Brochel for the ship bingo
First off I'm kinda new to Ship Bingo's so it's probably not that good.
Second off I hope this is what you asked for and if it's not I hope you enjoy it.

Been rewatching Heartbreak High to prepare for season 2 and, while I love the show as a whole, I have to say the Ca$h/Darren storyline might just be one of my favorite queer stories ever. I'm so excited to see what they do with these characters next.

One that didn't stick in canon I'm just curious to ask about: Rachel & Brody.
I mean they were kinda whatever overall, it was hard to take him seriously as a love interest, but I just…hate the way they wrote him off. Someone in that writers’ room had a personal vendetta against sex workers, it was so fucking gross.
send me a ship and I'll give you my (brutally) honest opinion on

18﹕ sender comes to receiver after being injured . ( rachel to brody / maybe after a dancing accident? )
Brody let out a breath. He had heard through the grapevine that something had happened during the freshmen dance class. He had tried to figure out exactly what had happened but so far he didn’t know because every single thing he heard was different from each other. He pushed the door to his dorm open, and dropped his things on the bed before he grabbed his workout gear, a quick change and then he would head out for a run. After that he could try and contact Rachel and ask what had happened, or if she knew what had happened. It wasn’t the first time someone had gotten hurt during the dance class.
He had changed his clothes and were just about to head out the door when he was met with Rachel standing on the other side, and from what it looked like an ice pack. It seemed like she had been the one injured during the dance class. “Hey,” he began, “are you okay?” his voice soft and he took a step to the side, “why don’t you come in and tell me what happened.” A small smile played over his lips, “and get some rest before I help you back to the loft.”

So I’m rewatching Glee and this time around I keep thinking about how this show is so built around 2010s shipping culture. Like it’s such a big ensemble cast, they regularly use their own ship names in the show and there’s just a seemingly bottomless pit of character ships to latch onto and then i was like wait let’s do the math,,
*pushing my glasses up on my nose*
so over the course of 6 seasons there are approximately 24 different members of the New Directions. I counted quickly from a list on wiki and tried to only count actual recurring members of the New Directions for simplicity so the actual number of ship-able characters is higher but let’s stick with 24 for easy math.
i had to google this formula bc i forgor but we can use it to determine how many unique ways you can create n pairs from a set of 2n items.
So with 24 glee members, we can plug n=12 into the formula and we learn….
There are 316234143225 potential ships in Glee.
316 BILLION
We can get into the nuances of how not all the characters would have overlapped or been viable ships but there are no real rules for shipping so I find this irrelevant.
Also this doesn’t even take into account all the ships outside of the 24 glee members like Will and Emma’s various love interests, Sue’s love interests, Rachel x Brody, Kurt x Karofsky, Burt x Carol, Mercedes x The football guy whose name I don’t remember rn, etc.
They took typical shipping tropes like love triangles and turned them up to 11 like it wasn’t just Team Quinn versus Team Rachel it was Finn x Rachel vs Finn x Quinn vs Rachel x Jesse vs Quinn x Sam vs Sam x Mercedes asfdjskkdkd the writers made like 3 cannon ships per character. I cannot think of another show with more shipping potential.
