the most popular coz of his followers on IG, Guys, Instagram is only one app. V solos n V biased Armys can convince themselves that he's the most popular but numbers do not lie. Chapter 2 has shown that that, is not the case at all. I mean if you've been on twitter you've seen V hasn't even been able to beat Suga in certain categories and records. Like anon said.
The purpose of my post is not to say V isn't liked. That would be a lie. I'm just saying if anything JK is the most popular BTS member. And that's on fax 💯💯💯💯 with Jimin being a very, very, close second. And I know by saying this I am beating a dead horse atp but if Jimin had go10 the push JK did they would either be head to head or he would have surpassed him. So imagine what a big deal it is, that Jimin is doing so well right now and he didn't even get that huge company support.
US album sales were 3K according to Billboard, thats like 30k singles. China did 800k 😱 Asia loves V. US however, which is where it counts for Billboard, do not. Billboard sabotaged all Asians after Jimin won, which means if JK hadn't go10 radio play he never would have won. So, without radio play, V was never going to get that number 1. Those who aren't dillusional already knew this. So we aren't surprised

random specific dndads hcs that are canon To Me (content warning: brief discussion of mental illness)
carol and darryl’s house is very white + millennial griege with dark flooring, open concept minimalism. carol likes interior design pinterest, and darryl can’t stand clutter. they’ve got one of those portrait gallery walls. (stainless steel fridge house)
mercedes and henry’s house is super maximalist with busy, warm coloured patterns and plants and decor on every surface. it gets dusty sometimes but most of their trinkets are gifts from other people or handmade from a craft market so they refuse to get rid of anything. (coloured vintage fridge house)
glenn lives in an apartment, it’s very undecorated bc renting is Like That, and he’s a big believer in buying impulsive treats and luxuries over any investments. big dvd bookcase. intense stereo system setup is the centerpiece of the place. has a bunch of neon signs taken from bars. (white fridge house)
samantha and ron’s place is generally anti-big light. always natural light or little lamps. dark hardwood. periwinkle walls. has a big sliding door to the backyard that’s always open with the screen closed so bugs don’t get in. lots of bookcases and rugs. (black fridge house)
henry and mercedes will keep EVERY drawing or test and put it on the fridge “to celebrate both victories and opportunities for growth!” and teen sparrow gets really private abt his art and shoves it all behind his bed frame so they can’t hang it.
he also doesn’t draw for a year after getting sent to the realms.
lark sneaks out of the house and wanders the neighbourhood/park/gas station at pretty much any chance. takes a lot of buses to random places. henry used to fight with him abt it but eventually just agrees as long as he sends a check-in text after 5 hours. they still fight abt this.
grant has harm ocd. darryl never gets diagnosed with anything but it’s likely he had religious + contamination ocd. they don’t really talk about this.
glenn has the radio or tv on all the time because the silence freaks him out.
mercedes is really passionate abt all types of craftsmanship. she takes up woodworking and upholstery after she retires.
carol had subtly hinted that she wanted one of those fancy hair heat tools for christmas for 3 years straight before caving and buying them herself.
the first time nick smoked he did it alone on their balcony so glenn wouldn’t see if he coughed.
grant and carol go to comic con together. they both pretend they’re doing it to indulge the other person but they both really enjoy it.
terry is a several-hour-long-video essay fan, any topic. sparrow and grant are into those video game lore deep dives so they send each other links.
nicky’s texts are generally incomprehensible. he thinks emojis are unironically funny.
lark has bad taste in music, like folk punk and midwest emo shit. (folk punk fans know it’s bad. don’t complain. im one of you.)
ron does not know geography. like he just doesn’t know any places.
samantha leaves a place for terry sr. at their holiday dinner table. it helps all three of the stamplers feel better.
morgan got tattoos when she was in her early twenties. in the first timeline she got a few more, and in the second she didn’t. she had her tattoos touched up before moving to hell.
the marlowe’s fence has a really busted section where scary used to practice scoring.
link does all those summer library events. he doesn’t like reading he just likes the vibes.
taylor is highly susceptible to tiktok (or whatever the time period equivalent is?) ads. bought one of those electric pots where the guy cooks in his dorm room and never uses it.
normal will rewatch the same movie a million times. he’s also really into those mediocre shows where they run for like 10 seasons even though all the episodes are the same.
rebecca and sparrow are one of those “don’t go to bed angry” couples. it’s not really working but the unspoken agreement is there.
veronica and terry love going out for brunch. scary sleeps til noon. they leave her waffles in the fridge.
scary wants more piercings but veronica says she has to wait til her other ones heal. scary is not very good at taking care of them. her helix is perpetually infected and she keeps toying with her eyebrow bar.
veronica also keeps warning her that black box dye is a bitch to lift. veronica knows this from personal experience.
link has bad posture but worries about it a lot so he’s always correcting himself.
hermie keeps a ranking of his favourite B:TAS/timmverse shows/episodes. he’s also the guy who has to bring up the fact that it’s animated on black paper backgrounds in every conversation about it.

List 5 favourite shows (in no particular order) and answer questions accordingly.
Tagged by @ailendolin
Red Dwarf
BBC Ghosts
Brooklyn 99
Dick van Dyke Show
Good Omens
Who is your favourite character in 2?
It used to be the Captain, but due to lot of factors, I now consider everyone to be my favourite character, especially as it is an ensemble show and each character bring something unique.
Who is your least favourite character in 1?
Huh. Is it wrong of me to say Kochanski? She worked as Lister's unattainable crush, but second half of season 7 and season 8 are not my favourites.
What's your favourite episode of 4?
It May Look Like a Walnut, hands down. That episode is a classic! I also love The Ghost of A. Chantz, because it really was spooky, especially for a show like that!
What is your favourite season of 5?
Considering that there is only one season (not for much longer, hehe), I'm gonna go with Season 1.
What's your favourite relationship in 3?
Charles and Jake are friendship goals but Gina and Holt are something else!
Who is your anti relationship in 2?
I am not a fan of Patcap and Kitmas.
How long have you watched 1?
I was introduced to Red Dwarf several years ago and while it took me a while to get used to it, it is now one of comfort shows and I watch it when I need something familiar and safe.
How did you become interested in 3?
After watching Parks and Rec, I was intrigued by another show by Mike Schur, watched the pilot, and couldn't stop watching!
Who is your favourite actor in 4?
Bar the main main characters, I love Jerry Paris and Ann Morgan Guilbert as Jerry and Millie. I really missed Jerry as a character when he stepped into the director's chair.
Which show do you prefer 1, 2 or 5?
As if I'm gonna choose! Especially as both 1 and 2 are my comfort TV shows!
Which show have you seen more episodes of 1 or 3?
I've seen ALL the episodes!!
If you could be anyone from 4, who would you be?
I've always loved Sally so much! Yes, she was always on husband hunt, but she was also independent, successful, funny, knowledgeable, and an amazing friend.
How would you kill off your favourite character in 5?
I couldn't kill off any of my favourite characters! And to be fair, most of them are Angels and Demons and therefore immortal!
Would a 3/4 crossover work?
They're in different decades, and I can't really see it, but Boyle would probably be a fan of Dick van Dyke Show.
Pair two characters in 1 that would make an unlikely, but strangely okay couple.
Lister and Rimmer are perhaps the most obvious ones, aren't they? You're the moonlight to my sun.
Overall, which show has the better cast, 3 or 5?
I may go for 5, because David Tennant and Michael Sheen came together for the first time in GO and created pure magic! Plus, Frances McDormand, Miranda Richardson, Michael McKean, Nick Offermam, John Hamm! The talent is endless!

Rules: list eight shows for your followers to get to know you better.
Tagged by @aeide!
1. black sails. OBVIOUSLY. it's got everything. drama, intrigue, ocean gays, lying little wet rat twinks, anti-colonialist uprisings, caribbean history, grimy period-appropriate costumes, heartbreak, monologues, toby "saturday chillin don't fuckin @ me i'm chillin" schmitz calling himself daddy. everybody slays absolute cunt. it is THEEEE most perfect show ever created.
2. parks and recreation. rewatching p&r is an interesting experience because it was such a product of obama-era liberal america and the optimism just oozes out of every scene. also we don't like crisp ratt anymore. but it's also so genuinely funny and heartfelt and comforting! this show had a massive impact on my sense of humor, as well as i think framed failure in such a positive light: every character failed drastically at something over the course of the show, but through caring for each other were able to pick themselves back up and never let their shortcomings define them. i first watched it at a point in my life where i really needed that, so it has always stuck with me.
3. leverage. my comfort show to turn to when living in a post-capitalist hellscape that continues to reward billionaires for their moral bankruptcy while shitting on everybody else gets too depressing (so… like every day). is it campy and unrealistic? yes. do i care? no. sometimes you need escapism via direct action, heist hijinks, and extreme displays of bisexuality. also aldis hodge is one of the most beautiful human beings on planet earth.
4. supernatural. yeah yeah it's the hehe destiel meme show. but it was also tons of fun to watch every week, the worldbuilding started out fantastic (and then got progressively more and more insane), i think it's really the epitome of "really cool ideas with mostly lackluster execution". the bloody mary episode remains one of my favorite episodes of tv ever, and the fandom drama just keeps giving! i also met some of my dearest friends through the fandom, so maybe the real destiel love memes were the friends we made along the way.
5. twin peaks. the only show that made me so insane i went and got a tattoo of it. impeccable vibes, the experience of watching s3 and then memeing about it on reddit with everyone else who were all equally confused is an experience that will never be replicated.
6. love island uk. listen. fucking listen. i don't want this show to be listed here any more than any of you do, i'm sure. absolute bottom of the barrel brain rot that consumes my life and brings my workday to a grinding halt (thank you timezones) for the 2 months that each season is running. i absolutely have nothing good to say about love island uk other than it's sometimes really funny, usually unintentionally. but iain stirling's voice and those stupid neon pillows/beanbags and atrocious cursive font and catchphrases have wormed their way into my brain and nothing short of a complete lobotomy can remove it.
7. how to get away with murder. this wouldn't even be on here if saff and i didn't go on an insane binge of all six seasons last fall. but since we did… here we are. michaela pratt is an icon and has never done anything wrong ever in her life and i will die on this hill.
8. cunk on earth. this is probably recency bias speaking but oh my god i adore this show. it is exactly my brand of humor and i have so much respect for all the experts and miss diane morgan herself for making it through those interviews without breaking, because i would be fighting for my fucking life. this is the show that i will henceforth be recommending like a madwoman to all my friends.
honorable mentions: american vandal, derry girls, naruto, south park, dexter, elementary, orphan black.
i'm tagging: @winedark @seance @assassiyun @thatsouthernanthem @potsticker1234 @ciaramedba @doomcountry @thychesters <3

So this happened last night in the Netherlands.
Another killer whale stranded, very much alive, and after a few hours where the whale had been refloated and subsequently restranded, the decision was made to kill her.
Of course she restranded. It almost always happens, because the whale beached for a reason to begin with. In these cases, putting a whale out at sea is like throwing a downed bird in the air. “Oh, it fell to the ground again. Why?”
Why wasn’t a dolphinarium called? There are two dolphinariums in the Netherlands that could have helped her.
I don’t know exactly what happened on site, perhaps her health was really failing and it was the humane thing to do, but knowing the track record of the anti-zoo organizations, with what happened to Bob and Toa in New Zealand, and the Norwegian calves after Morgan, I don’t trust them at all.
They consider Morgan’s fate an absolute disaster and that death is preferable. Articles and blog posts about this whale are already out there spreading the old lies about Morgan. One that really got my blood boiling, claimed, with no ability to contact them to ask them to correct their mistake, that “a year ago it became clear” (??? She has been there for eleven years?) that “Morgan had to perform tricks for the public in the amusement park”.
Morgan had to perform tricks in the amusement park. Not that, oh, Morgan is healthy and thriving with other killer whales in a conservation park that is one of the best zoos in the whole damn world, is trained with positive reinforcement and loving relationships to perform natural, enriching behaviors in a modern zoological habitat, and that if she were left to just hang around in the back pool, antis would be complaining about that just as much, and it would actually diminish her quality of life.
To be a killer whale today, is to be the only species with the privilege that we have the ability to save you and help you live a long, healthy life, but you have to die because of politics.
Rest in Peace Bob, Toa, Pascuala, Wilma, the other Norwegian calf, and now the Cadzand whale. You all had to die because some people didn’t want you to be saved.

In just a few weeks, NCIS will be going down under for the franchise's first international adventure. After first debuting in Australia, NCIS: Sydney will air on CBS alongside NCIS and NCIS: Hawaii. And while that might seem confusing at first because it's a show about a branch of the U.S. Military, the first thing you need to know about NCIS: Sydney is that it's inspired by a real NCIS office located in Perth, Australia. And it was also created by a real Australian, executive producer Morgan O'Neill.
In an interview with The Messenger, O'Neill offered some teases that should please any fan of the NCIS franchise, as well as any fans of Australia. Here are a few tidbits to help tide you over while you wait for the premiere.
The cases on NCIS: Sydney are based in reality
O'Neill was thrilled to find that NCIS officers "do this all day, every day in Australia," which is to say they partner up with the Australian Federal Police to solve crimes. "What it allowed us to do is to create NCIS's first actual blended family, where you've got American NCIS agents and Australian AFP agents working together, and having to do so really quickly, because crime is not going to stop just because they've got some jurisdictional issues," he explained. "The cases that NCIS is dealing with in the first season of NCIS: Sydney are exactly what these guys do day-to-day and on an increasing basis, as far as I can tell."
Sydney is an important backdrop
While the actual NCIS office is in Perth, the fictional one is in Sydney, where the Australian Navy and American Navy ships dock together in the harbor. "It's one of the few Navy bases in the world where their fleet command is in their central business district," O'Neill explained. "So when anything happens...you're in the middle of town. You're in the world's biggest harbor on the world's biggest island. So they're really busy guys, as you can imagine."
The city gets to show off
O'Neill says we will "100 percent" get to see all the classic Sydney sights, like the opera house and the famous Harbour Bridge, partly because it's impossible not to. "Like, if you stick a camera on a boat in the middle of Sydney Harbor, and you just go 360 [degrees], you're going to see massive limestone and sandstone cliffs, you're going to see the opera house, you're going to see Lunar Park...I'm biased, but it's one of the world's most beautiful cities, so it's impossible not to show that."
That said, O'Neill also promised there would be "a different version" of Sydney portrayed in the series that might be a treat for locals. "We really spent a long time looking for locations and trying to find stories that angled into Sydney in a way that was unexpected, that was genuinely authentic, that reflected the real diversity of Sydney, because Sydney is a crazy multicultural city."
There will be dangerous animals
"The truth of the matter is when Americans think of Australia...I guarantee top 10 is the dangerous critters down there, a lot of them, in land and sea," O'Neill explained. "And that's a reality, that's not a fabrication. Lots of things that will bite you and hurt you, so we wanted to play into that idea, without making it Crocodile Dundee."
But it's still 'NCIS' at heart
When it came to joining Australian and American culture, O'Neill was thinking of the Australian term "larrikin," which he described as "a kind of cheeky roguish, anti-authoritarian strain that Australians tend to have." He wanted to figure out how to translate that feeling for international viewers, but then when he sat down to watch a whole bunch of episodes of NCIS, he discovered he might not need to.
"I realized that kind of larrikin, anti-authoritarian, kind of scrappy underdog quality is actually NCIS," he said. "I mean, that's what they are. They're the under-resourced, poor cousins. They're the smallest of the 17 military intelligence agencies, and that's Australia, that sense of 'do more with less,' can-do attitude. NCIS is a perfect fit for Sydney."

⚠️ Want all to be aware there is more to GA Family, née GAC, than G-rated Christmas movies. Though I’m including dates and details here in the spirit of being a completist, worth noting the funding and founding of this channel, which comes from the Donald Trump-aligned Hicks Equity Group, brings with it an explicit anti-diversity agenda, hiding under guise of harmless sounding words like “family-friendly” and “safe” programming. More detailed explanation here (bottom of page), and additional more recent thoughts, for those who want it. And if you’re looking for outside sources on GAF’s political affiliations and lack of inclusion, see these stories from The Daily Beast, Vulture, the L.A. Times and Bloomberg.

I don’t know what is compelling me to ask, but I badly want to know about your OCs!
Well of course you do :)
Problem is, I have over 600 OCs! It would be so incredibly hard for me to infodump about all 600 of them! In a manner that would be post-able on Tumblr!
SO under the break I'll give a quick breakdown of the... main stories/universes I have ^_^
You can also find my Toyhouse here! Folders are named and organized pretty thoroughly.
Tales of Astreus: Sci-fi, set in a near future of Earth. A small government has an empire that spans solar systems, and sentient species all over the galaxy fight back.
Main: Alex Cooper, a pilot to the Aegis Council, gets a small crew (Fuyuko, Valérie Blais) to complete a confidential mission. Months in, they get stopped by members of an Anti-Aegis organization (Kai Morgan, Knim) and have to work together as their ideals change. Space opera with a heist sub-plot.
Nekusasu: Worldbuilding side story, expanding upon the Nexus androids and the Nekusasu corporation.
Clicks: Worldbuilding side story, expanding upon the Clicks, an insect-like species with strict social roles.
Ma'atsul: Three young adults with powers relating to the elements have to stop a god killer who may be the fourth, lost member of their group. Late medieval fantasy (Alamiel, The Arsonist, Samira, Star, as well as 12 gods).
Kamaria: Fuga, heir to a small clan, and Ayda, princess of the kingdom of Kamaria, have to defeat an existential threat. Fantasy, most recent and with the most development needed.
H(A)UNTING: Contemporary fantasy/supernatural/horror. A company, highly secretive, classifies Unnatural events under 10 (eventually, 11) different Marks: the Collective, the Confinement, the Crawl, the Deep, the Mimic, the Ruin, the Sickness, the Solitary, the Tempest, the Viscera, (The Watcher).
Pyre Point: Main story. A scientist (Faux) uncovers secrets to Unnatural biology and the Midnight corporation has internal disputes. (Ellen Ward, Elliot Philips, and many more)
The End: Two Watchers (Wormwood and Andromalius) have to stop the End of Everything before it happens. (Featuring the Horsemen of the Apocalypse)
Rotting Heartz: An Unnatural band and an alternate future to The End story, with a post-apocalyptic setting.
Fortuna: There's no way I can explain it in words. Image attached. (Fortune/Sachiel, Abel Wilbert, Elias Henderson, and Smiley)
Tumblr media
Deadly Sins: Set in a version of Hell, the Seven Deadly Sins personified have intertwined stories.
Alexandra: Moving for college, she encounters a family of vampires.
Sappho: Vampire from the early medieval age with a story spanning up to today.
My Property Isn't Normal: Based on the Reddit story of the same name.
Cowboys: Chris Sloan and Violet Noble butt heads in the american west while they try to uncover a mystery around the slaughter of the herd.
The Ocean: A pirate and a mermaid have a fateful meeting.
Animatronics: Less of a set world, and more of a collection of stories featuring animatronics.
Mythos' Diner: A story of familial tragedy and a continuing cycle of abuse, explored mostly through in-universe media and public reception, spanning 20+ years. An animatronic restaurant (similar to Chuck E. Cheese) themed around greek mythology. Lester Drakos, Harvey Lobos, Zero, and Aperes and the Muses.
Canidae: Originally a theme park in the 80s/90s, the characters were adapted into a cartoon in the early 2000s.
Feliforma: Competitor to Canidae Park, based on feliforms rather than canids.
Starlight: Contemporary fantasy. Maybe that's a strong descriptor... superheroes is more appropriate. Genetic mutations allow 10% of the population to have superpowers, and there are strict rules and regulations around who can become a superhero or supervillain.
Main: Kiran and Sasha are super rivals and romantically involved. A story about abuse and growth.
Epilogue: Post-main story, following high school aged supers and Kiran and Sasha's child.
Magical Girls: Not much in terms of names or character arcs, but magical girls who have to fight 7 Heavenly Virtues.
Many more miscellaneous supers...
Slasher: Again, less of a set world, and more a collection of different stories.
Shame: A group of college students find their deepest secrets and shames exposed by a ruthless killer.
Waterpark: Young adults spend their night in a closed waterpark, whilst being stalked by something.
Sunset Harbor, joint project with @/hellish-bone-monarch: A serial killer, infamous throughout the town, has a specific calling card. Copycat kills have been popping up recently, with people fearing of a twisted fanclub. College students are investigated regarding their alleged involvement.
Hound & Deer, also a join project with @/hellish-bone-monarch: Two slashers who are so so so sickly sweetly in love.
Garden of Eden: A retelling of the story through blogs and news sites.
Holmes: Retelling of Sherlock Holmes with contemporary characters.
Horror Game: No title as of yet, but two protagonists of different horror game genres are stuck together.
Space Rock Opera: No title as well, but a conceptual concert/stage play (think Halyx) that features space opera-type characters.
And MANY MANY MANY more miscellaneous characters without a specific story.

Dirty Laundry 04 - 27 November 2022 hosted by KEIV, Athens with Hyperlink Athens, ThunderCage, mcg21xoxo, BSMNT, Underground Flower, Galerie A.M.180, Harlesden High Street, SUB, PLAGUE, KEIV. *You Win White People, Saapo’s Gaaahn* is a site specific installation in High Street Harlesden, near St Mary’s road in an abandoned Saapo’s caribbean takeaway. The takeaway was the most generous joint on the street. One time, a customer bought a patty and the cashier took it, tapped it on the marble worktop and it wouldn’t crumble ‘I can’t serve you this, as I wouldn’t eat it’. A store with ethics lost to rapid gentrification happening across the city of London. Three artists, Joe Cool, Andre Morgan and Amanda Ali, with only one residing in Harlesden have taken up residence in the space to express their thoughts of the death of a young black owned business outpriced by a greedy landlord who’s only raised the rent for the place to be rented by a sellout estate agent named ‘Victoria’. Reactions to how useless the police are in the neighbourhood, Los Angeles gang related graffiti and anti-gentrification imprints exist on the wall, marking it’s territory, you may have bought the joint but our colourful presence will always haunt it. All the works were made with spray paint and ink markers 1. Joe Cool 2pac on the blue side circa 1994 Airbrush and pro markers on glass 2. ACAB Grafitti compilation, 2022 Spray paint, pro markers and pig's blood 3. Joe Cool Nutty Loc vs the filth, 2002 Ink Marker (shown at Dirty Laundry with various video works by the 3 artists) 4. Joe Cool Memories of ICG, 2022 Ink Marker 5. Joe Cool Black Starbucks, 2022 6. Andre Morgan You may have bought the joint, but our colorful presence will always haunt it, Long Live Freddie 2022 7. DJ Pooh Deadly Threat - Nowhere to Hide (Unreleased Remix), 1996 8. Saapo's interiors 9. RIP Leah 10. Saapo's as we remember it on Craven Park/High Street, Harlesden *You Win White People, Saapo’s Gaaahn* curated by Harlesden High Street and its peoples Dirty Laundry is curated by Torre Alain, Gözde Filinta and Marian Luft.
