sitting in jiung’s room while he’s busy producing ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

12:52 am:

- as you haven’t spent much time with jiung due to him being busy finalising his solo, you decided to drop by the company and sit in his presence even though you knew there would be no catching up as he had piles of tasks to complete.

- sighing, you take a glance at your boyfriend who had his eyes glued to the monitor that consisted of many beats and programs, but your eyes started to shut as the drowsiness took over your body.

- you rest your head on the arm of the couch and flutter your eyelids before your vision turns black. was it a good idea to drop by in the first place?

- adding the final touches, jiung takes his headphones off and turns around, expecting you to be sitting there playing on your phone, but to his surprise you were fast asleep.

“y/n? baby? do you wanna listen to the song i made?”

- giving up, he got up and admired your sleeping face. you were so beautiful, the most precious thing in life.

- taking another minute to give you one more ounce of sleep, he cups your face and gently kisses your nose, causing your eyes to open wide.

- jiung always appreciated the effort you would put into your relationship which is why you’ve made it this far. he liked how you were accepting of his busy schedule and always promised to make time for you, even though it was hard to fit in his jam packed life.

- smiling, jiung picks you up while you rest your tired neck on his shoulders, wanting to say the words “i miss you”.

“i’m sorry you had to wait so long for me to finish. let’s get you home, shall we?”

- jiung lifts your body up with ease and carry’s you outside to his car, where he fully takes care of you by putting your seatbelt on and making sure you were comfortable.

- the ride back home was silent, but it felt soothing as you realised jiung was the one person next to you.

- making it back to your shared apartment, jiung takes off your shoes and places you on the bed like you were worth a million bucks.

let’s just say, you spent the rest of your night together cuddling, making up for the lost time. days like these were the ones you both cherished most, even if they were hectic due to jiungs schedule.

“i promise i’ll make it up to you tomorrow”

jiung whispers, holding you to his chest.

you start telling him it’s okay, but then he puts his hands over your mouth.

“no no’s and buts. i’ve got the day off tomorrow and i’d rather spend it with you than rest, my chocochip”

his corny nickname makes you smile a little, making the corners of his mouth rise as he notices.

“alright, i love you”

“i love you too”
