What to think about while doing the exercises and which exercises to do.
Back in the day i thought it was really hard to make them grow. The thing with the shoulders is that they usually can do more work than you might think. You will fatigue really quick but can often keep going after just a quick break.
So i thought that i would share some exercises and also talk about how to not injury them while working them.
