time for a newer intro!

Hello humans and Pokemon! I'm HVR-02 but I preferred to be called Apiary! I reside over at Floraroma town at a local beekeeping community. I love bug types and caring for such, but I prefer to tend to Combee the most! heres my team i care with/for:

Platina the Vespiquen: ace and partner Pokemon, bold nature, very protective of her own old hive and others she holds dear, and is much larger than your normal species.

Violin the lunatris: shiny Pokemon, brave nature, was saved and adopted by yours truly from an abusive trainer! likes to help me with cutting things.

Battery the Charjabug: was found hatched in the apiary a while ago, timid nature, is loved by everyone despite the skittishness of them!

Char the Roserade: hasty nature, helps with the apiary and voluntarily joined the team! he has canary yellow and red roses and has a beekeeper suit thanks to the person known as Roise!

Thistle the Mothim: lax nature, like to hog honey like a hoarder. and is mostly one braincelled!

Hephaistos the white dwarf volcrona: Quirky Nature, Hepa is somewhat reserved, but tries his best make friends! He doesn’t find it easy to connect with others, but he will not be discouraged and tries to adapt to those around him! best friends with Battery, and plays with a toy furnace!

Elizabeth the female Combee: soon to beehouse hive queen, currently has at least 10 workers with her at my house

ITS POKEMON TRAINER AU PART THREE TIME!!!!

But it’s very overdue. I did all of this after I beat Dual Destinies which was 2 months ago and it’s been sitting in my drafts since. Scarlet and Violet being announce awakened something in me to continue writing about it >:D

Athena has a mega Ampharos, and Widget is possessed/powered by a Rotom she owns. I’ve also decided to give her a Raichu because I think she’d be a mono-electric user and so when her Raichu gets stressed from its overwhelming electric power she helps it calm down (totally not because I love Athena and Raichu,,, so I put them together)

Simon has a Pangoro for obvious reasons, he’s panda shaped :). He also has a Samurott and Taka is a mega Pidgeot (I wanted him to be a Staraptor but hhh I promised I’d stick to all main lawyers having a mega)

FULBRIGHT HAS BIG BOLTUND ENERGY. END OF STORY. He also has a Mimikyu because uh um uh ;0;

Juniper has a Sunflora as an obvious nod to her sunflower, as well as a Levanny that helps her to make clothes and a Furret

Robin has a Cinderace and a Shuckle (don’t worry she’s not gonna smash the Shuckle-)

Hugh has a Gurrdurr (literally my least favourite Pokémon hhhh) and a Noctowl

Clay had a blue Minior,,, had *sobs*

Aura has a Porygon-Z and a Magnezone. Ponco and Clonco are possessed by Rotoms, so I guess she owns those as well.

I was unsure whether I should give Godot a Clefairy that died and became a Gengar in the last post but I’ve decided it’s canon in this au now. Let the man have a cute pink fairy

Klavier’s team now includes a Roserade, along with Toxtricity and Houndoom. I also never really gave Kristoph much of a team so along with the shiny Houndoom he also has a Braviary

I’m still sticking with the whole ‘mega evolution is canon’ thing and I didn’t give the Von Karma’s mega’s. Franziska has a mega Gardevoir and Manfred has a mega Gyarados

Also I’ve seen a lot of artists giving Phoenix a Luxray because they have similar hair and man I am weak. I love Luxray, let the man have a big cat

I wanna give Apollo a dragon type, because I THINK he has some kind of relation to them in Spirit of Justice???? I haven’t played it much yet. I don’t know what though. Maybe Jangmo-o because I associate Apollo with fighting type (and Kommo-o my beloved)?? Or a Noibat because they screm??? Idk help

I’ll leave it there for now and I’ll update this whenever I finish Spirit Of Justice (and if I end up playing either aai or tgaa)

Actual Pokémon story that I made: it starts with a Snivy and a Zorua who were childhood friends but grew apart as they grew older. The now Zoroark is blamed for a bunch of crimes that he didn’t commit by the queen (who was his former best friend and has fully evolved into a Serperior.)

So he uses his illusion ability to disguise himself as a Lombre and move to a faraway village of rebels who are trying to keep hidden from queen Serperior and her army. The rebellion is lead by a Levanny who used to serve the queen but when she was forced to execute her partner Sylveon. She had a plan involving the two of them faking their deaths and going into hiding.

The other important characters in the story are a Mawile who was a maid that once worked for queen Serperior but ran away because she couldn’t handle the abuse and mistreatment that she had to deal with. An Ambipom who runs a market place and is great friends with Mawile. A young totodile girl who wakes up in the middle of the woods with amnesia. A shy Phantump who is close to the totodile girl due to the fact that none of them remember where they came from.

A shiny Delphox who hides her emotions in order to deal with the grief of watching her younger brother get killed when she was only a child. A Roserade who is working under the queen as an assassin because she ended up finding her and putting her under her wing and trained her in combat so that one day she might be able to avenge the death of her best friend Slowking. Unaware that she is being groomed and that queen Serperior was the one who killed them. And a Toxicroak a loyal servant of queen Serperior who is possibly responsible for most of the abuse that Mawile had to deal with.

Just sum Unova protags/characters headcannons for you because I have been ia lately and I want to come back with more things soon.

Also sum more cheren/Lear headcannons because I have actually become attached to this ship.

So when Cheren takes Lear back to Unova for the first time the first person he meets is Fennel (Cherens elder sister) and she takes Lear under her wing like she has done with many pokèmon.

She gets Lear into training Psychic type pokèmon and gifts him a shiny Ralts she found because she knows he’ll take good care of it.

Iris and Cilian are extremely close, both of them have this extremely strong bond and you can see it in battle.

Iris does like double battles but prefers being allowed to show off in single battles, whilst cilan is the opposite and they bicker over it sometimes.

Iris’s Haxourus really loves Cilian’s Levanny.

Iris gifts Cilan a deino for his 20th birthday and together the raise it. They call her Shen, and she becomes one of Iris’s and Cilan’s main pokèmon.

Alph

Not the most flattering image for him but hey, blue hair and scientist...i guess it’s him with glasses...and less pudgy. I see Alph as pudgy.

Went mostly with electric and steel types, with Leavanny being a Pikmin representative. His Voltorb would also be a Pikmin rep of sorts, with it being a Hisuian one. No known aces, but his steel types and electric types do help him on his inventing jobs.

Ana

To be completely honest, I can’t quite pin her team down to just 6 because girl would befriend any hecking mon that comes her way, AND SHE CAN DO IT.

But basically Don is her ace shiny fletchling, while the three after that being other creechers that she canonically knows (dog, turtle, monkey). Then we got Teddiursa because oops, @honey-and-berries-pmd, and my inner running joke that she brought a real ass bear to kindy. And then Latias is her PokeBall counterpart from Smash. The whole swooshy across screen thing.

??? (Blue Eight)

There isn’t much known about this clone of the Dragon Quest 8 protagonist, and heck, he got no distinguishing name to himself! But his “munchie” is just a regular o’ Pigrat. Half of the team are mons who are summoned from PokeBalls in Smash. But Sliggoo and Heracross are a mystery...

Cooking Mama

Retired champion/Elite 4 member! She’s of course like, well past her 30s (as I keep thinking she is), but she has no ace as all her mons are well loved and help out in her cooking and crafting! It’s rumored her starter is Rotom, who was haunting her appliances. Oh, did we mention she didn’t start her trainerhood as a kid?

Generally went with mons who would help her in the kitchen, though Levanny is a good nod towards her maternal nature and knack of nature. Rotom usually sticks in fridge form to help store any ingredients she finds and any she needs during her travels.

Eight

Haven’t played him or half of these muses for a long time. But basically the first half of his team are for lore reasons, while the other half is related to the spells he brought to smash (electric, fire/sizzle, blizzard...wow he really didn’t learn most of the spells he has for smash. .x.

Icon is because bandanna. Love the layout!

Firefly

She has no official art but she is red haired not black haired. Only used this icon cuz the outfit. It’s a pinky red. And admittedly went with a heavy on fighting type side, and that includes the Lilligant, which is the Hisuian form.

Ace is Pignite, based off of Chinese aesthetics, HEAT FU, and just being a fighting type. He’s also her starter! Lombre will stay Lombre forever, because no water stone and he feels too lax to evolve. Based off of the lil kappa who tosses the ball in Kung Fu Ball.

Honoka Kawai

One word, BUNNIES. She has pretty much every bunny based mon (that isn’t a legendary...I’m suspicious of you Victini), plus a shiny Bunnelby she just hatched. Her ace IS Loppuny, but she has a soft spot for her Diggersby. Also Cinccino and Wigglytuff are there for long ears (sort of bunny-eqsue) and soft soft fur. ...tbh all her mons have really luxurious fur due to great care.

The only mons in her roster who are (directly) related to each other are the Diggersby and the shiny Bunnelby. They all probably have really cutesy names. Also like...most of my muses would nickname their mons, just a fyi.

Keiko

Braids and white sweater, using her for Keiko. Her mons are generally those who are classified as white or just have smiley faces, and they will all be able to kick your arses in both battle and sports. ESPECIALLY SPORTS. Aces are Ambipom and Chatot.

Momo Taro

This buff guy got a balanced team of sorts. Three of them are absolutely based on the monkey, dog, and pheasant most Momotaros get. And the other half are mons who got sharp things...like swords...Starter is Samurott! But like his trainer, they’re really goofballs once you get past the buff exterior.

The younger, meeker, yet sort of serious Momotaro! This is primarily based off that Pokemon AU I had for a long time, where his starters are Horsea and Klefki. Like the Momotaro above, definitely have a dog, monkey, pheasant thing going on, with Lurantis reflecting the boy’s peachy planty cutty nature. Team has really childish sounding nicknames despite the boy’s attempts at sternness.

Side note, Kingra and Lycanroc would be in their basic, unevolved forms for the longest time...and Tranquill was not a Pidove for long. But damn, Momotaro befriends tons of mons and doesn’t use Poke Balls for ‘em.

Red (Riding Hood)

Deceptively cute mons, including several canid buddies! To be honest, she’s a bit scared of her Lycanroc, but that’s what happens when you venture out with your Rockruff at night and she wanted to protect you from another, particularly infamous wolf. Corsola is nothing to sneeze at, as her icicle spears and power gems blast off quite rapidly...

To be honest, this may be mostly surface level, wiki based stuff: purple mons, and mons who are normal...and the mons who are are a bit...eccentric to say the least. Look, two mons who have ghosty elements! Thanks Billy!

Also I wish the Pokemon universe had more dark skinned people! >:T Glad it’s been being fixed in the newer games but...alas the limits of le card maker and older Pokemon games.

Itchy: Jolteon. Fast. Yellow. Probably also annoying. It chews on Die’s stuff specifically. It’s almost like Itchy trained it to be annoying.

Doze: Koamala. They are asleep forever.

Trace: Sharpedo You know why

Clover: Swoobat-it has a little heart nose and are considered a lucky pokemon. That and he’d probably have a shiny one.

Fin: Also Sharpedo. You know why.

Die: Banette-please it’s the Grudge Pokemon, the Doll Pokemon, the ‘I will lay a curse on you and all your family for being mean to me’ pokemon, the pokemon who just wants to be loved again-It’s perfect for Die.

Crowbar: Lucario. The ‘VIBE CHECK’ pokemon. Obviously a good leader pokemon for the leader himself.

Snowman: Frosslass. Cold, Classy and beautiful-just like her.

Stitch: Levanny. Cause it’s the tailor pokemon who makes clothes.

Sawsbuck: Bonsly. He’s the only one who knows how to take care of it properly

Matchsticks: Wartotle. He would have a fire type-but water type was in better interest since he catches on fire so much.

Eggs: Excutor. He never evolves it, he wants it to be eggs forever. Nobody has the heart to tell him they’re actually seeds.

Biscuits: A big ol’ fat Appletun. It....doesn’t do much. He has a very ‘it’s okay rocky you can go when you’re ready’ relationship with it.

Quarters: Skitty. Don’t ask questions you’re not ready for answers for. It reminds him of Clover. It’s very spoiled.

Cans:Exploude. Big. Loud. Punch.

BONUS:

Problem Sleuth: Gumshoos. Hard Boiled Justice all the way baby

Pickle Inspector: I’m torn between giving him a Wimpod or an Alakazam

Ace Dick: Snorlax, thick and strong just like him.

Hysterical Dame: Smoochum; a cute pokemon for a cute lady

Nervous Broad: Delcatty-truely a classy lady deserves a classy pokemon.

Persona 4 Pokemon Trainer Cards! (based on my headcanon(s) lol)

After being into P4 for over 10 years at this point I cannot believe I hadn’t “officially” made my headcanon Pokemon team lists for these guys. I always kinda kept a mental list of which Pokemon they’d have BUT I finally made graphics for them! Pls enjoy.

Some of the choices are a weird combination of canon happenings, canon/fanon jokes and personal association. Questions/Comments on the choices are actually ENCOURAGED pls i want to talk abt them.

Credits: Character sprites, text, and stripey background thing belong to Atlus. Pokemon sprites belong to Pokemon Inc.
