How is someone supposed to react when they're suddenly thrown into a family they've only ever been taught to despise?
Well, if they're anything like June, the answer is simple- Rage.
Ever since moving into the mansion, June has been dubbed the 'mean girl' of the group. That's not to say the others don't include her, but anyone can tell the difference between how they treat her compared to May.
Deciding to embrace the role that's been given to her, June is first to volunteer when the group needs someone on the front lines. Despite her being on equal footing with Dewey when it comes to fighting, June has used her anger to get where she wants to be socially.
She shows particular anger towards her 'new parents', especially Daisy. No one is sure why, but I'm sure there's a certain someone who might be able to help.
this episode was great. this ending in particular reminded me of another ending. i love the grandparent unsuspectingly keeping photos of their grandkid in their wallet trope. i love how the contrast of this is that rick was looking at something he yearned for (diane) and chose to walk away and choose his family (morty) while goldie was looking at something she yearned for (having a place in scrooge's life and by extension, family) and chose to walk away and reject said family (louie in particular) (for now)
Hello hello!, artist speaking here!, welcome to this silly ask blog, i'll do a lil bit of explaining here so we can all be on the same page here soooo, first!: The universe were the kids live in this ask blog is my personal take on a world were toons are interacting with humans(Like who frammed Roger rabbit, Animaniacs, the Tiny toons, etc etc), while also keeping things from they're respective universe's canons.
And secondly, i'm hispanic, so some words could be misspelled some times, so, i apologize in advance.
And thats it!, now go ahead and ask the silly kids whatever you want!.
Shout out to Tress 'Queen of Voice Acting' MacNeille for reprising her roles in three consecutive reboots (plus the upcoming Futurama revival) within the past two years in an era where VAs have generally been recast!
My favourite thing about writing Louie and Della's dynamic is the complexity, trying to find the line between truly familial energy and platonic energy. Because I really don't see younger Louie being able to accept a maternal figure (WHICH EVERYONE ALWAYS TAKES AS ME LIKE THINKING THEYRE WORST ENEMIES WHICH I DONT THINK, THEY LOVE EACH OTHER BUT ITS COMPLICATED) but he looks up to her. There's this aura of respect and understanding, but it's tainted by bitterness knowing the distance between them was caused by something that was preventable.
Girls who wear scarves and silly hats that are full of adventurous whimsy but fall to their own hubris and are forced to face the consequences of their actions and the horrors isolated and alone
GIRLS WHO LEAVE THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY IN SHAMBLES!!!!!!! FIGHTING AND HATING EACH OTHER!!!!!!!!!
SOMETHING SOMETHING DELLA TRYING TO GET BACK TO EARTH LIZBERT TRYING TO GET THE OTHER GRUMPUSES OFF THE ISLAND
SOMETHING SOMETHING WATCHING THE PEOPLE YOU CARE ABOUT FROM AFAR!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!

Finding out you're a clone of your biggest hero can be pretty stressful; So can being an only child and a triplet at the same time. Luckily, Webby's been trained to deal with pretty much anything else— how hard could this be?
Eldest of the McDuck clones (and Duck children in general), Webby is learning how to be an older sister. She's used to solitude, being raised in the mansion, and it shows in her personality. Love has always been seen as an 'odd child', even if loves siblings claim to like that about love.
Lena is her person, in every way possible. As much as she loves her family, she will always hold Lena close to heart. If you're trying to find one of them, ask the other.
Webby lives her life one twist at a time, facing each one with a smile and a (slightly unnerving) sense of excitement.
Optimism has gotten her this far, it can't possibly fail now.
