Firespike (Odontonema strictum), quite a pretty flower known as mottled toothedthread, Cardinal's guard or firespike. It’s a tropical plant that is originally from Mexico, but has been introduced to Florida, Central America, South America, the West Indies, and several Pacific Islands. This one has been visiting from next door for the last 20 years. Pretty plant and well behaved so not a weed to me. It is considered potentially invasive in some tropical areas because it’s quite a vigorous grower and could out compete native plants. Šiandien vykome į video ir animacijos gamybos įmones Bored Panda Studio ir MeinArt. Čia turėjome galimybė iš kiek arčiau išvysti kelis iš daugelio perspektyvinių pasirinkimų, kuriuos gali suteikti multimedijos dizaino studijos VTDK.

BORED PANDA - tai viral turinio gamykla, grindžiama trumpų filmukų kūrimu. Ši studija turi kelias patalpas, kuriose yra vadinamieji greenscreenai, įvairių estetikų scenos, taip pat ir  aprangos, grimo ir makiažo zonos, kambariai, kuriuose gaminamos butaforijos filmukams (angl. props). Šioje pasaulinio garso įmonėje pirminį darbą atlieką researcher'iai (informacijos ieškotojai, kaupėjai ir pranešėjai). Mes žinome, kad nuo reasearch'o iki filmuko įgyvendinimo gali praeiti nuo dviejų savaičių iki vieno mėnesio. Bored Panda Studios pasižymi tuo, jog kuria turinį ne tik Youtube programai, bet ir populiariausiam pasaulio socialiniam tinklui Facebook. Šis projektas yra pasaulinio masto, kurio turinys greitai keičiasi ir adaptuojas, priklausomai nuo žiūrovų užgaidų, kas tam tikru metu yra paklausu ir galėtų surinkti aukštą peržiūrų skaičių.

Metams bėgant vieną turinį keičia kitas, kai kurios tendencijos tampa neaktualios, tačiau išlaikyti stabilų peržiūrų kiekį šiai kompanijai yra svarbu. Čia taip pat gali dirbti rekvizito dailininkai, grimuotojai, aprangos dizaineriai.

Bored panda turi daugiau atšakų (Pvz. Crafty Panda), visa įmonė turi apie 600 narių, tačiau šiame padalinyje darbuojasi tik 260. Ši studija laikosi tvarumo mentaliteto – objektai yra pernaudojami kaip sugalvoja montuotojai.

Kas įdomu, jog Youtube kanalo augintojas yra analitikas ir strategas, ne tik kūrėjas. Sužinojome, kad kuriant viral tipo turini svarbu yra laikytis šių veiksmų: tyrimas, įgyvendinimas, tinkamos auditorijos paieška, thumbnails (video viršeliai, matomi prieš ant jų paspaudžiant), greitas medžiagos paruošimo laikas, gebėjimas išsaugoti ir tausoti rekvizitą, svarbus ir tikslingas video medžiagos archyvavimas.

Žvelgdami iš mūsų, kaip būsimų animatorių, pusės nepabūgome paklausti, kokios perspektyvos nusimatytų animatoriams šioje kompanijoje. Sužinojome, kad kanale "Firespike" yra kuriama animacija, tačiau kol kas jis ir nėra stabilus ir struktūruotas.

MEIN ART STUDIO - tai studija užsiėmanti ir komerciniais, ir meniniais projektais. Joje dirba dviejų atskirų sričių specialistai - iliustratoriai ir animatoriai. Kaip išgirdau iš pasakotojos, šioje studijoje tarp darbuotojų ir klientų visada ieškomi kompromisai, kadangi mažai turima laiko parengti reklamą ar panašaus pobūdžio momentinį turinį vartotojui. Tačiau, anot vedėjos, dažniausiai klientus perkalbėti į paprastesnį projektą yra sudėtinga. Kol kas su dirbtiniu intelektu įmonėje dar nėra dirbama.

Man patiko tai, jog į abi studijas buvome pasitikti ir lydimi jų darbuotojams dirbant realiu laiku, todėl susipažinimas su šiomis įstaigomis, mano manymu, buvo organiškas ir gyvas. Ekskursijos vedėjos pasakojo rišliai, įdomiai ir detaliai – tą rodo geri atsiliepimai kartu su bendrakursiais reflektavus kelionės įspūdžius pokalbyje. Manau, kad tai buvo sėkmingas pirmasis žvilgsnis į abiejų įmonių veiklą bei jų suteikiamas ateities galimybes.

  There’s nothing like the hint of fall, when anemones bloom . The delicate flower heads and stems rise above medium-green leaves. The leaves turn brown after blooming, so cut it all back and fertilise in late fall.

PINWHEEL JASMINE

This can be a great source of colour year-round in shady areas. Water it regularly, but give the plant time to dry out a bit between waterings. Less is more with this plant.
