So I noticed that Columbia university is trending...
So I noticed that Columbia university is trending and I know there has been pro Palestinian protest there. I get that the protesters care about the Palestinian people and don't want innocent civilian to die. I don't want innocent civilians to die either but I don't think camping out on college campuses and shouting thing like "we are Hamas" and "Death to Israel/Death to America" will help the Palestinians. I think that if these people truly want to help the Palestinian people they will call for the release of the roughly 100 hostages Hamas has been holding since October 7th as well as organize a fundraiser in coordination with charities like the red cross and salvation army in order to make sure that food, water, blanket and clothing makes its way directly to the palestinian people as well as work with the IDF, Egypt and other neighboring countries like Lebanon and Qatar to make sure we get as many Palestinians in order to make sure that we get as many civilians out of harms way as possible before the IDF does a strike against Hamas.

Qatari official: Jews are murderers of prophets; October 7 is only a ‘prelude’
Once again the Qatari government being completely antisemitic, yet still pretending they're the 'mediators' in the region.

Qatar and Kuwait have reportedly issued directives to the United States stating that their fighter jets are not permitted to use airbases in these Arab nations to launch airstrikes against Iran. Not only are U.S. fighter jets prohibited from using military bases, but Qatar and Kuwait have also forbidden the use of their airspace for any military actions against Iran. This measure significantly limits Washington’s ability to conduct strikes against Tehran. Both Qatar and Kuwait, which border Iran, have stressed their neutral stance and desire to avoid any conflict in the region. The U.S. has stationed its military aircraft at the Ali Al Salem Air Base and Ahmed Al Jaber Air Base in Kuwait, and at the Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, which is the largest U.S. airbase in the Middle East

"How heartbreaking is it that we are now seeing videos of humans in Gaza celebrating an uncertain ceasefire. Just the pure fact that there is a POSSIBILITY that they don't have to be chased by bombs anymore has made them hopeful."

In Qatar a Mexican man was arrested then tourtured for being gay.
Manuel Guerrero, a Mexican gay man that has been living in Qatar for 7 years, was arrested on February 4. Guerrero arrived to a date with a man he met on grinder, it was a fake profile created by the police itself. They platned a quarter of a gram of methamphetamine on him.
Since then Manuel has been deprived of sufficient water and food, has been denied a lawyer, has been forced to identify more LGBTTTIQ+ members from his phone contacts, has been forced to sign documents in arabic without translation, has been forced to watch other people detaind being whipped and has also been denied the medication for HIV.
Due to his dual nationality, México can't interfere.
