Today I'm thinking about Laika movies, specifically Paranorman, and how the curse if Aggie and the powers of the family might work.

I was thinking about how even tho it's not said Norman is most probably a descendant of the family of Agatha, since his uncle and Agatha have the same last name.

Obviously he would not be a descendant of Aggie since she died when she was 11 years old (or I'd like to think that but with the old times one never knows) so my guess is that Agatha's mother had another child after her, probably a boy since apparently he survived and you can bet they would keep a close eye on any female in that family after Aggie because of the way witch hunting went back then.

So say Aggie's mom had a son. This son also got powers but mom already learned her lesson with Aggie and she's not gonna loose another child so she makes sure this one keeps it an absolute secret. She tells the kid about the curse and this kid grows and sees that the curse his apparently sister put upon the town is causing some chaos. He stops the curse and says it's the power of god or some BS and keeps the powers a secret, and this goes on for generations with the powers probably always given to the firstborn male of the generation under the last name Prenderghast since the last name was preserved until Norman because unfortunately uncle Prenderghast did not have any children. This means two things

1- When Norman breaks the curse for good he's not only stopping a curse in his town, he's breaking a cicle of generational bs and putting his ancestors, Aggie, to res for good now so that she can find peace. He's not the one to stop the curse because he's chosen or because of a coincidence because he's in "the same situation". It's a family matter

2- If Agatha could not only see the death but put such a powerful curse at 11 years old and apparently work with thunders os at least that's what visually her magic looks like, thunders and a storm, and Norman is a descendant of her (somewhat), can Norman do this too? Did the powers get watered down so much they can't anymore or can he do all this stuff? Because that's OP as hell if he can curse people and use storm magic.

5. i named my dog after zoe from tokyo mew mew anime thingy (my second choice was Laika, after the soviet space dog, which probably would’ve been more suitable because laika is derived from the russian verb ‘лаять’ which means ‘to bark’ and god knows my dog never stops barking)

So. It’s set in a dystopian society where the world is mostly a desert (but ofc theres places that it isnt desert but thats not relevant rn) and heavily classist n stuff and the ruling class is the rich etc. yes i know hu/nger games did that kinda thing. 

the main characrer’s name is malak and when she was a kid, the military bombed the hospital her mother was working at because of the suspicions of rebels being treated there. malak and dozens of other new orphans were snatched up to enlist later in their lives, but they escape, so malak and her older-sister-figure jaleh and a ton of other kids just grow up together and become scavengers. malak and jaleh even get licenses to leave the city limits to scavenge for parts.

so one day during another air raid is happening, and malak has to go find some other kids that werent found in the headcount and runs straight into a rebel who manages to hand her a strange, tiny machine before she dies. malak manages to bury the rebel in a crude grave before she has to get back home.

the next day malak and jaleh go out to scavenge, and suddenly the machine starts going off - beeping, flashing, the whole bazinga - and leads them to a crashed rebel ship thats hardly more than a week old (score!). when they get inside, the ship manages to turn on with the last few sputters of emergency power and they briefly talk to an AI before a homing beacon brings rebel forces right to them.

theyre kinda abducted, kinda not, eventually they go back for the other kids and bring them to a free city around a rebel base.

malak and jaleh join the military force of the rebels because anyone 21 and older is enlisted in the classist army, and deliver the machine to the commander who gets them situated. eventually they go thru this whole thing over what branch they want to join blah blah blah and they find out that if youre compatible then you can enlist to pilot these huge humanoid machines called the Vanguard, AIs that all have different specialties i.e. Diamondback can bury under the sand and has really strong heat sensors while M.O.W. (man o’ war) has an electric shock feild.

AnyWAY malak chooses air force bc she thinks thats cool n stuff even tho she knows NOTHING about flying or anything and is stuck in ground control while she learns to fly in the simulator. eventually she becomes good enough that she gets to go into the co-op simulator which is much harder and completely immersive so she has to work with her instructor, adam laika (like the soviet dog in space haha) even though she is Not A Team Player. she fails horribly and is sent back to the single sim and blah blah blah TEAMWORK blah blah until she graduates from that course and is now able to fly a fighter jet blah blah blah. 

thats all im gonna say for now besides i want it to be a novel with those cool illustrations every so often that look like old war photos but i hope its interesting!

1.  If you could have your perfect life…what would that look like?

I am living in New York. I have a regular role on a TV show and 3 movies in the pipeline. In one or more of these I play a superhero. In one or more of these I am a quirky sidekick type. I am voicing a new animated character for Pixar or Laika. I take part in rehearsed readings for new musical theater works on a semi regular basis. I am toned and fit- I have figured out how to balance my eating habits- my exercise regime is custom built for me. I am surrounded by friends. I am happy. 

2. Do you find Gabriella from High School Musical annoying or adorable?

When I was a teenager I found her annoying. Now I have perspective- I probably found her annoying because she was so much more put together than I was and knew how to prioritise. YES girl- Go to that awesome school- live up to your potential whilst still enjoying life! I envy you girl, you’re awesome. 

3. If you could only have one item of makeup ever again, what would it be?

Eyeliner. Its rare I use makeup- and even more rare that I use more than just eyeliner anyway.

4. What is the funniest joke/comment you have ever heard?

imma be honest i can’t think of anything right now- i always think of stories i think are funny until someone wants one... sorry? pass.

5. What would you be more embarrassed about if it became public? Your diary, your internet history or your music library?

I’ve never been able to keep a diary- it felt too unnatural to me... I have no shame about my music library. Definitely my internet history. I have looked up many a thing that I either haven’t known what it was, i’ve been way too curious about it or I’ve been writing something and need some information- tbh tho I’m probably most embarrassed about how many words I type into google just to see if I’m spelling it right/thinking of the right word. 

6. What’s your trash tv show of choice?

trying to think what constitutes trash... probably Terrace House on Netflix... 

7. Do you wear your heart on your sleeve or keep things to yourself?

somehow both at once... idk prob more keep things to myself

The ability to teleport anywhere I want, whenever I want.

Um... idk, something to do with arranging music? or the uncanny ability to forsee every possible outcome of any situation in a film, play, or television show?

Beyondard AU (Pt.1)

Okay you know how much i randomly post stuff about this au but generally kept everything vague cause i never sat my ass down to write it down

well here it is! let’s ramble >B’)  i need to rewatch beast to see if some things make sense, but since it’s au, maybe some stuff can happen anyways

SO in this au the Navis are human, but they still take part in the fighting in the war that goes on in beyondard. The main difference would be in, do regular Navis exist or not? I guess Navis could still exist. But they’ve all been infected and became Zoano Navis, working for either faction. That’s why the only way to fight the viruses/navis/etc is with actual weapons, which I’ll go into detail later.

I also thought, what if Zoano viruses could infect animals/plants even people, causing them to become aggressive? Because both worlds are MERGED together one can affect the other.

So far people haven’t found a cure to this condition and thus anyone infected has been put in a sort of quarantine or, in the worst case scenarios, they had to get rid off by people who believe there’ll never be a cure or for self defense. In this beyondard, you can imagine, things are pretty chaotic.

This AU actually started because i thought how would Saito look like in this au? Due to his poor heart condition, as a human, and the conditions of beyondard i imagine he would die very early on. But then I thought what if he got an artificial heart? Or a sort of machine that kept his heart beating. This could be leaning a bit into cyborg territory tbh.

Let’s imagine technology in beyondard (in this AU specifically) is a bit different than the one in the normal world. Maybe artificial technology, made to replace human components (heart, hearing, vision, etc) was much more developed. So either Saito asked his dad to remove his human heart and replace it with an artificial one or Yuuichiro did it before Saito could die (which seems the more likely one, given in canon HE turned his son into a Navi). 

Because of the war, Saito along with Netto decide they want to fight or have a way to protect their family. Yuuichiro had weapons under development so that people could hold out against the Viruses. The gun Saito is given is very similar to the buster he uses as a Navi. Netto has one too as well so he can protect himself and he and Saito can fight together! Twin power!

That’s the basics on the Hikari side. They decide this can’t go on any longer and want to build a sort of resistance, a group in order to stop the war. It starts as just the two of them but as they go around, travelling, they meet others. Here come in the rest of the characters, which I still have a lot to work on. I’ll mainly delve into the Navis side. So we have:

Ran (Roll) and Meiru: Archers. Ran lost her hearing, but thanks to the technology, she has 'mechanical ears’ (basically receptors like the ones navis have) and ‘anthenas’ that allow her to hear, and acutely; perfect for hunting and the like. She got these when she was very young so she was almost always able to hear, even if it was with artificial help. Both girls come from the same town as Saito and Netto, childhood friends, and are the first to join them.

Bruce (Blues) and Enzan: Brothers, too. Bruce is blind, because one day, they were attacked by zoanoroids and one damaged his eyes pretty badly. The wounds healed but his eyesight did not return. He is, since young, a skilled swordfighter however, and being blind didn’t stop his training. Due to the technology, he was offered artificial/mechanic eyes so he could see again but he refused, since by the point the offer came he had got used to his new way of fighting and perceiving the world. He still wears his visor. Enzan has a dagger and has become skillful with it.

Sergei (Searchman) and Laika: Both snipers, formerly part of the military but now work on their own. Sergei’s left eye was damaged by a zonoaroid too, but, unlike Bruce, he got an artificial one. It helps his accuracy when sniping. They are cousins, and all that’s left of their family; their small town was attacked, and their families did not make it out.

Meilin (Meddy) and Jasmine: Healers, they lend their aid to anyone who needs it. Meilin’s legs were damaged when her home was attacked; they got crushed by rubble and thus she got prostetic/artifical legs. She fights with bombs she personally makes, or simple grenades. Jasmine is good at up close combat, but she reinforced her umbrella to fight with it as well so now it’s a very sturdy weapon. Meilin has no blood relatives left, whilst Jasmine only has her Grandpa alive

Thomas (Tomahawkman) and Dingo: Childhood friends that travel with no map and no direction, yet are always lucky somehow (doesn’t stop them from getting in trouble sometimes tho). Thomas lost one of his hands in an accident, but got it replaced with a prostetic/mechanical one. Due to this he can also replace the hand with an Axe to fight (much like the one he has as a Navi). Dingo has a tomahawk on the *finger guns* other hand (/bricked). Both are great cookers! 

Pride and Knightman: A ruler without a throne and her faithful Knight. They are searching for a way to put an end through the war; peaceful methods seemed futile, so they have no choice but to fight. (WIP)

I want to include Charlie and Gyroman in ths AU too, Baryl and Colonel, heck, I want to include everyone in some way, but my ideas stop here for now.

All of the above gather, they travel and fight through the land to find a way to stop the war. They become a pretty big group, and with time they start to feel they are actually making a change.

But. You guys have seen the kind of art i’ve drawn for this au 8′) Things are not gonna be sunshine and rainbows.

I’m gonna stop here for now but it feels good to finally put all these ideas here! And heck, if anyone is interested in the AU, feel free to throw ideas at me about it, be it about the world itself or the characters!

Okay idk if I’m going to stay awake or not, I’ve only slept for two hours, but I can’t make myself go back to sleep so maybe a nap will happen later today, idk ANYWAYS I want to sort out my thoughts on Season 2

So here is my BIG ASS SPOILERY POST, in bullet points on key reveals etc So if you haven’t watched season two, don’t read!

Major Key Points

Galra Keith - It is so weird for this to be an actual thing, even though we all knew the writing was headed in that direction. It actually panned out as I imagined but yet not. The reveal was amazingly done, and I loved the fact that Keith’s maternal figure(? since his father is human!) must be a part of the Blade of Marmora and I loved the way he went through all this stuff to find out who he was. I also expected Allura’s lashing out. I was glad they did it and I’m glad she made up with him. I loved Hunk’s reaction and Shiro’s nonreaction - but I can’t help but wonder why Pidge and Lance didn’t react THAT much. Oh well!

Blade of Marmora - AMAZING I LOVED EVERY BIT OF IT, ALL OF IT.

Thace’s role - I was on my toes with each cut back to Thace, it was so thrilling to watch and damn, I am so sad he sacrificed himself, but hey - he did it for the greater good so that says something.

Haggar’s reveal - I was not expecting that, but loved it immensely.

Fight for the Black Lion - Daaaamn I’m so happy that Shiro won over Black, but at what cost?

Mysterious Woman everyone was panicking over - I have a feeling it may be Keith’s blood link to the Galra, after all - who knows how long they have been in that Weblum!

Zarkon - wow, he’s done for the count for awhile - probably not dead, but down. He should have listened to Haggar. He truly was over-obsessed with the Black Lion, like damn!

And now, the key point I want to talk about the most before I go into other details I just fangirled over

Shiro’s disappearance and Keith becoming pilot of Black Lion - OKAY okay... I don’t think Shiro is dead and I think, Keith will become a temporary pilot of the Black Lion but... BUT I think if that is the case, I have one, major - MAJOR problem with that. If they pull that, which is fine, why in the hell even bother showing how deep Keith and Red’s bond is? Why make Red bond with Keith on that level only to have him become the Black paladin? It makes no sense to me and feels insulting to be honest. Like I think it’s great if Keith does become leader, it would be interesting to see and a great homage to the original, but.... why even bother making Red and Keith so connected then??? It makes me feel sorry for Red! But that brings me to an idea that kind of wormed its way into my head - maybe Allura will pilot the Black Lion? Only on the fact that a lot of her leadership was brought up in this, stressed even. I mean, Keith is more than likely going to do it - he’s already done it once, so. Yeah... still! If he does, then does that mean Lance will pilot Red, like in the original series? And if so, how in the fucking fudgesicles will that even happen when KEITH AND RED ARE SO DAMN BONDED LIKE DAMN ugh. it kind of pisses me off really. (Also is it possible Shiro is on the astral field? He melded with his lion? Hmmm)

Kallura - oooh boy, bb, where do I begin?? They had so many moments, a very tender moment. I just aaaah. I think Kallura will be end game, just going by the lovely chemistry they had and the writing! But who knows its only season two out of, what? Possibly 7, I think? (I heard something about 70 episodes? mrr)

Sheith - They love each other so much!! I know its platonic, but my heart raced ok

Shallura - they didn’t have that many moments, but there were a few scenes my heart dokid

Klance - saving this for last, of course - I loved every single squabble and scene with them. Omg the elevator scene. KEITH GOING ‘YOU LIKE THAT?’ IN THAT DAMN LOWERED PITCH VOICE OMG, HE SOUNDED FLIRTY TO ME BUT THAT’S JUST MY DAMN BIAS AAAH. I was dying at the fighter pod things with them bumping into each other like a couple of damn kids. I love them so much lmao

Man, Netflix is a godly invention

Seriously. Once my generation takes over, the only TVs will exist in restaurants. Once subscription on-demand services take over (assuming they haven’t already) then cable TV will be done for. Literally the only benefit of cable is that, if you’re punctual enough, and have enough free time, you can “technically” watch whatever you want. On the other hand, you could pay less to access a slightly more limited (when it comes to new stuff) catalogue of shows to watch whenever or wherever you want. Obviously, though, you can’t always find the old stuff you’ve never seen before on cable. That’s what this stuff is good for. 

I’ve watched so many great movies that I’ve definitely heard of time and time again, but either never watched, or watched so long ago that I don’t actually remember any of it. Basically, since I have nothing else to do, I’m just gonna talk about the old stuff I’ve watched so far.

Lilo & Stitch: Just finished this one, and it’s the one that made me want to talk about this. OH MY GOD Lilo deserves so many hugs. It was almost bizarre, like this character that, to me, has only existed in merchandise is now... actually... moving? How peculiar, it had feelings all along! 

Seriously, though. I thought I saw this movie once, but it really didn’t feel like I did. I definitely had McDonalds toys of discount Wazowski once, but I don’t really remember anything from the movie. It was surprisingly real. I can definitely see how people can appreciate Nani for being the most real and respectable character in all of animation (and also for being sexy despite not having a beautiful™ face). 

Also, aliens. When are aliens ever bad? I say, only when they’re mindless, killing lizards (excluding el Xenomorph, I can still like him (still need to see his movie tho)). But, I can always love the classic, bulbous alien designs ala. retro sci-fi. My god, they animated discount Wazowski so well... He looked so boneless and floppy. Not to mention Jumbo being so soft and squishy looking. Stitch himself is such an icon that it’s hard to see him as anything other than Stitch, if you know what I mean. 

Anyways, the only Lilo and Stitch derivative I remember was what I remember as a sort of monster-of-the-week series where they had to go around capturing and cataloging the other experiments. It definitely seems like a fitting idea, but of course I really don’t remember any of it. I do remember the yellow stitch-like guy who had a very normal-guy voice and had a thing for sandwiches, though. He was like the comical sidekick to the main baddy.

Bolt: The movie I definitely remember the most of, but wanted to watch again anyways, because I definitely remember liking it. Most of my movie re-watchings are just to solidify my memories of these movies in my current mind, because my past self seriously had a habit of living in the moment so much that I just didn’t bother to remember what I just experienced. 

Anyways, I’m just gonna be honest... I’m not a dog person... but when a dog makes a cute girl happy, I’m happy. Also, I have a habit of never crying at the sad parts, and always at the happy resolutions to the sad parts. Oh my god, I remembered the ending, but I still cried my eyes out. The superbark may not actually be super, but it’s super to him, dammit! Seriously, though. Emotions are always at stake when kids movies get real. That was a real fire, and a real risk of death, and he saved the girl. 

Also, why are so many cute girls named Penny? In animations, that is. Not that... no, not happening. 

I honestly can’t remember any other cute Penny’s (apart from my own Penny) but for some reason that name is eternally one of the cutest girl names out there.

Looking it up though, I can see why. There’s the main girl from the Proud Family (never watched it), the girl sidekick from the Inspector Gadget cartoon (never watched it), and the girl from the Peabody and Sherman movie (watched it and enjoyed it. She was almost a human sacrifice tho). All cute girls.

Atlantis: One of those too-good-for-its-own-good movies. It was seriously cool, but got a criminally low amount of attention. 

Really, the movie stands on visuals alone. The scene with Kida walking across the water to the giant floating carvings of past kings... That was some seriously amazing animation. Then, when she was walking back to shore with an invisible forcefield around her, which you could only see because of the water splashing off of it... That was amazing. 

I’m 0 for 2 in mentioning cute girls so far, so let’s keep going. Kida’s a big one I’ve seen around in, well, art... Meanwhile, Audrey was right there! How come I haven’t seen this chick anywhere? Did Kida steal her spotlight? I’ll tell ya, ancient technology as a whole is totally my style, but Kida herself isn’t pushing any buttons. But, a sun-kissed girl with bushy hair in overalls is my weakness.

Road to El Dorado: Okay, I actually can’t avoid talking about cute girls in this one. Chel is actually criminally sexy. This level of sexiness should be illegal. I’ve already drawn her. I can’t get enough.

You know, sometimes, when I draw or mention cute/sexy girls, I always have a thought in the back of my head: God, some people are gonna think I’m a creep because of this...

No fuckin shame here dog. She LITERALLY FUCKS ONE OF THE MAIN CHARACTERS TO GET HER WAY. Sexy is one of her character traits, and the designers, animators, writers... they know it. How is this a kid’s movie? 

Anyways, the movie... I’ll be honest, I only remembered to watch this one because of the “Both? Both? Both is good.” meme. Being a part of the “artists who draw cute girls” circle, I can’t avoid that meme. Whenever someone says “Boobs or butts?” I see it. Whenever I see “Which of these cute girls should I draw?” I see it. Seriously, that gif has probably been posted more times than the number of people who actually went to see this movie. Then, there’s the gif of Chel bumping her armadillo pal with her hips... Like, come on. She’s hardly even wearing pants. You can’t do this to me.

I did actually enjoy the movie though. I definitely think the concept of “normal people visit ancient society and are believed to be Gods” has a lot of potential in it, and I love the idea that the king of El Dorado doesn’t actually think they’re Gods, and is just playing along pretty much... That’s really fun. I definitely prefer it to the wholly ignorant, possibly also stupid primitives that are 100% sure that the person is their God. It makes a nice dynamic. 

The Emperor's New Groove: Come on, what else is there to say? It’s the the-teacher-is-letting-us-watch-a-movie-on-the-last-day-of-school classic. It’s hilarious. It’s fun. It’s got the heckin PACHA MEME BROOOS AMIRITE FELLOW INTERNETERS?

I love the nonsense humor in the movie. I LOVE it. I love it when movies don’t take themselves seriously. It’s the time of the Aztecs, and yet they (didn’t) order a giant trampoline. Rollercoasters. Boy scouts. For some movies, it’s lame, but this one was probably the originator of the idea. Oh my god, the cut outs to Kuzco’s narration? I love it. I love it all.

Cute girls? Uhhh... I mean, Pacha’s daughter was pretty cute, but not the soul-wrenching kinda cute. What about ol’ Vexus? God, I rarely look up voice actors, but Eartha Kitt kills it both as Yzma and as Vexus. It’s the absolute perfect evil voice. It matches the stereotypical “evil” people know, but toys with it the perfect amount to make it super fun. Also, whenever I can relate something back to MLaaTR I’m happy. Cute girls, and all...

Song of the Sea: cute cute cute cute Cute CUTE CUTE. 

This is why I watch all movies with subtitles whenever I can. What’s the name of that adorable little girl? Surf-shuh? Shur-suh? It’s Saoirse. I’m honestly surprised I remembered how to spell it. 

Remember when I said I cry at happy resolutions? Well, I ALSO cry at scenes that are so impossibly pure, wholesome, and/or cute that it just pours out of my eyes. An example being Colette’s song in the Les Miserables movie. Gets me every time... Anyways, watch the movie, but also spoilers-that-aren’t-spoilers-because-it-was-obviously-going-to-happen: She gets her voice back, and hoooo boy... I nearly died from dehydration. Not much more can be said without actual spoilers...

Aside from the overflowing levels of cuteness in this movie (there are seals btw), I’d die for the mythical elements in this movie. It scratched every itch that The Book of Kells missed. Watched that one on Netflix too, but the ending was so... Bible-ish that I had a hard time feeling satisfied. Obviously it’s for a good reason, since, you know... It’s about the Book of Kells... But for a movie it wasn’t satisfying.

The animation couldn’t possibly fit the subject matter more, though. It has such a stylized stain-glass painting vibe to it. Isn’t there also another one by these guys coming out soon about a wolf girl? I’ll watch the hell out of that one when it comes out. It’s like Laika, but 2D. You watch it just for the animation, if not for anything else.

Monsters vs Aliens: Again, we’ve got aliens. Also, the birth of the giantess fetish, probably. Seriously, though... how did that dress hold up in that first scene? I’m just sayin

If I’m into retro-sci-fi aliens, then I have to also be in classic retro horror trope references. I should really watch the actual The Fly some time. It’s a creepy idea that I really want to indulge in.

I mean, that’s it for that movie. But, the original BLOB? Holy shit, I wanted to watch that movie just to make fun of it, and turns out the theme song did that for me. Hey, this giant alien monster is swallowing up Earth, what kind of a theme should we give it? Jazz with a touch of Surfer? Sure, why not. I love it. I’m a sucker for slimes, and I swear, if I ever manage to write a story about one of my slime characters, I will make a blood pact to reference that song in the story at some point. It’s so good.

Mune, Guardian of the Moon: I don’t usually rewatch movies, but I’m feeling like watching this one again.

Shrek: I mean, I know how it starts for sure. Kinda... hard to forget, ya know? Yeah, “forget.” That’s the word. I really just need a refresher on this one. 

Astro Boy: Hey, what? There’s an Astro Boy movie? Well, if I’m ever going to understand this franchise, It’ll definitely have to be in movie form. I like MLaaTR and to a lesser extent Robotboy, so why not?

The Prince of Egypt: Remember when I knocked Bible-ish movies? Well, apparently it’s not a problem for this one. It’s clearly has great animation, so why not? 

Escape from Planet Earth: I forgot this existed. Everyone did. I saw a trailer for it ages ago, and that’s only how I know it. It’s got aliens, so why not? I remember seeing that Planet 51 was on Netflix too. It’s exactly the same movie but on the other side. I also remember there being an overt penis joke in that one, so...

The Guardian Brothers: What even is this? I don’t know. It’s animation, and not one of those cheap kids shows, so let’s do it.

April and the Extraordinary World: Also don’t really know what this is. It’s 2D animation, and therefore instantly puts it a step above 3D movies in instant interest.

Phantom Boy: I watched A Cat in Paris, and at least didn’t hate the artstyle. It’s a strange look, but unique, so I want to see more.

Look Who’s Back: A story about Hitler being revived in modern times. What could go wrong? Apparently something intriguing enough for people to review this movie well. Or, at least, well enough...

Gnome Alone: Technically these movies aren’t supposed to be Netflix Originals, but, you know... I see cute girl, I click. Looks kinda lame tho

Leap!: I heard that this is a movie with a generic plot, so I kinda left it out of sight. But, might I remind you... I see cute girl, I click. This’ll be my last resort if I’ve exhausted all other cute girl supplies. She is seriously adorable, though.

The Emoji Movie: haha jk we have fun here

There are way too many movies on Netlfix, so there’s obviously more than that. And, that’s not even counting the series... Might separate that into a different post tho

Also, Neflix, my boy... Can we talk about these synopsises of all these great movies? They make each and every one sound like the most generic, pandering bullshit you can think of. Also, I hate how the thumbnails change for some of the movies/shows. To an outsider, it makes it impossible to discern who’s the main character and who’s the bad guy if you don’t already know the content. People make title cards for a reason, you know!
