Just a silly little thought that came to mind/ Inspired by a dream.

So in a setting where in season two of Total Drama Island(2023) where some old TDI contestants, who are now in their 30s, have to mentor one of the new contestants.  If the contestant wins the old guard who taught them get a prize as well. 

So now imagine Duncan mentoring Damien who is now motivated to win and at one point Damien just goes, ‘Yeah, I guess you could say I got rizz.’

Duncan, who is now not young, hip, or cool just stares at him and apathetically say, ‘You got something.’ But inwardly he’s just wondering what the fuck rizz means.

Later that night he’s texting the Adult Group Chat™️

Duncan: anyone know what the fuck rizz is?

Geoff: yeah, man, it’s that fancy hotel

Bridgette: babe, that’s the Ritz

Trent: no, the Ritz is a song

DJ: Nah, man, I’m pretty sure that’s a cracker

Switcheroo Brainstorming

I'm making an role reversal au! I'm going to post this along with my posts for Viva, Poppy, and Branch specifically, which you can find by clicking on their names! Here's some ideas I have:

So Branch and Poppy are basically going to be full-on switching lines, though their backstories will be very different cause... it's kinda hard to replace 4 people with 1 sister and a father. So band together is going to be the most different! More details in the individual posts for the characters

I want "Better Place" to be replaced with "It Takes Two" for the final confrontation in TBT :)

Not all characters are going to be switch 1-to-1. Again, the brothers are going to be hard to switch for. Also, not all characters readily have someone to replace them with

There will be a lot of trollstopia characters that will be in the world tour switch, but they'll mostly have the personalities of the trolls they switch with so watching the show isn't a must (But i still recommend both shows, they're pretty fun!)

Most of the troll tribe leaders will be replaced with a trollstopia character, EXCEPT for Queen Essence and King Quincy cause I need them to be in those roles. They'll just change lines and outfits maybe?

I have no idea what to do with the bounty hunters so if you have a recommendation id love to hear it!

There's not much to say other than character switches which will be put under the cut cause it'll be a long list. If you have any recommendations or questions, hit up my ask box!

Not 100% sure what I wanna do with the show's funk trolls yet. It's either switch Lownote with Groovetavius and switch R&B with each other, OR have R switch with Lownote, B switch with Groovetavius

For the techno trolls it's going to be a triangle. Laguna-> Trollex -> Synth -> Laguna. The reason for this is changing Trollex and Synth would be too similar, and would leave Laguna with no one (Except for Bliss Marina)

The other BroZone members don't really have counterparts. Clay and Bruce stay mostly the same while Floyd joins the rock trolls.

yes, i specified late. because why in my right mind would i have such inconsistent posing wtf

but here’s a little ramble about what’s going on

Vixxen, the one with the huge side sweep, has had her eyes on Kid Ritz for a while. She genuinely likes his personality and thinks he’s super sweet, even outside of interviews

when she gets her first chance to actually do an interview with him, she’s super excited. Her DJ(known as Vaughn but people just call him “The DJ”), the one with the slicked back hair, just sees it as another interview. he’s a phone addict and will probably only answer 2 questions with one word, so it’s not much to him.

when the time comes for this interview it starts out alright. basic questions, you know the deal. until Vixxen gets caught up in her thoughts and just says what she’s thinking

Ritz is obviously confused and heart struck at the same time. like… nobody’s just said that. especially on live television

Vixxen didn’t mean to say it, but she had to go with the flow from now on. so she changed she subject calmly before Ritz just brought it back, and the program went on hold

Vaughn interrupted Ritz in the middle of his backtracking and said he wanted to continue the interview. he thought the whole thing was stupid.

Supderduper Eco Techno

Wie geplant früh ging es heute los. Direkt vor dem Hostel wurden wir abgeholt - rein ins Shuttle, auf die Fähre, in das Taxi. Immerhin also war alles eine mehr oder weniger private Tour, was meinen Rant von gestern emotional etwas abschwächt, wenn auch nicht politisch.

Unser Hostel, das irgendwie sowas wie Terre superduper Eco experience nature pura vida lodge heißt, liegt zwar 20 Mimuten Fahrt von La Fortuna entfernt, bietet dafür aber einen absolut atemberaubenden Blick auf den Volcan Arenal. Wieder trafen wir im Garten bunte Kolibris (die werdet ihr hier noch öfter sehen) und Schmetterlinge - alles blüht. Es ist richtig schön.

Zu Fuß begannen wir dann unsere übliche Erkundungstour mit einem Zwischenstopp in einem Restaurant mit unfassbar gutem Essen. Das bestand nämlich zu 90% aus Käse - mehr muss ich wohl nicht erklären. Beim gewöhnlichen Spazier-Wandern dann haben wir wieder mega coole Tiere gesehen. Und das ganz ohne Guide. Unsere Highlights sind der Cherrie‘s tanager (oder wie Nico ihn liebevoll getauft hat: Der krank rote Ficker), den es nur ziemlich genau hier gibt, und der Swainson-Tukan. Mensch, was war es für eine Erleichterung, letzteren zu sehen. Damals in Peru nämlich ist mir nur einer über den Kopf hinweg geflogen, ohne dass ich ihn beobachten oder gar fotografieren konnte. Mein Gefühl sagt mir, dass da aber sicher noch mehr kommt.

La Fortuna selbst war auch schön. Leider etwas zu spät kamen wir an, um das Städtchen bei Tageslicht zu erkunden, das sicher super aussieht, wenn der Arenal über allem thront. So ging es dann eben recht früh in Richtung Ende des Abends, den wir bei zwei Bierchen in einer Hostel-Bar haben ausklingen lassen. Die Party stand dann auf dem Rückweg an, als unser Uber-Fahrer Musik von DJ Koze hörte, wir auf simple, aber tatsächlich konstante Weise auf Spanisch über Techno und Subkultur sprachen. Ich zeigte ihm DJ Heartstring, Funk Tribu etc. und wir verstanden uns prächtig. Auch wenn das nicht so ganz meine Musik ist, ist es doch cool, zumindest ein bisschen zu wissen, was abgeht. Also danke dafür, Leute!

Leider dauerte das alles etwas länger, die Küche zum selber Kochen war schon zu, weshalb unser Abendbrot aus Ritz-Crackern bestand. Die gibt es morgen auch zum Frühstück, denn die Tiere warten nicht, bis wir einkaufen waren.
