Rinoa Heartilly is a playable character in Final Fantasy VIII. 🎮🖤I’m so happy for the announcement of FF8 remaster👾. This is the game that got me into the JRPG and a game I always looks back at fondly. This is one of the games I did a 💯 play through with getting all characters to 100. I remember watching the ending for the first time and ugly crying at how beautiful it was. Welcome back, old friend! Final Fantasy 8 è stato il terzo gioco (a titolo di cronaca, i primi due furono "Abe's oddysee" e "Resident Evil")che presi per la gloriosa PS1. Lo pagai 100 mila lire, alla Galleria Tuscolana, un vecchio negozio di giochi che esiste ancora sotto altro nome e notevolmente ridimensionato rispetto all'epoca. In realtà il primo contatto lo ebbi con quei dischetti che venivano venduti sulle bancarelle, essendo anche io un felice possessore di PS1 modificata: peccato che il tizio non mi avesse detto che il gioco ne richiedeva 4 per essere completato. E così, quando mi ritrovai ad osservare la scritta sullo schermo che mi invitava ad inserire il disco 2, subito dopo un cliffangher che le serie tv odierne se lo sognano, presi la decisione di investire parte dei soldi che guadagnavo all'epoca stando dietro una scrivania (sì, ero già abbastanza avanti con gli anni quando uscì il gioco...) per acquistare la versione originale, un paccozzo di 4 cd che conservo ancora gelosamente. Mi ero ormai troppo appassionato alle vicende sentimental-fantasy del giovane emo-punk il cui nome sarebbe diventato, da quei giorni, parte del mio nickname sulle autostrade informatiche e non solo. Affezionato a tal punto da procurarmi, nel corso degli anni, action figures, spillette, libretti e soprattutto la riproduzione della tamarrissima collana del suddetto emo-punk, portata a lungo sotto magliette e camice nonostante il peso infingardo.
