Wednesday moods, Wednesday moves. After working out on Monday, and going for a walk on Tuesday, I knew I had to do something today. I could feel how much my mood shifted, how good it felt to move around, how much better I felt overall. I couldn't let Wednesday go without getting something in. I started training in ballet when I was 80 lbs heavier. Dance training led me to the gym, where I started to lose weight. The gym led me to yoga - where I really learned what my whole being needs and how to manage injuries. Now, yoga has led me back to the gym stronger and inspired.
