hey fellow introjects who've died in source, and feel upset about it, reminder that that's an okay feeling to have. it can be scary hearing about it, especially if it's hard for you to seperate source from yourself.

ive found a few things that help me a bit!

try to live in the real world, get away from media and like, take a bath or something! or if that gives you too much room to stew in your thoughts, maybe going to the store or learning something new

if you're a fictive, maybe read a few fanfictions where your source didn't die!

and if you can, remember and try to really take in that you and your source aren't the exact same, and that YOU are still alive, regardless of source. you're here and I'm so proud of you for that!

also, maybe taking a nap on it will help!
