Est-ce que vous savez pourquoi il n'y a pas ou peu d'essai en vidéo (au sens Montaigne du terme) sur le youtube français ?
C'est une vraie question parce que ça me tourmente en ce moment. Je parle d'essai, comme Jacob Geller, Hbomberguy, Broey Deschanel, Shaun, Lady Emily. Si vous connaissez pas, je vais citer certaines de leurs vidéos, mais en gros, des essais, aussi bien à l'écrit qu'en vidéo, c'est une réflexion subjective sur un sujet. Montaigne a plus ou moins inventé le terme si je ne me trompe pas et dans son propre livre, il parle aussi bien de racisme que de médecine, de la peur de la mort, toujours à la 1ère personne. Les textes sont en soi ordonnés mais il revendique lui-même de ne pas avoir de méthodologie particulière : ce n'est pas thèse / antithèse / synthèse, intro et conclusion etc.
(Ca risque d'être long donc je coupe ici)
Et sur youtube, en tout cas le youtube américain, on voit ces dernières années des gens qui vont comme Montaigne mais en vidéo, analyser par exemple l'art moderne et le fascisme, le method acting et en quoi c'est problématique, ou la vidéo très connue de Hbomberguy sur Sherlock. Après, on peut considérer que cette dernière vidéo est plus une critique mais personnellement, je trouve qu'il apporte des considérations plus générales sur les séries policières et le travail de Moffat qui dépassent largement la simple critique. On peut aussi citer l'excellente vidéo de Designing For sur Kirby, qui analyse comment les jeux Kirby réussissent à avoir un lore assez profond et sombre sans lourdeur et en restant des jeux légers et vraiment amusants. Bref, y en a beaucoup, sur des sujets très différents mais ce que ces vidéos ont en commun, c'est de proposer d'une part des analyses précises et profondes et d'autre part, un point de vue, une opinion, un vrai engagement de la part de l'essayiste.
Or, dans le youtube français, c'est peu courant. Ca existe, on a Nostalgeek qui a fait une vidéo sur la difficulté dans les jeux vidéos, on a Alphi qui analyse des youtubeurs, des films, des séries et surtout, on a eu l'excellent Karim Debbache, qui après Crossed et Chroma, continue sur Twitch à analyser parfois des films, des jeux vidéo, il a par exemple donné un avis très intéressant sur le film Mario. C'est plus un avis donné à chaud, donc je ne pense pas qu'on puisse techniquement appeler ça un essai mais concrètement, ça a les mêmes qualités : une subjectivité, une analyse approfondie...
(Edit : j'oubliais MisterJday, super aussi.)
Et au passage, sans critiquer, mais Feldup, ce n'est pas un essayiste pour moi, c'est plus un travail documentaire qu'il fait : il cherche des informations sur des jeux oubliés, des mythes d'internet et il nous les présente, et c'est très intéressant, et c'est un super boulot mais ce n'est pas de l'essai, c'est une autre forme de vidéo.
Mon avis, c'est que pour faire un essai, il faut oser prendre parti, ce que faisait/fait Karim Debbache, en disant ouvertement ce qu'il pense de certains films ou de ce qu'est le cinéma en général, même l'art, par exemple quand il parle du second degré et qu'il montre que c'est une très mauvaise excuse. Or, je peeeense que le youtube français préfère parfois être très "neutre" sur beaucoup de sujets, sans doute par peur de perdre de l'audience, je ne sais pas, mais en tout cas, prendre position est "risqué" et évidemment, difficile de faire de bons essais sans ça.
EDIT : j'y réfléchissais dans le bus et selon moi, la différence entre un essai et une vidéo type documentaire/exposé, c'est la présence d'une problématique, même simpliste. La problématique de la vidéo de Broey Deschanel sur Tim Burton, c'est "Peut-on dire que les films de Tim Burton ont perdu en qualité et si oui, à partir de quand ?" (Je simplifie) et en répondant à cette question, elle donne son avis. Dans une vidéo de Feldup, il n'y a pas de problématique, il nous présente un jeu, des faits divers, des creepy pasta et j'insiste, ce n'est pas grave, il n'a pas à avoir de problématique, c'est un autre type de vidéo, qui ont un autre intérêt et qui peuvent parfois me plaire d'ailleurs. Je le prends en exemple parce que c'est lui qu'on me sort quand je cherche des essais vidéos français, mais je n'ai vraiment aucune critique à lui faire.

BUT I CAN RAMBLE ABOUT ANOTHER OC I HAVE! He is... a tad similar in concept to the oc I was talking about :3
SO! This guy has been with me for.. many a year atp, went through a lot of redesigns and his story has been rewritten more times than I can count jcjf he's never seen the light of day til now so- yea haha
Say hi to Chroma!
How evident is it that I redesigned him during covid?
Chroma is a Sans from my undertale au, ChainTale! Or... well one of them. He is Chain!Sans 1.0 Something effed up in his au and it got deleted with Chroma surviving only because of his funky magical structure, basically weird chain!monster anatomy and magic n stuff nfncn
Chroma's code isn't compatible with any universe anymore, not ever ChainTale 2.0, so he just sorta glitches from place to place with no choice of where or when or for how long.
There are tells of when another glitch out is getting close. The longer Chroma stays in a certain au, the glitchier he gets.
The first few times he got glitched out (doodle of that cuz it's funny)
He attempted to figure out why everything's so different around him. He even tried to get to know a few people. That however- those friendships never lasted him long as he always ended up being ripped away from the friends he'd made.
Over time he stopped trying to connect with people, as it did him nothing but make him feel even more miserable. He chose to hide his face to avoid being recognized as a Sans, cuz- obviously an au would have its own version of the guy (Or not, in which case it would be sus to see a random unknown or dead person)
ChainTale Sanses are also rather tall for a Sans. Standing at 5'7
Chroma can summon and hide his 'chains' at will.
Chroma's bones have gained a gray hue sort of coloring on his fingers and hands. Marking him as a glitch in the system (if the glitches and binary chains weren't telling enough)
I had some notes on his particular brand of chain magic but I don't remember what it was haha. All I know is that it's different from Chain's (ChainTale 2.0 Sans)
SPEAKING OF CHAIN! Might as well shove this on here (have a ref for him as well.. maybe I thought it was finished but what I found I have saved is just a wip)

He also doesn't wear shoes. Yes he still lives in Snowdin, yes there's still snow in Snowdin. Yes the wet trail he leaves behind drives Rust (ChainTale Papyrus) up a wall.

Color!Sans Headcanons (not in order) TW! MENTIONS OF DISSOCIATION, DEREALIZATION, BLOOD, MURDER, GENOCIDE AND MAYBE OTHER TRIGGERS THAT I CANNOT IDENTIFY
Some of these are similar/the same as @howlsofbloodhounds bc they made a few hc posts that I agree with on some points. If they want me to edit out the parts that are similar to theirs, then I will.
Over the time that he was in the Void, Color’s hatred for the human eventually grew into hatred towards all humans. CORE!Frisk helped Color to not hate humanity after he left the void. Even after meeting CORE!Frisk properly, he didn’t trust them. It took him about three years of almost constant companionship to even relax around CORE!Frisk; it took a little bit longer for him to do that around other humans.
Epic and CORE!Frisk are the first people Color met when he left the void.
When he was in the void, Color was a lot like Geno: anti-social, short-tempered, cold, and pessimistic. Epic and CORE!Frisk helped Color when he first left the void so that he wasn’t as cold, angry, anti-social, and negative as he was.
I saw someone say that they think Color loves poppies, and I think he would also love forget-me-nots and he gives these to people he wants to remember him.
Epic kept bugging Color to get a house so he did to shut him up. It is in the Omega Timeline. The house is small, but Color doesn’t mind because he says it’s only a place to go to when he needs to. That means that there are mostly non-perishables in the kitchen so that nothing rots while Color’s away.
He’s a minimalist.
He likes giving gifts but doesn’t really like receiving them. He always keeps gifts though and uses them as much as possible.
Color likes strays, but he never keeps them; he lets them wander like him.
Epic gave Color a Polaroid when he found out Color has a fear of being forgotten. Color treasures it and takes photos so often that he’s become semi-professional. He puts these photos around his house and in the Chroma Realm.
He takes photos of just about everything, but he especially likes taking photos of nature. He also loves candid photos/unflattering photos. He likes how real they are.
He gives pictures of his friends and himself to his friends to ease the fear of being forgotten.
Due to losing everything once, Color is very overprotective of his friends, family, and home (he considers the Multiverse to be his actual home). Color would do anything to protect what he cares about.
He doesn’t fight a lot. (might be canon, but I’m not sure)
Color dislikes political things.

He has a fear of being trapped. After spending years in an inescapable and empty void, he can’t stay in one spot long, or else he gets anxious.
Another phobia of his is confined spaces.
LOVES THE STARS AND THE SKY AND SUN AND JUST BEING OUTSIDE IF HE IS OUTSIDE HE IS SO HAPPY
Doesn’t like too much attention on him.
Color never tested his new abilities before he left the void; he didn’t want to mess with the Timeline.
When he first got to the Omega Timeline, everyone crowded him and he freaked out and teleported away. When he was freaking out from all the people, he accidentally opened a portal to an AU and fell through.
Thus began his travels✨
He still can’t really handle the Omega Timeline; people crowding him totally sets him off.
Reaper unsettles him.
Sometimes his chest and head hurt bad, kind of like phantom pains. His eyesight in his left eye sometimes also becomes either blurry or it just disappears completely.
Color can sometimes see the spirits of the six human souls he absorbed. They mostly appear when a specific trait is most prominent (i.e. PATIENCE, BRAVERY, JUSTICE, INTEGRITY, etc.) They can only talk to him, and he doesn’t believe that they’re real.
He has dissociation and derealization disorders.
The events of the Genocide Route still haunt him to this day…
He’s not sorry nor guilty for killing the human, but he is shaken by the memories of the fight (i.e., bones crunching, blood splattering).
He’s able to go back to where he was in the void with Gaster; he doesn’t visit too often though, because it might be risky.
Color lends Geno books and helps him not feel self-conscious about his melting skull. They also play chess, checkers, and other various games together.
Color encourages Killer to be nicer to others, but he never expects him to do it.
Sneaking up on Color can be difficult— not that you want to— because he’s so used to having to be hyper-aware of his surroundings. If you do manage to sneak up on him and scare him, his first reaction is to punch/attack you— Epic and Killer keep learning this the hard way.
Color’s soul is highly sought after, due to its strange nature and being a good balance of six human souls and one monster soul.
Nobody knows how many different attacks Color has; everyone always gets surprised when he uses something they haven’t seen before.
Due to being half blind, Color sometimes has a hard time using the right side of his body. He can misjudge the distance between an object and his hand, and miss it.
His friends walk on his blind side so that he doesn’t get caught by surprise when a stranger is suddenly beside him.
He is considered the leading expert in SOUL research, due to his wanting to help Killer.
He carries a journal on him with all the information about SOULS that he has collected over the years and across the Multiverse. The journal is worn down and written in Arabic so that others can’t snoop through it. Color treasures that journal a lot; it’s one of the first things he always checks for damage. He’d panic if he lost/didn’t know where it was.
Color’s handwriting is chicken scratch that sometimes he can’t even read.
He frequents certain AUs he’s particularly fond of.
Color and Killer both speak Arabic and it confuses everyone else but they love it so much.
Color avoids going to UnderTale; he doesn’t think he’s quite ready to face a Papyrus that’s almost identical to his brother.

There's a tavern in Whitestone called the Tipsy Quorum, and it's Vox Machina's favorite in the city. Interestingly though, Matt only revealed the name of it in 1x94 "Jugs and Rods", but called it "the one you usually go to."
Vox Machina have visited taverns in Whitestone before, notably the one they dug a tunnel in the cellar to the Sun Tree's roots. This is not the Tipsy Quorum. That tavern was still abandoned and under reconstruction at the time of 1x94, and is specifically called out as a different tavern.
So now I have to try to figure out all the times they visited the Tipsy Quorum previously. Naturally I'm assuming that every time they go to a tavern in Whitestone during the Chroma Conclave arc it's the Tipsy Quorum, after all it's "the one they usually go to".
During my rewatch of Campaign 1 (I'm up to 1x69), I've so far determined that the Tipsy Quorum is the tavern they went to in:
1x45 "Those Who Walk Away...": Where Keyleth and Vex met with Kima to Scry on Allura and Drake, then had a conversation about Vax's deal with the Raven Queen.
1x58 "A Cycle of Vengeance": Where the party said goodbye to Pike (and the cast said goodbye to Ashley) before leaving to go to the Feywild.
1x69 "Passed Through Fire": Where the party (sans a recently resurrected Percy who went to bed) had drinks with Jarett.
Notably so far there was one tavern visit that wasn't the Tipsy Quorum, in 1x64 "The Frigid Doom", where the party discussed their plans with "Assum" (Raishan in disguise) and Gilmore what to do next after Vorugal flew over the city. Matt specifically said it was an abandoned tavern and was just a place to meet in private.

This.... This is it... this is the 26th hour of my life without playing Roblox. I do not know what is real. I can no longer tell right from wrong. My moral compass has left me in its entirety. I do not know if I need food anymore. Everything I see, touch, feel, smell, all remind me of Roblox. I saw a man eating a cheeseburger, and was instantly reminded of the "Cheezburger" gear on Roblox... I saw a man hold someone at knife-point, and all I saw was Murder Mystery 2. It has gotten so bad to the point where I need to ask the strangers I see if what they are doing really is a "Roblox" reference or not. The man with the knife I was talking about earlier? I stopped the robbery mid way through, and asked him "How many chromas do you own?". He seemed to be incredibly dased, and did not seem to have a single clue as to what I was talking about. A few seconds passed, and I asked him again, "How many chromas do you own...?". Again, he hesitated in his answer. I did not feel like dealing with his rather offensive and silent disposition he had towards me, so I revealed myself as the "sheriff" and shot him 7 times in the chest, and 4 times in the head. As his wriggling, nearly lifeless corpse fell over, I asked him one more time, "How many chromas do you own?". This time he uttered his last words, before being ruthlessly dragged to a painful death: "I own three...". Finally satisifed with my answer, I nonchalantly walked aware from the murder scene (yet another Murder Mystery 2 reference!). Fast forward to now, I am in my Jeep (one that has an eerie resemblance to the free model one you can use inside of roblox) and am traveling at 60 studs per second to San Mateo, California. Whatever David Baszucki can do now won't save him. I am out only for blood, and no object, no human, no security system is strong enough to stop me from sacrificing him to John Doe to bring back Roblox. This is it. This is the final 70 miles I have until I reach the location of David Baszucki. Along the way, I have had several body guards of his try to stop me. It had gotten out hours earlier that I was targeting David Baszucki, and that whatever they do they should make sure I was always more than 100 miles away from him at all times. While the guards were given hundreds of miles and hours of time to prepare before I found them, anything they tried to use against me was no use. Their Barret M82A1s were loaded with .50 cal bullets, ready to stop me in my tracks. Five of the most skilled snipers in the entire country were set up to take me down. By the time they found my location, I was already (disturbingly) 178 miles away from David Baszucki. All five of them lined up their shots. "So, is this the guy?" The first marksman said to the others, via their comms system. "Yep, that's 102 percent him", the third sniper nervously communicated over the radio. "So, do we fire?", the 2nd sniper said. "Yep, fire!" remarked all of them at once. Five .50 caliber bullets were instantly sent straight to my direction, all travelling at a velocity of over 2,978 ft/s (908 m/s). By the time the bullets reached my destination, the snipers all made a horrible realization: I was bulletproof. The sheer anger and adrenaline I had built up over Noblox has caused my skin to turn into only the finest ROBLOX grade metal, with strength not even comprehensible by the universe.
Not only did the bullets have no effect on me, but I also absorbed them, only making me stronger. Using my strength of the force (a strength I found from Star Wars: The Old Republic II Roleplay), I near instantly shut off the airways of all five marksmen, and crushed their hearts instantly, with their deaths soon to be forgotten. By then, David had gotten the news of what happened to the snipers. He knew he had no options left but to be constantly in motion. While this was his only choice, he also knew too good and well that he would eventually be caught, with his soul being sacrificed to John Doe. I'm closing in, closer and closer to David Baszucki. I feel powerful, like I am taking a x2 Coin Boost (Bubblegum Simulator 3 reference). My instincts told me I am only about seven miles away from David, which fluctuates from 6.8 to 7.6 miles from time to time. I am no longer in my Jeep, and am taking a casual walk to find him. I know David Baszucki is aware I am close, as I can smell the raw fear emanating from his body, with the beat of his heart ringing in my ear. None of the security protocols he hastily implemented worked; The turrets did no damage, nor did it slow me down. The anti-tank mines did nothing to stop me, either. Even the use of anti-plane missiles did not make me bat a single eyelid. Now that I am only 5.2 miles away from David, I use this time to think about how He will be sacrificed. "Will I make it short and quick?" I ponder. "No, not for what he has done. He has avoided me all of this time, done everything in his power to stop me, and has even resorted to using government weapons to attempt to slow me down. You know what you need to do.", I thought to myself. It was at this moment I instantly devised a plan to sacrifice David Baszucki. It will involve only the most painful and deadly weapons available in this universe. It will start out with spikes (Welcome to ROBLOX Building reference) Slowly impaling his heart. Then, while his still-conscious body wrestles against all signs that he should be dead, I will use The Dregänøth to keep him in a state of psychosis. Here, his body will have to choice but to stay alive, with no way to succumb to death. Using this state of psychosis and temporary immortality, I will use the Venomshank (Sword Fights on the Heights Four reference) to slowly leak all of his energy, will to live, and soul out of him. After this, I will finally be able to use the sacred chant "Herr tredje id, kom och lek med mig. Jag behöver dig här för att spela ikväll, jag behöver dig och din styrka ikväll" to notify John Doe of his presence. Now that he is in this state, John Doe will be able to deliver the final blow, and restore the Roblox servers forever, allowing me to play Brookhaven Roleplay with LaseredByRaz for as long as I please. In the time it took for me to think out this entire plan, I realize that I am only 1,200 yards away from David Baszucki. All I need to do by now is execute my plan. He eventually falls and goes into a whimper, with the final words from him before my sacrificial ritual began being "We'll get the servers up soon, please don't hurt me...". His words meant absolutely nothing to me.
I slowly brought out my stamper tool, and placed it directly where David was standing, impaling him and sending a pain that can only be described as having 1,000 heart attacks and 500 migraines all at once. Now I had David right where I wanted him. David's near lifeless eyes watched in what I could only describe as pure, unadulterated terror as I brought out The Dregänøth, with him knowing too good and well that I did not want to make his sacrifice easy. Before his synapses could even properly react to the eldritch horror of a weapon I seemingly materialized out of nowhere, I set him in psychosis, allowing him to see horrors that would put any soul to rest in a near instant. Now that the Second step of my sacrifice is done, I can continue on with the third step. I now unsheathed the Venomshank I had on my being, and slowly stabbed it straight through David Baszucki's skull. I watched in what I could describe only as pure joy as his body flashed a pastel green, and back to caucasian white over and over again. I know now that I am able to proceed with the fourth, and final step of my sacrifice: notifying John Doe. I prepared my dry, cracked lips to rehearse the phrase I repeated nearly 7 quadrillion times in my head already, and finally uttered the phrase for what should be the last time, "Herr tredje id, kom och lek med mig. Jag behöver dig här för att spela ikväll, jag behöver dig och din styrka ikväll". I waited for three minutes, in what I could only describe as the most silent silence I have felt in my life up until this point. Soon enough, I felt his presence. Behind me, I detected a pale man with an orange tank top, with as dead of a smile as I have ever seen. He knew what he needed to do, and I did not even need to communicate with him what it is that needed to be done. He strutted slowly over to the location of David Baszucki's mutilated body, and extended his arm out to feel his framework. As soon as he got close, it seemed as if reality itself slowly ceased around David's body. Bit by bit, David's skin turned into antimatter, only to soon disappear, leaving absolutely no trace anywhere. A wind slowly picked up around the area, rapidly turning into hurricane force winds, which then exponentially picked up even more to casual gusts that would make a EF-5 tornado feel like a regular windy day. The wind seemed to never stop, and eventually got louder and louder to the point where I could barely hear myself think. Suddenly, the wind abruptly stopped. My eyes were sealed shut, most likely as a reaction to the wind I had experienced only minutes before. It took what felt like weeks, but I eventually gained the courage to slowly open my eyes. I realized I was sat in my bed, with my computer close by. I was almost entirely sure of what had happened over the past month that I was blind. In order to confirm what I knew was true, I slowly rolled out of my bed, and walked over to my computer. I logged on, opened Chrome, and typed in the dreaded letters. "Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure Slash Slash, World Wide Web dot Roblox dot com.". That's when I knew it had worked. Roblox's servers were operational again, and I could play Brookhaven Roleplay with my friend, LaseredByRaz. I had won.

Cabine of 3D Printed Curiosities, Emerging Objects, 2018
Ce projet expérimente l’impression 3d utilisant de la matière directement prélevée du sol. Les composant utilisés divergeant selon leurs emplacements.
Dans la façade avant, nous pouvons voir un système de « Planter Tile » disposant de tuiles hexagonales composées de ciment de portland, de sciure de bois et de « Marc Chardonnay ». Il y a six différents motifs de tuiles, dont 4 auront un creux permettant d’accueillir des plantes.
Le reste des façades extérieures ainsi que le toit sont couverts d’écrans en céramique.
À l’intérieur ils installent leurs Chroma Curl, des carreaux translucides rétroéclairés qui sont produits à partir de bioplastique provenant de maïs.
je pense que avec cette habitation construite à partir d’éléments naturelle en 3d le studio permet de nouvelles possibilités pour l’architecture, en mettant en avant des arrondies et des formes différentes au paysage urbain d’aujourd’hui.
Le développement de travaux tels que ceux de Ronald Rael et Virginia San Fratello encourage d’autres designers à essayer eux aussi d’innover et essayer.
Ce qui permettrait peut-être dans un futur d’avoir une nouvelle esthétique architecturale qui serait non pas que pour des bâtiments spécifiques mais développer à une plus grande échelle.
