people are noticing my drawings and I don't know how to feel about it
So, I'm just eating my pretzel during a break and I hear people behind me talking about an axolotl (i just finished drawing an axolotl and the page is still in front of me) so I got suspicious, but really, it could have been a coincidence - but then they said something about whether they all saw the star wars helmets yesterday. I drew the bad batch helmets yesterday.

"Before he was Arthur's manservant, before he was Emrys, before his name was cemented throughout all of history and burdened with the fate of magic, he was his mama's boy, and he always will be."
A scene coming up much further down the line for An Arranged Marriage, but I always wondered about Hunith's relationship with Merlin in the later seasons. I mean, for all that he is, great and powerful, his interactions with her showed that he deeply loved his mom. Why we didn't see more of her just doesn't make any sense to me.
I would imagine she would eventually learn about the dangerous perils her son would go through, and while she would never stop him from doing such things, she would always be so relieved upon seeing him. Even if she knows that Merlin is one tough cookie to kill, it's her job as his mom to be worried. She would cling to him every chance she could, because never knew if it would be the last time she'd ever have the chance.
I see it that he's a bit surprised in this picture, that his mom is hugging him for the first time in such a long time, so this is the moment before he hugged her back.

Did I need it? No.
Did I buy it? I need to support my local toy store somehow, right?!

I just watched In The Mouth of Madness. My brain feels like a playdough sculpture of castle gray skull. Like someone went at my skull with a chisel and just split it open. What the fuck did I watch, and why do I have the overwhelming urge to watch it again?

Fanart Sygna Suit Brie
Well, I think it ended well in the end, for a moment I didn't hesitate but I liked how it turned out.
I hope you like it.

talking to preschoolers is awesome bc they have not fully differentiated stories into 'true stories' and 'imaginary stories' yet so you will tell them about something that happened you once (coyote came out of a bush right in front of you and got startled) and they will tell you about how one time their house was full of coyotes in every room 'including five in the garage' and they're not even like, aware i think of the idea that they are technically 'lying'. they are simply telling stories about coyotes bc its time to tell stories about coyotes.
