Since we had 5 apples I figured I'd make an apple tart to use some of them. The recipe called for 3 apples so if you guessed that I used 3 apples you would be wrong.
I used 3 apples for the recipe.
I also used 1 apple with the intention for the recipe before I realized I forgot to peel it so now it's my snack.
And the final 1 apple was going to be used for the recipe, however it slipped out of my hand while peeling it and danced across the kitchen floor 😔

When I was little, I loved the commercial for the Betty Crocker Bake ’n Fill pan. I couldn’t find the original pan for under $100, but I found a set of four mini ones for a great price and tonight I made my first little dome cakes, filled with strawberries and iced with chocolate frosting 😋

I succeeded ! I made proper croissant dough! And I made cruffins with chocolate mint filling
the big roll was some leftover dough from cutting it into the proper shape for the cruffins I rolled up.
Do you see how flaky it is? 3 hours of work all worth it!
