Me and my friends Miraculous ocs Denise Bustier (@isa-ozaki), Corinne Archambeau and Anais Agreste (mine).

I've been meaning to write fic with them. It will follow their lives and adventures in Paris, in a civillian point of view while all the superhero and akuma mess happens. They also study with the main characters and are able to have an outside view of them (and do a little gossip comenting on their lives haha). So follow for more info and when I start posting the fic.

A bit about the characters:

Anais' dad is Gabriel's brother, Antoine. Her parents' jobs weren't fixed in one location, so they would travel a lot. She moved schools many times, but instead of becoming shy and timid, that actually made her develop good social skills and be fast at making friends. Those friendships, though, are not very strong or deep. Recently, her parents got a job offer that would require them to move more often. In order to maintain the quality of her studies, they decided to leave her in Paris, living with her uncle and cousin (so in this au, Adrien ends up being a little less lonely). Anais wears some of Gabriel's designs (she bought her shirt oversized on purpose, that's not the original design). She looks up to her uncle in a professional way since she wants to become a successful businesswoman one day, she's very ambitious.

Denise is the daughter of Miss Bustier (Marinette’s class teacher) but she is not on their class as she is older than the main characters. She has a cool and chill personality (she would probably get along well with luka) and a tomboyish style that makes the younger kids look up to her. Or maybe they just think she looks cool because of her height and fake ear piercings. Under the influence of her mother, she is very into literature and poetry and aces all the humanities sciences classes (she’s the teacher’s pet lol). Some other random facts about her are that she likes dogs better than cats and is learning how to play the drums, which is a very fitting instrument for her because, let’s face it, is there any instrument cooler than drums? Nah, don’t think so.

Corinne is an ambicious and proud girl. Despite being quite sociable, she rarely iniciates interactions with other due to her focus on her passions and hobbies. She's sincere and believes in following her own wills and desires but would never demean someone in the process, "If I failed it only means I need to train more!". Since she's quite shameless and stubborn regarding her beliefs, she can sometimes cross the line. Her biggest hobbie is to admire all beautiful things.

Like and reblog to give me motivation to write the fic haha. I'll be posting updates here. The story doesn't have a name yet so I'll be calling it "Adrien's Cousin AU" for now.

Greetings pile 1, the classy crew with the rider Waite deck. let's get into it. I'm getting whoever this was misused you when they had you. I heard the line from Jackson 5 I want you back. when I had you to myself i didn't want you around, those pretty faces always made you stand out in the crowd". With this group I'm feeling like what made you different to this person was that you had it going on. you had a lot going for yourself. and you didn't share that with just anyone. your riches. your glory. whether it was your body, money, time, energy. whatever the case was...you were selective in who you gave to. you are an attractive energy and human pile 1. and you know it too. 😜 confident. I'm getting the energy of I have a lot going for me, and I'm not going to just be out in these streets. my money is good, I look good, I feel good. It took a lot for you to get there and so you won't share that with anyone & everyone. and then....you gave it to this person and decided to act a fool, right? lol isn't it always like that. this person saw you as being able to take care of yourself, even when it was a lot. im getting heavily that some of yall have family members or siblings (big on the siblings) that you take care of. you are the parental figure to them. you had a lot of responsibilities, and yet you were still like a breathe of fresh air. you still knew how to smile. mature. you always smiled in the mist of sadness. and you meant it too, like it wasn't just a mask. it was like "I still have something to smile about in life. my flowers still grow. there's happiness all around me." you still knew how to give to this person. managing the connection even with your own stuff going on. and they admired that about you. when things got tough you remained calm. never too out of control. you handled each situation how it came and for what it was. although you told this person about your life, you NEVER made it burdensome to them. like that's my life, but we are separate from that. and this person was acting stupid. I see a few of yall into the occult too. and that definitely makes you different, doesnt it lol. but you don't mind it and didn't hide it because it's who you are. when you saw there was sneaky behavior going on, you left. you used your intuition to guide you. and now, this person does have a lot to give and will give it but if I screw them over they will bounce out. you are not the one to do an unfair relationship. I'm seeing this person got caught cheating on their phone. like you saw some hidden text messages. I also heard "nude" like nude photos you found. this person was doing too much. and you were like no it's not fair. and it was like they didn't care. they were only sorry they got caught. they see you are strong, know who you are, know your worth, and you won't bow down to anyone. and that's on purrrr! it hurts you, but you know your special and you are a gift to somebody out there. so if you have to leave, then bye. you'll see why I'm special later on. and this hurts but you know how to keep pushing forward. and your person is just like, omg how are they doing this, how are they still okay!? pile 1, your energy is so beautiful 😍. its very tranquil. and im not saying that you never get upset or anything like that but there is a peace about you. like it didn't work out. okay, cool. I'll just keep working on my life, taking care of me and mine. and best of luck to them, ya know? I see you did love them, like them a lot. but that's the way the cookie crumbles. and tbh, pile 1 I feel you'll be better off without this person anyway. like you'll be happier being a lone, find somebody else, or just keep taking care of business. so many blessings to you all, you deserve wonderful things. ❤

PILE 2 🥠🥠🥠

Hi pile 2, so while I was shuffling I heard likeable. so your very easygoing and charming im getting. this pile is nurturing, motherly. I get the energy of "ill lick your wounds for you so you don't have to". Ouuuu a healer. I see. (make sure that people don't try to get over on you, because they will try it)! You are a kind person. I'm getting friendly to everyone around. This pile is let's make love, not war. You don't like to agrue much. This person could have been a fireball and you just put their fire ALLLL the way out lol. I feel like some of yall worked with this person or around them. and there would be competition around you, and they would try so hard to get your persons attention. like look at me!! trying real hard. and then there you were like " I'm just here, doing me". you weren't trying to stand out. and they looked right at your ass too. 😂😂 Pile 2, you are almost too loving for your own good, aren't cha. 🥰 you love life. you showed this person a different way of living, like just go with the flow. but you weren't reckless. if you did go out or drink. I'm feeling like a festival or winery type. you showed this person that life is fun. you are a true free spirit. you don't let a lot of life's qualms bother you. this group is very natural. humanitarian. I heard the word garden. this pile is the type that give to the less fortunate. I'm seeing a person on the street and like you'll give them money, food, or whatever it is with no second thought. very "here you are. be blessed". and this person was in awe of that type of generosity. because this world doesn't have people like that. you weren't doing it for attention. you are a G-I-V-E-R. Tbh, with this pile I'm really feeling like you have a gift to help people, but I'm not sure that you even know that yet. you think that's just how you are. but i see you really doing things with the community. know your purpose you all, because its so important. you are balanced. Pile 3, whatsup!? How are yall feeling? So right off. This is more about your mindset pile 3. your intellect. this person valued your decision making. you moved very carefully when it came to other people. they would come to you and ask about somebody. and you could look and examine and tell if that person was okay or had some type of ill intent. umm....intuitive much? you are a very wise person. you listen a lot to your gut, even if you have to sleep on it. your going to go with what you feel. you knew how to get work done but you still made time for the connection too. I'm getting that some of you have an important job or school that takes up time BUT you knew when to be silly and take breaks too. I'm feeling like you and this person had really goody times together. snapchat filters and silly faces 🤪😂. you are a very determined person. when things get hard or you fail. you never stop trying until you succeed. but you pace yourself, never tire yourself out. sheer determination from yall. love it. there's a lot of power in that. this group loves gathering information. reading. tv. listening. however you gained it, you shared it with your person and other people. a teacher. you actually made this person become better when you spoke to them. it challenged them. you also had a quirkiness about you. I'm getting you had hidden talents about yourself that were really random 😂. but your person loved it. you all pulled the empathy card. it reads: I am open to seeing both sides of the situation. again yall, you really know how to read people. use this to your advantage and get in touch with yourself. life update

it’s been a YEAR since i’ve checked tumblr. every once in a while i’ll get sentimental (like now) and check out what’s going on/check out my thoughts/ideas from the past. besides quarantine, however, everything has been doing great!

some things i’m super proud of:

- got an internship last summer @ my community college that i’m attending through a dual enrollment program and took the most BORING math class of my life. 10/10 though

- i ran my first half marathon in the summer and the chicago marathon in october!! it was absolutely CRAZY and i almost thought that i couldn’t do the marathon (i got injured one month beforehand), but i pushed through and honestly it wasn’t that bad! literally one of the best things that have ever happened in my life. i met the best people through running and i’ve witnessed so many beautiful sunrises over the marathon season... it really made me realize my self-worth, which throughout my life i never really had. i can’t wait to run many more marathons throughout my life (and hopefully an ultra !!!). i love running so dummy much.

- it’s my senior year of high school, which has been BROKE since day 1. i’ve also been doing dual enrollment throughout the year, which is great, but also it had really distanced myself from my friends. besides that, my dual enrollment classes have been really fun and have really motivated me to do my best. i learned autocad and revit! i’m currently learning inventor (but online because social distancing), and i really miss the people from that class. online just hits different. no prom, no hanging out on the field after ap exams or after school, and online graduation. i’m just meh about it at this point. things will get better, at least we’re staying inside for the sake of the greater good

- i want to go into architecture! i participated in the ACES program this year and honestly i loved it so much. it made me feel more confident in going into the field, considering it’s pretty intimidating (the WORK in college oml). i really felt like i was making an impact in that program, and i really enjoyed the idea of designing for a greater purpose. i was going to get an internship to a firm through the internship over the summer but it got cancelled because of corona

- i turned 18! i had a big fancy debut-style filipino party and it was CRAZY. even though so many things went wrong, the whole things ended up absolutely perfect. i’m super grateful i had a night to dance and celebrate with all of my friends before the pandemic happened.

- i’m learning to love myself and trust myself more!!! i’ve spent the last 2 years overcoming Trauma from my ex (yikes), and i have felt so much more free and emotionally stable since then. things always get better if you work on yourself.

- i love therapy! i have been going for 9 months and honestly it’s helped me overcome and deal with so many things. shoutout to my therapist lol

- i love my boyfriend! he is literally the most supportive, loving, and caring person i know. he makes me feel loved and cared for every single day. we’ve been together for over 2 years now, and they’ve been so far my best 2 years. i hope i can spend the rest of my life with him. shoutout to mpd lol

- i love my friends!!! they’re all going to such good schools and i’m so DUMMY proud of them!!!

- i’ve been pushing myself to do more art. i’ve had such a negative mindset towards it that i’m trying to beat, because deep down, i really like making art. it’s mostly been through journalling and sketching, but progress is progress!

- i’m planning on going to community college for a couple years before transferring to architecture school (community college in my area is free !!). it seems fitting especially now because everything seems so WACK and i don’t want to go in debt. i’m honestly really excited for it though, it seems like a fitting transition after struggling through high school because of Emotions for 3 years.

- since the beginning of this stay-at-home quarantine thing, i’ve been working out every single day. i seriously miss the gym, but blogilates and choe ting workouts have been SAVING my ass. i’m also trying to learn to front and middle splits. it would be running season starting around now if everything was “normal”, but my legs honestly need a break from running for a bit

generally, quarantine has been a CHALLENGE. i can’t see my friends, my boyfriend, or any of my teachers/mentors. but things have gotten better, while simultaneously they’ll get much harder. i don’t know how long this will last -- i’m expecting september. while i’ll lose big life events like graduation, internships, marathons, etc., it’ll be okay, because that will mean that less people will be hurt by this virus. i’m really hoping the best for humanity, because this virus was definitely a wake-up call. i hope you’re doing okay too. i hope you’re taking care of yourself, talking to loved ones over the phone, petting your pets, whatever healthy coping mechanism you have to get yourself up every morning. things will be okay.

You're really creative. I love how you just put the story together, like a puzzle.

I think I do look at it as a puzzle. How do the pieces fit together? If they don’t fit together, I don’t shove them in until they fit just to make it the picture I want. I’ve been doing it a long time, and I had a natural facility at putting narrative pieces together from a young age, which I pursued by getting a degree in English, practiced as a teacher and examined as a writer when I built my own stories. Sometimes it all seems very self evident to me and I supposed I should recognize that not everyone is as familiar with tropes and allusions and film and creating tension as I am.

I’m getting frustrated with a lot of fandom, because they look at all of these pieces that the writers took time to put in there, and they don’t see how it goes together so rather than trying it out different ways and making sense of it, they just shove it off the table and say “it doesn’t fit, therefore it’s bad writing.”

And, like, that’s not analysis. That’s disrespect of the craft, the canon and the writers. And I’m gonna say, it’s a huge pet peeve of mine. If people want to create their own fanon and write fanfiction they can ignore all the parts they don’t like. If they want to UNDERSTAND canon (book, movie or tv show) they have to actually try to make it work together. You CAN’T say “that’s badly written” and ignore it. The value judgements do NOT help you understand the story. Even if it’s badly written you have to figure out why it’s there.

And then there are people who come up with their theory and ignore all evidence in canon that disproves the theory. They like it so they are going with it. Dialogue? Season 1? Cause and Effect? Gray morality? They don’t know her.

If you want to analyze something, you don’t try one theory and stick with it because it’s yours, and then say the story is stupid or ignore it completely when it turns out it doesn’t work. You made the wrong theory. It was was wrong. Go back and figure out where you went wrong. It’s okay to be wrong, it’s just a theory. Things change in the story and new things come clear.

If someone finds a theory that makes sense of multiple narrative elements and answers the plot holes that you declared to be bad reading…. then it behooves you to take a look at the new theory and see if it answers those questions for you.

I’ve written posts explaining how this element shows this theme which is reflected through 4 seasons of narrative, and have actually had people say, “nope, the writers didn’t mean to do that. they don’t think about that.” Like. It’s a theme throughout 4 seasons. You think it’s an accident? They accidentally repeated it with all the main characters and antagonists?

Well. Okay. Writers don’t always intend to put in things we interpret, right? But I say that if a theme keeps reoccurring in all four seasons, if they DIDN’T do it on purpose, then it is even more powerful because it reflects an important psychological archetype or cultural truth that keeps popping up accidentally. And it’s still part of the meaning of the story.

My goal is always to understand what the story is trying to tell us. It is less about me being right than it is about making sense of the story, ESPECIALLY the parts that seem OOC or like plot holes. And if I can find a theory that explains Clarke or Bellamy’s seemingly OOC behavior, then it is no longer OOC, it is a story element. It fits. If I can see a long term pattern for the Bellarke relationship, then it is going to help me understand where they might go next. Not only because COOL I found a pattern, but because it indicates to me the intentions of writers. Patterns are, generally, intentional. These writers are good writers, not bad writers and they put a lot of effort into making a crafted story. Some things get messed up for some reasons and some things don’t work the way they thought they would, but they try.

This concept that the goal of the writers is to actively screw over Bellarke fans, and this is their intention and always has been is DUMB. DUMB and SELF CENTERED. These kids are really up in here thinking The writer’s room is sitting there laughing evilly thinking how they can screw over the fans.

I will tell you the truth– it IS the job of the writer to wring emotions out of the audience. Maybe this is what they are reacting to. But the fandom is taking that to mean that it is malicious in intent. They want us to FEEL, to be attached, to think all is lost (All Is Lost is actually a narrative beat story structure. It’s explicitly how you tell a story,) to be worried that the mains won’t reach their goal. THIS is how we become excited and engaged. THIS IS ACTUAL STORYTELLING. They get the audience invested in something, like Bellarke, and then take them on a rollercoaster of emotions before giving it to them. It’s actually proof that Bellarke IS going to be given to us. Because if there is no investment in that ship in narrative, no obstacles? no tension? Then it’s not happening.

Let me give an example that I don’t think will cause drama. KINDRA. I love Kane and Indra. It is not happening. There is absolutely NO tension, no angst, no obstacles in their way. Or rather, I mean, there’s Kabby, but that’s never shown as a source of angst between Kane and Indra. If anything, Kindra in Polis helped cement Kabby. No rollercoaster. No pain. No baiting/hooking/reeling in. No story. No romance. brzzz. Even if they WERE to get together in the bunker (same place, 6years is a long time) they’d have to start s5 with all the romantic tension. So therefore, if Kindra became a thing, it would not be part of the story that they’ve been building. lol. watch them take a big swerve and go with Kindra. Well if they did, they’d have to build it from scratch. But Kabby is actually more at risk than Bellarke, and has had less development and less of a place in the larger narrative, sorry to say. I am worried about them. It’s part of the excitement that you don’t know what path the authors will take.

Anyway, I’m looking at how stories go together. And that people are taking classic story telling techniques as proof that they’re bad writers or out to get bellarkers or that Bellarke is never happening is just. Fascinating.

And annoying.

I have just been informed that the reason why this stuff gets under my skin so much is because I am an English teacher and this is exactly the stuff I was teaching. So that makes sense. Apparently just because you quit the teaching life, the teaching life does not quit you.

WOULD YOU RATHER: INAZUMA EDITION - PART 2

1. Go to a dinosaur museum with Shinsuke OR go to a book club with Ichino. - Hard one because I love both, dinosaurs&books, but between the boys Ichino is my fav and seeing him being part of the game just made my day so, let’s go talk about books!

2. Let Shindou teach you how to play the piano OR let Kidou teach you how to cook. - God knows how much I want to learn how to play the piano and I can’t think about a better teacher than Shindou. But will I ever learn? Or I’ll fail on purpose so he can be my teacher forever? lol

3. Eat Tachimukai’s super super spicy curry OR eat curry that Kogure made for you (with an evil look in his eye as he passes it to you). - I can’t do spicy food & I also can’t really drink milk, but Kogure will probably put something even worse in his curry so, I’ll choose to die by Tachimukai’s food ‘cause at least I know he made it with love&good intentions, can’t say the same for Kogure....

4. Make onigiri with all the managers for a team of your choice OR make chocolates with one manager to give to only one of the boys.

5. Bake a cake with Tenma, Shinsuke, Hikaru, Kyousuke, Masaki and Aoi OR Be a manager for Inazuma Japan. - Being surrounded by all those handsome boys... What a dream job <3

6. Have Fei make you a matching plush bunny OR have Max make you a personalized hat. - I love hats but it’s hard to find one that fits well &/or makes me look good, so I’ll have to go with the plushie, at least I’ll have one more in my collection!

7. Read soccer magazines with Tenma and Taiyou (Who will never get bored) OR listen to every single one of Midorikawa’s proverbs AND Osamu’s lectures. - I like to play/watch soccer (World Cup) but I’m not so into it as to spend time reading magazines. Mido’s proverbs are one of my fav parts of the anime & I would like to learn new ones. As for Osamu’s lectures... I’ll just endure them, I have plenty of experience with boring lectures xD But maybe his won’t be as boring?

8. Go to a petting-zoo with Konoha OR play basketball with a very competitive Ibuki. - I didn’t read the “petting” part so I was going to choose playing basket BUT animals are way more important than sports, and if I can pet them then there’s no need to think about it.

9. Have Tetsukado teach you boxing OR have Sakura teach you gymnastics. - Boxing’s better to release energy&frustration, and I could learn some self-defense.

10. Cuddle up under a blanket with Fei OR eat strawberry and cream cake with Tenma. - Today’s rainy day is perfect to cuddle and have a nice nap.

11. Have Manabe help you with your homework for the year OR visit a planet of your choice from Galaxy. - Less stress, more free time. Also since we’re working together there’s a 100% probability I’ll get A+ xD

12. Have Gouenji buy you a giant teddy bear OR have Sakuma buy you a penguin keychain. - I was thinking of buying it myself since no one has done it yet, but thank you Gouenji, you’re the best! <3

13. Make high-quality chocolate with Shindou OR make traditional Japanese sweets with Kirino.

14. Be trapped in a snowstorm with Fubuki OR Endure a heatwave with Gouenji. - Can’t stand the heat. Also Fubuki could have some flashback because of the storm so I want to be there with him to give him a hug if he needs it.

15. Have Aoi teach you calligraphy OR take photos with Akane.

16. Have Tsunami and Tenma show you around Okinawa OR have Fubuki and Yukimura show you around Hokkaido. - Fubuki will attract too much attention, Yukimura will get really mad and we’ll take longer than planed to finish the tour. Tsunami will talk non-stop & drag me from place to place, Tenma is a cutipie & just seeing his adorable face will give me energy to keep running walking to keep up with Tsunami’s pace.

17. Kariya bullies and teases you OR Kogure constantly plays pranks on you. - With the amount of experience I have, he’ll be the one bullied&teased all the time xD

18. Go to the Pokemon Center with Shinsuke OR go to the Ghibli museum with Hikaru. - I hope he likes Totoro because we’ll spend most of the time in his section.

19. Go see a comedy show with Kabeyama, Kageno, Kurimatsu and the little ninja dude OR go bowling with Sangoku, Minamisawa, Kurumada and Amagi. - Bowling is fun & I wanna spend some time with this awesome quartet! They need/deserve more love <3

20. Watch old-fashioned samurai dramas with Midori OR watch old-fashioned detective shows with Minaho. - Detectives all the way.

21. Plan a surprise birthday party for Kyousuke with Tenma OR plan a welcome home party for Yuuichi with Kyousuke. - Awwwwwwwwwwwwwn just imagining it made me teared up a bit ;____; Yuuichi deserves it and imagine Kyousuke’s smile when he sees him entering the house & his surprised face. I wanna see that, they deserve it. Also I think Kyousuke would like it more, he just love his brother so much, he can wait till next year to have his bday party.

23. Go to a host club and have Minamisawa be your host OR go to a maid cafe and have one of the managers be your maid. - Ah both are so awkward... really awkward... I guess... I wouldn’t feel as awkward at the maid cafe... maybe? Idk, both are places I want to visit to see if they’re just like in mangas/animes, but I think it’ll be too awkward for me to handle, but at least at the cafe I can just order, eat and go home.

24. Go shopping with Kirino to pick out a birthday gift for Shindou OR Have Kazemaru and Midorikawa go shopping to pick out a birthday gift for you. - At first I was like “Why are you doing this to me?!” and then I thought “Girl, you know what to do”. Visit Korea with Aphrodi, Burn and Gazel and get a personalized tour OR visit the Nara deer park with the Break Trio, Kazemaru and Fubuki. - Aside from the tour, we’ll go see live performances of my fav Kpop groups. I think Aphrodi will like it, Haruya too but he won’t say it and Suzuno, well, he’s not into Kpop but he’ll wonder why are girls/boys screaming so much at the groups, since none of its members are as good looking at him. Maybe he’ll consider joining an agency just to be the center of the group? Even if he can’t sing, his good looks would make him the most popular/loved member.

28. Hang out in America with Ichinose, Domon and the rest of team unicorn OR go on a European tour with the captains from FFI.

29. Prepare for Raimon’s cultural festival with Kazemaru and Gouenji OR go on a camping trip with Tatsuya and Midorikawa. - Definitely, cultural festivals are the best!

30. Fall asleep on the train between Shindou and Kirino OR have both Kazemaru and Fubuki walk you home (you can invite them in for tea!) - Again... Why are you doing this to me?! xD Ah... this test... I don’t think I can pass it... Sleeping between RanTaku... or walking home&having delicious tea with KazeFubu... Well... as much as I want to sleep between my boys, wich I’m sure would be a really warm&sweet experience (’cause I think Ran’s hair has a really sweet scent) imagine if I start drooling... on Ran’s arm or Takuto’s?! I can’t let that happen. Since we’re walking & they’ll stay for tea I can spend more time talking with Kaze&Fubu while we drink some black tea.
